Candy Cane Wishes

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post is chock full of seasonal goodness from the CMH Candy Cane Wishes 4 hunt, where we are looking for (yep, you guessed it) a candy cane for each prize :) There are $1L prizes as well as $25L exclusives and $50L exclusive offerings hiding in them, so please check out their website to see which prices are at each location. It'll also provide you with sneak peeks and hint, plus the landmarks for each store, so it is definitely helpful as usual. I'm impressed as always with the variety and creativity, and am confident that you'll find prizes to treasure as much as I do.

My first look comes from GoodVibes and is their $25L exclusive for the hunt called Winter Azure Gray Outfit. This designer focuses on the Maitreya and Star mesh bodies, so everything included makes sense with that - the sweater in Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, and Star sizes, the pants, gloves, and boots each in Maitreya, Lara X, and Star sizes, and an unrigged beret and unrigged scarf that we can adjust as needed. Isn't that a great list? If you like the outfit better without the gloves for example, or without the beret, or maybe the scarf would hide your favorite necklace you wanted to wear, it is entirely up to you how many of these pieces to enjoy at once. 

I randomly chose two of the 3 wonderful treats we can find at The Bold Llama T-Shirt Co. to share, and I think I let my sarcastic side do the talking here ;) Their hilarious JINGLE BELLS Tee is the $1L prize you can see on the left above, with a cat showing off their little * and saying "Jingle Bells Go To Hell" above and below their moony image. It reminded me of Gayle from Bob's Burgers, if you know you know, and while that character can be a bit much (like painting animals with visible anuses to hang in a restaurant), she is voiced by the fabulous Megan Mullally ♥. The $50L exclusive YIPPEE-KI-YAY Tee is a must-have for those like me who A) recognize that as being from Die Hard, and B) firmly believe that it is essential viewing this time of year because it IS a Christmas movie :) I remember seeing it in the theater as a teenager with a friend, so I have fond memories here. Now all of The Bold Llama's tees are provided in unpacker HUDs with standard mesh sizes plus eBody Classic, eBody Reborn, Waifu, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP mesh bodies to choose from. Next we head to Psyche's Pstyles, whose $1L candy can contains the lovely Starry Mints Dress. This strapless mini with full skirt is trimmed in lush white fur, and decorated with a pattern of red and blue starlight mints. My grandma always had these on hand, and I'm sure many of you had similar experiences with a family member or two, so I've got fond memories associated here. There are sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes included in this affordable treat.

The Sissy Bar has a terrific $1L prize waiting for us, simply named (TSB) Candy Cane Wishes 4 Hunt. It is a cozy looking winter white knit dress with long sleeves and cowl neck, adorned with some holly and a candy cane wrapped in a bold red bow on the right side of the skirt :) It's a great nod to the hunt name, and is subtly festive which I do appreciate. Find this candy cane and you'll receive 5 fitmesh standard sizes as well as sizing for eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies.

My final look this evening is one of two prizes from ART & FASHION, this one being their stunning RED FASHION LONG DRESS for just $1L. We all deserve a new elegant gown for the holiday season (New Year's parties are coming too!) and this one has a fascinating design that I believe is an eye with flower petals as the lower eyelashes. We receive fitmesh standard sizes along with Freya, Isis, Venus [each in Natural, Perky, and Pushup versions), Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizing. The style hugs curves and accentuates our cleavage too, so there is definitely a lot to appreciate about this terrific prize. 

Whew, what a day! I got my hair cut finally, and I really like my new stylist. This is my third time seeing her, and she did a great job each time, while being very understanding about my anxiety and health issues that make it hard for me to get there often. She's got a sassy but friendly personality, and had me laughing nearly the whole time so my anxiety didn't have a chance to spiral. It started flurrying on the way home, which turned into bigger flakes that stuck eventually. Then I had dinner at my parents', confirmed that we are not doing anything on Christmas Eve for the first time in, well, my entire lifetime and beyond :( I know it's for the best, and nobody would probably show up anyway, but I am still sad that my grandma's beloved traditions are officially gone. We are doing pizza on Christmas Day, because that is also a tradition related to the big Eve feast (7 fishes) and a big New Year's Day ham dinner that we used to do. It was easier to do something smaller in between those, and we all love pizza. I'm eager to get some rest tomorrow, since it's my only day with no plans and appointments for a while. ACCESS Holiday Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we're headed to the ACCESS Event, where there are gifts under a couple of the trees in the front landing area and several at various displays inside. All of these are for the free VIP group, so give that a join and then click all the treats you can find :) I had a great time as always visiting, and there are some very tempting offers for sale so I've got a shopping list in mind too. No rest for the weary this week though, so I'll be back there soon as we have until the 8th of January to complete our shopping and gift finding.

I'm starting out with a pair of gifts that I think work beautifully together :) The Elune. Holly Top - ACCESS GIFT is a seasonal bare-shouldered top with long sleeves and tiny stars scattered about on the red fabric. It fits Legacy, Reborn, Juicy, and Waifu mesh bodies. The ::GB:: Leather Short Pants / Black gift from Gabriel is a great pairing for it or practically any top already in your wardrobe. This flattering pair of shorts is provided in Legacy and Lara X sizes, and is cut to show off our navel but cover most of our cheeks and all of the crack. In other words it's flirty yet relatively modest, especially by SL standards.

Next I slipped into the "Off-Line" x "Dreya" Set / Fatpack gift, and I adore it! The top and skirt are each included in sizing for BBL, Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies, with a HUD that offers 28 colors for each while letting you adjust transparency and materials.

Another generous gift is this UNA. Brina RedBrown outfit, which is one piece with a layered look. There are sizes for Legacy and Maitreya mesh bodies, and I used the body's HUD to do a considerable amount of alpha-ing to ensure a proper looking fit. The dark red jacket is a festive look over the brown top, belt, and skirt that falls ever so slightly lower than the jacket in the rear. It looks a little shorter than the jacket from the front though which is interesting :)

Wowza! This stunningly sexy gift is our AURICA Selena Bodysuit GREEN. It has plunging V openings both front and back, created by zippers being lowered. We receive Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes, as well as a HUD with 3 metals for that zipper. 

Do you need a fresh new manicure for the holidays? Then be sure to grab the MILOTA: Santi Gift that I'm enjoying here :) These super long mesh nails fit Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn hands, just hide your body's built in nails with its HUD and add the appropriate size to your outfit. They have two candy cane striped nails, then some solid white with either stars or adorable gingerbread cookies painted on. This is the type of SL manicure that I would be tempted to bring a photo of to a RL nail salon as inspo :)

It was a tiring day but I managed to get some rest after my appointment too, and my doctor and I agreed that I should try the medication that the DNA test indicated would be a good fit. She has had good results with other patients with the med we are trying and is completely on board with it, and has found this DNA test to be quite useful so I am relieved to have some scientific guidance here :) Tomorrow is my hair cut so another very different appointment, but also causing some havoc by being just a few hours before my usual Friday dinner plans with my parents. I also have appointments on Sunday and Monday, lol, so Saturday is going to be my day of rest. This is chaotic even if it weren't just a few days before a holiday, but sometimes we just have to take a few deep breaths and try our best to hang in. MGSN Christmas Gift Train

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I get to be a tour guide for the MGSN Christmas Gift Train, which is now an annual tradition of the MGSN or Maitreya Gifts, Sales and News group. It is free to join, and that group tag entitles you to year-round goodies at many participating stores. But as you can see, once a year we get bonus benefits with these amazing limited time offerings :) You'll want to check group notices for a notecard named after the train, and I believe the most recently updated card is from the 17th. This has our landmarks and photos of the prizes, and they are all completely free with that group tag active. I started from the top and chose some random ones, but there are just so many that I'd love to do several more posts of them if I had unlimited time ;) This is always an intense month with an overload of treats to share, as I'm sure you can tell. To help you find the gifts, I recommend looking for a sign with a train on it, which is near most but not all of these goodies in the stores.

My first look of the evening comes from [Aleutia] and is their Sol Romper - Violet gift for us. There are lots of great details, like the fabric has tiny sparkles that are hard to photograph but you can kinda see itty bitty silvery specks? There is a HUD included to turn the sparkles on and off, adjust the transparency with 4 options plus off for solid, and the HUD also offers 36 colors each for the bow and tie. The bow includes the belt, and the tie is the slender strand that loops through the front and is tied in the back above the belt. Our romper is provided in sizing for Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies. 

Next stop, .::BE BOLD::. for their adorable and seasonal Rockabye gift! The top and shorts have a great pattern with deep red trim, and each fit Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Reborn, and Juicy mesh bodies. The gift also includes the plush penguin you see here, with a built in hold pose and a cute Santa hat.

It really was a coincidence that I found another purple gift to share, but I'm also not mad at it ;) The !APHORISM! - Lucy Dress - Plum Ltd Ed is a formfitting mini dress with long sleeves and fun cutout to show off cleavage. She is included in sizing for Classic, Classic Dainty, Curvy, Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, and Reborn mesh bodies, with a HUD that lets us pick from 12 colors for the trim (sleeves, neck, and hem ruffle) and turn the built in panties on or off. 

Our gift from Belle Epoque is their sweet Kandy - Pride outfit, several layers all linked into one piece for ease of wear. There are Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes provided. The boldly striped sweater has pretty black hearts, trim, and a long black bow to match the tee beneath, and the skirt is wrapped and ruffled for even more lovely details. I'm a firm believer in pride clothing being perfect for all year long, as a reminder to the community that they will always have my support :)

For my final look, I couldn't resist another visit to Blackstone (yes, I shared an Advent gift from there yesterday) to grab their gorgeous Kareen Dress - Cherry gift. It is just past the Advent tree actually, so you can also click the current date's gift while you're there and get 2 gifts at once :) So this charming mini dress has lace insets on both sides, and metallic trim on the bust, edges of the lace, and studs on the straps that cross above the bodice. It comes in sizes for Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, and Reborn mesh bodies, along with a HUD with 6 metals to choose from. The S shapes of the insets make us look even more curvy, just accentuating our figure perfectly!

Special Advent-ure

 Hiya everyone! This morning I'm back with some more Advent calendar gifts, which you can pick up today only at all the participating stores. Some need group tags that are currently free to join, with a couple of the treats not needing any particular group to claim. This is such a fun time of year, where we really get to appreciate the generosity of the SL designers :) I hope you've been checking the FabFree Advent listing for the ones that started in the past few days, as the 12 days of Christmas are being celebrated by many stores too. Let's get to the excitement!

My first look comes from ::ALTER:: and is their lovely Eisa Dress ~ Red gift for the 17th. Their group is temporarily free to join, to let us claim these gifts for absolutely free :) Our crimson mini dress has a halter neck, mostly bare back, and scooped openings on each side of the midriff. There are sizes for Lara X, Legacy, Bombshell, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, as well as a HUD with 2 metals to choose from for the ring in the center that holds things all together. 

I couldn't resist sharing the *V* Blue Silky Snowflake Dress gift for today from the Moonstar calendar, for which you do not need a group to click. The shiny blue fabric caught my eye, then the sparkly snowflakes that make up the pattern. It's strapless and has a short full skirt, just right for dancing :) Our gift includes Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu sizes, along with a BOM white modesty butterfly to act as an undergarment. So pretty!

Time to change group tags for this one, the [Pink&Love] Nami - Lingerie - Doll gift for the 17th. Their group is free to join, and I love that the color is a nod to the store name. Our top and panty each fit Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, and there is a HUD with 10 metal colors for the heart charm in the center of the bikini top and several other little adornments. The fluttery panties do form a thong in the rear, which is why I chose more of a side view than a booty shot.

My next stop is a must-see because there are two generous Advent calendars right next to each other! This is the day 17 gift from Tibuki called Teal HoHoHo Shirt & Romper. Each piece is provided in sizing for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies, and the romper has cute snowflakes on the left hip while the slightly unbuttoned top has a festive pattern with ho ho ho, but the O's are Santas, penguins, and reindeer faces :) They look great in teal, don't ya think? Not shown but equally wonderful is the gift from the Dark Salvation board next to this one, and both of them are selling all prior gifts for $25L each.

My final look of the day is from Blackstone, where their free offering of the day is this stunning Giulia Dress Recolor - Brown. There is no group tag needed, just find the correct date and give it a click. I'm always a fan of halter neck styles, and this beauty has bare shoulders and a short skirt beneath the attached bold belt. There are sizes for Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies, plus a HUD for the belt with 20 colors for the main belt and 15 hues for the metals. Since the dress is a neutral color (looking a bit charcoal in my lighting and compared to a lighter brown wall behind me) all of those belt colors are going to look fantastic!

Another day, another unexpected plan for the week...I need to meet with my doctor about my medication, and she has a cancellation this week so I'll be there Thursday. My plan right now is to blog tomorrow evening and then probably Thursday evening, but I cannot guarantee that if the appointment takes longer than expected. Friday I've got my hair appointment and dinner with the folks, so that was already a busy day planned :) Thick wavy hair gets so heavy when it's longer, and my scalp is more tender than it used to be so it does cause headaches and needs to be shorter than it is now. Advent Goodies

 Hiya everyone! This morning I am delighted to bring you several peeks at some of the many generous Advent gifts we can find all across the grid this month, and I'm doing this post at an unusual time for me because I'm trying to give you all as much time as possible before the calendar day changes. These gifts are mostly available only on a single day, although some leave them up a bit longer while others offer them for sale in the following days. For the most part, if you like what you see then you'll want to ensure you arrive at the store before midnight SL time :) It makes me feel a bit like one of Santa's elves to help share info about these wonderful treats, so now I have to go find an elf name generator...Noelle Giftbell came up and has me giggling!

Our first stop is [Glitzz], where their lovely Alice Gown - Xmas Gift is their Advent treat for the 16th. Their group is temporarily free to join, so the timing is right to pop on that group tag and claim this gift and all their remaining days' gifts. This gown fits Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. It has a deep V neckline and a large solid red bow on the back of the waist, so between those and the full skirt it will definitely earn a second glance :) The landing zone is actually a foyer between two stores, and the other Domina has a free advent calendar as well with no group tag necessary. Their style takes sexy and turns it up to 11!

Next I stopped at DW Design and grabbed their gorgeous day 16 gift for us called Cecilie Dress Purple. We don't need a group tag to click their board, just tickle today's date on the board that Santa seems to be scaling up and down :) You'll receive Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn body sizes of this stunning shimmery gown. I'm pretty sure the fabric is reacting to ambient light sources in my skybox here, so materials enabled, advanced lighting?

This unique and playfully crafted look is the Rona Outfit by BlackbirdLace gift, which is just for today and just for their free group members. The jacket and jumpsuit set is one piece in sizing for Erika, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn bodies, while the chunky heeled boots with fur cuffs fit Erika, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn feet to match those body sizes. As I'm sure you can tell, there is also a HUD which offers 20 colors each for the top, pants, jacket, jacket belt, and boots, plus 5 fur colors and 5 metals. It's such an intriguing style, and we can really get wild with the HUD to personalize it.

The coordinated sandals fit Belleza, Erika, Freya, Gen X, Khara, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Peach, Prima, Reborn, and Slink feet to match up with many of the dress sizes. 

For my final look of the evening, you'll need the free Apple Blossom group tag for the rebranded Blossie store's calendar :) Today's sweet treat is their Donna Dress #10 which is under the Apple Blossom name and fits Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. The soft blue color reminds me of ice, and the plunging neckline is knotted at the waist to help accentuate our curves and cleavage. Did you notice that the halter neck is tied in the back but one of the strands is draped playfully over our left shoulder? For some reason I just adore that detail :) 

It was a busy night before I started gathering these gifts at 3AM my time, more discussions with my mom about Christmas that resulted in no final decisions yet. Sigh. My therapy was intense, as is probably expected, and it included about a half hour driving around the area. Tomorrow I'll be doing another Advent post in the morning because there are literally dozens more stores I visit everyday and many of them are free groups or no group at all needed. Saturday at Swank

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we return to the SWANK Event for their Winter Wonderland of Gifts. In addition to the usual wonderful sales offers, they have tons of gifts for their free group in square giftboxes with large red bows on them. I am always impressed with how many designers are so generous to offer these gifts for us, and I appreciate having the extra excuse to visit and do some shopping :) Be sure to check out both floors of this impressively sized event so you don't miss anything.

For my first look of the evening I am wearing one of the V8 Underground gifts called **ABIGAIL VAGESA CHRISTMAS STYLE COMPLETE OUTFIT**. It includes the dress, separate sleeves, and shoes in sizing for Kupra, Legacy/Perky, Maitreya/Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies. We also receive the hair accessory, necklace, and back accessory (bow) which are all adjustable. Just think of all the fun ways to wear this...without the sleeves or without the back bow, a different necklace if you prefer, even omit the headpiece if it isn't your style. 

Next I had some fun playing with a HUD :) The [If design] Heart gift is ideal for those chilly evenings when you want something cozy, maybe to snuggle by a fireplace? Its cropped sweater (lifted to show off the bottom of the right breast), panties, thigh high socks, and leg chains will all fit Lara X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. The HUD I mentioned has tabs to pick which part to change textures on, and offers 30 solid colors and 30 heart patterns for the sweater and socks, 30 solids for the panties, and 2 metals for the chains. 'Tis the season to be sexy, thanks to the [ZEX] Claus Xmas bodysuit gift! We start with slightly sheer red lace, tied behind the neck for a halter style, and trimmed around the entire bodice with fluffy feathers. The gift includes sizes for Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Lara X, Peach, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. 

[Aura Design] is offering us their Hello DRESS - FATPACK as a free group gift at Swank this round, and I am very happy about it :) This bare shouldered mini dress clings to every curve, and has playful loosely tied straps on each upper arm. There are sizes for Lara X, Legacy, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, plus a HUD to select from 30 colors apiece for the bra, seams, skirt, and sleeves. Mixing and matching is always a great way to show off the versatility of any outfit. Please note the neckline is particularly low, and my Legacy breasts are trying their hardest to bust out of the top and show off the nips ;) Just something to keep in mind if you wanted to wear this to a G-rated locale, I would recommend pasties in that case.

I randomly chose one final look for the evening, and boy am I glad I did! The TO.KISKI - Utopia Mini Dress / Gold gift really does look like we've been wrapped in shimmery golden satin, and the dress has fun side cutouts and straps that cross along our back above the extra short skirt. This beauty comes in eBody Curvy, Erika, Freya, Gen X Curvy, Gen X Classic, Harper, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh body sizing. I'm not familiar with Harper and couldn't find anything online about it or even in the marketplace, so I'll be curious to see if it crops up again and I can learn a bit more. Even if I don't own them all, I try to be up to date on what bodies are currently available and popular because I will see sizes for them eventually :)

Wow, a Saturday night post is really throwing me off, LOL, but it's for a good reason. I am taking tomorrow evening off instead, then Monday morning will be a special Advent post. Tuesday should be Advent too, then back to my regular schedule. Violent Seduction Hunt

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I've got a really special hunt to tell you about, at the Violent Seduction mainstore. They are celebrating their 15th anniversary which is an incredible accomplishment, and they are doing so with a free hunt with 16 prizes. The extra special component is that we can purchase RL versions of all of these prizes if we wish! It is so exciting to see that we can enjoy second life fashions in 'first life', lol, and the designers have done an excellent job of making the items match perfectly from one world to the other. Each unpacking HUD has a button for a direct link to the RL version on their website if you want to check them out. The 16 prizes are hidden in an S design that I have seen called the Stussy S, and if you ever doodled a fancy letter S by drawing two rows of 3 vertical lines and then dots above the top center line and below the bottom center line, then connected them just right, well that's what we are looking for in the store :) They are a shiny silver and a fairly large size for a hunt object, but some are up quite high so I'm going to say to look all over quite carefully. The treats are all tees, sweatshirts, or hoodies, so I slipped into a pair of white jeans and randomly chose some to show off.

My first look is the cozy Violent Seduction - Blender Crashed Tee prize. This long sleeved tee has a fun ombre from lighter to darker gray, blank on the front with an image on the back that reads "Blender has stopped working" then "Would you like to attempt to save yourself?" followed by yes and no buttons. I know that blender is one of the programs used to create and rig mesh, but I've never used it so not sure how prone it is to instability. This prize like most of these includes sizes for Legacy, Lara X, and Reborn mesh bodies. There are also versions among the hunt prizes for other similar programs, like 3dsmax and Maya.

Next I'm showing two of the Violent Seduction - Aeugh Oversize Tee prizes, which we can find in a few fun colors. That's the Purple on the left and GreyBlue to the right, and they all fit Legacy, Lara X, and Reborn mesh bodies. The front has a small logo image at the neckline, and the back looks like an angelic pufferfish with something in its mouth that it might not be enjoying much, based on the AEUGH above. This style of tee looks just so comfy, just right for lounging or hanging out with friends. 

Next I slid into two similar sweater prizes, and I love them both! The Violent Seduction - Burnout Bass Sweater (Black) can be seen from the front on the left, and the same style in (Grey) is to the right, with its intricate image on the back. It is just such an amazing thought that we can wear this very sweater in RL too, yes I am a bit mind-blown by that :) These both fit Legacy, Lara X, and Reborn bodies.

I am still giggling over our Violent Seduction - Pirate Adobe Hoodie (Purple) and Violent Seduction - Pirate Adobe Hoodie (Black) prizes, and feel like I need to put a disclaimer on here that I do not promote less-than-legal practices in my blog and I do genuinely (begrudgingly) pay for a subscription to use Photoshop and various components. One of these days I'll find a free program that I can use instead. The back of the hoodie says "Pirate Adobe Products, It's Morally Correct" which is why I covered my butt with the disclaimer ;) I'm loving the little clouds and swirls that go well with the pretty pastels of the image. Find these prizes and you'll receive Legacy, Lara X, and Reborn mesh body sizing for each.

My final look of the night features two prizes that are variants of the same cute cropped style. The Violent Seduction - Violent Priest Crop Tee is weathered dark (almost black) with the word VIOLENT arced beneath the neckline, and our Violent Seduction - Aeugh Crop Tee (Pink) prize has the same image as the very first prize I shared this evening. They have a slightly loose fit and each come in Legacy, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes, so we get all the same sizes as the other prizes plus the Waifu mod :) With all of tonight's tops I am wearing the white pair of Delizio jeans from their generous fatpack gift on the marketplace, which you'll see here fairly often because I adore their versatility and the price (free) is hard to beat.

I just had a brief moment where I had no earthly idea what day of the week it is anymore, yikes! I'm confusing myself because I will be changing up my blogging schedule this weekend, taking Sunday evening off instead of Saturday but then blogging Monday morning instead of evening so I can finally share some Advent goodies :) That means I'll be back tomorrow, which is fine because there are many many wonderful things I can post about. Decembers are chaos and gifty mayhem, which is not a complaint of course, and I'm truly grateful that there are so many generous designers out there making this a bountiful month. Holiday Shop and Hop

 Hiya everyone! Tonight it's time to start exploring the 2024 Holiday Shop & Hop event, and I'm thrilled as always :) There are 320 stores taking part in this round, 20 per region so 16 regions (sims) to explore. Each participant is offering discounted merchandise and a gift for free to all, many of which are gift cards or store credit. FabFree has once again put in the hard work to compile a spreadsheet for us as a guide, with pictures of the gifts and sortable by region, type, or store name alphabetically so you can find all the store credits or a specific store very easily. I find it easiest to keep the gifts sorted in my inventory by region, and all of tonight's looks can be found on the Frosted region. 

My first look tonight is the flirty Faida - Udane Xmas Special gift. This black slip dress is trimmed in matching black lace, and has slits on the front and back of each thigh. It is provided in sizing for Khara, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. It's tempting to wear as a nightie too, depending on the mood.

I couldn't resist sharing the Noel Sequin Dress (Gift) by Madame Noir and their matching Noel Sequin Stole either :) The strapless mini dress has a cinched waist so you may need to use the enclosed alpha layer, and it has been designed for Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu bodies. The stole has the same pattern as the skirt of the dress, and its sizes include Legacy, Lara X, and Reborn bodies. There is a HUD for the stole to turn the sparkles and materials on and off, so we get a bit of customization so it can accommodate our PC and our viewer's settings better.

I really enjoyed my visit to the Tea Lane display, and it was a great place to find several generous free gifts that can be mixed and matched together. The ~TL~ Turkey Girl Cropped Tee is a fun short sleeved knit top in sizing for Gen X Classic, Khara, Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Lara X, Prima Busty, Prima Petite, Reborn, Waifu, and Senra Jamie mesh bodies. Then I added their ~TL~ Turkey Girl BoM Skinny Jeans gift, which includes two different system clothing layers of these slim fitting jeans with front and back pockets. Other gifts include leggings with the same pattern, a hoodie, a hat with hair, and even some poses to help you show them all off and take photos. I'm curious how many of you usually have a turkey for the Christmas holidays? My family always does turkey for Thanksgiving, seafood (feast of the 7 fishes) for Christmas eve, then homemade pizza the next day :) We also used to do a huge ham for New Year's Day, but that tradition fell by the wayside over time.

I kept the Tea Lane jeans on and changed into a different shirt, The Annex - Daddy Tshirt duo. They have black and white versions with the same Santa image above the word "Daddy", each in Lara X, Legacy, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes. The tees are designed to be a little bit baggy for a playful and casual feeling.

My final look of the night is perfect if you need something formal and are still in your Barbie pink era as I always will be :) The .:{Sofia}:. Danielle Gown Dress. Pink is a gorgeous satin gown with pearl-studded halter strap and a full circular train layer over the figure hugging main skirt. It's just irresistible, and the satiny sheen has me feeling like a total diva. There are sizes for Erika, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. 

It was a busy and odd sort of day, leaving me feeling a bit drained. The planned outing did not happen, but I've got a couple of future appointments in the books and a totally unrelated doctor sent a message that I have an appointment the morning after Christmas. Nope, that is not okay, and before I could respond I got another message in the patient portal that it was canceled due to staff clerical error. No kidding, lol, although I am not mad because they remedied the mistake promptly without me even having to point it out. I do need to go back to her soon now that a test result came in, but I'll choose my own date and time. This time of year is exhausting enough without extra appointments sprinkled in. Peace On Earth Prizes

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I've got a few more Peace On Earth 15 hunt prizes to share, which makes me very happy because I've always been very fond of this tradition :) I remember in the early years it was hundreds of stores participating, so 36 for this round is smaller but that is more manageable for those who are busy with Advent calendars and all sorts of seasonal activities. As you may recall, we are looking for a globe in each store (or more, please check the website and hints) because where else would we find peace but the Earth pictured on the globe? :) The prizes are all free, and we can pick up a free HUD to teleport us from place to place from the hunt office. You'll still want to have the website handy though for the hints and the locations that have scripting turned off so the HUD won't work. This world sure could use a nice heaping dose of peace lately, and the generous spirit of the participating designers is a wonderful way to brighten things.

My first look makes me feel like dancing :) The Dysfunctional Doll - Lizy Christmas velvet dress has a deep V neckline, bare back, and asymmetrical hemline trimmed in what reminds me of garland for a tree. There are Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh body sizes provided in our free prize.

I also visited Let's Get Weird and found their globe, which earned me the charming LGW * Gianna Top you see here. It fits Belleza Classic, Belleza Curvy, Erika, Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies, and has a terrific heather grey texture with paler peace symbols and a splash of blue in the center with another peace symbol :) The men will also find a coordinated Pete top inside the same globe, sized for Aesthetic, Gianni, Jake, Kario, and Legacy M bodies. 

Ink Blots also has gifts for men and women inside their same free globe, so I'm showing off the POE15 Female Gift portion above. It is a fun top and cardigan layered set (one piece) in 5 standard mesh sizes as well as Belleza, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body versions. Just like with the previous gift, I'm wearing my favorite marketplace freebie jeans from Delizio layered beneath. They are from a fatpack with several shades of denim in system/BOM layers and appliers for Maitreya and Omega, and if you don't already have this wardrobe staple I highly recommend it.

This playful look is our POE 24 JI GIFT from Just imagine. The poncho is decorated with a darling snowman, and has a high-low waist as you can see from the rear view. It is provided in 5 standard mesh sizes with an alpha layer, so you can wear it with most mesh bodies. Then the plaid leather shorts come in Freya, Isis, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and Reborn mesh body sizing. They've got great seaming and pockets, all the fine details that I tend to try to notice in SL :) These pieces can be worn separately too, so if you've got some other items in your inventory that you'd like to see with the poncho or the shorts, go for it! I will always support versatility and creativity with fashion.

My final look of the evening is just right for an elegant party or outing this holiday season. It is the ~MystRie~ Holiday in Red prize, hiding inside the ladies' globe (which yes that does mean there is a men's globe too!) and containing both the gown and short cloak you see here. There are sizes for Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies for each, and the strapless gown looks just as lovely without the cloak if you prefer. Perhaps you'd like to slip out of the cloak shortly after arriving, so everyone can see both ways of wearing it :) The full skirt really turns heads too, and might help keep strangers from getting just a little too close while dancing unless you invite them into your personal space.
