Christmas at Palomma Plaza

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'd like to show you some special gifts from Palomma Plaza, which can be all yours with their free group tag. There are always lots of generous gifts there, but these are noteworthy because they are tucked under a gorgeous Christmas tree :) They are mostly themed for the holiday season, and I'm guessing they will be available until at least the 25th of the month. With so many boxes around the entirety of the tree, I found myself clicking each, making sure the present arrived, then derendering each to keep track. There are dozens, thanks to the many generous designers who are here honoring Palomma's memory and particularly her love of Christmas, helping her spirit live on and bringing joy to others as she always did.

How amazing is this [Glitzz] Lake Dress - Ciano gift? The elegant yet flirty gown and matching long gloves are provided in sizes for Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies, with a HUD that offers 3 metals. The neckline is where you'll find that metal, thanks to tiny rings holding the halter strap in place, and a few more straps that dangle down the front of the neck with teardrop shaped charms attached. The skirt has such dramatic slits that it is basically a front and back panel, and the back is even more bared than the front plunge :) The color makes me think of ice atop a lake (the name of the dress probably influenced that) or the sky just above one, and the satiny texture is delightful.

Next we have the lovely .:FlowerDreams:. Lenna - black gift, a zebra print gown with lots of great details! The top and pants are provided as BOM (system) layers and appliers for Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink, then we add the skirt panel in whichever of the 5 standard mesh sizes fits us best. There is also a chest deco plus chest fur left and right to create that black fuzzy top, then the skirt is comprised of several fluttery pieces - skirt train, underskirt left, and underskirt right. If you are unfamiliar with flexi pieces like this, please just try them each on one at a time and see if you like the look with all or just some of the components. Flexi is fun because it moves when you do, much more flowing than mesh, so it makes walking or dancing look like a party all in itself ;)

Our gift from ::BE BOLD:: is their intriguing Venera outfit, a sexy dress and strappy high heeled sandals all in dramatic black. The dress fits Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn bodies, with sizes for Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn for the footwear. I don't remember ever seeing this specific style before, SL or RL, so it certainly caught my eye!

The weekend was pretty rainy here, so I didn't go out at all and I am a little bummed by that. I've been watching the housemate play a relatively new game, Paleo Pines, which is relaxing to watch because it involves cute dinosaurs. I am pretty much always of the opinion that the world needs more cuteness, and this reminds me of Animal Crossing but I'm pretty sure they aren't connected. You basically move to an old ranch with your dino companion, meet some of the villagers, and start cleaning up your new home then bringing other dinos to live there. You plant crops to feed them, pet them and play a flute to communicate with them, and explore the valley while riding a dino. Christmas Wonderland

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are plunging into the holiday season by visiting the .::RR::. Christmas Wonderland shopping event. There are lots of themed items for sale to help you with your holiday wardrobe and home decor, plus many gifts for $10L or less at most of the displays. This is their 5th year of holding this particular event, and I have certainly enjoyed visiting each December :) We can even click the Advent calendar near the landing area, just walk through the lit arches into the main event and you'll see the large board with the days of the month. That is free with no group needed, important info for those of us who are starting to sift through details of the hectic Advent season in SL. 

My first look tonight is the ::DS:: Jingle Bells outfit, which is a $1L gift from Dark Salvation. The top, shorts, and leggings are each provided in sizes for Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. I like the way the leggings and shorts have the same pretty pattern, while the shirt says "Jingle Bells" among multicolored snowflakes. This way we can pair the top with either bottoms, depending on the weather and our mood :)

Another fantastic dollarbie gift I picked up was the .::RR::. Christmas Dress Stars, so yes it is courtesy of the organizers of this particular event :) The flirty wrap dress fits Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Voluptuous mesh bodies, as well as being included in a classic M size. The black fabric is beautifully decorated with rose gold stars, reminiscent of the holidays but not really limited to them.

The [Enchantress] Zelie Dress 3 is a free gift that instantly caught my eye with lots of wintry patterns on a halter dress that dips daringly low in the back. In sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies, this flattering style can be changed to your choice of 8 textures with the included HUD, so it's really like eight playful looks rolled into one fun gift. 

As soon as I first saw Psyche's Pstyles at another event (it was a Cheeky Monkey one ♥) i knew I'd be a big fan, and the ability to pick up their Starry Mints Dress treat for just $1L certainly helps maintain my fandom status ;) This strapless mini is trimmed in lush white fur with a red belt at the waist, tied in a sweet ribbon. Did anyone else have a grandma or older relative/neighbor who always had those starlight mints on hand? Fond memories, and the ones on our dress have no calories and won't stick to your teeth. Sizes include Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. 

My final look of the evening starts with a touch of advice that is a reminder of an SL oddity that we all need to be aware of. That would be the inability to unpack a no-copy item from an attached object like an unpacker HUD, so if anything inside one is no-copy (like this dress!) you will get a folder with just the copyable items. The only way around it is to rez on the ground (your home or a sandbox) and unpack it the traditional way. The Zola Designs Sweater Dress Christmas Color HUD is obviously well worth the extra couple of seconds of effort :) This cozy turtleneck sweater dress fits eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. It also contains a HUD with a whopping 16 seasonal textures, all well suited to the style of the dress and the time of year. Keep browsing the event and you'll find another Zola Designs gift too, that also needs to be unpacked manually despite saying ADD ME in the name of the item. It would be truly a shame to lose either of them to the SL no-copy unpacking quirk, don't you think?

I had a nice day that took a weird turn by evening, so now I'm just drained. I ate dinner at my parents', and while it was a very nice visit, the simple act of eating threw my stomach into a tizzy which made my anxiety skyrocket. The brief ride home felt like hours, LOL, and I nearly bulldozed my way out of the car and into the house when we got here. My therapist wouldn't be too impressed with my lack of composure :P  Despite still feeling a bit shaky and uneasy, I am glad to be here blogging and have been organizing notes on where to visit each morning for Advent. Bipolar Group Goodies

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I've got an exciting limited time offer to tell you about, that you can find at the Bipolar store. Tis the season, as you will probably be in the month of December by the time you all read this :) So it seemed appropriate to share some festive cheer, like this Bipolar - Marisa Sweater - Group Gift. It includes two different versions, each in sizing for Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. The front is slightly lifted to flash some underboob, and the back has stunning lacing to hold things in place just so. The front of the second version (right) has a traditional Christmas sweater knit type design, while the first has candy canes adorned with matching ribbons. I love the heart shaped opening and the high neck, don't you? The name caught my eye too because many years ago I used to babysit a little girl named Marissa, and always really liked the name.

Whew, it was a hectic sort of day here! I had my therapy session and did some walking during it, as the goal is to get me past my anxiety comfort point to safely trigger it (?) then wait it out without doing anything to fight it. Then the brain is supposed to understand/learn that I am indeed safe, and I can handle uncomfortable situations. My low back and hamstrings did not get that message however, lol, as I am not in great shape from being sedentary since a major surgery about 9 years ago. Walking is healthy though and I'm grateful for the excuse to get moving :) My mom is going to want to discuss Christmas eve plans tomorrow at dinner, as I've already been warned, and I am simply not ready to deal with that yet. It will also be at my grandma's, farther away than I am capable of at this stage, but I will be cooking my usual crab cakes for the family to bring with them. Once Thanksgiving gets here, the rest of the holiday season just rushes up on us like a tidal wave, one filled with holiday music and all the red and green one can imagine. More V8 Underground

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we're back at V8 Underground (formerly Brii Underground) to take a good look at several more of the group gifts they are offering for their currently free Brii Maniacs group. They have always impressed me with the way they provide footwear and sometimes even accessories with outfits/dresses to complete a look, so helpful! I've been known to spend way too long trying to match just the right shade of a particular color shoe to match the clothing I've chosen, so it makes things so much easier to have shoes or boots already part of any outfit. I love the wide range of styles that we can find at this store too, a little something for any taste.

My first look is the charming **AMANDA SEYFRIE COWGIRL STYLE COMPLETE OUTFIT** group gift. The fringed tank top, flare leg jeans, and black boots are all provided in Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh body sizes. The jeans have an attached belt of small gold discs, and there is a cowboy hat included too with resize script you can access by simply clicking the hat (or right clicking from inventory - touch) for a great fit.

*raises hand* Hi, my name is Dawn and I'm a denim addict...lol...so you know I was eager to share the group gift called **MARG HELGEN URBAN STYLE COMPLETE OUTFIT**. The jacket is similar to a relatively new RL purchase of mine, although I haven't folded up the sleeves like that and I generally wear a shirt beneath ;) It fits Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn bodies, just like the matching shoes and tiptoe sneakers of this same gift. The texturing is fantastic, as denim does usually get faded and worn in different spots for a unique appearance that is part of its charm.

If you're in the mood for the gorgeous combo of red and black, I recommend the **JORJA FOX URBAN STYLE COMPLETE OUTFIT** gift. We receive a bold red tank top, black shorts with red belt attached, and black strappy sandals that are all sized for Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies, with additional Perky and Petite sizes for the top. Personally the chilly weather makes me want to visit somewhere warm in SL, so this is a fun option for something to wear :)

My final look of the night is another fantastic group gift, this one called **LOUISE LOMBARD URBAN STYLE COMPLETE OUTFIT**. The jumpsuit and boots will each fit Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn bodies, with a shiny latex texture and playful cutouts and slits on the jumpsuit. Lots of sex appeal here, don't you think? The boots fit the mid height feet rather than high, so that was an easy quick switch with my Maitreya HUD. 

It was a brisk day out for a brief walk, as I am supposed to try to get out of the house every day to help with the anxiety (normalize being away from the safety of home) so I toughed it out for a bit. Tomorrow I have a therapy session, followed by a hockey game to watch after dinner, so busy but not terrible. I'm probably going to switch gears for variety's sake and blog someone else's generous gifts, as I am still looking into what to expect for December. Advent calendars, hunts, and events are general categories of course, but there's also a Shop & Hop starting very soon and just lots to be excited about. Gifts from V8 Underground

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we're heading to V8 Underground, formerly known as Brii Underground, which is why their store's group is called Brii Maniacs. That group is currently free to join, and there are 15 fantastic gifts available on the wall where my link should bring you directly. The gifts are typical of their wonderful merchandise, with multiple sizes and including footwear so we can be dressed in a cinch :) I for one sometimes struggle with finding just the right shoes to go with my look, so having matching heels or such included is a big bonus in my mind. The V8 outfits are categorized by general style like urban, casual, rock, boho, costume, etc. etc. etc. so you can narrow down your choices by your mood too. Handy tip - you might want to stay in the group since Advent will be here shortly and last year they had a very generous Advent calendar for members of this very group. Ready to take a peek at a handful of currently offered group gifts?

My first look of the evening is the **JULIETTE GOGLIA CASUAL STYLE COMPLETE OUTFIT** group gift. It consists of corset, skirt, and heels that will each fit Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies, all in dusky black with soft pinstripes on the clothing. The corset top has pocket flaps on the front beneath the sweetheart neckline, and the back is laced up just as the name would suggest. Mini skirts are hard to resist, especially if paired so well :)

The **ELISABETH HARNOIS URBAN STYLE COMPLETE OUTFIT** gift is another terrific choice, sexy yet suitable for exploring many places in SL. The short sleeve cropped top is loosely tied in the front, and the denim mini skirt has a built in belt with bold buckle. These and the strappy heels are all provided in sizes for Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies, which seems to be the size set of the night ;) A lot of the gifts are named for actors I've noticed, and I remember this name as the star of an ill-fated series that I really liked though, Point Pleasant. Alas, the show was canned with many questions unanswered as often happens when I like a new series. 

I took a sharp, stunning turn when trying on our **MARLY GOTHIC STYLE COMPLETE OUTFIT** gift! The veiled hat really does top things off beautifully, and I usually struggle with hats (large head size, big hairstyles) but I didn't even need to adjust this one despite its being easy to do. The coat-dress is a single piece with the layered appearance of a mini dress and open long jacket, and the red heels provide a pop of color. **SUMMER GAU URBAN STYLE COMPLETE OUTFIT** may be named for an actor, but also brings the summer heat with those low cut shorts! They are open in the front and distressed to the point of shredding, both front and back, but balanced by a long sleeved blouse that is opened just enough in the front ;) Matching mules in snowy white complete the ensemble, with all pieces in sizing for Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn bodies. 

My final look of the evening is another very playful style that I am absolutely enjoying :) It's called **NICOLE ARI URBAN STYLE COMPLETE OUTFIT** and yes it is another free group gift...yet another reason for my heartfelt gratitude for this generosity! The denim short overalls, red tube top, and tiptoe sneakers with striped socks built in will all fit Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies with ease. The red baseball style cap is included too, with a built in resize script so you can adjust if necessary. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it fit with my hair, and I think the braids poking through each side are a feature, not a bug ;) The curved V of the back pocket embroidery on the overalls gives heart shaped booty feels, love it!

Whew, I went to the salon before dinner and made an appointment for a cut next week, which is going to be a huge relief. The receptionist was not one of the ones I'd ever seen in the 20+ years of going there, so I had to explain that my former stylist wasn't there any more and I asked who they referring us to instead. She looked a bit confused I'm afraid, but I think it will all work out fine. I'll be there next Tuesday afternoon, which doesn't affect my blogging plans at all and shouldn't take particularly long for just a haircut. MGSN Group Goodies

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I was in the mood for variety, so I popped on my MGSN (Maitreya Gifts, Sales and News) group tag and visited some of their participating designers' stores. I found lots of generous gifts for us, completely free as there is no fee to join the MGSN group or to claim these treats. 

My first look comes from 1 Hundred., and is their flirty Sweet Spring Mini. Pink gift. The dress and matching panties are each provided in Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh body sizes. I'm such a fan of florals, and there is something very romantic about these shades of pink on a loose cinched strapless dress.

Next I had to bust out a 'modesty flower' which is how I refer to having to cover an overly visible bit or bob (this time a nip) in Photoshop ;) The revealing culprit is our [AF] AmyLee Sexy Blue Chiffon Dress gift from anny's Fashion, possibly named for the amazing lead singer of Evanescence. I also visited Spells & Charms where I happily claimed their {S&C} Nova Dress (G&N) gift for MGSN. The G&N stands for green and nude, two colors of this same beautiful silky dress. Each are packaged with sizing for Erika, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies. The golden chains that cross the back are a perfect match the one that acts as our halter neck strap, so pretty!

Another irresistible gift you can claim with that MGSN tag is the {Le-La} Anuenue Set Gift, out in the separate room that the store has dedicated to group gifts. I was very drawn to the sheer sections providing the flirt factor, just like the diagonal hem and fun strap on the left leg. 

One more look for the night, I also visited Composer Girls Fashion (confession - it was a return visit from Black Friday shopping the other day ♥) and grabbed their !CGF-*Calida Gray* Complete Jeans Outfit group gift. I'm a huge fan of their style, and really appreciate that their looks nearly always include footwear and accessories to help us get fully dressed in a snap. The jacket is provided in Dragon, eBody, Fox, Freya, Isis, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Voluptuous sizes, while the jeans and belly chain each come in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies. The heels fit Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink feet, and the accessories continue with 2 necklaces, a bracelet for the left wrist, and a pair of earrings, along with a nose piercing not shown. I get a kick out of knowing I can mix and match among their outfits too, as versatility is essential in SL if you don't like wearing the same thing every day.

It was a decent day here, and I went on a brief walk to get out of the house so I was glad it wasn't raining anymore or overly cold. I have a few ideas about blog posts for this week, so we'll see how that plays out :) Sometimes making plans seems to attract chaos, so I am keeping silent for now about what I might be working on soon. SLMB Black Friday Event

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I have a quickie that we have to hurry to, since I just found out about another event that ends on the 30th! It is the SLMB Group's Black Friday sales event, and the group is free to join. There are discounted sales items galore, and we can even pick up free group gifts by looking for small bags (upright, top folded over, light tan color) at many of the displays. I had myself a ball unpacking things and trying them on, like a mini Christmas when I got home :) I apologize for the short notice, as I prefer to try to give you as much time as I can before an event or sales time ends but this info just fell in my lap this morning and I did a 180° to change all my plans to get this out to you ASAP. Chaos, but worth it!

My first look of the evening is the playful TD Spoiled Who Me Set gift from Taylor Designs. The top says "Spoiled Who Me" with a sassy queen bee (well there is a crown...) beneath the words, and comes in sizes for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. The short denim skirt fits Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn bodies, and the purple heels which lace all the way up are provided in sizing for Maitreya and Reborn. There are also silver hoop earrings and matching chain necklace with resize script built in, so we can adjust and even wear these classic styles with other outfits too if we wish. For the record, lol, I'm not spoiled but sometimes I think my avi is! 

I kept the mini skirt on but changed tops, to the dazzling [DIESELdeluxe] Ester Top Blue Latex gift :) There are Kupra Bimbo, Kupra Original, Kups, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh body sizes included for this shiny cropped tank top that is almost brief enough to resemble a bra. Then I added the Artattoo Stars gift, which looks like a Pokémon named Ditto beneath an arc of multicolored stars. We receive BOM layers and and Omega applier, in 50%, 75%, and 100% opacity so you can choose how dark or fresh the tattoo appears. 

Next I slipped into the DbD Babygirl Shirt gift from Designs by Danielle, idea for the chilly weather that is upon us :) It fits eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies, with "Babygirl" in fun golden script across the front. I chuckled when I saw how the sweatshirt is almost long enough to cover the miniskirt but leaves that tiny sliver peeking out, as I used to wear denim miniskirts in my youth with long sweaters that came down almost that far on the hem. 

The skirt was useful here too, so I could share another terrific top called *KD* Riah tied top blue. KaiDesign has provided sizing for Altamura, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies of this lovely bandana style top. I'm a big fan of blues and greens together, as it makes me think of ocean views :)

For my final look of the night, I went a bit more fancy with the Brunsen Couture - Lacone Sexy Dress Black Jeans gift. This ruffled halter dress with playful cutouts comes in Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, Maitreya, and Petite mesh body sizing. The deep black denim fabric gives the dress a sharp look, and I must admit I'd love to see this style rigged for the new LaraX body with it's extra shapely breasts since they play peekaboo with us so seductively in this design :)

Weekends are just always too short, aren't they? I had an awesome time though, thanks to a treasured friend visiting and sharing the Saturday thanksgiving part 2 with my family :) The weather got rainy today so I took a brief walk when it slowed down, but it was still a cold drizzle that didn't really inspire me to go very far. Tuesday when the nearby salon opens I'm going there in person to find out who they are referring my now-retired stylist's clients to for cuts and colors, then scheduling a cut only for now. I need to get the bulk and weight reduced to get these headaches to ease up, and 14 months is far too long between cuts. My mom messaged me a little while ago to tell me that she was looking for our old neighbor's obituary (why, I have no idea) and found my ex-father-in-law's instead. Stepfather of my ex-husband, over a year ago, age 79 after a long battle with cancer. I feel sad for how much of his family has passed away in the past few years, as from local newspapers and social media I've been informed of the passing of 3 of his grandparents (I was with him when he lost one), both parents, and both stepparents, plus a slightly younger stepbrother. It reminds me to be extra grateful for all of my family members young and old, that's for sure. I hope you're all having a beautiful day/evening, many magical magpie hugs to everyone!!

Black Friday with Redeux

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we have a limited time event to explore, the Black Friday & Cyber Monday Sale by Redeux. There are lots of designers participating with discounts galore, and a gift at nearly every display for the Redeux VIP group (free to join) in a cardboard box. Those are what I'm sharing tonight, at least a sampling :) I'd initially read a start date of the 22nd but it wasn't fully ready yet, so I waited until after Thanksgiving for the official Black Friday date. Their website mentioned the 25th as the start date, with the 28th as the ending, so you will want to hurry if you wish to take part in the sales and the gifts!

For my first look, I am enjoying the [Witch In A Box] Endora Dress gift. The name brings me back to watching Bewitched reruns, with Samantha's sassy mom and her disdain of the mortal world but loving interactions with granddaughter Tabitha. I wanted to change my name to Tabitha back then, LOL! This lovely dress comes in Erika, Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Legacy Nerido, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, and Reborn Juicy mesh body sizing, with a HUD that offers 6 textures. All have dark colors with solid top and assorted subtle prints in the skirt. The intriguing neckline captivated me, as did the little puff sleeves. 

Another generous gift can be found at the Emerald Couture stand, their EC Arlet Fall Outfit Black. Its snug fitted sweater and buttoned mini skirt are each provided in 5 standard mesh sizes along with sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP bodies. The sweater's pattern has dark stripes adorned with simple leaves, a fun monochromatic look that goes perfectly with the black skirt. 

You know what else goes well with that skirt? (Besides the obvious - everything) Another thoughtful gift that is a set of 4 great tops from NON_HUMAN! Their N-H TOP SPACE pack holds sizes for Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn bodies in 4 numbered versions each, two in white and two in black but each with a different image. Cropped tees are so versatile, you can wear any of these with your favorite jeans or leggings if a skirt isn't your style.

Hooray for Friday! It was a quiet thanksgiving here since I'm attending my actual celebration dinner tomorrow, much closer to home as it's at my parents' place just a few blocks away. I did a very brief video chat during yesterday's, to say hi to my grandmother and cousins who were there. The younger cousin's wife was unfortunately not feeling well and didn't attend either, so I'll try to get in touch with her soon to see how she's doing. I am taking off tomorrow evening from blogging as I usually do on Saturdays, this time also to rest after all that food ;) I'm currently watching all the Bob's Burgers thanksgiving episodes, so I am having a nice evening and I hope all of you are too. Nerdy Girl Is Back!

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I have some terrific news, the grand reopening of the Nerdy Girl store ♥. Their catchphrase is "The clothes you didn't know you needed", and I felt that a lot while browsing their offerings. Their designer, Moira, is definitely as awesome as her display name inworld mentions, and her sassy sense of humor shown on her creations makes me extremely happy. The store group is currently free to join, but please hurry so you don't miss out on that opportunity :) I found several group gifts and picked out a few random delights that it's my pleasure to show you. I have fond memories of shopping at her store and sharing some of her Wash Cart Sale items long ago, and oh my goodness I just looked back at my posts from 2015 and 2016 that made me laugh to the point of wheezing! Well, I would love to warmly welcome Nerdy Girl back to SL and hope you'll join me in visiting.

My first look combines two generous group gifts with very fun and flirty results. I kept on the Short Shorts here but changed into another group gift called NG - Bandeau Top. This cutie is a flattering tube top in 5 standard mesh sizes along with sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. You can tell that there are multiple colors, which is thanks to our 10 color HUD that is also included. I'm such a fan of HUDs and the ability to change colors or textures on a whim :) Also the rear view lets you see the pockets on the back of the shorts in addition to more texture choices.

Those shorts came in handy again here so I could show you a new release you might purchase while visiting, the NG - Basic Tank Anti Social Butterfly which is just $99L. The front does have an image featuring the words of its name in two fun fonts, beneath a winged beauty. There are sizes for Freya, Isis, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies included. If this particular saying doesn't speak to you, that's okay as there are several other options available for the same low price. As for myself, I am shy and awkward with a touch of social anxiety so I'm possibly viewed as anti-social at first. So I can't entirely deny this one, and wonder hopefully if it would keep away the flirty peeps who refuse to read in my profile that I am happily taken.

It was genuinely challenging to pick just one pair of jammies to show off here, but I think I made a good choice with the NG - Jammies Rawr Dino set ♥. The phrase "rawr means I love you in dinosaur" takes up an oddly permanent space in my brain, LOL, and the one on our pj top here has lots of adorable friends on the pants too. All the jammies are $169L per set, and consist of top and bottom each in sizing for Freya, Isis, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and Reborn mesh bodies. The colors really caught my eye here too, earth tones that work so well with each other and for dinosaurs in general.

For my final look of the evening, I looked around the store and realized what I would certainly need this holiday weekend - a new dress that is not overly formal and suitable for fall! Fortunately I spotted one right away, the NG - Slip Dress Garden which is one of several (mostly florals) for $129L each. I almost picked a pale blue with sunflowers to be honest, but this classic pattern of mixed flowers on a black background won me over. It includes Freya, Isis, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and Reborn mesh body sizing. My RL weather may be too chilly for this lovely dress, but nothing can stop me in SL from indulging in this breezy style any time of year :) I tried the Lara X with it because of the relatively loose fit, but it would take a lot of breast and butt alpha-ing so it is doable but not ideal. I do expect many designers to be able to provide the new rigging/sizing soon though, so no worries there.

It was a busy day here, helping prepare for the Thanksgiving celebration that I can't attend (but still helping anyway I can) and baring my soul in therapy. I have some new 'homework' to help with the anxiety, and I'll be taking a couple of walks tomorrow to keep from being bored or lonely. There's also a chance I will be able to do a voice chat with those who are at dinner, which would be reassuring I think. The weather will be clear, unlike yesterday, so it should be fine to walk. I'm taking tomorrow evening off from blogging, so my next post will be Friday evening. I'd like to wish all who are celebrating a very Happy Thanksgiving, and for those who don't I wish you all the best as always.
