GGVG Outlet Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I have some gifts to share from the GGVG store's outlet area, and all of these are completely free with no group tag needed. The ones on the floor are the free ones I'm referring to, and then the walls in this area are covered with gifts for their store group which is currently free to join. I'll be returning with some of those soon, but for now I'm focused on the groupless ones ;)

My first look of the night is our GIFT GGVG VNECK DRESS. The style is a fun one for summer with the loosely laced neckline and full asymmetrical miniskirt. There are classic M and fitmesh M sizes for classic avatars, as well as Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Voluptuous mesh body versions. We also receive a HUD with 12 textures to choose from, two of which can be seen above. Lots of florals, which suited my mood so I am a happy magpie :)

I feel so elegant in the GGVG GIFT POET DRESS! It has a white blouse with black collar, tie, and cuffs, with a short slim-fitting skirt all rolled into one easy piece. This classic outfit comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Hourglass, and Maitreya mesh bodies. 

Next I slid into the beautiful GIFT GGVG HELEN VELVET dress, which is one of several versions of Helen you'll find among these free gifts. They all fit Freya, Isis, Hourglass, and Maitreya mesh bodies, and there are 10 colors of this wonderful velvety texture on the HUD. The others include solid, sparkle, and pattern, so loads of options on those HUDs as well :) There's something so appealing about the simplicity of a slip dress, that I can easily understand why the designer felt the urge to offer so many varieties.

Sometimes full skirted gowns can be tricky to photograph in the same size image as their shorter or more slender counterparts, so please excuse the different sizing of this photo :) It is our GIFT GGVG PAMIR GOWN, and consists of the top and skirt each in a standard M size along with Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine sizes, plus the optional prim skirt I'm wearing on the left. The long flexi strips move each time our avatar does, and this seems to have a little glow of its own just to add to the magic. I get a little bit sentimental when wearing flexi since it's how we did things pre-mesh, which now feels like eons ago. It certainly shows how SL has changed over the years, yet maintained what makes it special :)

For my final look of the evening, I'm wearing two of the 3 colors included in the GIFT GGVG SENA GOWN. This trio treat has red, gold, and black (not shown) each packed separately in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies, as well as a fitmesh M for classic avatars. They are exquisitely detailed, thanks to the ruffled neckline, bare shoulders, embossed black main dress, and satin layer tied around the waist to add length and fullness. I just need to find a fancy place to wear one this weekend :)

Speaking of the weekend, I am preparing for a quiet one, other than therapy on Sunday. The weather should be okay, and I have leftovers from my parents' for dinner tomorrow. We looked at a few more really old pictures ranging from 1944 to mid 50s, so that is always interesting :) The oldest were my grandma, her dad, and one of her brothers, then a few childhood pics of my mom and her brother. A few people are unidentified since my mom didn't recognize them and they weren't labeled on the back like most of the others. July At Off-Line

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we've got one destination, the "Off-Line" store, with lots of great gifts for their free group awaiting. They put up their May, June, and July gifts (6 for each month) a few weeks ago, and I have shared May and June so far. Yep, that means that all of tonight's looks are from the July section on the wall :) The gifts are all fatpacks as usual for them, as they are very generous to their free group. They have a paid VIP group as well with even more gifts, suitable for those with another spare group slot and some lindens on hand to spend on the joining fee. I'm a huge fan of their flirtatious style and the set of colors they usually use, with fun names that are generally nature like fruits or flowers. I'll be rattling off several of those tonight, as you're about to see...

We start the evening with the "Off-Line" x "Stassie" Bikini / Fatpack group gift. This flirty swimsuit has the appearance of two pieces from behind, but a solid one piece from the front, while being tied with a slender string belt around the waist. Each size (Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya) has a separate unpacking HUD, which contains black, buttercream, camo, cantaloupe, cobalt, cow, grape, grey, lavender, lemon, lime, marzipan, nude, passion, periwinkle, pigeon, pistachio, rose, salmon, spring, taffy, thistle, turquoise, and white versions. I'm wearing periwinkle on the left and cow on the right above :) They all have subtle stripes other than cow and camo, which are their very own patterns.

I adore the "Off-Line" x "Silvia" Dress / Fatpack gift because of the suede texture and fun ribbons tying top and skirt together in the front and back, and of course the bounty of lovely colors. The Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya packs each include black, buttercream, cantaloupe, grey, lavender, lemon, lime, marzipan, nude, periwinkle, pigeon, pistachio (seen on the right above), rose, salmon, spring, taffy, tangerine, thistle (left above), turquoise, and white versions. Just don't ask me to pick a favorite!

If you need something cozy to snuggle up with your favorite person, I'd suggest our "Off-Line" x "Nelly Essentials / Fatpack group gift. Its crop top and panties are each included in all colors inside the unpacker HUDs for BBL, Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh body sizing. Those each contain black, buttercream, camel, cantaloupe, cobalt, dust, grape, grey, lavender, lemon, lime, mango, marzipan, nude, passion, periwinkle, pigeon, pistachio, rose, salmon, sea, spring, taffy, tangerine, thistle, turquoise, and white versions. The vibrant beauty on the left above is mango, and that's turquoise looking lovely on the right :) Whatever your favorite bottoms may be, skirts or pants or shorts, you can certainly match up one of these to it. 

My final look of the evening is the "Off-Line" x "Summer Set / Fatpack group gift. Its crop top and skirt/jacket combo are each designed to fit Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies. We also receive a HUD for the top which offers 20 colors each of solid, thrasher logo (in flame text, left above), and palm angel logo (right above in white). The skirt HUD has 20 colors apiece for the skirt, jacket solid, and jacket patterns which seem to be a subtle tie dye. This is such a fun look for the summer!

My day went pretty well, all in all, and I got to my hair appointment right on time :) The cut turned out nicely, I'm guessing she took off about 5-6 inches for me which is definitely what I needed. My hair was fairly healthy, just long and straggly so it needed shaping. Next time I'm not waiting 7 months between cuts, that's for sure ;) Otherwise it is pretty hot in here but the fan isn't helping much, with the thermometer in here reading 78.7. Yikes! Beached Bunny Bingo

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we sneak in a few more dollarbie prizes from the Beached Bunny Hunt 14, which wraps up in about a week (end of July). The treats are found by locating teal beach pails that have a yellow handle and blue shovel inside. The easiest way to find them is to follow the hints from the hunt's website, then keep your eyes peeled for the small pails in their bright colors :) It is always a pleasure to do these hunts because they're very well organized, and the longevity of the Evil Bunny hunts does demonstrate that I'm not the only one.

My first look is our ENJOY THE WAVES Tee prize from The Bold Llama T-Shirt Co. and I'm absolutely a fan! The cozy tank top says "Life's a Beach, Enjoy the Waves" which is a fantastic way of looking at things. Find the pail and you'll receive an unpacker HUD with standard mesh sizes along with eBody Classic, eBody Reborn, Waifu, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP mesh body sizes. Just choose the one you want delivered and hang onto the HUD for future reference, so your inventory doesn't get overloaded :) What will you pair them with? I'm wearing the white pair of Delizio jeans from their generous free fatpack on the marketplace, which appear frequently here on my blog. 

@AdReNaLiZeD@ has two beach pails waiting for us, one of which contains this lovely Maria Pink dress. It has a stunning ombre of colors to go with the layers of ruffles, and a very summery style with the halter neckline tied loosely at the nape. There are sizes for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Lara X, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies included.

Next I'm happy to share the @AdReNaLiZeD@ Lena Plum Silk from the other pail at their store. This seductive bodysuit has high cut legs, daring front opening, and sassy hardware for an edgy flavor. It is provided in Erika, Freya, Kupra (Bimbo, Low, Original), Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh body sizing. I really like the shades of pink, purple, and gold in the abstract pattern.

This time of year calls for flirty bikinis, like our Ink Blots TBBH14 Female Gift which is one of two prizes (male outfit also included) in this same pail. The bright orange fabric is decorated with all sorts of summery icons like sunglasses, palm trees, and sailboats. Our top and bottom each fit eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies, with a fitmesh M of each included too. The bottoms are really low slung, so the rear view is a little bit cheeky ;)

My final look of the evening is from Designs by Danielle which is on the same region as Ink Blots :) Their DANI Beached Bunny Hunt Prize is a top and skirt set with nautical striping on the long skirt. Each piece is provided in Belleza Isis, eBody Reborn, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizes. I'm always drawn to halter tops, particularly this twisted and draped style, and our top and skirt both have very pretty golden chain details.

It was a quiet day, other than tomorrow's haircut appointment being rearranged earlier due to the stylist's needing to leave sooner than scheduled. I am relieved to still be going since my hair is out of control, lol, as it's been like 8 months since my last cut and it's simply too hot for this overgrown mop. FabFree Goodies

 Hiya everyone! Tonight it felt like time for variety, and I've seen several updates to the FabFree group listing recently, so that served as an ideal inspiration :) As I usually do though, I dug through the less recent additions so we could make sure we all see and claim them before the stores decide to swap them out for newer offerings. There are so many wonderful designers who are part of the FabFree family, and the group is free to join so it definitely deserves a place among our group slots. 

My first look of the night is the *Shining* GIFT Madison Set, which is a blouse and denim shorts linked together into one easy-to-wear piece. There are sizes for Erika, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Lara X, Legacy, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies included, as well as a HUD with 8 color choices for the blouse and 6 for our shorts. The black belt is attached too, a great neutral to match any color combo you wind up deciding upon. For this image I'm wearing Lara X, then swapped over to Maitreya Lara 5.3 for the remainder of the blog.

I always enjoy visiting Grumble for lovely and affordable clothing, but of course it doesn't get any more affordable than a free gift :) Their Yummy Dress-Prism is our FabFree gift (one of several multi-designer groups' gifts) located by the front door, just look for the rainbow striped FabFree logo. This beauty fits Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Khara, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Peach, Reborn, Juicy Boobs, and Waifu mesh bodies. The hemline is slightly asymmetrical and a bit cheeky, which goes well with the single sleeve and the faceted texture with gorgeous colors.

Next we visit Glitter, who have always been quite thoughtful about offering gifts for several different groups as well. Their Irina Fitmesh Outfit Purple 3 patterns is yours for free with the FabFree group tag, and it is versatile as well as elegant. Speaking of sheer, the ART & FASHION - MISTERY WOMAN OUTFIT has some sexy transparency happening as well :) This gorgeous gown comes in 5 fitmesh standard sizes, as well as Freya, Isis, Venus (each in Natural, Perky, and Pushup versions), Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizes. The gift also includes the mask I'm wearing, although my bangs were poking through so I had to adjust it outward away from my face quite a bit. It's got a Phantom of the Opera vibe, but with both main characters combined into one.

My final look of the evening is our MOoH! Cecilia outfit gift, and I am feeling wonderfully flirty in it :) The corset style top and slim fitting miniskirt are each provided in Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, and Juicy body sizes, with a BOM black heart cover (crotch pastie) for each body positioning. There's also a HUD as I'm sure you can tell, with 8 textures each for top and skirt plus 5 trim colors and 6 metals for the belt which is built into our skirt. The skirt's trim is a sheer ruffle that scoops its way around the opening on the left thigh, very playful and fun detail. Have I ever mentioned how much I adore their unpackers at this store? Just wait 'til you see it, an adorable winged cow, just like their logo and store's decor.

Well, it was a fairly decent day and I did wind up doing a very small outing to the nearby park. The weather wasn't too awful, and I stayed in the car (sat in the parking lot for a bit) but at least I got to see some really cute dogs enjoying their walks :) I remember a few months ago when going there was absolute torture and I would have been in rough shape after, so I do feel that some small improvements have happened over time, even if very slowly. I'm apparently reliving shark week too, as Jaws is on SyFy and will be followed by 2, 3, and Revenge in an all-night marathon that I won't be watching since I'll be in SL and chatting with Xan on Discord. I've seen this movie so many times over the years, and it is what inspired my childhood best friend to want to become a marine biologist (she did not, but she did study it for a year in college) so I blame her for my being drawn to it. It never stopped me from going into the ocean, despite my annual trips "down the shore" from infancy till mid-20s being near the area whose shark activity inspired it over 100 years ago. The Right Stuff

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post is full of Womenstuff Hunt prizes again, so get ready to enjoy :) The prizes are free for members of the Womenstuff group, but that is $50L to join as a one-time fee if you aren't already in the group. It certainly encourages us to stay in the group, as I've done for several years now, and I'm (obviously) thrilled that the hunt is back after 2 years. As I've mentioned, the prizes are hidden in red squared bags with circular handles, very small in some stores and larger in others. The hints from the HUD you can pick up at the 'Stuff Lounge will help you find those prizes, and it teleports you from stop to stop if you give it permission. I'm impressed at having 106 amazing prizes in one hunt, making that group join fee less than half a linden dollar per treat :) The hardest part has been picking 'favorites' to share, so instead I am being fairly random in my selections. Just over a week remains, as the hunt ends when July does.

Summer is certainly in full swing, so the GoodVibes Let's Get Nautical prize is going to come in very handy :) The swimsuit, pareo, and corded sandals are all provided in Maitreya and Star mesh body sizes, with the pareo being slightly sheer so we can see the playful nautical pattern on the striped swimsuit through it. The bathing suit does have a fairly modest cut, especially for SL (the tendency here is to show off these carefully shaped mesh bodies after all) so I expect that will appeal to those of you who are like me and enjoy a balance of sexy and modest fashions for any occasion. My wardrobe is very multifaceted, and I like it that way. Also worth noting, there is a sailor cap included but not shown because my updo hairstyle doesn't play well with hats ;)

Another fantastic prize I found is this *KD* Arisa boho set from KaiDesign. The tube top and maxi skirt are each floral patterned and trimmed with solid bands, all designed to fit Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies. Our prize also includes a HUD with 3 color variations each for the top, top trim, skirt, and skirt trim. I definitely appreciate the ability to change up the look on a whim, while maintaining a great style and seasonal flavor. 

Our next stop is Sweet Intoxication, where the bag rewards us with the Courtney Dress - Navy for finding it. This beauty combines a summery sundress style with an elegant shade of deep blue, and let's not forget the itty-bitty openings on the bodice that allow for the tiniest peeks of skin ;) There are sizes for Alice, eBody Classic, eBody Curvy, Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Petite, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. 

The prize from V8 Underground is also bringing shades of blue. It's called **ANITA VAN BLUE URBAN STYLE COMPLETE OUTFIT**, and as they generously tend to do, it includes footwear :) The top, sleeves, shorts, and thigh high boots are each separate pieces in sizing for Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn (with added Waifu for the top). Such a lovely combination, don't you think? I'd also like to note that the store is being remodeled and was lowered a little, so you may find yourself falling about 20 meters when you teleport there...don't worry, you are in the right place. Construction can make things a little tricky sometimes, that's all. It's still the same terrific place with some of my favorite outfits :)

My final look of the evening is the Melody Sarabi outfit, a top and skirt combo sure to turn heads. It includes Classic, Curvy, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh body sizes for each, as well as a HUD that offers 26 colors apiece for the top, top ruffle, and skirt. I love the lacy ruffle on the bottom of our strapless bra top, and the miniskirt has daring slits on each thigh to add some flirt factor. Mixing and matching is always a fun option too, don't you think? Just add your favorite shoes and perhaps some jewelry if your mood leads there, and you're all set for a day outing or a hot evening date.

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I switched gears back to the Womenstuff Hunt, as there are still gobs of generous gifts to see from it :) As I've mentioned before, we need to be a member of their group which is $50L to join, but once you've got that group tag active you can claim your HUD at the 'Stuff Lounge to guide you with hints and preview images as well as teleporting you from place to place. The prizes are hiding inside red squared bags with golden circular handles, which vary in size since some of the stores have reduced them to impressively tiny sizes. The hunt is open until the end of the month, and there are over 100 stores, so I suggest you get moving if you're interested.

My first look this evening is the stunning =LCS= Emma Fitmesh Cocktail Dress from LoveCat Store. The intricate wrap style is sure to turn heads, just like that asymmetrical hemline and the exclusive color! We receive sizing for Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Ocacin, Reborn, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Voluptuous mesh bodies, along with a HUD that lets us select between the two textures seen above. Do you like it with or without sparkly sequins?

Another prize you won't want to miss is the SAS - Sarah Fuchsia Swirl Dress from Sascha's Designs. This treat comes in Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes. The swirled pattern has lovely, vibrant hues that add up to a terrific look that reminds me of the 60s or 70s, just like the full sleeves that are gathered and tied on each forearm. 

For my next look, I slipped into the LUXE Paris COMPANION Ensemble which consists of a short sleeved top and white high waisted miniskirt with baby blue image on the lower front left hemline. I'm pretty sure that's an elephant on the skirt with the floral pattern streaming from its trunk :)

If you need something cheerful for a warm summer day or evening, how about this adorable [TinRoof] "Melon Mood" dress? It has a playful pattern of watermelon slices on pink and white stripes and is wrapped all over with pretty little ruffles. There are sizes for Lara X, Legacy, Legacy Classic, and Reborn mesh bodies provided. The neckline is cut a bit low, at least on my Legacy body, so I'm almost tempted to layer a strapless bra or something beneath for modesty because I don't want to let that stop me from enjoying it :)

My final look tonight is versatile as well as sexy, with extra splashes of glam :) It's the AINOA SET by BA Store, which is short for Black Angel Store. Our bra, panty, and skirt are each provided in Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes, along with a HUD offering 25 colors for each piece plus 15 gem colors and 5 metals. You can adjust the shine with the HUD too, very handy! I was intrigued at the way the skirt connects to the center of the bra front, making it resemble a flirty one-piece dress when all worn together. The bra and panty combo could work as a bikini too, so the possibilities are nearly endless.

Whew, what a weekend! It started good, then Friday night there was the medical incident with the houseguest, who is doing pretty well now by the way :) I was still quite nervous about things of course, but they are on their way home now and feeling somewhat better. I had a good therapy session earlier today, and we delved into my childhood some which is not easy but necessary. I've got some plans for outings in the upcoming week, including a haircut on Thursday, so I am going to try to continue the progress I have been making. The weather looks a bit cooler than last week, but just as stormy so we'll see how it plays out. I got a message from my mom earlier that she heard from my younger cousin's wife that she is expecting a baby boy, but she didn't reply yet about when her due date is. I am delighted for them both and can't wait to get to meet the newest member of the family in a few months ♥. A couple years ago she'd mentioned a few potential baby names, but I must confess I can only remember one, Isaac. She is Moroccan so it is pronounced differently in her native tongue, and I feel like the others were similar in that I recognized the English or American type pronunciations as familiar and pleasant names while being fascinated to learn their Arabic equivalents. The fact that we'd been discussing names just goes to show that they had been planning this pregnancy for some time, and the baby will be much loved and treasured :) I hope you've all had a lovely weekend and are enjoying your day/evening, many magical magpie hugs to everyone!!

Beached Bunny Hunt

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are exploring the Beached Bunny Hunt 14, a $1L hunt with teal beach pails hidden in each participating store. The pails have a yellow handle, are filled with sand, and have a green shovel. I find the bright colors helpful in spotting them, which is why I felt it worth mentioning :) The website helps with hints, preview images, and of course the links to each stop, so it is needed to navigate the hunt path. I'm still amazed that we've been able to enjoy fourteen rounds of this fun hunt! That's got to be about 100 regular years in SL terms, lol, and their longevity is inspiring.

My first look comes from the hunt organizer, Grumble, and is called Hot Beach Dress. The name definitely suits it, with its daring top and flirty skirt, plus vibrant tropical pattern! Find the pail and you'll be able to claim sizes for Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Bombshell, Maitreya, Peach, Prima Busty, Reborn, Waifu, and Star mesh bodies. 

The store MOONLIT MUSE is a rebranding of the former Emi's Attic, so the general style may look familiar if you were acquainted with them :) They have a terrific swimsuit offering called {beach bums Complete Collect} which is a full set of bikini tops and bottoms in BOM system layers. They each come in black, deep red, fuchsia, oyster, purple passion, royal blue, summer green, and sunrise orange. I'm wearing summer green top and bottom on the left, with oyster top and purple passion bottom on the right above. The tops are like longline bras, and both are trimmed in a wide lace band that I really like and am inspired to use these as undergarments when the mood strikes.

The black bikini bottom from the prior photo came in handy again, this time to help me share the nope. melly - ombre gift. This is another store I remember as a prior brand name, ZFG, standing for zero f's given ;) The strapless knotted top is provided in Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh body sizes, along with a HUD offering 10 playful ombre textures. Those tend to remind me of fancy tropical drinks, which I think suits the hunt's theme particularly well. I would happily wear this with skirts, shorts, pants, or jeans depending on the time of year and where I'm headed. 

I have a confession...Emerald Couture is labeled as a skip on the website, but it also had a hint shown, so I decided to give it a whirl since I thought I'd spotted the hunt object when I was here recently. It is definitely out and for sale, and I can confirm that it contains their charming EC Clarissa Outfit White :) The top and overalls-styled skirt will each fit Erika, Freya, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Khara, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Peach, Prima, Reborn, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. We also receive matching sandals for Belleza, Erika, Gen X, Khara, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Peach, Prima, Reborn, and Slink feet, so we are all set for footwear with this generous dollarbie too. Much appreciated!

My final look of the evening is perfect for finding yourself 'beached' like the bunny ;) It's the ~J~ Summer Festivities Bikini from The Undiscovered Jewel, and the fabric is alight with multicolored fireworks on a dark night sky shade of blue. Separate top and bottom are each provided in Kupra, Bimbo, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh body sizing, covering just enough while letting you sizzle like your favorite type of pyrotechnic display. 

My evening was off to a great start - company, very nice dinner at my parents' house, then back here to enjoy ourselves - when said company developed pains that caused them to realize they need immediate medical attention. So, while I am sitting here typing this, my houseguest is on their way to the local hospital emergency room 😟. It is not terribly far but things do look different in the dark, and they will be keeping me updated (via text) on their status. My third dose of my new medication is still making me feel jittery, which is nothing compared to the genuine concern I'm now experiencing, so it is a chaotic weekend indeed. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for them, while trying not to work myself into a panic attack because I've had quite enough of those lately. Otherwise the plans for the weekend are intended to be relaxing, so we shall see. I hope you all have a terrific weekend ahead, many magical magpie hugs to everyone!!
