Palomma Plaza

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post brings us to the Palomma Plaza, packed full of free group gifts with their group tag "Doves Angel" active. As I've mentioned plenty of times before, this is a continuation of The Free Dove in memory of the generous soul behind that endeavor, Palomma "Dove" Casanova. I was blessed to be a friend of hers, and will always treasure memories of her. For tonight I chose gifts from Pixels and Purplemoon, now known as :::pm::: for short :) My link should give you a red arrow between the two displays, but as always I recommend taking your time and exploring for all the generous gifts you can find here.

We start out with the sizzling =PIXELS= :::SPORTSWEAR::: outfit, which is certainly a good choice if you're looking to work up a sweat :) The tank top and capri pants are each provided in Gen X Curvy, Katherine, Kupra, Lara X, and Legacy mesh body sizes, along with a HUD that offers 8 textures each for cap (hood in back), top, lower top, upper edges, pant, and side lines. However there is a bonus 9th texture for the lower top, the sheer white one I'm showing off on the left above ;) White does go see-through when wet of course, so that aforementioned sweat must have done that. 

I do remember the brand Purplemoon fondly from eons ago, like I have a post on here from 2015 (gasp) so it is exhilarating to share their work still :) The ::: pm :::Bahia Bikini Set -pink- gift includes a bikini (top and bottom linked to wear at once) and sarong, both of which will fit Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. The bikini has some intriguing gems on its straps, and the sarong is tied just right to accentuate those. So gorgeous!

For slightly cooler weather, be sure to claim our ::: pm ::: Amelia Set -Blue & print- gift :) It looks like a separate sweater, belt, and pleated skirt, but they're all connected and worn as one piece. There are sizes for Gen X Classic/Dainty, Gen X Curvy/Dainty, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies included. The colors work so well together, and I get a kick out of the slightly bare shoulder and deep neckline.

Next is another terrific gift that you won't want to miss - ::: pm ::: Devon Dress -red/black-. The daring diagonal hemline of the dress shows off the leg chain on the left thigh, with both pieces sized for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, and Reborn bodies. We also receive a complementary BOM pair of black panties, which is the easiest way to provide a touch of modesty. The pattern of roses gives a spring vibe without being overly pastel, for those with deeper color preferences :) I get it, I've seen plenty of signs and t-shirts that say "I'll stop wearing black when they invent a darker color". 

For my final look of the night, I am feeling flirty in our ::: pm ::: Alexis Set -red/blue- gift. The red tube top and patterned miniskirt are both adorned with tiny bows that made me smile, and I think this set will carry us into summer quite nicely too. There are Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, and Juicy mesh body sizes of each piece included. At this point I swapped bodies, lol, sorry but I know that would sound so strange out of context! But I went from Lara X to Lara 5.3 to accommodate the size set. It isn't a dramatic difference, but I did try on the original Maitreya sizes on the Lara X body and it was absolutely necessary to change over ;) 

I don't have much to say about my relatively quiet day, but I do want to mention that I have some plans for tomorrow that will prevent my being able to blog in the evening. I'm a little nervous because my stomach is still unsettled, 3rd or 4th day in a row, which will not be fun in a car...at least I have ways to try to distract myself to make it more bearable :) There's an app for that, LOL, as people have been able to say about nearly everything for a few years now. Really anything with videos or pictures of cute animals will help too, so I can focus on that instead of the feelings of dread from being away from home. New Scandalize Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I found out that Scandalize has relocated their gifts room, over 100 gifts for their group called !|Scandalize|! which is currently $90L to join. Over the years I've shared gifts from I believe 3 different groups of theirs, which is why I am specifying the name so you can find it easier in your list of groups :) If you're already in, these treats won't cost a thing, and if you join now and pay that fee those gifts work out to less than one linden apiece :) They seem to be brand new gifts since most have a Lara X size, which I don't recall from previous gifts. Their new group gift room is across the way from LSR Originals, which also has a paid group and loads of generous gifts to check out. However everything I am sharing in this post is from Scandalize, and these happen to all be from the right side of the building if you need a little assistance tracking them down.

My first look is the lovely SCANDALIZE. Estera set. FATPACK group gift. The cozy sweater, pleated miniskirt, and belly chain each come in sizing for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. There is a HUD also that lets us pick from 30 colors each of the top in solid, top in hearts pattern, and skirt, plus 8 gems for the charm on the belly chain and 3 metals for it. The charm is hitting right at the navel for me, so cute and versatile! If belly chains aren't your thing, the outfit looks great without too of course.

I'm also loving the new SCANDALIZE. CRYSTALHEART DRESS FATPACK gift! It's a flirty minidress covered in crystals, in Lara X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes. The enclosed dress HUD offers 30 colors each for the crystals, dress, seams 1 and seams 2, whereas the transparency HUD has several options from 10% - 100% and an on/off option for the horizontal strap which is the lowest of those front straps :) I used full opacity on the left but lowered it a tiny bit on the right above.

Next I shimmied into the group gift called SCANDALIZE. Lorena set. MEGA PACK. It starts with the dress in sizes for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, noteworthy for the sheer sections and built in panties. The fuzzy jacket comes in two sizes, simply named 1 and 2, so my suggestion is to try them both on and see which suits your body and shape better. Now of course there is a handy HUD here, so we can choose from 30 colors apiece for the jacket, dress, trim, and sheer portions. I like contrasting them, but if you feel like making it all one hue, I'm sure it looks just as stunning. 

The name of our SCANDALIZE. YUME FULLPACK HEELS+TOP+PANTY+SKIRT tells you most of what it includes, lol, with all those mentioned pieces designed to fit Lara X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. Other stars of the show are multiple HUDs, making my fingers want to take a deep breath before ratting them off ;) The Top HUD has 30 solid colors and 10 patterns each for suspenders, bow, top, and seams. The Top Hearts HUD tints those same sections but with your choice of 30 colors of heart patterns. The Skirt and Skirt Hearts HUDs are similarly paired, with either 30 colors and 10 solids or 30 heart patterns each for pantie, seams, skirt layer 1, and skirt layer 2. If you look closely you'll notice there is a slightly longer and sheer layer on top of the skirt, which can be colored individually. The last HUD is for our heels, with 30 solid colors apiece for the straps, shoe, and sole. If all of this is confusing or just too much to sift through, LOL, just add whatever HUD sounds interesting and click a few buttons to see what changes until you like what you see :) Trust me, I love these HUDs more than I can even say, but my note taking for these is a total nightmare. No regrets, just explaining why I am a bit slow and wordy here.

For my final look of the night, I'm wearing the playful SCANDALIZE. YARAH FATPACK group gift. If I recall, the shoes were a separate gift from the outfit, but it's all near each other and packed individually. Our bodysuit, bodysuit full (with sleeves), jeans, and heels will all fit Lara X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. There are plenty of HUDs too, like the bodysuit one that offers 30 colors each for body, body lace, sleeves, and sleeve lace, so you can pick a solid or lace texture for each. The jeans have left and right HUDs for each leg, 30 denim hues with or without a heart, another 30 each for the straps in denim, solid colors, or patterns. The heels HUD has 30 colors and 10 patterns apiece for heels, straps, sole, and insole. This is such a versatile and whimsical style, like a modern take on something I'd have worn in the 80s :) 

It was a long day, well more like a long evening, here...I was here at my PC for a support group meeting during the beginning of the hockey game I was hoping would make my entire week. The group gave me lots to think about, and the game gave me a loss to stew over. I am not giving up on my team, I just really dislike a few players on the other team so I am feeling salty. Every team in every sport has at least one team that's a huge rivalry (not heated LOL) and this is two teams in the same state which adds fuel to that fire. I am planning an outing for Wednesday this week, but it's still just in the planning stages so I am not certain how that will affect anything yet. Punk JUSTUS Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post comes from Punk JUSTUS, and I'm always so grateful to see that this brand has an entire room of freebies with no group tag needed. That's right, you can buy all the gifts for $0L each and even have a seat on one of 3 lucky chairs if your initial shows up :) I wasn't that lucky this morning, lol, but I've still got plenty of treats to share that won't cost you a penny. Their style is definitely on the sexy side, so this is a great place to shop if you have a hot date or wish to attract a hot date ;) Heck, even if you just want to look your best and not worry about who you're impressing, there is surely something here to tickle your fancy. Be sure to give the midnight mania board a tap on your way past to the freebie room please, as there's always a great gift waiting there too if enough people click.

First I slipped into the Cinnamon for WAIFU by Punk JUSTUS gift in all its flirtatiousness :) There are two versions of the dress, 0 and 25% transparency, each of which will fit Legacy, Maitreya, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. Also included in the same sizes are a bikini top and bottom, as the dress alone is open up top and would show off quite a bit ;) I really like the layered look, and it's so much more fun in SL where all the layers stay right where you need them. You can probably tell that I'm wearing the 0 or solid version on the left, and 25% so slightly sheer to the right since the panties are peeking through slightly. If you have a favorite bikini or bra and panty set that you'd like to wear beneath instead, I do suggest giving it a try - BOM layers will definitely fit under, and some mesh pieces might :)

I also wanted to show you the lovely Gaelic Dress by Punk JUSTUS, which sounds like it was intended for St. Patrick's Day but that beautiful deep green hue will look terrific any day of the year. The dress and sleeves are separates, in sizing for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu bodies. We can easily wear the dress without the sleeves if we wish :) I'd like to mention that since the layered skirt is so short, particularly in the back, I'm wearing the bikini bottoms from the Cinnamon gift beneath still, and will be in the next image as well.

Delilah by Punk JUSTUS has the same playful style as the previous look, so it includes the same pieces and sizes. As a special bonus, it's also got a HUD with 3 colors each for the top, skirt, and sleeves. This means we get to mix and match, which I always have so much fun with :) It gives a Black Swan ballerina vibe, don't you think?

Next we see the Spotted by Punk JUSTUS gift, which includes the cross-strap halter dress and separate sleeves. Both of these are provided in Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Lara X, and Reborn mesh body sizes. There's also a HUD enclosed with 5 choices, 3 of which are solid colors and two are fun patterns. The one not shown is a cow print that probably inspired the name :) 

My final look of the evening is the delightful Barbie Girl by Punk JUSTUS gift. This bra and panty set (bikini?) is crafted from a hot hot pink satin, with a charm on each piece shaped like a heart and saying LOVE. There are sizes for Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. The little ruffles are a terrific touch, and the bows add whimsy to a really flirty style.

Whew, it has certainly been a weird weekend...from the canceled farmers market that could have gone on because the rain didn't start until at least an hour past its closing time, to my hockey team losing at home instead of sweeping their series, it has had some frustrations for sure. I know it's trivial in the long run, and I'm not focused on either issue heavily :) I just missed seeing the wonderful people at the market, and who can resist all that tasty food? I've got another hockey game to enjoy tomorrow, during my support group session LOL, but I am recording it so no worries there. The game will only be about halfway done when the session ends. Inside Your Inventory

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'm sharing gifts for the Inside Your Inventory group, which has a small $10L fee to join. This keeps the group safe from scammers and spammers, so I don't mind it in the least :) There are lots of participating designers who send notices to tell us about their latest releases and sales, plus they can offer a group gift in their store if they wish. Those are what we'll be taking a look at here, at least a small sampling of them that I found earlier. Always fun to explore and see what's new, at stores I'm familiar with or sometimes a first introduction.

The [Enchantress] Andi Dress Gift is such a playful treat, with notched miniskirt and wide open top that has a tie draped down into the cleavage. It is all one piece, in sizes for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Peach, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. THe included HUD offers 2 colors for the top, both shown, and 3 for the skirt & tie which are both above plus black in the same damask pattern. 

We also have a duo of goodies waiting at BlondeQueen, called BQ::Shyanne Jumpsuit:: Black & Gray. These flirty jumpsuits are created with a bra top and high waisted pants that hook to the bra in the front, leaving much of the back and sides bare. The gray is labeled anthracite, which I vaguely recognize as coal (found in a different region of my state) so it suits the deep charcoal color wonderfully :) Both colors are provided in Freya, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, and Reborn mesh body sizes. I really like the subtle plaid print, adding an extra touch of elegance. 

I also dropped by Mu-Shi Doll and found their lovely MD "Peggy" Outfit - Red GG as our gift for this group. Isn't it stunning? The sleek satin tank top has a lace back, and full length gown is daringly open on one side with 2 versions, one with silver chains and the other golden ones. Each piece fits Legacy, Perky, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. The shade of red has a softness to it, not lightened to pink but more of a pretty salmon hue.

I've mentioned here plenty of times how much I enjoy denim, which I attribute to growing up in the 80s :) So the **SOFIA VERGA URBAN STYLE COMPLET OUTFIT** gift from V8 Underground makes me both delighted and sentimental. The jumpsuit and coordinated sandals are each provided in sizing for Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies, so I changed over from my Maitreya Lara X into the 5.3 body for the remainder. It's intriguing that I wound up with two jumpsuit gifts for this post, but with really different styles :)

My final look this evening reminds me of the movie 13 Going On 30, even if it's not the same colors as the outfit where she does the Thriller dance. The style is certainly similar :) This is our Kamila Gift by Blackbird Lace, and it includes both the dress and strappy heels you see above. Each come in Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, and Juicy mesh body sizes. The purple of the shoes is just one of the gorgeous hues you can find in the dress, interestingly reminiscent of eye shadow palettes I would have worn in the 80s with that denim jumpsuit earlier ;) At least I have a sense of humor about it and realize that I was following what was in fashion at the time. 

The past several haircuts I've had or heard about had one thing in common - they all wound up shorter than requested. Why is that a thing lately? To be fair, I really like my haircut overall, but I had said about 3 inches and she wound up taking closer to 6 inches off. It's a little past my shoulders, but was touching my bra strap in the back before the cut. My natural curls/waves are bouncy though, and I won't need to go back for quite a while. More layers are helping the texture, and I am trying a smoothing cream to try to control the frizz. Blue Bayou

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are visiting the monthly Blue SL event, which is open until the 8th of May so you have time to enjoy. That might include picking up demos for the $50L sales offers or exclusives, and if you like what you see here tonight it should also consist of joining their free VIP group (if not already a member) and claiming some generous gifts :) They generally have new gifts each month, so it is always delightful to stop by and see what catches your eye. I'd developed a habit of using song titles with "blue" in them for my post titles, so I am sticking with that theme once again. I'm also taking suggestions for future rounds ;)

My first look comes from the wonderful Allure Couture, who are regulars here at Blue SL and always have something special. Their Kimono Set Pink comes on an unpacker HUD that lets you choose your body from Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, Juicy, and Waifu sizes. The folder will contain the kimono, C-string, and heels in the version you've selected. I've noticed that their gifts are frequently this shade of dusky mauve pink, and I am such a fan of it :)

Another brand I look forward to seeing here is @rOrO, and their Whitney PinkNTeal Jumpsuit is a perfect example of why :) These colors look phenomenal together, and the jumpsuit is the right touch of breezy and flirty with that fun opening in the front. There are sizes for Erika, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, Nhumana, Prima, Reborn, and Star mesh bodies, with a HUD for the belt that offers 5 colors plus an 'off' option. So lovely!

I combined two gifts for one terrific seasonal outfit here. The Angels Amazing Creations gift is called Hello Spring Shirt, and it will certainly wake up the spirit of spring with the vibrant yellow hue :) We receive a classic M size as well as Freya, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, Reborn, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Voluptuous mesh body versions. The floral wreath image on the front says "Welcome Spring" in the middle. It pairs really well with the Intisl jeans black gift, which will fit Lara X, Legacy, and Reborn bodies. I got a kick out of the distressed style, with a few rips both front and back that show just how well worn and loved a pair of jeans can become.

Next we get flirtatious with the Nut & Squirrel Freyja gift. The way this dress is laced up in the back and tied with a sweet bow is just *chef's kiss*, lol, and it is a really versatile treat. The dress fits Erika, Kupra Bimbo, Legacy, Perky, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, Juicy, and Waifu mesh bodies, and includes a HUD with 25 colors. The hardest part is picking just two colors to show off ;) 

Sometimes we just need something to snuggle, and the [.KK.] Cute Blue Doll Plushie gift from Khaos Kreations is ready to fill that need. Isn't she a sweetie? She's got a built in hold pose just like you see here, and I think the way her big blue bow matches her eyes is my favorite detail. 

All I can think about tonight is the hockey game I just watched, LOL, because it was just that exciting :) My team has had a rough road to the playoffs, and are playing truly exceptionally so I am a happy camper. The 4th game of the best of 7 series (currently 3-0) is going to be so wild to watch! Meanwhile I've got a hair appointment tomorrow along with a few other errands while I'm out, so no time for a blog post tomorrow evening. I'll be back on Thursday though. Avangardista Group

 Hiya everyone! Tonight it's time to check out some gifts for another multi-designer group, as you know how much I enjoy these tours across the grid. The Avangardista group is currently free to join, so all these lovely gifts are yours for absolutely no cost. I'm a devoted bargain hunter, so it makes me very happy that these gifts are such high quality. Some folks may see the word freebie and think it means it will be something old, inferior, not worth picking up...but I am determined to show you that there are plenty of gifts out there that we can truly appreciate :) I spend most of my lindens on hair, skin, and cute animal companions, LOL, so it's not that I am trying to exist in SL without spending real money. I do make use of tip jars and charity donations too, since frugal doesn't mean stingy. Okay, so are you ready to see some wonderful gifts?

Our first stop of the evening is MONOMANIA, in their new location (or it's a new branch?) where their thoughtful gift is called Elegance Cream. This outfit includes the satin top and belted loose pants, each in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizes. The matching sandals fit Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink feet, so we have the ideal pair of footwear already selected for us :) The only thing I might add is a necklace or bracelet if I feel the urge. 

If you are a loyal fan of the original Maitreya body, the Petry Model --> Dress UB gift seems to have you in mind. That would be the single size included of this beautiful dress with floral bodice and lacy layered skirt, and I am really delighted to find this treat. I know there's been some disagreements in group chats over Lara 5.3 vs. Lara X, some who say they'll never wear Lara X and others who switched over permanently with no intentions of using 5.3 anymore. I'm fond of both for various reasons, already have a large collection of clothing to fit 5.3, but have seen some incredible designs that are only for Lara X too. So they're both regulars for me, along with Legacy, so I have to look to see what HUD I've got attached to remember what the heck body I'm wearing sometimes ;) 

Hilly Haalan has a fantastic gift for us in their gift building, so please use the teleport board to get to the building (or follow the red arrow from my link) and look for the Avangardista sign on the back wall. There you'll find the [hh] Avielle Set waiting, with 2 blouse versions and the matching skirt. All of these fit eBody Curvy, Freya, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. This sexy strapless minidress has a black lace inset that plays peekaboo with our cleavage and belly, while the solid fabric has a playful reflective nature to it. Our final stop this evening is Fatal Fashion, where I found the stunning Top & Skirt Flor gift for us high on the wall with many other generous goodies for various groups. This crimson pairing of one-sleeved top and diagonally hemmed miniskirt includes sizing for Gen X Curvy, Lara X, Legacy, and Reborn mesh bodies each, so I swapped back to my Lara X from the 5.3 I'd been wearing thus far. This is such a flattering style with fun details like the dangling laces and the way the sleeve loops around the thumb :)

Why am I chilly again? LOL, the answer is that Mother Nature has lost her dang mind I guess, but it's 45 out and 68 in here. It's been averaging about 75 in my room so that is lower than I'd have expected. My week is all topsy turvy, as we wound up switching gaming night from Thursday to Tuesday because I'll be getting my hair cut then instead. I thought I would be lucky to get in next week, never dreaming this week would be possible, but I'm taking advantage of that good luck :) We are still getting used to the new DLC in Hello Kitty, City Town, and it's very detailed so there is much to learn and experience yet. It is exciting! My friend and her husband always keep me laughing, and I so appreciate getting to spend time chatting with them. Lovely Looks from Le'La

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I am happy to share some more group gifts from {Le'La}, whose group is currently $100L to join. I've been a member for quite some time and have always been grateful, between the group gifts and lucky chairs and lucky boards, plus midnight mania boards...then in December we get a daily Advent calendar too :) There is a separate building for all of these gifts, so just follow the sparkly path on the ground (or go towards the red arrow from my link) to find the goodies. 

For my first look I've slipped into the flirty {Le'La} Tina Set Gift. The unpacker named the folder Frida Bodysuit instead, but the contents and image inside are definitely Tina :) It consists of the bra, panties, and lacy skirt in sizes for Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, and Mounds mesh bodies, along with a HUD offering 16 colors for each. I'm always a fan of those HUDs and the ability to change the look on a whim :)

I had so much fun playing with the HUD that comes with our {Le'La} Raima Dress Gift! That's because it has 20 textures to choose from, some of which are multicolored like you see on the left, and all of them are delightfully sparkly thanks to the sequined pattern on the dress. This beauty comes in sizing for Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. Single shouldered dresses are fairly popular in SL, but I don't usually see them with a puffy long sleeve like this, nor have I seen that intriguing neckline before.

I really needed the {Le'La} Gillo Jacket & Dress Set Gift right about now, since my RL weather has gotten chilly again and dipped from 80+ to 45 degrees. A really cute jeans jacket like this would come in handy :) The jacket and tube dress are each provided in Freya, Isis, Venus, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Slink Hourglass, and Hourglass Petite mesh body sizes. There's also a HUD of course, offering 15 colors for our dress and 10 shades of denim for the jacket. 

Next I've changed into the charming {Le'La} Barbara Set Gift, which pairs a low cut sweater and snug miniskirt to great effect :) There are sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies foe each piece, and a HUD to choose from 5 floral patterns for the shirt and 4 matching solids for the skirt. Nice for spring, and the name made me think about how you don't see Barbara much these days but it is a very pretty name that a few of my classmates back in the day shared.

For shorter sleeves but a longer hemline, be sure to pick up the gorgeous {Le'La} Glow Dress group gift too. The daring slit on the left side certainly caught my attention, but the sweetheart neckline did too since I'm a huge fan of those in general. You betcha!

I had a much better day here than the past few, with more sleep and another awesome hockey game tonight :) Also the houseguest is gone, so I'm feeling greatly relieved. The spray to get rid of cat dander may have helped a little, not entirely but enough that it's more of an annoyance than a full blown asthma attack from my allergies going haywire. If I were visiting a home where someone had a severe allergy, I would do my best to avoid bringing it into their environment out of politeness, but clearly that doesn't occur to everyone. I have a few things to check out in SL the next few days, but right now we're in a lull between big rounds of events or hunts for the most part.
