She Scoops, She Scores!

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I've got more free prizes to share from the SLS Scoop N Score hunt, which we find by locating hidden poops in the complex sewer maze that SL Syndicate has crafted for us. There are over 200 prizes down there, so it is well worth the effort :) It is their 8th annual hunt and shopping event, so you may already be familiar with the impressive work that goes into this each year. I'm grateful for Xan's help in navigating the sewers, and for all of the generosity of these designers! The hunt website has a list of the brands with the number of poops you can find from each, and if they are participating in the shopping event or not. You'll want to set aside plenty of time, and I do suggest teamwork with friends and possibly taking notes to keep track of which paths you've taken. 

I'm starting the evening with the lovely ::WD:: Set Penelope - Sky prize from Web Dew. The top and shorts blend together beautifully, each in sizes for Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, Juicy Boobs, and Waifu mesh bodies. There's a HUD in there too, with 9 colors each for the center panel and the trim, and a roughness slider so we can adjust that if we wish. I feel like a princess in this, like it genuinely gives me a royal vibe with a touch of fairytale fun :)

Next I slipped into the Blue Blood - Victory Dress Poopie Brown prize. The name made me giggle, but honestly the shade of brown reminds me more of slightly lightened coffee or a deep caramel. This pretty dress fits Legacy, Perky, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies, all with that great belt and slender spaghetti straps.

Among the many goodies we can find in the sewers, apparently sexy lingerie is one of them ;) This is our Sweet Kajira prize called * SK * ALINA RED, in a deep hue that will absolutely turn heads. We receive the top, panties, and belt, all in sizing for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies. The top and panties have playful sheer ruffles, and look great with or without the belt that reminds me of a mini corset.

You can put some extra sparkle in your day if you find the SOLIAC - Dress Ashe - Golden prize. They've got an amazing 19 treats to find, so you can expect to see that name quite a bit :) This flirty dress has a low V neck both front and back, and the skirt has a slightly diagonal hemline with a slit on the right hip. I adore the sequined texture, and it just begs to be worn out dancing or on a spicy date. There are Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes provided.

My final look this evening is the UNA. Yanni Valentines prize, and it is fully loaded! Our bodysuit comes in 3 versions - A (no ruffles), B, and B transparent (referring to the ruffles), each in Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, and Reborn sizes. The gold roses for top and bottom fit the same bodies, and the skirt in those same sizes has solid and transparent versions. As a sampling I am wearing bodysuit A, the top roses, and the transparent skirt on the left, while the look to the right is bodysuit B and both top and bottom roses. How do you plan on enjoying it?

Monday, Monday...that song just popped into my head, and I forget most of the words so it's just the old tune spiraling through my brain ;) It wasn't a bad day, just busy, and the support group session this evening went well. The next one is on Memorial day, so it might be a lighter crowd but we are going to try anyway. We don't do anything for that particular holiday, like we'll probably do our barbecue on the Friday before it since that's my usual "dinner with parents" day. The weather has been pleasant, and I am still happily distracting myself from my upcoming appointment on Wednesday. If RL were like SL, I'd just redeliver a new mesh body and fix all my problems, lol, but for now we let the pros do what they must to repair us. Scoop N Score Time

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are making like ninja turtles and exploring the SL Syndicate sewers :) Their 8th annual Scoop N Score sales market and hunt is here, and the hunt is entirely free with no group needed. However, it will take some time and patience, LOL, as you'll be searching for poops in a twisty maze of sewer pipes. Yep, you read that correctly - poops like the famous emoji 💩. 4 versions representing a family of turds with faces and tiny legs :) Some have been named with such clever puns or commentary on where they're hiding, I am guaranteed to laugh my way through it. Xan and I spent about 3 hours on this, and I'm so grateful for his assistance! As for the prizes, there are over 200 so that's a lot to be thankful to the designers for of course. They've put such effort and creativity into this adventure, and I look forward to it each year :) The website had a bit of a technical hiccup but there is a primfeed post with the list of designers and how many prizes they've each hidden, a handy guide to ensure you find them all. This post is definitely a part one, as there are so many wonderful treats to show you.

I randomly chose the beautiful +CHANDRA+ Persephone Dress prize as my first look of the evening. This flirty latex gown comes in sizes for Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, and Reborn mesh bodies, along with a HUD that lets us select from 10 great colors. I always appreciate when a dress or outfit looks as stunning from the front or the back, don't you? That way people can miss you when you go, but enjoy watching you walk away ;)

I do adore Web Dew and their creative styling, so the ::WD:: Set Faye - Jade prize is a must-share. It's got summery, tropical vibes that are perfect for this time of year. We receive the bra, panties, and pareo (skirt) each in Freya, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh body sizing, along with floral brooches for the chest and each ear, and an unrigged hairpin to match. The main HUD offers 10 colors for the flowers in 5 different sections (or all at once) and when you choose a number it'll make the actual clothing glow brighter where you are tinting :) Very cool touch, making it mistake proof and extra fun. There is also a transparency HUD for the pareo so you can turn it solid, sheer, or off completely.

One of the lovely prizes from The Muses is this Sommeil Outfit - Red. It consists of the top and pants (separately) in sizes for Lara X, Legacy, and Reborn mesh bodies. The top frames our cleavage beautifully, then changes to sheer lace as it flows to an inverted V hem. I love the loose fitting pants that fit perfectly beneath, but can also envision wearing BOM leggings beneath for a change of pace from time to time :) 

Not all of the prizes are poop-themed, LOL, but a few are at least in name. Blue Blood - Dreaming Dress Poopie Brown is one of those, and one of 3 treats from this particular store. I actually see it as more of a chocolate or coffee hued suede fabric, and I was impressed by the belt and seams that accentuate the bust very nicely. Find this poo and you'll receive Legacy, Legacy Perky, Legacy Petite, and Reborn mesh body sizes of the dress. 

As for my final look of the evening, that would be the RSStore Comfy Sweat [Black] which really is a cozy and flirty style :) That is all one piece so easy to wear, in sizing for Legacy and Reborn mesh bodies. There's an enclosed alpha HUD too, so we can click to hide the pants, sweater, belt, or body. I tilted my head like a confused pug at that point, LOL, not seeing a belt around my waist, but upon clicking I realized it was hiding the straps at the top of the bodysuit portion. I was going to hide the sweater for the rear view, but then I saw how cute the back was and could not bring myself to do it. So versatile!

How was everyone's weekend? Mine was pretty good, and I was relieved to get to the farmers market before the rain started. A former vendor (a chef from Thailand) was there to meet with someone who was buying equipment she'd left behind, so I am assuming that she is not returning as she initially hoped :( I did get to spend lots of time petting the Boston terrier I see almost every week there, as he was in a snuggly mood and just soaks up all the attention and affection like an adorable sponge.  Hiya everyone! Tonight's post is loaded with generous group gifts from various designers, all for the Mesh Body Friends group. That is currently free to join, and there are so many helpful group notices to tell us about sales, new releases, and more :) I love this type of multi-designer group since you get so much info in one spot, and there are usually plenty of treats for everyone who wears the group tag to the stores. I thought it would be a fun way to start the weekend, and hope you feel the same.

We start with a pop of vibrant color, thanks to our SYLVIA SET by BA Store. This gift from Black Angel has a separate top and skirt that blend seamlessly together, each in sizing for Belleza Classic, Belleza Curvy, Erika, Erika Bubble Boobs, Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Nerido, Perky, Maitreya, Reborn, and Juicy mesh bodies. The low neckline and bare shoulders seem like they will draw attention to any necklace you decide to add, just as it flatters the cleavage too :)

My final look of the evening comes from V8 Underground, who are known for both their generosity to these groups and for their habit of providing footwear and sometimes even accessories with their outfits :) The **NICOLE FISCE URBAN STYLE COMPLET OUTFIT** is playfully casual, hopefully well suited for some of your plans this weekend. The top, skirt, and sandals will all fit Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies with ease. I like the dark denim of the miniskirt and the way it matches the chunky heeled shoes! Naturally I can't resist the cinched top with nearly detached looking sleeves. It's easy to look well put together in a jiffy with a thoughtful gifts like this :)

It's genuinely fascinating to me to reflect and see how my perceptions have shifted over time with my anxiety battles. Right now I am very excited to go to the farmers market in the morning, with some underlying anxiety of 'oh no, I have to be in the car, and deal with people' just under the surface. Several months ago, the fears would be #1 and the excitement would be the barely noticeable impetus making me still want to try. This doesn't mean I am fixed or cured, as I don't think either term is possible for anxiety, but it shows improvement and a healthier outlook that I am grateful for :) The main reason I am so open on here about this stuff is that anyone who reads this could be dealing with something similar, or know someone else who is, and my honesty might encourage others. If that's you, I see you, I care, and I know you can find inner strength too :) It will be a rainy weekend here, starting less than an hour after the market opens, so guess who has to get there early to stay dry? CMH Unleashed Hunt

 Hiya everyone! Tonight it's time to check out the CMH Unleashed Hunt, a new one from Cheeky Monkey Hunts that brings designers' choice so expect the unexpected ;) Depending on the store, we can find $1L hunt prizes or $25L - $50L exclusive offers, all by tracking down the comic style Pow, Bang, or Boom signs. There are hints on the hunt website as well as our landmarks, prices, and preview images of the treats you can claim this month. These designers always bring us their best, and never fail to impress me with their cleverness with themes each month. Since they get to choose this time, we can learn a bit more about their tastes while visiting their stores :)

We start out with the hilarious $1L GoodVibes Her MAY-Hem prize, which is one of two since there's a version for the gents as well. This tee dress is great as either a short dress or long tunic top if you layer your favorite pants, leggings, or shorts beneath :) It says "MayHem! has Arrived!" above and below a superhero monkey, in a playful nod to our hunt organizers. There are sizes for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, Waifu, and Star mesh bodies included. My life seems to involve loads of low-level mayhem, lol, so I'd love this in RL too :)

If knit fabrics make you think of chilly weather, I would bet that our ~Sassy!~ Faye top and skirt $25L exclusive might make you rethink that! Its high neck, bare shouldered crop top does have some zigzag stripes that might be crocheted, and really an open weave would be cooling for these steamy days and nights. Both top and micro mini skirt are provided in Kupra, Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes. The skirt's color really brings out the deepest shade of our top, don't you think?

The skirt is helping me show off some more treats, this time after a spin through The Bold Llama T-Shirt Co.'s store :) On the left you can see our DREAMER Tee dollarbie, with a beautiful dreamcatcher that seems to have captured the word of the shirt's name. This dreamer absolutely approves this message ♥. Another message that got me feeling powerful is the FIGHT LIKE A GIRL Tee, our 25L exclusive from this brand. I've seen this slogan associated with breast cancer research, but I also think of it as not accepting when the world tries to tell women that we are less than. Your gender does not determine your worth, and I value everyone of any gender. 

I have long since come to appreciate The Bold Llama T-Shirt Co. for their awesome sense of humor, and I have to confess that I laughed so hard I'm surprised I didn't wake up neighbors when I read the HIGH ROAD Tee. It's our $50L exclusive, and that image says "Why take the High Road when you can take the Psycho Path" . My final look of the evening is a charming choice for exploring nature on a warm sunny day. The :.C!L.: Willow Yellow Boho Dress & Hat is their $1L hunt prize, starting with the lovely maxidress with white flowers on a buttery pale yellow background. It will fit Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, and Reborn mesh bodies. Then we can add the straw hat which is unrigged and can be adjusted as needed :) When my dad first got his convertible in the early 90s (midlife crisis?) my mom tried to wear a similar hat to keep her hair from blowing all around in the wind, but it wound up flying off her head into the backseat a few times. That was enough to teach her a lesson to just pull her hair back in a ponytail :) I think she still has the hat, or at least one much like it, to shield her face from the sun when they go on walks. Such a timeless addition to any outfit!

Wow, I suddenly thought it was Monday, then thought no Tuesday...I promise I haven't been boozing it up, lol, just extra dense brain fog tonight I guess ;) I did have my usual Thursday evening fun with friends gaming together, and I am eager to visit my parents tomorrow for dinner as well. Those are good reasons to keep track of the day of the week. I've been suffering through this 2nd round of the playoffs for my hockey team, just playing like hot garbage, and I felt terrible for the hometown crowd who paid good money to watch them lose game 3 in person. It would be easy to blame injuries or bad calls (both of which are legit factors) but we are just not strong enough yet for this opponent. FaMESHed Part Two

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we've got more gifts from the FaMESHed event's 14th anniversary round to enjoy. I've known many RL businesses that didn't last for 14 years, and time seems to work differently in SL so it's a huge accomplishment that I am pleased to help them honor by sharing this information.

We start with the playful GIZ SEORN "Miera" Set [Print 1] gift. Its strapless top and low slung pants are each provided in Lara X, Legacy, Perky, and Reborn mesh body sizes. There's also a HUD for the ornaments on the top (bow and fringe) that lets us choose from 12 different colors. Isn't that striped pattern a fun one? 

Our next outfit looks like lingerie, and you'll be surprised to hear that it's all one piece! The MIDNA - Coraline Outfit - LIGHT BLUE gift comes in sizing for Lara X, Legacy, and Reborn mesh bodies, with a HUD that offers 14 choices each for the borders and hearts, plus the ability to hide or unhide the panties. The rainbow texture somewhere in the middle of the bar of color buttons is the one that caught my eye for the left above :) 

Our littlefox - Eliana dress / minty gift is ready to cling to every curve and show off our shape to perfection :) There are Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes included, as well as a HUD for the built in panties with 40 colors and a show/hide option. The dress color is dreamy, and I love the cutouts that bare our shoulders above the extended long sleeves.

It was time for a frosty cold drink, so I added the WetCat :: Soda Cup for AO [Bento] treat to this outfit :) The cup is bright red with DeerCat on it in white, and has a menu on touch with a still pose hold, animation for drinking, or you can stop the animations entirely. 

My final look of the night is our [VARSITY] "Lia" bodysuit (Pack-04) group gift. The suit has a pretty collar and full sleeves, built in black belt, and classic cut leg openings that add up to an elegant and sexy look. We receive sizes for Lara X, Legacy, Nhumana, and Reborn mesh bodies, as well as an 8 color HUD whose palette reminds me of either blush, highlighter, or lipsticks. That does mean that the colors are flattering to a wide range of skin tones, and just generally quite pretty :) 

It was a really busy day yesterday, and I enjoyed the places I went even though the drive to each was stressful. They were close together, so it was convenient if not the easiest on the old anxiety ;) It rained off and on all day, and just started again now, so you'd think the temperature would start dropping but it was 78 in this room a little while ago. 73 now, whew! FaMESHed Anniversary

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'm delighted that the FaMESHed event is celebrating their 14th anniversary, and naturally that means I get to share some fantastic group gifts :) In order to reach the group gift area, you'll need to join their free group by copy/pasting this link secondlife:///app/group/8ae32885-b174-3f8e-4a70-5df905f8f93a/about in local chat and clicking it. This event focuses on original mesh creations and the talented folks who bring that skill to SL, and it is an incredible accomplishment to have done so for 14 years and counting.

We start with the flirty Faida - Christine emerald gift, in a shimmery green that really catches the light beautifully. There are sizes for Khara, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, Momma, Prima Busty, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, along with a HUD to turn the holes (more like the fabric between the holes?) on and off. It's on for the left side of the photo and off to the right, and I wound up adding a little modesty flower on the right because it was baring more than I expected ;) That white flower is something I added to the image in Photoshop and is not part of the clothing or in SL whatsoever. 

Another irresistible gift I just had to share is the LEROY - Yasmin Outfit [Gift]. Maybe it's the dreamy pink hue, or perhaps it's the style of the corset and skirt, but I am captivated! Both pieces are designed to fit Lara X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. The corset is tied in the back with the sweetest bow, and the scalloped layers on each side of the skirt are noteworthy because they reminded me of feathers and therefore wings :) 

Some of our gifts are separates so I get to play around with various combos like this one. I started with the [Have Unequal] Jasmine Top, which is an eye-catching teal halter with three sections down the front that are laced loosely. There are Lara X, Petite X, Lively, Nhuma, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes included. Our Chelsea Pants - FaMESHed Gift from *JustBECAUSE* look terrific in dusky light blue, with a sleek fit that flares slightly at the ankle. These are provided in sizing for Lara X, Legacy, and Reborn bodies, and are a versatile color and fit.

I kept those lovely pants on to share another shirt here, the Belle Epoque - 14 Top - GIFT. It's such a great way to honor the 14th anniversary, and maybe your lucky number is 14 or it's a special day for you too. I'd even wear it to honor a hockey player who sports that number :) This playfully cropped tee is tied on both sides, and will fit Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. Wear it with your favorite jeans, shorts, or skirts instead if you wish - there are so many possibilities.

My final look this evening brings us back to one of my favorite colors, thanks to our No.12 Apple Blossom / Emily II gift. Apple Blossom has rebranded as Blossie, and are in the process of reopening their shop in a new location. But meanwhile we get to appreciate their charming short sleeved dress with bold side opening to the skirt (C-string or panties strongly suggested) in a bubblegum hue. There are sizes for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies provided.

I'm somewhere between fuming and pouting over a hockey game, when in reality I know that my team is outmatched in this series and I should be grateful that we even got this far. I am, I promise, just sore about losing in overtime after drastically outshooting our opponents. My stomach sounds like it's trying out for sound effects for a horror movie, LOL, and I need it to calm down because I'm going at least 3 places about 12 hours from now. That adventure is why I'll be taking the evening off from blogging again, lack of time to prepare the photos and notes and such.
