Hiya everyone! Tonight it's time to celebrate the 13th anniversary of the Kustom9 Event. We just need to join the KP VIP group (no fee) and we'll be able to click all the pretty gift boxes at most of the displays for lots of generous treats :) It is such a joy to take time to appreciate the longevity of Kustom9, and I wish them and all their designers continued success. We have until the 9th of November, so still plenty of time, to enjoy the event and do some shopping.
My first look is the playful Gaia - gift crop top, which has crossed straps and a splattered pattern of deep red on black. We don't talk about what our avatar got into ;) The gift includes Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes, and this is one of several fun tops I am pleased to share tonight.
Our SPIRIT - K9 Exclusive 13th Birthday Gift makes me glad I'm wearing nipple covers, lol, since without them I believe the right one would be partly exposed. I love baseball style or Raglan tops like this, and did you notice the K9 on the back? It honors the event's nickname, but also might make people think you've been out on the streets with a police canine unit ;) That might also explain the splashes on the sleeves...again, that is always left to your imagination. I've got a fondness for all shades of pink and for polka dots, so our littlefox. - Blossom top // special exclusive gift is probably one of my favorites of the entire event. The bare shoulders and long sleeves make for a clever contrast, and the way the torso of the shirt is gathered and wrinkled gives a realistic feeling that I do appreciate. The top comes in Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes.
Another gift that is simply the tops (yes, I do love weird wordplay) is our Loki - Checkered Shirt - Kustom9 13th Birthday Gift. This flirty treat looks to have a bra layered beneath, if you look along the cleavage you will see some lace and a tiny peep of pink in the very center. The button down shirt looks great in that silver and white pattern, very chic yet casual. There are sizes for Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies for us to enjoy. For my final look of the evening, I'm out of the jeans and into a pair of gorgeous dresses :) The Bonnie - Sylphi Dress GIFT includes both the black and orange versions you see above, each in Legacy, Reborn, and Waifu sizes, plus a pair of panties in Legacy and Reborn sizing. There is even a HUD for the panties with 15 colors, adding versatility. They are most of a lace patch than a full pair of panties, so they can easily be worn with other items too. I'm happy with the seasonal plaid dress colors here, subtle nods to Halloween without being limited to any particular time of year.
I am running behind because of spending time multitasking, chatting with my mom (among other attendees) about plans for our Thanksgiving gathering. I think it boiled down to her not having any details yet but wanting to talk about it anyway? LOL, I tease but I do adore her and I am happy to help her keep things moving in the right direction. Anything to reduce stress, am I right? Speaking of stress, I won't be blogging tomorrow because I will be getting my hair cut, and I haven't exactly decided what I want done with it. Could be a light trim, could somehow turn out totally different, I simply have no idea :) I hope you're all having a lovely day/evening, many magical magpie hugs to everyone!!
