The Fifty Anniversary

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'm happy to invite you to The Fifty event, whose current round is their 2nd anniversary celebration. This means nearly every designer has a generous gift for all members of the FLF (Fifty Linden Fridays) group, which is free to join so these treats won't cost you a single red cent. There are so many discounted offers here, from fashion for guys and gals to accessories (jewelry, hair, skin, etc.) to home decor so we can redecorate our living space if we wish. Naturally I am focused on female fashions in this post, so please allow me to tempt you with a sampling of the many gifts :)

My first look is our ELEVEN - Luna Romper gift, which is a flirty style in a beautiful shade of lavender. It is provided in Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes, hugging every curve. It's held in place by the most delicate, slender straps in the back, which definitely caught my eye. 

AURICA brings some sunshine into our day with their Milli Outfit YELLOW gift! The vibrant hue immediately made me smile, and I love having the mini tank dress and open cardigan sweater each in sizes for eBody Reborn, Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya bodies. This way we have the choice to wear the dress alone or with the sweet jacket, although I'm thinking we wear both to our destination then slip off the jacket as one would do in RL with outerwear. 

Next I slipped into the lovely LEROY - Victoria Dress - Pattern 1 gift, feeling slightly Valentines themed but mostly just romantic :) There are Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Reborn sizes of this cutie, all with that sparkly red sash beneath the midriff opening. It matches the elongated red hearts so nicely, and red always pops on a white backdrop. 

There are several shirts that just begged to be shared, so I randomly picked out two for this photo :) The beauty on the left is our -Pixicat- Dara Top - DragonBlack gift, whose unpacker HUD lets us pick from Legacy, Perky, Lara X, Lara X Flat, Lara X Petite, Reborn, Juicy, or Waifu mesh body sizing. Just unpack the one you need and hang onto the HUD to access other sizes in the future if you wish. I'm also a huge fan of our No. 19 Apocalyptic // Chela Top gift on the right, a cropped short sleeve shirt in navy blue with cute bows on the sides and an image on the front that looks like a glass bubble holding an ecosystem inside. Almost like a terrarium, but encompassing more? It gave me a peaceful almost mystical feeling when viewing it :) This gift consists of sizes for Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. 

My final look of the evening is the charming Havoc. Vanilla Dress. Cranberry gift, from a store I am quite familiar with and grateful as always for their generosity. This uniquely crafted dress has one bare arm/shoulder and one long sleeve, with more intriguing asymmetry happening in the skirt that dips from one hip to the other ankle. We receive sizing for Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies in this lovely color. I must admit, the combo of vanilla from the dress name and cranberry from the hue sounds like a delicious hot tea flavor!

It was a quiet day, and do we remember when I mentioned a few weeks ago that I'd start taking an extra day off from blogging each week for my mental health, then didn't do so? 😕 Well because of a podiatrist appointment tomorrow that has me freaking out (just for the ride itself), I am taking tomorrow evening off from blogging. I'll be heavily medicated to handle the car trip, and will probably need some extra sleep after, so no time to prep the photos and notes for a blog post anyway. Just think, it'll be almost March when I return :) I know I will be safe in the long run, it's just a bit of a struggle these days to stay calm when thinking about going anywhere in a car. This doctor mentioned that his mom also suffers from agoraphobia so he is quite sympathetic, and that is reassuring to me. Cremosas Part Two

 Hiya everyone! We're back at Cremosas Store tonight, as their calendar full of daily gifts for February is still available (for just a couple more days!) and there were lots more I'm eager to share. They add one each day and all of the current month's gifts are still available until the end, so the last week of the month seems to be the sweet spot to visit :) Of course you can stop by any time, and the free group tag also lets you access the lucky boards near the group gift calendar, so there is plenty for us to enjoy.

For my first look this evening, I am wearing the Cremosas Store - Gift FEB 17 Harness Jumpsuit. The intricate straps in the front really caught my attention, as did the gorgeous shade of bright blue. The gift includes Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizes. It's a great choice if you want something figure hugging that still leaves a lot to the imagination :)

The Cremosas Store - Gift FEB 19 is a terrific mini dress with intriguing straps and a great satiny texture. It fits Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies, and is daringly low cut in the cleavage area so I'd be careful where I chose to wear it ;) I really like the color too, flattering and fun for year round wear.

Some of our gifts are separates that can be mixed and matched, like the Cremosas Store - Gift FEB 22 top and the Cremosas Store - Gift FEB 23 skirt. Because of the metal-trimmed round openings, these seem destined to be worn together, don't they? Each is provided in sizing for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. The belt is a built in piece of the skirt, so it is an edgy bonus feature that I am digging.

Another gift I paired the skirt from the 23rd with is our Cremosas Store - Crop Top FEB 13 treat. The style is a real showstopper, those straps and the color! I can easily imagine wearing this with jeans or leggings too, or even a longer or fuller skirt for added variety. There are Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes inside this gift too.

My final look of the night is another pairing of 2 different gifts. The top is Cremosas Store - Fringe Jacket Gift FEB 18, a layered jacket and tank top combo with cheerful colors and a playful style. I think it goes really nicely with the Cremosas Store - CAPRIS Gift FEB 25, stonewashed denim with wide cuffs to reveal the ankle and lower leg. The silver chain belt reminds me of the one on the skirt in the prior two images, similar but not exactly the same :) Like all of the gifts tonight so far, these both fit Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. 

Whew, what a Monday! I did go on a brief outing this evening and it was tough, leaving me dealing with the aftereffects of panic and upset stomach. I know I'll be okay eventually, then tomorrow I have a quiet day before the Wednesday doctor visit I'm dreading. It's not the appointment itself, rather the distance I have to tolerate being in the car (a half a block is torture these days) and knowing I'll be taking lots of extra meds that may or may not help. Last time it was slightly different meds that did not help, because my body is stubborn. I'm still pondering what my therapist could have meant when he said I need to just drop the rope and stop trying to play tug of war with the anxiety...I get the analogy but don't know how exactly to drop the rope. Stop fighting the symptoms, okay but how? It came off a bit like telling someone to just calm down or stop having *insert any medical health condition here* for a while. Oh well, I am just trying to hang in there for now :) There are a few exciting things coming up in SL that I am looking forward to, so that is always a plus. Cremosas Calendar

 Hiya everyone! Tonight it's time to visit Cremosas Store, where their February calendar of gifts is almost full. There is one gift per day, much like an Advent calendar except all of the prior gifts are still available so I usually stop by towards the end of the month. This is for their free group, and they also have a paid VIP group with different gifts/benefits if you are interested in checking that out too. However everything seen here tonight is for the free group only :) Your magpie here is always out of group slots and must juggle the free ones, you get the idea...I will always wish for more group slots, especially with so many valuable groups having fees to join these days and not wanting to miss out. For tonight's post I have randomly selected the gifts as you will see from the numbering, they are in date order but skipping around quite a bit. With the free group tag you can also win prizes from the lucky boards to the right of the calendar, so that group also has plenty of nice benefits for us.

Day 5 has a sexy dress called Cremosas Store - Dress #41, and I love the deep purple leopard print! The dress is held (barely) in place by silver chains, one across the top and one at the waist, with a mostly bare back and a deep V neckline to draw admiring gazes. Our gift fits Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. 

Next I changed into the Cremosas Store - Gift FEB 6 dress, which is another terrific option if you are a fan of purple as I am :) This one has considerable flirt factor too, thanks to the single shoulder and mostly bared midriff. In sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies, this is an instant favorite for me.

I had fun switching over to bold orange too, thanks to the Cremosas Store - Gift FEB 10 outfit. Its top and shorts each come in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes, and combine for a jaw-dropping look :) The bare shouldered top has loose ruffles across that form dropped sleeves, and the itty bitty shorts are laced together on each side for peeks of both hips. 

If your living space has a pool or you need a change of scenery and are planning on visiting somewhere beachy, may I suggest the Cremosas Store - laced bodysuit FEB 14 gift as a swimsuit? Like yes I know, I can read LOL, it says bodysuit...but most SL bodysuits are close enough to swimsuits that I can rarely tell the difference and eagerly use them interchangeably :) The thong rear view might mean that an adult or at least moderate rated beach is needed, and I love the tied sides for a bit of lattice-laced sexiness! My final look of the evening is the Cremosas Store - Gift FEB 15 dress, and you can see it's just as alluring as all their other treats for us. This time we wrap ourselves in vibrant pinkish purple, a strapless mini style that has intriguing holes in all the right places ;) There are sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies provided. I think this will be a fun one to accessorize, maybe black sandals and some silver jewelry? Beige heels and gold earrings and necklace? There really are no wrong answers :)

Hair note: Truth hair had 2 new releases for The Saturday Sale, which will be full price soon (honestly not sure when) so I took advantage and purchased both styles at the bargain rate :) Tonight's is called Parfait, and the Dutch braids in a shorter length than a similar recent release absolutely captivated me. I need things that don't hide the clothing I show you, so this is perfect! The other style is a looser braid that hangs down in the front, absolutely beautiful too. I'm a Truth hair addict, what can I say? ♥

It was a busy weekend, and therapy earlier really has me pondering some stuff. The exposure therapy isn't working as well as he'd hoped, so my alternatives are limited and will probably be less effective. I am nervous AF about the podiatrist visit on Wednesday, lol, so that was a main focus of the session today. There are plenty of other appointments I haven't even scheduled yet, but this one is the one I (barely) successfully attended 9 weeks ago and it's due again now. Carol's Store Goodies

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I have more treats to share from Carol's Store, whose group is just $10L to join which I find quite reasonable. They have almost a dozen group gifts available at the moment, including (still there as of this morning) a $300L gift card so you can even choose your own gift :) Purchase with the group tag active earn a store credit of 10% on what you buy, so it really is a beneficial group to hang onto. I know I mentioned all of this a few days ago when I blogged part one of their group gifts, but it was worth repeating in case you missed that post. Another good reason to treat yourself is that these gifts are fairly flirty, which could help you enjoy the weekend :)

My first look of the evening is the Carol's Store- April Group Gift, a sexy twisted halter top that will look great with anything you wear beneath it. There are sizes for Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Momma, and Reborn mesh bodies provided, as well as a HUD with 6 floral textures. I was feeling casual so I slipped into the blue pair from the Delizio jeans fatpack which are a marketplace freebie that appear here quite often, as they are versatile and easy to appreciate.

Another figure-flattering treat is our Carol's Store- October Group Gift dress. I was immediately impressed by its sweet floral print, and the column style that hits mid-thigh but still makes my legs look long and lovely :) Our gift includes Erika, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Momma, and Reborn mesh body sizing. I've always admired the way spaghetti straps help draw attention to the curves of our shoulders, and our necks...there is so much more to sex appeal than just breasts!

I feel so feminine in the Carol's Store- November Group Gift 23, and it's just right for bringing in the spring season soon. The wide belt is laced in the back like a corset, and the bodice has that fun opening tied loosely with a floppy bow to dangle into our cleavage so intriguingly.

Our strapless dress here has a delicate pattern of yellow flowers, trimmed with a white ruffle at the bust and a longer one for the skirt. Love My Planet Fair

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are visiting the Love My Planet Fair & Hunt at the Harambee-Gwassi charity store, so there are lots of wonderful offerings with a percentage of the purchase price being donated to charity. It helps fund schooling in Kenya in areas that are greatly in need, and I am always glad to assist by bringing attention to the hard work they do :) Isn't shopping a little nicer when you know that it's for a good cause? There are also donation kiosks in the event area if you wish to give them some lindens directly. So the hunt has $3L prizes in cute hearts with faces on them, and many designers at the fair are offering free gifts for all visitors with no particular group tag necessary. I'm delighted as usual with the gifts I found and am eager to show you a handful of them here!

First I tried on the lovely AnaSTyle - Raissa Green outfit, which is yours for free just for visiting their booth :) The sheer sparkly dress is provided in sizes for Altamura, Freya, Isis, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies, while the strappy sandals fit Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink High feet. They look great together, and I would happily wear either with other wardrobe staples too, which is always a plus in my book. 

*ASIA* ROSA is another don't-miss gift for sure! The top and skirt each fit Freya, Isis, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine bodies, with nicely coordinated slouch boots for Freya, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique feet. There's a good chance the boots will fit the other bodies too, especially if you alpha out the feet :) We could also choose to layer a top of some sort (bra, tank top) under the opening of the sweater if it is showing too much for your personal comfort. The colors caught my eye as much as the style here, so pretty.

I can't decide if the EC Nyssa Dress Aqua gift from Emerald Couture makes me look more like a modern flapper or a modern go-go dancer, but either way I'm all in! This dress brings the sequins and shine, not to mention feathery fringe at the hem, and the plunging neckline is a real showstopper too. There are sizes for Freya, Isis, Kupra Bimbo, Low, Original, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. I'm very happy that the skybox Xan and I live in has a dance ball system, so I can show off some moves for him AND this dress!

Telsiope's Couture also has a flirty free gift for us called Kennedy. This strapless mini dress fits Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn bodies, and we get to select from 9 purplish shades thanks to the included HUD. Since that is my favorite color in general, I am easy to please with this gift :) 

My final look of the evening is a cozy top that's had a bit of an update since I saw it last :) The Bold Llama T-Shirt Co. gift of their WOW Tee is a rerelease in their new sizing HUD, so in addition to 5 standard mesh sizes it now also fits eBody Classic, eBody Reborn, Waifu, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Lara X Petite, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP mesh bodies. Unpack just the brand you need, and I suggest hanging onto the unpacker HUD in case you ever add any other mesh bodies to your rotation. I admit I may have discarded some Legacy-only clothing back in its earliest days because I didn't know I would own the body someday. Ouch. It's hard to make good decisions when you're in "must reduce massive inventory" mode ;) Now these special HUDs are a lifesaver, and a space saver to boot. I really love the classic comic style of the WOW image, in vibrant colors to really get the message across too!

Paparazzi Group Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post is packed with group gifts for the Paparazzi Fashion group, which is free to join and has lots of wonderful designers who participate. They keep us informed via group notices about sales and new releases and the like, and most of them have a gift for anyone visiting their mainstore while wearing the Paparazzi group tag. Every now and then I just get in the mood to visit as many stores as I can find who are part of the group and check for treats, to provide a variety of styles and places for you to also visit. It makes me happy to share with all of you :) I also had some adventures with using Legacy's body deformers to make a couple things fit that were not in a specific Legacy size, so that was a successful adventure. 

For my first look of the evening, I visited V8 Underground where in their group gifts area I found this **JESSICA MENTELPI COPPER ROCKER STYLE COMPLET OUTFIT** for the Paparazzi group. They have tons for all sorts of multi-designer groups, and I've always appreciated their generosity :) Jessica here includes the top, shorts, and boots all in sizes for Freya, Hourglass, Kupra (Bimbo, Low, Original), Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies. The color looks great in that texture, which looks like a rich suede or leather. 

Another store I love visiting because of their complete outfits is Composer Girls Fashion, where I've done quite a bit of retail therapy shopping over the years ;) Their !CGF-*Catalina B&W* Legging Outfit is a lovely combo of tank top, open cardigan, and leggings in Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh body sizes, with shoes that fit Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink High feet. (Notice the shoes are not Legacy sized, so I added the foot deformers from the Legacy body folder and wore the Maitreya size, *chef's kiss*) The loving hearts necklace and long tear drop earrings are also provided, and are unrigged for easy adjustments. 

Another beautiful gift I found is this [Enchantress] Sherie DRESS Gift Paparazzi, a one shouldered slip dress in black and purple. It comes in sizes for eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. You might notice I didn't mention Legacy, well this became experiment #2 of the day with those deformers I'd mentioned ;) Upper and lower body deformers made my body shaped to fit the Maitreya sized dress quite well as you can see. I must admit I am not a fan of calling them 'deformers', as it just feels so off-putting to me...I think I'd prefer reshaper since a resizer is already a thing, and not a name that sounds like we are adding a third arm or something to deform our body. I think it worked out and doesn't look drastically different.

Next I headed over to [ConTrato], where the flirty Keira Dress was calling my name, or at least my group tag's name. The halter style dress fits eBody Curvy, eBody Reborn, Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Kupra Bimbo, Low, Original, Kups A, Kups B, Legacy, Perky, Love Momma, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies. There is also a HUD as you can tell, with 20 beautiful shades to choose from.

My final look of the evening also has a halter style dress in a fun coincidence :) The Lara AC Dress KIKI GIFT Lilac can be found by using the teleport sign at the front door to go to the group gifts area, then look for the Paparazzi sign among the many signs and gifts up there. Kiki is provided in Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Lara X, Legacy, and Reborn mesh body sizing. I really like the color, and the way the straps cross in both the front and back! The neckline really frames the cleavage in a flattering way, don't ya think?

Happy Anniversary UniK

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'm pleased to wish the UniK event a happy 5th anniversary, and they are celebrating in the traditional way of SL - with gifts for their customers :) All you need to do is join their free group, and then you'll have access to click all the gift boxes you can find at the displays. Most of them are white, but I saw a few red and at least one blue if I recall correctly. The event is open until the 2nd of March, so we have over a week left to visit and do some shopping and gift-claiming. 

My first look of the evening is the Simone Elegant Dress Set Ice Blue gift from Allure Couture. It consists of the lovely dress, panties, and heels that each fit Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies. The sleeves are puffed at the shoulder but hug the rest of the arm beautifully, and the skirt is gathered to cross in the front while hugging the behind. Elegant is definitely the right word to describe this look :)

The V-Twins - Creed Outfit gift is ready to make your wildest dreams come true! The jacket, harness, skirt, and boots (upper and lower parts separate) are all compatible with Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies. Then there is a HUD for the boots with 8 colors each for the upper, lower, and strings, and an outfit HUD that lets us pick from 8 colors each for our jacket body, jacket collar, corset, top 1, top 2, and skirt portions. It's like I always say, if you aren't sure what area a HUD is referring to, just go ahead and click the buttons to see what changes :) I play with all of them whenever I first try on any clothing with a HUD, for some reason it really tickles me. Generally the worst that you can do is get lagged a little, or somehow break the HUD and have to unpack a fresh copy of the clothing which rarely happens.

Next I changed into the Arte - Gift from Artesfatta, a sexy slip dress with see-through lace bodice. There are sizes for eBody Reborn, Juicy, Mounds, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Push up Nerido, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies included. I decided the best way to accessorize this beauty was with body art, so I added our Juna: Sara Tattoo Woman gift. The winged heart across the clavicles might be the first thing you notice, but the upper arms have flowers and jewels to add pizzazz, and the back even has a lovely design combining nature and gems :) Our gift includes light, medium, and dark (shown) versions each in system/BOM as well as appliers for Belleza, Maitreya, Signature, Omega, Eve, Altamura, Slink, and TMP mesh bodies. I used the BOM layer so I didn't take note if the TMP also works on a Legacy body like I'm wearing right now, but I feel like it is possible although I prefer the ease of BOM.

Be still, my Boho heart! ♥ This gorgeous dress is our gift from Yalin Fashion named ROSE Gift, and I am clearly infatuated. The solid pink corset waist suits the floral pattern so nicely, and bare shoulder styles are always a plus in my book. There are sizes for Freya, Isis, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and Reborn mesh bodies to help you usher in spring soon. 

My final look of the night is one of several gifts I found at the same display, the nera. xmas gift outfit 2023. But Dawn, it's not Xmas time anymore, you say? True, true, but this style and coloring does not feel the slightest bit limited to December or any particular time of year :) It is comprised of the off shoulder sweater, belted skirt, and platform boots, each in Lara X, Legacy, and Reborn mesh body sizes. I feel like the black and the plaid have a timeless feeling to them, and the red buttons on the sweater are a nice touch to go with the red of the pleated skirt.

I feel so slow tonight, without any particular reason for it, so I apologize if this is a bit late getting published. I went out briefly earlier in the evening, and it went okay...not great, not 5 alarm terrible, just mostly tolerable. It is going to be a long process, but I have an appointment next week to get my toenails taken care of again so I will absolutely have to be in a car then. There will be meds involved, LOL, sorry not sorry, not that I should be thinking about that yet if I want to stay anywhere close to calm. Otherwise my day was fine, and I'm looking forward to a hockey game tomorrow night and watching more Paleo Pines being played. The weather should be decent too which is always helpful.  Hiya everyone! Tonight we're visiting Carol's Store, where there are nearly a dozen group gifts available for their store VIP group which is just $10L to join. Between the gifts and the 10% store credit on every purchase made with the group tag active, we can really benefit from the tiny expense of the group fee :) As of this morning (so several hours ago), there was also a $300L gift card available as a group gift for Valentine's Day, but that is a limited time offer so I can't guarantee how long it will be available as the group notices didn't give an ending date for it. My suggestion is to hurry if you're interested! I became familiar with this brand from their participation in several events, and just couldn't resist sharing these wonderful group gifts to give you an example of their style and quality.

My first look is their Carol's Store- July Group Gift dress, a sweet denim slip dress with lacy halter neck and mostly bare back. There are sizes for Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Khara, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Momma, and Reborn mesh bodies provided. I find it intriguing (and helpful) that most of the monthly gifts are actually suitable for any time of year, so we can enjoy these whenever we choose :)

The eye-catching Carol's Store- November Group Gift is a bodycon strapless dress with wild animal print. We receive sizes for Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Momma, and Reborn mesh bodies in this thoughtful gift. I will be torn between wearing this with silver jewelry to keep the monochromatic feeling, or jazzing it up with brightly colored accessories galore.

Next I slipped into the tropical flavored Carol's Store- May Group Gift ;) It really does make me want to explore some beaches from the Destination Guide on the official SL website, and can you blame me? In sizes for Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Momma, and Reborn bodies, it also features a HUD with 4 floral patterns for us to select from. The right side has a flirty opening with a metal clasp above the dramatic diagonal hem, making this just a really appealing dress overall :)

If little black dresses are more your speed, never fear...just pick up the Carol's Store- January Group Gift too! This lovely strapless mini dress has a sheer midriff with boning type seams and an equally flattering neckline, covering all the essentials while still showing off quite a bit of skin :) This gift includes Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Momma, and Reborn mesh body sizes.

If I wear my final look of the evening long enough, can it somehow summon spring in RL for me? ;) It is called Carol's Store- August Group Gift, and fits Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Khara, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Momma, and Reborn mesh bodies beautifully. The soft pink flowers made me think spring, yet I can see it working just as well for summer (as when it was released) with that halter style and slightly fluttery skirt. In SL we make our own seasons though really, as we can easily teleport to any climate that strikes our fancy. I usually don't pick favorites, but if I had to I think this would be it for the evening :)

Harshlands Anniversary Hunt

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'm sharing some free hunt prizes from the Harshlands 10th Anniversary hunt that I just found out about, much to my delight :) They have several friends participating as well as 8 prizes of their own, all hidden in glowing blue orbs with intricate gold detailing. There are signs near the landing spot that you can click to receive a notecard with hints, which are very helpful because this store is as large as it is lovely! As someone who focuses on fashions for blogging, I was glad to see a few names I recognized as creators of fashion rather than the home and garden items that Harshlands is famous for, but there is a nice mix of gifts to spruce up both your wardrobe and your living space. Many congratulations to Harshlands for their 10 years in business, and I wish them continued success along with all the rest of the hunt participants :)

KaiDesign has an impressive 8 prizes in this fun hunt, so I'm starting this evening with two that coordinate perfectly. The top is our *KD* Riah tied top RED prize, a tiny handkerchief style in sizes for Altamura, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies. Then I added the charming *KD* Biah tied skirt RED prize, just as sexy thanks to the folded flap revealing some bum cleavage ;) It fits the same mesh bodies as the top, which is handy if you are wearing them together but of course you can pair either with anything else you prefer too. 

This beauty is our *KD* Chia oriental style dress - RED hunt prize, also from KaiDesign. The dramatic dress is slit all the way from above the waist diagonally to the hem, quite a change from the high neckline :) There are Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Classic MeshBody sizes of the dress, and a BOM layer for a black modesty pant which is basically a small patch to cover the crotch area. I love the floral pattern, and the mix of red, black, and white is a gorgeous combo!

Another very tempting treat from KaiDesign is their *KD* Adah bellydancer outfit blue tones prize. It consists of the top and pants each in sizing for Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and TMP bodies, with wrist ornaments and ankle ornaments both left and right that are adjustable (unrigged), earrings, and even a BOM layer henna tattoo for our feet. We are literally adorned head to toe if we choose to wear all the components :) Isn't the mandala pattern on the fabric beautiful?

Belle Epoque has a terrific hunt prize waiting for us too, their Joslyn - Harshlands dress in a pretty blue plaid. The built in belt really accentuates our waist, and the style is a soft looking slip dress with tiny slits on the sides. Find this prize and you'll receive sizes for Lara X, Lara X Petite, Legacy, Perky, and Reborn mesh bodies. I find it intriguing to see which stores are carrying Lara X sizes for their newer releases, and if it is instead of or in addition to the original Maitreya Lara 5.3 which is still amazingly popular. I've seen heated debates in group chats for a while now, and I genuinely like both bodies although I'm wearing Legacy at the moment which I also appreciate.

My final look of the evening is a closeup view of the .Viki. Multi Septum - Multicolor HUD in all 5 versions that are included. They are adjustable (I edited them slightly upwards) and there is a HUD provided just like the name indicates with 6 metal hues for us to select from. The cherry, circle, jewel, lace, and pattern are all shown here but I've forgotten which is which, LOL, so I would simply recommend trying each on to see which suits your personal tastes. They are all truly attractive styles, so much so that I literally could not choose and had to go wild taking photo after photo to share them all :) My only RL piercings are 2 in each earlobe, so sometimes it's fun to let my avi have all the painless fun she can with interesting piercings.

It was a quiet but decent weekend, and the roads are clear from the snow so I will be able to go out a few times this week I believe. Therapy earlier was rough emotionally, but that is to be expected I guess and I've got a lot to ponder. Xan and I did some exploring in SL last night, but I had trouble rezzing things (was wondering why I was walking in thin air, asked him and he said I was on a bridge, that type of thing LOL) so I missed out on some of the beauty of the region we visited.
