Teleport Hub Group

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are taking a peek at several gifts for the TeleportHub.com group, which has a modest $10L fee to join. The participating designers send notices to the group with information about special sales, new releases, and events, while many offer gifts at their main store for us to claim with the group tag active. I have been a member for quite some time now, and have found it useful and a pleasure over the years.

My first look tonight is from Pearl Fashion, their charming *PF::Kelly2024 sweater dress. It has a warm cowl neck and long sleeves, cozy for the chilly season :) There are sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, Ocacin, and Reborn mesh bodies, with an 8 color HUD. Those intricate snowflakes look pretty against any color you choose, and the trim stays winter white to match the flakes.

For a more indoor lifestyle this time of year, lol, I suggest the :::FurtaCor:::Heart Set:: gift. The shirt and panty pairing both fit Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. There is also a HUD as I'm sure you can tell, with 15 textures for each on tabs labeled shirt and panty. The two heart patterns (black or red backgrounds) are a fun nod to the cutouts on the bodice, down the sleeves, and on the front of the high cut thong panty. This gift is found with several other groups' goodies in small packages, so you might need to zoom in to find the group logos and click the correct one. Holding alt while moving the mouse upward to zoom in would be the best way to do that :)

Our gift from Anne Silver Couture is the lovely *AS* PAMELA GREEN dress. It's got a fantastic high-low hem, halter neck, and the vivid green color is flecked with tiny sparkles. There are sizes for Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Khara, Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Peach, Prima, Prima Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies included. If you are in any other multi-designer groups, be sure to peek at that same wall to see if they have gifts here too, as there were a few versions of this dress in other colors among other thoughtful treats.

If you'd like to bring some shine into the new year, be sure to visit TOG STORE to pick up their Narika Set gift. This formfitting long sleeved mini dress comes in Erika, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Lara X, Petite X, Prima, Petite, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizing, and we have a HUD that offers 10 colors each for the dress and attached belt. Now if you noticed that there is no Maitreya original size, I did switch over to my Lara X body for this photo and the next one :) It is so handy to have both of those when some designers are still designing for the 5.3 body and others have switched completely over to Lara X.

My final look of the evening is an intriguing blend of elegance and flirtatiousness, in my favorite color to boot :) The MASOOM: Pure Seduction Dress Gift includes sizes for Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, Mounds, Waifu, and Waifu Rolls mesh bodies, and there is a bonus package inside with a thong in Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Mounds sizing. The thong has a HUD to tint it to any color you can imagine, so you can match it to the dress or simply pick a shade that you like. As for the dress, I was genuinely surprised when I saw the rear view and realized that the back dips even lower than the front ;) That is not a complaint at all, and it doesn't create any bum-cleavage situations or anything so I think it's safe to wear just about anywhere.

It was a decent-ish day I guess, although I'd had a hard time falling asleep and staying asleep so I might be a little short on quality rest. Otherwise I have plans for 2 outings this week, tomorrow and Thursday, and they are further than usual so I am feeling nervous already. It is important though, and I need to get used to going further so I can make some more medical appointments in that area. It's hard to imagine that 2024 has just one day left, and my fingers are crossed in spirit that 2025 is a little kinder to all of us who've been struggling. Time to B Sassy

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'm pleased to share some group gifts from *BSASSY*, whose group is currently free to join. This is a new location for them, but the layout is the same as the last one and the group gifts are up on the third floor. You can either teleport by clicking the board on the right side of the main floor behind the current December group gift, or explore and walk up the two flights of stairs :) With so many fun fashions to see, I wouldn't blame you for taking the scenic route. The group gift room has several years' worth of monthly treats as well as some for specific holidays and other occasions, very generous and worth the visit. I'm grateful for the random thought that sent me here, and of course to our designer for the many impressive gifts.

My first look tonight is their *BSASSY* DECEMBER 24 DRESS GROUP GIFT, so the most recently released goodie for us :) It feels like if you wear it near this time of year, it would be recognized as Christmas themed because of the red and perhaps the Santa-like belt, but any other time of year it would just be a playful strapless top and skirt. They are linked to wear at one time, in sizes for Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. I think the gold is making me think of New Year's celebrations.

Still feeling in the wintry spirit, I tried on the *BSASSY* DEC 2020 COZY DRESS GROUP GIFT here. It's a great knit dress with reindeer making a subtle nod to the holiday, but the black and white coloring reminds me of snow at midnight :) This gift includes a classic M size as well as Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Voluptuous mesh body sizes. As with most sweater-dresses, I suggest layering some leggings or pants beneath if you want to wear it as a long tunic in a cold weather location. 

Next we celebrate the holiday that'll be here before we know it with our *BSASSY* GROUP GIFT JANUARY 2020 outfit. It is one piece for easy wear, a hoodie and shorts in deepest black with "Happy New Year" in gold with sparkly stars surrounding it. There is a classic M size along with sizing for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Voluptuous mesh bodies. A hoodie over shorts is an ideal choice for wandering a beach town at night, speaking from RL experience, as the temperature can drop when the sun goes down but it's easier to carry a sweatshirt than a full change of clothing. Mine was usually tied around my waist until I felt chilly :) 

I wanted to share a gift that wasn't strongly tied to a holiday or season, yet would come in very handy if you have plans this weekend :) The *BSASSY* GROUP GIFT DRESS NOVEMBER 22 has bold straps that cross in the back, daring side slits on each thigh, and a lovely floral pattern in deep shades of blue. The colors are giving me midnight vibes again, so I definitely have New Years Eve on the brain! This beauty fits Erika, Freya, Isis, Kupra, Bimbo, Low, Legacy, Maitreya, Reborn, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. So pretty!

For my final look of the night, I found another terrific look for the upcoming holiday, particularly for those of us who are keeping things casual this year. *BSASSY* NEW YEARS T-SHIRT 2024 says "New Year Wishes Midnight Kisses" on the front, on a snowy white tank top that is slightly crumpled at the hem for that extra cozy look. There are sizes for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, as well as a classic size for our original avatars. Now you can pair this with just about anything that makes you happy, from skirts to shorts to leggings and more, whereas I've reached once again for my handy Delizio jeans :) These are the black pair, one of several hues in their marketplace gift that includes BOM layers and appliers for Maitreya and Omega. I figured the black highlighted the text on the shirt and contrasted the white nicely. Just think, there should be another new gift for January soon and very possibly New Years!

It was a decent weekend here, and would have been even better if my favorite hockey team would stop losing so often. We've got some talented players, although it seems a few of them cannot be trusted to behave like an adult, LOL...funny story, one got on the plane to their west coast trip with a full head of hair, then hit the ice Saturday (yep 2 games this weekend) with a buzzcut. What happened? He and one of his teammates were in their hotel room, bored, and the other said he used to shave his brother's head. So they decided that this was a good cure for boredom, and now he looks like he was recruited into the army. He also thinks the teammate lied about being experienced as a barber, or so he said during an intermission interview ;) Oh well, it's just hair and it grows back. I'm glad in SL we can just go shopping for new hair and get any style or color we could ever wish for :) I hope you're all having a pleasant day/evening, many magical magpie hugs to everyone!!

Halcyon Shop and Hop

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are visiting the Halcyon region which is one of 16 regions or sims that are part of the Holiday Shop & Hop this year. Each one has 20 designers so that's a total of 320 mini shops, packed with discounted offers and a free gift from each :) I eagerly anticipate these Shop & Hop events each round, and I've already seen the designer applications are out for the February one so there is always something to look forward to in SL. We have about a week left here, since they are wrapping up on the 4th of January, and I'd also like to remind you all of the FabFree spreadsheet that they worked so hard to compile. It's got direct landmarks and photos of the gifts, and with the tabs at the bottom you can sort by store name, type of gift, region, and even view the photos full sized instead of clicking a link to see each one. It has been kept up to date and was ready to go before the regions were even available to the public, so they deserve our gratitude just as much as the talented designers who make Shop & Hop so special :)

My first look tonight is the cozy smesh ~ XMAS Gift Leopard Hoodie. It is cropped and the zipper is just a tiny closure at the bottom of the deep neckline, and let's not forget the fun animal print that looks great at any time of year! We receive sizes for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Lara X, and Reborn mesh bodies. I am wearing the black pair of Delizio jeans from their marketplace gift, which I reach for quite often here to show off tops :)

Gabrielle Hamelin is offering their beautiful {GH} Winter Sequin Dress Winter Poinsettia as a free gift that you won't want to miss. The pencil dress is provided in fitmesh standard sizes along with Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Voluptuous mesh body versions. There is even a HUD with 2 similar textures, both of which are shown above. I have fond memories associated with poinsettia plants, as my mom received several as gifts when I was a kid and together we kept them safely growing for most of my teens. 

Next I changed into the flirty [ADD] Arisa Set - GIFT. The top in solid and lace versions, and the pleated skirt with built in panties and belt, all come in sizing for Kupra, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Peach, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. There is also a HUD for the top with 10 stripe colors and 7 metals, and the skirt's HUD has 10 colors each for the belt and panties plus 7 metals and the option to turn the panties on or off. Such a generous amount of customization is available, and you can see the lacy version of the top on the right to give an idea of how sheer it is.

I definitely got a kick out of the Freda Amaya Flap Dress Plaid Red Green gift, thanks to the unique style and bonus accessories. We start with the dress which fits Gen X Classic, Classic Dainty, Gen X Curvy, Curvy Dainty, Legacy, Perky, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Juicy mesh bodies. Then we can add the collar (same sizes) and the BOM pantyhose if we wish. They've got two different layers, upper and lower, with that fun half circle pattern :) The strapless dress looks like it's been designed by layering dozens of squares of fabric over each other, creating a fluttery look that is really accentuated by the plaid. I feel like the collar and pantyhose could go with other dresses already in my inventory too, so another YAY for versatility! I switched to my Lara X body here since there was no Lara 5.3 size, but it was very easy to do so because I have a saved outfit for my Lara X and I use the same shape, so literally just remove one body and HUD, then add new body and HUD.

My final look of the night is one of my favorite finds of this Shop & Hop round (shh don't tell the other 319 designers, LOL, and I did say "one of" so there are others I adore) which are our Dalila Aluna Short Nail Square Nail Kit gift. They are an excellent length for casual or sporty outfits, and we get to play with a HUD so that is always a plus :) There are sizes for Belleza, eBody Reborn, Erika, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Signature Alice mesh bodies/hands, and we just hide the built in nails with the body's HUD and add these to our outfit. Then the HUD I mentioned for the nails offers 5 different designs, and can each be applied to each pair of nails so both pinkies, both thumbs, etc. You can see all 5 patterns above, with the thumbs being the least visible due to my pose but they are a lovely snowflake in white. Winter is still in its early days, so we have plenty of time to enjoy these terrific treats :)

Seeing my parents for dinner twice this week instead of just the usual Friday meal made me extra lost on what day of the week it is, and of course the farmers market being canceled for tomorrow makes things even more confused. Otherwise it was a decent day, and I got to see more of the neighborhood's holiday lights on the way to my parents' :) A few houses really go all out each year, and it is so fun to see people passing by and smiling at them. More Swank Goodies

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I am enjoying more of the SWANK Event group gifts from their Winter Wonderland of Gifts round. It is free to join their group, and that tag will let you click all the dozens of pretty gift boxes wrapped in festive red ribbon at many of the displays. This is such a generous event, and there are the usual fantastic sales offers throughout both floors of the sales area. Be sure to complete you shopping and gift claiming before the end of the month when they close down until the new year :)

My first look of the evening is the Melody HILDA DRESS FATPACK. Our gift includes Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh body sizing, along with a HUD that offers 20 colors each for 4 different portions. The main dress, upper sleeves, sheer lower sleeves, and cuff trim are each represented in those four parts of the HUD and can be tinted all the same or you can get creative and do a rainbow of hues.

Another gift I am delighted to share is the Ruxy-Arabella red dress. This beauty has a deep V neckline and is gathered with a solid red belt accentuated with a gold medallion on the bow in front. So pretty! There are sizes for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies. I really like the lacy design on the fabric too.

Next I shimmied into the flirty Cherry Up! Nori Top & Shorts @Pink gift. Both pieces are provided in eBody Reborn, Legacy, and Maitreya sizes, and the color is a sizzling shade of hot pink :) I must admit I got the giggles from realizing that 90% of the material in the top is on the sleeves rather than covering the boobs ;) Our shorts are gathered on each side and tied with the laces hanging down to tickle our thighs, looking really snug in that rear view to show off the booty.

The charming VEGA CHLOE DRESS SWANK GIFT includes a HUD that lets you choose from 10 textures, 5 of which are solid colors and the other 5 are various striped color combos like on the left above. Interesting straps always catch my attention, so the crossed front and back straps connecting the top and skirt made me smile. There are sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies inside this thoughtful gift.

My final look this evening is the {Le'La} Gihan Set Gift which is one of the two gifts I found here from this generous designer :) The top and skirt are an ideal pairing, each in sizes for Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Kup Ups, Legacy, Perky, Perky Petite, Maitreya, Petite, Peach, and Reborn mesh bodies. I really like the steely color and the flirty styling, covering all the right places while baring a playful amount of skin.

It was a quiet day and then a busy evening somehow, leaving me a bit frazzled but that isn't entirely uncommon lately ;) The farmers market I used to go to regularly (and still send the housemate with a shopping list each week) just sent out an email this evening that they are canceling this Saturday because of the rainy forecast. I feel badly for the chef who was the featured lunch vendor, as we don't know how much warning they gave her so she might be stuck with having ordered lots of extra ingredients like meats and eggs which are all so expensive lately. She is from Thailand and does lots of delicious Thai specialties that I really appreciate like ramen, dumplings, and she always makes fried rice specially for me :) My parents had preordered some gluten free dishes from her too, as they do about every other week I think. Oh well, as far as SL goes we have a few more days before several hunts and events wrap up, with a few continuing into the new year, and I am going to share as much as I can while possible. Grumpy Santa Hunt

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post shows off some of the many great $1L prizes from the Grumpy Santa Hunt 7. Can you believe we've been looking for these images of a lump of coal for 7 years now? It has been a pleasure each round, as with all of the Evil Bunny hunts, and I am glad to finally have a chance this month to share some of these treats :)

My first look comes from *Glitter Bunny*, whose coal contains this Sylka Body and Skirt. We can wear the bodysuit with or without the skirt as you can see, and both pieces fit Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, and Reborn mesh bodies. The suit has fun bows up top, and the skirt is decorated with white fur trim for a festive feeling.

Next I slipped into the GoodVibes HoHoHo Sweater Dress Set which is our generous $1L prize. The sweater dress says "Wishing you a Ho Ho Ho for the Holidays" but of course the font sizes give it a double entendre ;) The back says Holly Jolly, so you can make a seasonal statement coming or going. This outfit is designed for Maitreya and Star bodies, so the dress fits Maitreya, Lara X, and Star, while the boots come in sizes for Maitreya and Star. The hat is unrigged to adjust if needed, and the stockings are BOM layers with both upper and lower parts. 

Keep that seasonal sense of humor going with the prize from The Bold Llama T-Shirt Co. called FEMALE RAGE Tee. The festive pinup girl on the front is surrounded by the wording "All tied up in holiday cheer and female rage" which cracked me up and is a very familiar situation. If you have ever been expected to handle all the cooking or decorating or wrapping simply because you're a woman, you know this feeling and quite possibly met my ex-husband ;) Honestly anyone can get fed up with this time of year though, this just happens to be a shirt designed to fit female bodies in SL. In addition to 5 standard sizes, we can choose from eBody Classic, eBody Reborn, Waifu, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP mesh bodies from the delivery HUD. Pick the one you need now and hang onto the HUD for future reference, as mesh bodies do tend to vary in popularity and you could need a different model someday. I'm wearing the Delizio jeans again here, in black as one of the several (9 I believe offhand) colors in their free fatpack on the marketplace.

With the midnight blue color and dusting of beautiful snowflakes, I think the @AdReNaLiZeD@ Clementine Dark Snow is perfect for solstice time, yule, Christmas, and any outing we wish until spring thaw :) The style makes me happy too, with deep V neckline back and front, laced loosely, and soft ruffled trim on the sleeves and hem. The prize includes eBody Curvy, Erika, Freya, Freya V-Tech, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, V-Tech, Maitreya, Petite, Maitreya V-Tech, Hourglass, Physique, Reborn, and Star mesh body sizing. That really does cover a lot of brands and available mods, making this even more impressive for a single linden dollar.

My final look of the evening is a playful plaid delight from Ink Blots, whose lump of coal holds both male and female prizes for the same low $1L price. Our TGSH7 Female Gift is a black blouse with plaid frills down along both sides of the buttons, and a matching plaid skirt with attached belt, each in sizing for Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Voluptuous mesh bodies, plus classic M and fitmesh M for each to wear with classic avatars. I do love a diagonal hem like this skirt has, and the blouse reminds me of either a pirate or those old tuxedo shirts from the 70s ;) The good news is this is reworked for a retro yet modern feeling that I am definitely enjoying. I'm laughing about the tux thing because I am mostly too young to remember them, other than seeing my mom's generation of cousins (she was the eldest so most were teens in the 70s) either prom photos or wedding albums with that style. It's a fond memory of a very distinctive time in fashion history.

'Twas the night before Christmas, and all through the blog...I really am trying to infuse holiday spirit here, to boost my own in addition to anyone reading who is celebrating but not quite feeling it. Tomorrow evening I'll be having some gluten free pizza with my parents, so no blog, and I am sure it will be a nice enough time. I want to say that I truly wish all of you a happy holiday season, whatever you are celebrating (mine is a secular Christmas but that is obviously one of many possibilities) and if you are not celebrating anything, I don't want to leave you out of my wishes either. I wish all of you the very best, now and always ♥. There is snow on the ground here but they said on the news it's not officially a white Christmas unless more than 1 inch, so I just have a slushy one I guess? *shrug* We'd gotten some a few days ago but that didn't seem to count either. I'll be spending quality time in SL with Xan both days, and I think time with people you care about is the best part of any holiday whenever possible. All Aboard MGSN Gift Train

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I've had some more fun with the MGSN Christmas Gift Train, which is a generous tradition of the MGSN or Maitreya Gifts, Sales and News group. If you aren't already a member, you can join for free and look for the gift train notecard in the group notices. That card has the landmarks for each participating store, with photos of each, which is very helpful and makes the train ride an easy and fun one :) Some of the gifts are clearly seasonal while others are suitable for any time of year, so it's okay if you already have your wardrobe decided upon for the next few days. You'll still find something to enjoy, and all for free! I'm very grateful to every designer who is thoughtfully offering gifts, whether I have shared them here or not. 

My first look of the evening is the flirty .:KF:. GIFT SALES GIFTS TRAIN 2024 JUMPSUIT from Kyarafashion. There are Maitreya and Lara X sizes included, and they are 'undress me' scripted so you can allow people to click your clothing to remove it. I really like the red satin of the jumpsuit with the white furry trim for Christmas flavor, and the golden belt is certainly a fun touch :)

This adorable skirt set is our :::FurtaCor:::ADRYELLE_XMAS_SET gift. It includes the sweater, sweater + shirt, and skirt, each in sizing for Erika, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. The sweater has a very cute reindeer in a red scarf on the front, and the version with shirt has a green plaid collar layered beneath. Either version looks wonderful with the pleated skirt, decorated with lots of fun holiday images.

Travesty is brightening our holidays with their MGSN Christmas Train Gift 2024 sweater dress. It has a fantastic knit texture, well two of them if you use the enclosed HUD ;) We also receive sizes for Legacy, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Prima Busty, Prima Petite, and Reborn bodies, so it can be worn on several popular brands of mesh body. This is the type of short dress that I also sometimes wear as a tunic top over a pair of leggings, for times when I visit a particularly chilly region in SL. Lots of holiday spots are covered in snow, so boots are a handy addition too.

My first reaction to the Graffitiwear Christmas Train Gift was to think about how Mrs. Claus was a young and vibrant woman once, so maybe she wore a spicy outfit like this :) Our coat, skirt, and boots are all provided in sizes to fit Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. The coat covers the breasts but reveals some cleavage, while falling almost to the knee so considerably past the miniskirt. I really like the style of the boots, mid height with slender heels and inner zippers.

I'm wrapping up my night with another great gift that is loaded with sex appeal :) The M&M STYLE-LYNN outfit is pretty in pink, with a short romper, cropped top, and thigh high boots that all fit Belleza Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. The necklace I'm wearing is also included, as is a leather cap not shown here. Both of these have resize scripts to adjust them if necessary, which is always helpful because I usually find that hats need lots of enlarging for me while the necklaces tend to run large already and need some reducing. There is also a box inside the folder with another pair of boots, which I unpacked and found to be a lovely shade of red just right for the holidays. 

Wow, having a midweek holiday coming up is confusing the daylights out of me! I really just thought for a second that it was still the weekend, despite knowing that I went to a podiatrist appointment this afternoon so it had to be a weekday. Shop and Hop Golden

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we explore the Golden region of the 2024 Holiday Shop & Hop, a shopping extravaganza that you won't want to miss :) There are a total of 16 regions with 320 stores represented, offering discounted items and free gifts for us to enjoy until early January. FabFree has worked hard to produce another wonderful spreadsheet for us to see all the stores and gifts, sortable by region, type (male, female, unisex, gift cards, etc.), store name, and large pictures to scroll through and plan your visits. I'm always so impressed with their ability to gather all that info and keep it updated! I keep the gifts sorted by region in my inventory while the event is going so I can share one region at a time here, so you're only teleporting the one time and then wandering around the beautifully decorated sim.

We can never have too many seasonal shirts, so I'm starting with the lovely zOOm - Sweater Shop&Hop Holiday 2024 duo. They are labeled v1 and v2, with v1 being the teal trimmed one saying Hello Winter and the red trimmed one "I run on coffee and Christmas cheer" is the v2 cutie on the right above. Each are provided in Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Lara X, Legacy, Bombshell, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizing. If you've been here before you can probably guess that I'm wearing Delizio jeans, the black pair from my favorite marketplace freebie :) It's got several colors in system/BOM layers and appliers for Maitreya and Omega.

I also can't wait to show you the {S&C} Lille Dress ~ Christmas 3 gift from Spells & Charms. This long sleeved mini dress has a bold pattern of candy canes and bows, in your choice of 4 color combos via the enclosed HUD. The gift includes sizing for Erika, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Lara X, and Reborn mesh bodies.

There are 2 gifts found at the Les Sucreries de Fairy display, one of which is this adorable Noelynn Free Gift outfit. It starts with the matching top and shorts in sizes for Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, and Reborn mesh bodies, then we can add our hat and scarf which are each unrigged and adjustable. I really enjoy the winter white lace trim, and the quilt squares of the shorts going so well with the colors in the tree pattern on the lower portion of the top. 

This beautiful look is our Belle Epoque - Brie - Christmas gift, one of three they are currently offering here. The full skirted gown comes in Legacy, Perky, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes. Our close fitting bodice is laced diagonally down the front to the left, and the sleeves that fall just past the elbow are the same festive pattern as the skirt. I love the way the solid red bodice pops against it!

My final look of the evening is the glamorous :Moon Amore: Glittering Night Gown / GIFT. It is as sexy as it is elegant, and includes the shimmery gown and a tail addon that each fit eBody, Legacy, and Maitreya sizes. I have been wearing the Lara X body for all of these looks, and the Maitreya size gown seems to fit Lara X better in some areas but the crossed straps in the back might fit Lara 5.3 a bit better :) It really looks just as gorgeous with or without the tail piece, so it's up to you which look suits your tastes or destination better.

My final weekend before Christmas (whoa, how did that happen already?) was a busy one, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing :) My parents are still being obnoxiously undecided about the pizza crust for Wednesday, which naturally has become a bit more complicated since they stopped eating gluten several years ago. The struggle to find a recipe (they have gluten free flour from Italy) has now turned into the fact that their oven won't reach the 550 degrees needed to prebake the crust, so we've had another change of plans and I am just so tired of being so complicated. The pizza is supposed to be an easy option, ya know? LOL! Candy Cane Wishes

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post is chock full of seasonal goodness from the CMH Candy Cane Wishes 4 hunt, where we are looking for (yep, you guessed it) a candy cane for each prize :) There are $1L prizes as well as $25L exclusives and $50L exclusive offerings hiding in them, so please check out their website to see which prices are at each location. It'll also provide you with sneak peeks and hint, plus the landmarks for each store, so it is definitely helpful as usual. I'm impressed as always with the variety and creativity, and am confident that you'll find prizes to treasure as much as I do.

My first look comes from GoodVibes and is their $25L exclusive for the hunt called Winter Azure Gray Outfit. This designer focuses on the Maitreya and Star mesh bodies, so everything included makes sense with that - the sweater in Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, and Star sizes, the pants, gloves, and boots each in Maitreya, Lara X, and Star sizes, and an unrigged beret and unrigged scarf that we can adjust as needed. Isn't that a great list? If you like the outfit better without the gloves for example, or without the beret, or maybe the scarf would hide your favorite necklace you wanted to wear, it is entirely up to you how many of these pieces to enjoy at once. 

I randomly chose two of the 3 wonderful treats we can find at The Bold Llama T-Shirt Co. to share, and I think I let my sarcastic side do the talking here ;) Their hilarious JINGLE BELLS Tee is the $1L prize you can see on the left above, with a cat showing off their little * and saying "Jingle Bells Go To Hell" above and below their moony image. It reminded me of Gayle from Bob's Burgers, if you know you know, and while that character can be a bit much (like painting animals with visible anuses to hang in a restaurant), she is voiced by the fabulous Megan Mullally ♥. The $50L exclusive YIPPEE-KI-YAY Tee is a must-have for those like me who A) recognize that as being from Die Hard, and B) firmly believe that it is essential viewing this time of year because it IS a Christmas movie :) I remember seeing it in the theater as a teenager with a friend, so I have fond memories here. Now all of The Bold Llama's tees are provided in unpacker HUDs with standard mesh sizes plus eBody Classic, eBody Reborn, Waifu, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP mesh bodies to choose from. Next we head to Psyche's Pstyles, whose $1L candy can contains the lovely Starry Mints Dress. This strapless mini with full skirt is trimmed in lush white fur, and decorated with a pattern of red and blue starlight mints. My grandma always had these on hand, and I'm sure many of you had similar experiences with a family member or two, so I've got fond memories associated here. There are sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes included in this affordable treat.

The Sissy Bar has a terrific $1L prize waiting for us, simply named (TSB) Candy Cane Wishes 4 Hunt. It is a cozy looking winter white knit dress with long sleeves and cowl neck, adorned with some holly and a candy cane wrapped in a bold red bow on the right side of the skirt :) It's a great nod to the hunt name, and is subtly festive which I do appreciate. Find this candy cane and you'll receive 5 fitmesh standard sizes as well as sizing for eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies.

My final look this evening is one of two prizes from ART & FASHION, this one being their stunning RED FASHION LONG DRESS for just $1L. We all deserve a new elegant gown for the holiday season (New Year's parties are coming too!) and this one has a fascinating design that I believe is an eye with flower petals as the lower eyelashes. We receive fitmesh standard sizes along with Freya, Isis, Venus [each in Natural, Perky, and Pushup versions), Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizing. The style hugs curves and accentuates our cleavage too, so there is definitely a lot to appreciate about this terrific prize. 

Whew, what a day! I got my hair cut finally, and I really like my new stylist. This is my third time seeing her, and she did a great job each time, while being very understanding about my anxiety and health issues that make it hard for me to get there often. She's got a sassy but friendly personality, and had me laughing nearly the whole time so my anxiety didn't have a chance to spiral. It started flurrying on the way home, which turned into bigger flakes that stuck eventually. Then I had dinner at my parents', confirmed that we are not doing anything on Christmas Eve for the first time in, well, my entire lifetime and beyond :( I know it's for the best, and nobody would probably show up anyway, but I am still sad that my grandma's beloved traditions are officially gone. We are doing pizza on Christmas Day, because that is also a tradition related to the big Eve feast (7 fishes) and a big New Year's Day ham dinner that we used to do. It was easier to do something smaller in between those, and we all love pizza. I'm eager to get some rest tomorrow, since it's my only day with no plans and appointments for a while. ACCESS Holiday Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we're headed to the ACCESS Event, where there are gifts under a couple of the trees in the front landing area and several at various displays inside. All of these are for the free VIP group, so give that a join and then click all the treats you can find :) I had a great time as always visiting, and there are some very tempting offers for sale so I've got a shopping list in mind too. No rest for the weary this week though, so I'll be back there soon as we have until the 8th of January to complete our shopping and gift finding.

I'm starting out with a pair of gifts that I think work beautifully together :) The Elune. Holly Top - ACCESS GIFT is a seasonal bare-shouldered top with long sleeves and tiny stars scattered about on the red fabric. It fits Legacy, Reborn, Juicy, and Waifu mesh bodies. The ::GB:: Leather Short Pants / Black gift from Gabriel is a great pairing for it or practically any top already in your wardrobe. This flattering pair of shorts is provided in Legacy and Lara X sizes, and is cut to show off our navel but cover most of our cheeks and all of the crack. In other words it's flirty yet relatively modest, especially by SL standards.

Next I slipped into the "Off-Line" x "Dreya" Set / Fatpack gift, and I adore it! The top and skirt are each included in sizing for BBL, Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies, with a HUD that offers 28 colors for each while letting you adjust transparency and materials.

Another generous gift is this UNA. Brina RedBrown outfit, which is one piece with a layered look. There are sizes for Legacy and Maitreya mesh bodies, and I used the body's HUD to do a considerable amount of alpha-ing to ensure a proper looking fit. The dark red jacket is a festive look over the brown top, belt, and skirt that falls ever so slightly lower than the jacket in the rear. It looks a little shorter than the jacket from the front though which is interesting :)

Wowza! This stunningly sexy gift is our AURICA Selena Bodysuit GREEN. It has plunging V openings both front and back, created by zippers being lowered. We receive Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes, as well as a HUD with 3 metals for that zipper. 

Do you need a fresh new manicure for the holidays? Then be sure to grab the MILOTA: Santi Gift that I'm enjoying here :) These super long mesh nails fit Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn hands, just hide your body's built in nails with its HUD and add the appropriate size to your outfit. They have two candy cane striped nails, then some solid white with either stars or adorable gingerbread cookies painted on. This is the type of SL manicure that I would be tempted to bring a photo of to a RL nail salon as inspo :)

It was a tiring day but I managed to get some rest after my appointment too, and my doctor and I agreed that I should try the medication that the DNA test indicated would be a good fit. She has had good results with other patients with the med we are trying and is completely on board with it, and has found this DNA test to be quite useful so I am relieved to have some scientific guidance here :) Tomorrow is my hair cut so another very different appointment, but also causing some havoc by being just a few hours before my usual Friday dinner plans with my parents. I also have appointments on Sunday and Monday, lol, so Saturday is going to be my day of rest. This is chaotic even if it weren't just a few days before a holiday, but sometimes we just have to take a few deep breaths and try our best to hang in.
