Valentine Shop and Hop

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'm so excited to start sharing gifts from the Valentine Shop & Hop 2025 event, so I hope you're ready to do some exploring :) It opened to the public just a few days ago, and is going until the 18th so just past the holiday. I know not everyone is a fan of Valentine's Day and I deeply respect that, so with that in mind I'll say that the 14 regions are decorated in such a way that you hopefully won't feel overwhelmed with lovey dovey stuff ;) While there are hearts and flowers, there are also nods to friendship and spring. The wonderful sales offers and generous prizes are a mix of themed and not strictly so, meaning you'll see some red, pink, hearts, and romance but plenty of other styles too. As I always do, I'm sticking to one region at a time (gotta keep this bounty of gifts organized somehow!) so tonight we're at Golden. I also must mention that FabFree has once again done some incredible work getting their spreadsheet ready to help us all, landmarks and details about the gifts with tabs at the bottom to sort by type (male, female, unisex, dinkies, etc.) or region or store name. So grateful!

My first look is a flirty one, thanks to the <7w> Petty Set - Polka Hearts Golden gift from 7wishes. To start with, the unpacker HUD will have your avatar dancing around happily while you select the mesh body size to unpack - Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, Reborn, or Waifu. The folder will include the top, panties, ruffle panties, and skirt, as well as some HUDs for your texturing pleasure. The polka heart golden HUD has 6 colors each, with or without hearts, for the boobs, strips, collar, and tie; then the skirt/panty HUD has 6 solid colors apiece for the panties, bow 1, bow 2, and ruffle. Now if you wear the panties without the ruffle, that particular column of colors doesn't matter of course :) The main skirt and lower bra portion of the top are both textured gold with white hearts as soon as you wear any of the HUDs. 

Our 13 Avenue: Valentine '25 Group Gift actually doesn't need a group tag to claim it, just visit and give it a little click :) We receive the knotted top and laced skirt with built in belt, each in Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizing. I'm sure you can guess that there is also a HUD, well that has 3 choices for each piece so our tops have fun patterns and our skirt has a trio of solid hues with contrasting trim already selected. I can't help but thinking of the Rolling Stones when I see that pattern on the right above with the tongue out, even if it's not an exact replica of their logo.

I kept the 13 Avenue gift's skirt on here to show off a different shirt, the AnaSTyle - Lilu Pink&Hearts Top gift. It actually matches a store group gift and a sales item there, but I was feeling adventurous ;) The sleeveless top with high neckline is subtly patterned with hearts and trimmed in black, playful without being over the top mushy. This gift comes in Kupra, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes. I'd gladly wear this any day of the year, not just Valentine's Day week.

Next we bring some sex appeal with the AXE-DRESS GIFT 2025, which upon further reflection seems to be more of a romper but I'm loving it either way. Halter necklines make me smile, and the neckline plunges deeply to a heart shaped golden ring, mimicking the hearts stamped on the fabric in deep pink. The gift includes sizing for Lara X, Legacy, Bombshell, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. I do appreciate when an outfit gives a noteworthy rear view in addition to looking gorgeous from the front, as our departures ought to be as attractive as our arrivals :)

For my final look of the evening, I chose a formal beauty in a color that Barbie would be proud to wear :) Our HORL - Tyssa Outfit gift consists of the top and skirt in Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizing. I love that bare strip of skin at the waist between the pieces, and the way the skirt flares out and pools at our feet. 

The weekend has me like "it was the best of times, it was the worst of times..." because I genuinely had a good weekend with a big bad spot. I was supposed to try to go to the farmers market that I'd been missing for about a year and a half, but my anxiety had other ideas, and this time the anxiety (and nausea) won. I was very upset Friday night about the plane crash that was very near where my uncle and his family (my favorite cousins) used to live, and I'd even been in that mall with them a couple of times. So I was all in my head, and my mom had made a big deal of wanting to be at the market for my first time back, so I was under enough pressure that I should have been able to cry diamonds. After several hours of trying to sleep during which my body overrode my prescription meds that were supposed to calm me down, I conceded that my housemate and houseguest would be off to the market without me. Saturday basically sucked, hehe, but I had a helpful therapy session earlier and I'm feeling slightly less defeated. The houseguest left a couple of hours ago, and I am infinitely grateful for their support and kindness. I mention these things in case anyone reading this is struggling with anxiety too, or knows someone who is, to show that you are not alone. Meanwhile I had leftover Pad Thai for dinner, which was just as tasty as it was Friday, and I'm trying to plan some outings and meals for the upcoming week. Composer Girls Fashion

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post features gifts for a few different groups, but all at Composer Girls Fashion so just one stop :) The groups are all currently free to join too, making this a fantastic way to pick up several of their amazing outfits for no cost whatsoever. I'm a longtime fan, actually this is one of my favorite places to shop for full outfits that usually include footwear and jewelry. The gifts are all near the front of the store, and I'm wearing Maitreya Lara for most of these photos tonight with one exception for a newer look that contains Lara X instead of 5.3. I didn't mind the quick swap, but it is worth mentioning in case you prefer one or the other.

My first look is the incredibly cute !CGF-*Willa* Jeans Outfit, one of two gifts for the Composer Girls Fashion group. The color splash sweater, belted cuffed jeans, and platform heels are each provided in Legacy/Perky, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh body sizes, as well as the gold earrings and necklace you see here. The necklace has a resize script built in, so you can click it and adjust if needed. Fun fact, the same jewelry in silver is included in the next gift I'm sharing :) I also wanted to note how much I appreciate the way the belt and shoes are the same rosy hue, bringing out one of the colors in the sweater too.

The other gift for the store's group that I am delighted to show you is called !CGF-*Kassiani* Jeans Outfit. This is where I temporarily flipped to Lara X, as the sizes of our sweater and jeans are Lara X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu bodies. The heels are designed for Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn feet to align with the clothing sizes. As I alluded to when describing the first photo, this treat also includes the earrings and necklace you see in shiny silver. We've got a resizer script in this necklace too, so go ahead and make sure it fits the way you like :)

If you are a member of the Avangardista group (or are willing to join for free) you can claim this playful !CGF-*Sierra* Complete Skirt Outfit. The cashmere crop sweater and lace up skirt are each provided in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizing, as are the beige/black/gray flat boots. They have a great suede texture, so we are in cozy fabrics from neck to toe ;) Did you notice the notch in the back of the boots behind the knee, to make it easier to walk and let our knees bend? Clever!

The very similar !CGF-*Sierra* Complete Skirt Outfit Gray is a striking variation on the prior gift, this one being for the Paparazzi group which is also currently free to join. We receive the gray turtleneck, laced skirt, and gray over-the-knee boots all in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizing. The single color in a few shades gives a sleek, elegant appearance that I am very much enjoying.

My final look this evening is our !CGF-*Marisa* Brown Skirt Outfit gift for the MGSN group. The beige leaf crop sweater fits Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies, while the skirt comes in Eve Pulpy, Eve Slim, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP sizing. The tan/gold calf boots are also included in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizing. Our gift also has a necklace inside, which is open in the front and has leaves draped down each side, might be slightly blending in here but it is a wonderful addition :)

Today I went to dinner at my parents' place, who are both back to full health and feeling fine :) We had Thai food from my favorite place to celebrate my birthday, and I am planning on going to the farmers market tomorrow that I've missed for about a year and a half now. I'm genuinely terrified which is frustrating and embarrassing, but I know I'll enjoy myself if I get there and it will be worth the stress. We've also got a houseguest this weekend who will wind up acting as an emotional support human for me, LOL, but really we all deserve people like that :) I am undecided yet if I'll have time to blog on Sunday after all the plans this weekend, so I am leaving it as I'll try but if not I will certainly be back on Monday with more goodies. ADN Gifts and Prizes

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I realized it had been quite a while since I posted about ADN, where the group is free to join and there are tons of group gifts as well as prizes from lucky boards and lucky chairs. Even more good news - men's fashion can be found among the freebies as well! This way we can all get involved and have some fun winning treats :) The lucky boards/chairs are on the back wall, and the group gifts are on a wall behind the reception area on the side that faces the lucky area. Just look for the words GROUP GIFTS of course :) So I didn't have the group tag active at first and I did win a prize from a board, but then wandered to the group gifts and therefore had the tag up, so I am not certain if all of the boards/chairs are public use or need the group tag to win. The last time I blogged their generous goodies, they were all restricted to the group members, so I was surprised that I managed to win without it. There is seating if you wish to relax here for a while and watch the letters change, but some boards will need you to come a little closer to be within 10m of them to click. Can you tell that's the voice of experience? I don't mind that as long as I don't have to bump into anyone to get close enough. Okay, time to see what I added to my wardrobe today...

I decided to start with the group gifts, specifically our ADN December GROUP GIFT 2020. This fun outfit has a strapless minidress and biker style denim jacket, each in sizes for Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Hourglass Petite, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies as well as a standard fitted size each. There is also a BOM layer pair of pantyhose, sheer black with darker polka dots that comes down to the ankle. The belt you see on the dress is built in, and the dress can be worn with or without the jacket or the pantyhose for equally attractive looks.

Another group gift that I couldn't resist sharing is their ADN AAISHA Gift, a stunning halter minidress with edgy chains decorating it. There are Erika, Gen X Classic, Classic Dainty, Gen X Curvy, Curvy Dainty, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Peach, and Reborn mesh body sizes, along with a HUD that offers 8 dress colors and 2 metals. We can also adjust the materials with the HUD, and I think I've got it turned up to the highest setting here because I can see the reflective shine in a few places :) 

Next I changed into a group gift that is about to come in very handy, the ADN BMValentine dress :) It says "Be my Valentine" across the front with hearts scattered about, to match the hearts on the top layer of our skirt. The gift includes standard mesh sizes as well as Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizing. The marbled shades of red add a very elegant touch, and really make the white trim pop.

One of the lucky boards came up my initial, so I happily clicked and claimed their [ADN] Justified prize. This flirty outfit consists of the halter top, jacket, and skirt seen above, all in standard mesh sizes, plus sizing for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP bodies. The mega-HUD has 12 color choices each for the top, jacket main, skirt, skirt belt, undies, jacket inside, and jacket belt, along with 2 metals. This means we get to do lots of mixing and matching, always fun! The panties are built into the skirt, making it handy to wear at once.

My final look of the night is our ADN - Nikki prize which you can find on the lucky chairs. The bikini top and bottom are separate pieces, and the fishnet dress comes in short sleeve and long sleeve versions. All of these come in Legacy and Maitreya sizes, with a HUD to pick from 18 great colors each for the dress gold, dress silver, bikini top, and bikini bottom. So your dress will have the metal clasps of your choice holding all those strands together, and attaching our fringe just right :) I meant to do the top and bottom different colors in one of these, but went on muscle memory I think and just...shrug ;) You can use your imaginations I'm sure, and this fun outfit makes me want to jump into my hot tub.

It was quite a day, as I did a trial run to the farmers market location that I used to go to every week, but the panic attacks have kept me home for almost 2 years now. So the market is run by a family business and naturally we saw one of the family members there, lol, and she spotted us too and waved. I was too busy freaking out and didn't wave back, so I can only imagine what she's thinking now after not seeing me for so long and then being ignored :( I wasn't trying to be rude, it was my anxiety's fault and I am trying to get there this coming Saturday so I might be able to apologize in person. Love and Camouflage

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we're treasure hunting at Wonderland Beach, where the Love & Camouflage 2025 event is taking place. There is plenty of shopping for Valentine's Day, Mardi Gras, and some fairy tale themed offerings mixed in, and while we are often hunting for actual treasure chests at this location, this time it's a deep pink feathery mask. The color makes it a nod to both holidays really, and they are all free so just seek them out and give them a click to receive your treats. The party started a few days ago (the 24th) but it lasts until the 4th of March, so lots of time to explore and enjoy.

My first look of the evening is our Toxic Love by COVETED! treasure, a fun mix of romantic and dramatic. The dress, panties, and shawl are each provided in sizing for Freya, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. The sheer shawl is red to match the hearts in the skirt's texture, which has some toxic verbiage like sadness, panic, problem, and alone. The skirt is slit in the back to show off the flower-trimmed panties, matching the flowers on the bra and straps of the dress :) 

I found two different treats from Moonstar, because they have multiple displays here and they were at neighboring setups :) This is the lovely MESH Love Is In The Air Dresses and Jewellery by Moonstar, which starts with the layered sleeveless dress and long vest (linked to wear as one) in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies. The dress also has a HUD with 4 choices, each being a mix of solid and matching print that I really hard a hard time narrowing down to just the two I showed here. The earrings and necklace are also tucked inside our gift, with a resize script built into the necklace for easy adjustment, and there is an Omega applier for a pair of panties too.

MESH Love in Paris Dress, Necklace and Shoes by Moonstar is the simply stunning outfit you see above. The figure-hugging dress has a mix of patterns, with the main fabric showing bicycles, heart balloons, and the Eiffel tower, which is exactly what the crisscrossed straps made me think of anyway :) We receive fitmesh standard sizes along with Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique versions for the dress, plus shoes for Belleza/Slink and Maitreya feet. Other accessories include the necklace I'm wearing with resize script, and a pair of rose lace panties in BOM and an Omega applier. While I've never been to Paris, I can certainly see why it is associated with romance, and this look really fits that bill.

Next I slipped into a pair of jeans from the Delizio fatpack, a marketplace freebie you don't want to miss, to show off a couple of terrific tops :) The adorable ~TL~ Mardi Gras Opossum Cropped Tee is our prize from Tea Lane, a vivid neon green knit top with a party animal celebrating on the front with beads, feathers, and confetti. There are sizes for Erika, Gen X Classic, Khara, Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Lara X, Prima Busty, Prima Petite, Senra Jamie, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies included. Then on the right, I am enjoying the flirty HEART LIPPY Tee from The Bold Llama T-Shirt Co.'s mask. The black tank top makes a striking backdrop for the glossy red mouth holding a shiny heart between the teeth, don't you think? The unpacking HUD offers sizes for standard, eBody Classic, eBody Reborn, Waifu, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP mesh bodies. Just deliver the one you need and hang onto the HUD for future reference, because we never know if we'll buy or win a new body in the future that we still want our awesome tee for :)

My final look this evening is especially for all you feline lovers out there, who want your manicure to reflect that :) The .::LUNA::. Body Art - Cat's Mix - Nails has appliers for Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink mesh nails, each HUD offering the same 5 wonderful designs with cute kitties. I can see bringing a photo of these to a nail salon as inspo for a RL manicure if your nail artist is handy with those brushes.

It was a quiet day here, and I purposely hid my birthday on facebook so I wouldn't get messages from people who only bother contacting me once a year because the app tells them too. That sounds bitter, and that's not my intention; it is simply a case of saving them the time and trouble when these are friendships that have run their course from childhood or early adulthood. Sometimes having a chronically ill friend is too much, and I do not hold grudges about that :) I never wanted to be the sick friend, when I used to be the fun and giggly friend who tried to spread smiles. Anyway I have a brand new year ahead, and I am cautiously optimistic about continuing to make tiny steps of progress in leaving the house more often. SLMB Group Goodies

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I've got several terrific treats I tracked down for the SLMB group, which stands for SL Mesh Body and is stylized with ^^ in front so it should be at the bottom of your groups list. There is a $9L fee to join, which should help keep out troublemakers and encourages us to stay in the group once we're there. I've been a member for several years, so no worries here :) These gifts are absolutely worth the nominal joining fee and the visits to the various stores, which I always enjoy exploring as long as SL is being kind and not crashing me every few teleports. I managed to only crash once during all this, LOL, which is more impressive than it should be.

My first stop of the day was Carola, where the current SLMB gift is called lingerie A 2318. This beautiful bodysuit comes in Altamura, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizing, along with a HUD offering 16 lovely colors. The lace midriff is a playful touch, and the white floral accents are consistent on all the colors we can choose from :) 

Artic Storm has a wonderful gift for us called *AS* Crystal Shorts Set Gold, to claim it just click the picture and choose "buy" in the menu that pops up, which delivers it for free. The top (solid and sheer), sleeves (solid and sheer), belt, and shorts are all included in sizing for Altamura, Erika, Freya, Isis, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Reborn, and Tonic Curvy mesh bodies. With two versions of the top and two of the sleeves (which are individual left and right attachments) we can mix and match as I did above, with sheer sleeves/solid top on the left and vice versa on the right. We're almost halfway through the week, so why not celebrate with the gorgeous .::PC::. My next stop was Kyara Fashion, where I eagerly scooped up our ::KF::SLMB TOP/PANTS gift. Right now it's chilly so I'm rocking the sleeves, but when spring arrives or I visit somewhere a little warmer in SL, I just might leave the sleeves behind safely in the folder :) The green color is reminding me of March, both because of spring and St. Patrick's Day, so this cutie will be a go-to then.

I'm wrapping up the evening on a casual note, the La Feminique - Foxy outfit at the store's new location. Its knotted tank top and dusky brown jeans are each provided in a standard size along with Freya, Isis, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh body sizes. Of course with a name like Foxy, the top is decorated with a small drawing of an elegant fox with floral pattern on the body which I cannot quite tell if that is an outfit the fox is wearing or simply an artistic addition. We have a large population of foxes in my RL area, but I usually hear them more often than having the pleasure of seeing them. They are startling to hear, but so pretty to observe :)

My plans for the day got postponed (not my idea/fault) so they are probably happening tomorrow instead. Goodie, I get to torture myself with a stressful outing on my birthday :P  Okay, maybe it won't be so bad, as I have been doing slightly better lately going out. Luck at Emerald Couture

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'm still relying on luck, to show you some of the generous prizes we can win at Emerald Couture. You may recall that they have a secondary location which is where their Advent calendar was located last month, and that is where I've been visiting for 7 lucky chairs that do not require a group tag. Each chair has multiple varieties of the same style outfit, so you can really freshen up your wardrobe :) Their mainstore location still has lucky chairs and boards for their free group, and there are group gifts at both stores, but for these prizes please visit the location in my credits.

My first look is the EC Freeda Dress Flowers prize, so lovely :) This sleeveless mini dress has a high neckline and fluted skirt, and comes in sizing for eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. I think the denim skirt really suits the blue background of the floral pattern on the top, don't you?

The EC Amaya Dress Pink prize is just one of several colors you might win from this lucky chair, and I hope to eventually win them all like Pokemon ;) I particularly appreciate the ruffled tulle layers and the way they flow romantically, and the floral pattern has a very feminine feeling too. There are 5 standard mesh sizes along with Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizing. 

Next we take a peek at the charming EC Coreen Gray prize, which coincidentally also has a flower-adorned pattern on the loose fitting top of the dress. It includes 5 standard mesh sizes, 1 fitmesh version, and sizing for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies. I'd won a few other colors as well, but I figured this soft neutral was a pleasing way to show off the fun straps in the back :) I'd already had it in green which I think is an amazing choice for mid-March.

I do enjoy animal prints, so winning the EC Evelyn Outfit Cheetah was a highlight of my SL day (other than the time with Xan of course!). It's a one piece bodysuit with halter neck and intricate webbed straps on the midriff, connecting to solid brown flared pants. The outfit comes in 5 standard mesh sizes as well as Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizing, while the matching sandals fit Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink high feet. Since it's a pain in the neck sometimes to find just the right footwear for some clothing, I'm always delighted when coordinating shoes are provided.

My final look of the evening features the eye-catching EC Cassidy Outfit 2.0 Black prize, which is reminding me of something I just can't pinpoint so is even more intriguing than intended ;) The dress is laced up front like a corset with wavy stripes on the bodice, solid skirt, and hem ruffle with red stars that highlight the coloring above. It fits Erika, Freya, Isis, Venus, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Bombshell, Maitreya, Lara X, Petite X, Hourglass, Physique, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. Also included are the shoes with above-the-knee socks built in, sized for Erika, Freya, Isis, Venus, Gen X, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, Reborn, Hourglass, and Physique bodies. The socks are a fantastic match for the skirt ruffle, thanks to those pretty red stars. 

I feel like I'm forgetting several things all at once, so basically a typical magpie evening here ;) I'm already nervous about my weekend plans, so I need to calm down and figure out how to soothe my frazzled brain. Have any of you been doing the temporarily free Mad Pea games? There are puzzles and escape rooms, which Xan and I have enjoyed two of so far, and there will be a free hunt next month which I am eagerly anticipating. We tend to find their products in a lot of places we visit, from food and drink vending machines to mini golf, so I'm a longtime fan. Lucky Beauty Factory

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post brings us back to Beauty Factory, this time for some more of their impressive lucky board prizes. As I mentioned in my prior post about them, there are 36 boards that change letters/numbers every 5 minutes. So hanging out here for a little while with your free group tag can be very beneficial :) It is rare to see this large number of boards in one spot, at least without paying a fee to join a group, so I am very grateful and impressed. Grab your favorite lucky charm (I used to have one as a kid that was a pressed coin that had a clover stamped into it) and head on over!

My first look of the evening is a fun way to stand out among all those little black dresses at clubs ;) The .BF. Basic Dress Pink/Lime Lucky Letter prize includes both vibrant colors seen above, each in sizing for Erika, Erika Waist Petite, Kupra, Legacy, Nerido, Maitreya, Reborn, Juicy, and Smash Boobs mesh bodies. The crossed straps are so fun, and the slight gathering of the material makes for an intriguing texture. 

If you love a cinched waist look, get snatched in the .BF. Kim Dress -FATPACK- for free if this board shows your initial! The dress has a shiny texture that makes me think latex, and there are 15 colors to choose from via HUD. Our dress itself fits eBody, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya mesh bodies, plus you will need to wear one of the included BOM alpha layers to really narrow the waist. I do think we can guess fairly easily who this is named after ;)

Next I slipped into the charming .BF. Natalia Bodysuit FATPACK prize, well at least two of the many available colors. There are baby pink, black, burgundy, grape, green, nude, plum (seen on the left above), red (right), sea, and white versions, each packaged in Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite sizes. All of those also have a fishnet version, not shown here as it's very sheer but you can certainly get an idea. I think the zipper in the front drew my attention first, but it might have been the leg ruffles, or maybe even the soft texture that has hints of sparkle.

I was also lucky enough to win the playful .BF. Tacy Dress FATPACK. There are thong panties included along with the dress, both of which fit Erika, Erika Waist Petite, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, and Juicy bodies. What makes it a fatpack is the handy HUD, offering 15 colors each for the dress, lace, panty, and edge (of the panties) so we get to mix and match to our heart's content. It's intriguing to me how solid the dress is from the rear view, yet the front is extra tantalizing :)

It's still chilly here in RL, so I am craving an SL vacation somewhere sunny and will be bringing my new .BF. Paola FATPACK prize for sure. The swimsuit and skirt are both provided in sizing for Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies, along with a HUD offering 15 colors each for the suit, skirt, lace, and lace II. For both looks above I made sure to have the two lace sets different colors to reflect that fun duality. Of course you can go with the same color throughout for a monochromatic look, or pick 4 hues for a more wild look :) The swimsuit has a distressed look to show off even more skin, some reminding me of pantyhose runs put to very clever use.

I'm having a "geez I'm old" moment, thanks to the 80s music channel I have on and their insistence on playing Milli Vanilli, and my brain's equally weird insistence on remembering every blessed word to Girl You Know It's True. If you're shaking your head at me or laughing at me, I get it ;) Samesies! My weekend was decent, somewhat busy but nothing compared to next weekend, and I'm not sure what all I'm doing this week but there is quite a bit to plan. GAS and COSMOS

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we get to see gifts from not just one but two brands, GAS Clothing Co. and COSMOS, for their store groups which are both currently free to join. They share space in the same building, and so their group gifts are next to each other for simple, easy access. I have encountered both brands at various events and am always impressed by their quality and versatility. For most of these photos I'm wearing Lara X, so these are fairly recent creations in updated body sizing. Another helpful note - for all of these gifts you will need to right click, pay $1L, and be refunded so it is registered in their system for future redeliveries, possible updates, etc. :) 

For my first look of the evening, I am enjoying our GAS [Top & Skirt Seraphina - 30 Colors w/HUD FATPACK] group gift. Both pieces are provided in Legacy, Perky, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes, with a HUD as mentioned in the name that has 30 choices each for top and skirt, plus 7 metals. Those metal tones are for the draped chains in the daring slit on the skirt, such a fantastic touch! The lace in the back of the tank top is lovely too, helping us look amazing from any angle.

I get to combine cozy and sexy here, thanks to the GAS [Sweater + Panty + Socks Set Aimee - 30 Colors FATPACK] group gift :) The turtleneck sweater is cropped and lifted on the right (nipple not really visible but almost) and the socks come all the way up to the tops of our thighs. The sweater, panty, socks, belly chain, and leg chain will all fit Lara X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, and include 2 texturing HUDs. One of those is a hearts HUD while the other is just solids, and they each have 30 colors for top, panty, and socks plus 2 metals each for the two chains. The hearts HUD's panty textures are solid hues, and we can mix and match between the two HUDs.

Next I'd say that the [COSMOS] Zandra Top & Skirt Set / redwhite gift was probably a Christmas offering initially, as it reminds me of the sexiest version of Mrs. Claus you can imagine. The white fur-trimmed top and miniskirt with attached belt are each included in sizing for Erika,  Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. I really like the way the top resembles a jacket or cardigan, tied at the neck and slightly open down the front. 

I was very pleased with how versatile our gift called [COSMOS] Zusa Blouse & Skirt Set / black/green is, in subtle ways and a couple less so ;) There are Gen X Classic, Classic Dainty, Gen X Curvy, Curvy Dainty, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu body sizes for each piece, along with a HUD that offers 4 transparency settings (0%, 5%, 10%, 15%) for the blouse and 3 textures for the skirt, as well as 2 metals for the belt. The skirt's textures are all shades of green plaid, very attractive and possibly intended for a certain March holiday. I chose a non-solid transparency on the right above, since it's a rear view my nips aren't fully on display but you can get the idea.

One last look of the evening, this simple and elegant tube dress is our [COSMOS] Donita Dress Promo / 5 Colors Promo group gift. As the name indicates, there are 5 colors to choose from on the enclosed HUD, with a notecard telling us about the full version which is for sale in their store. The dress fits Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. As there is no Lara X here, this is the only outfit tonight I switched back to my original Lara for :) I enjoy both bodies and don't mind swapping them out in the least.

Since the farmers market closed for tomorrow because of the temperature being below freezing, and after not having dinner at my parents' like I usually would on a Friday (you know, when neither of them have the plague) I am deeply thrown off about what day of the week it is. The good news is that my mom finally got a negative test so she is on her way to recovery, and we are planning my birthday dinner for next week. It's really just takeout of my choice and a small gluten free cake, nothing huge, but they enjoy doing it and I have fun spending time with them. As for this weekend, I'm mostly staying indoors and warm :) I did go out this evening but later than planned so I missed out on the salad bar I wanted, but it wasn't a big deal. Fitmesh Fanatics

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post brings us to several wonderful stores who are part of the Fitmesh Fanatics group. This multi-designer group is currently free to join, and as you can tell there are many gifts being offered at some of the designers' main stores, so just keep an eye out for the Fitmesh Fanatics logo in your favorite shopping haunts. I'm always eager to share things like this, so you can enjoy some generous treats with me.

For my first look of the night, please visit Nala Designs to claim their Greta Romper gift for Fitmesh Fanatics. We receive standard mesh sizing as well as eBody Classic, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body sizing. There's also a HUD included, with 20 pretty colors to select from :) The shorts length and halter top may suggest a warmer time of year, but in SL the seasons are all relative.

If this beauty catches your attention, you'll want to keep that Fitmesh Fanatics tag active and pop on over to AVAgirl for their Leila gift. It includes the top and skirt in Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, Waifu, and Star mesh body sizes. There is also a HUD with 8 choices for each, which refers to the color of the flowers on the top and both flowers and hem trim on our skirt. Aren't those floral accents beautiful?

Next I headed to YoUnique Couture and climbed the spiral staircase to find their Manje 5 Texture Fling gift. This corset slit mini comes in sizing for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Nerido, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, Juicy, and Mounds mesh bodies, with a HUD as indicated in the name. The 5 textures change the dress but keep the corset as dark charcoal leather, matching the pink and black patterns so nicely. A c-string would come in handy to cover our bits for public wearing, and you know I was careful to make sure I spelled the word 'public' correctly there without missing the L ;) I mean that is precisely what could happen if you don't wear a C-string!

I'm feeling dark and mysterious in our MONOMANIA - Provocative outfit, and I love it! The dress, shorts, and sleeves are all provided in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizes, with ankle boots that fit Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink mid height feet. As you can see on the right, the sleeves are optional :) I think they add an extra bit of witchy whimsy though, so I am clearly a fan.

My final look of the evening is the stunning .::PC::. "Yumiko" Dress - Pink GG from PiNK CHERRY. I must admit to giggling at my own brain, which decided that I look like a sexy disco ball cosplay ;) The lovely pink mini dress has fun straps and is decorated in your choice of gold or silver studs all over, with the difference being the G or S in the names. They are each included in sizes for Lara X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, and since no Maitreya Lara 5.3 I did switch to my Lara X body here. I use the same shape so it's a simple matter of a few quick clicks to remove 5.3 and add X, both in outfits I've created (our Outfits folder, links to each item) for ease of wearing. This dress in either metallic choice is just begging to be worn dancing, don't you think?

It was a chilly but quiet day, and I watched my favorite hockey team lose in spectacular fashion (6-1, ouch) so not the best night but I am doing okay. My plan at this point is to go grocery shopping tomorrow, at the location that is slightly further than the closest one (same parking lot as Wednesday's outing actually) but still closer than I had been venturing. This is because of the weather and potential ice, since it won't be above freezing until Sunday. Black ice is definitely common here in these temps, making both driving and walking rather challenging. At least the vehicle I'll be in has snow tires, which can help some on ice too.
