Courtesy of the Red White and Blue

Hiya everyone! Tonight we have a free gridwide hunt called Courtesy of the Red White and Blue Hunt, where you will be looking for striped firecrackers. I'll bet you can guess what colors the stripes are ;) The hints and locations are found on a notecard you can pick up from the sign at the starting location, and it has photos of most of the prizes so you can see ahead of time what you're picking up. The hunt runs for the entire month of July, so you have plenty of time to find the firecrackers and enjoy the prizes.

First we have the prize from Darling Haute Couture, their Skye outfit with a patriotic flavor. The top is included in sizes for Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP, while the shorts come in fitmesh standard sizes plus eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine. The striped ruffles on the top are a fun match for the peekaboo front pockets on the shorts, and both back pockets have an American flag on them.

Grumble has a flirty dress hiding inside their firecracker for us, called Patriotic Girl Dress. It comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP, with a pretty layer of sheer starry fabric over the skirt. 

Another don't-miss stop on the hunt path is The Sissy Bar, whose free prize for us is this terrific outfit. The top is provided in fitmesh standard sizes plus Freya, Isis, Venus, eBody, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine, while the shorts come in standard, Freya, Isis, Venus, Eve Pulpy, Eve Slim, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine. Even our tiptoe sneakers are included, in sizes for Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink High. This store is located around the corner and down the street from the landing area, so please look for any hunt paths or sales paths on the ground to help guide you.

Next we visit Uni Boutique where we can find their Pants & Top - Red Leather. Each piece is provided in 5 standard sizes and 5 fitmesh sizes, as well as eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine versions. The flowers are part of my hair, Truth's newest group gift Gwen.

My final look of the evening is the Changed Seasons - Spangled Dreams Dress. It comes in standard sizes plus a fitted version and mesh body sizes for Hourglass, Physique, and Maitreya. There is also a hat included but not shown, that attached to my right hand by default and would have hidden my pretty hair so I opted to leave it off. Its style reminded me of Uncle Sam, just so you can get an idea of what it looks like. 

It was a strange sort of day with lots of ups and downs, but I am ready for a relaxing night before an enjoyable barbecue with my family tomorrow (Friday). I have that kind of attention span right now where I start to do one thing, then remember I meant to do something else real quick, then I spot something that reminds me of something else I wanted to take care of...and on it goes until I am struggling to figure out what I was doing originally.
