Beautiful Dirty Rich
Hiya everyone! Tonight I have some group gifts to share, all of which are from the store Beautiful Dirty Rich. Their group is free to join, and there are several gifts you can currently claim with that group tag. I believe the store moved since I last visited, so I enjoyed seeing the new layout and of course their latest creations.
This looks to be the most recent group gift, the ...:::Beautiful Dirty Rich:::... Holidays Little Diva dress and hat. Now I know if you just look at the left side of my photo, you could easily think I got lost in a time warp from a month ago, LOL, but please notice how on the right I have changed colors and removed the Santa hat which leaves us with a flirty non-Christmas dress :) Details: the dress comes in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes, while the hat has versions with and without a resize script built in. There is also a HUD that offers 7 texture choices each for dress, belt, and hat, plus 6 fur colors for hat and dress. It also has features like materials on/off, tinting, etc. so I suggest playing around with the various buttons and reading the notecard for it. If you appreciate HUDs as much as I do (the versatility!!) then you are at the right store.
This wonderful gift has some tricks up its sleeve too, quite a feat since it doesn't even have sleeves ;) It is called Havana, and the top and skirt are each included in sizes for eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique. The oh-so-handy HUD offers 20 textures, a mix of solids and patterns, for each individually, with options of materials off/on and a rather important one for me, alpha enabling. This lets you choose if you want the texture to be sheer or not, as the alphas can interfere with things such as certain hairstyles (like the tips of mine!) with transparency, or if you layer panties or something of that sort beneath the clothing. On the left I have the alpha off, so it is not sheer, but on the right I turned it on so you can see the knit of the texture is an open weave.
This outfit is another generous gift called La Bohemia, with the top and skirt each provided in Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique versions. There are 3 texture choices for each on the included HUD, involving solid red, the red and cream print, and a denim base on the skirt as you can see on the right. This is one of those outfits that makes me want to dance around and wear flowers in my hair, I definitely have a hippie part to my soul :)
This lovely look is our gift called Summer Breeze Dress, and it too has a HUD with special functions. The dress comes in eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique, with 15 texture options via the HUD as well as the ability to hide or show the sleeves. There are plenty of shades of denim among our choices, and patterns among the solids, so this is worth taking a moment to click several to see what suits your mood.
My final look of the evening is the one I'd be most likely to wear in RL right now, with how chilly it is at the moment ;) It is the charming Random Cold Day Sweater, with a giraffe print knit in your choice of 10 colors via the included HUD. The sweater itself comes in standard mesh sizes plus eBody Classic, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body sizes. The pattern made me smile, since I recognized it so instantly from all the time I spent watching April's webcam when she was ready to give birth. I understand she's expecting again, so eventually I'll be watching one of my favorite giraffes again :) The jeans I have paired our sweater with are my favorite Marketplace freebie, a gift from Delizio that come in several colors in system layers, Omega appliers, and Maitreya appliers. They appear here quite often and are truly a staple of my SL wardrobe.
Snow started falling here just a couple of hours ago, and while it will stop soon, it's more like a pause because we will be receiving plenty this weekend too. It probably won't affect my plans for the weekend much, and I have an appointment this coming afternoon before my dinner with my parents (they got nervous and consider it iffy...we'll see) so I have some pleasant things to look forward to.
