Still in the MIIX

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we have a few more gifts to explore from the MIIX Event's second anniversary round. It is open until the 20th of April, and there are 30% discounted offers at each display so we can save lots of lindens on quality merchandise. As for the gifts, they are for Hype Events group members which is free to join, and they are in boxes with festive balloons tied to them so they are fairly easy to spot. A few designers are offering other gifts for about $10L or less, so keep an eye out for those as well :) I do enjoy helping events celebrate anniversaries since any milestone like that is remarkable with SL being such a fluid, ever-changing environment. 

My first look of the evening is the May24 - Irene Dress, a group gift just right for spring. It consists of a strapless dress and an upper portion that ties in the front, each in sizes for Freya, Kupra, Legacy + Perky, and Maitreya bodies. There is also a HUD with 5 colors apiece, so you can choose separately for the main dress and the upper addition. 

Next I slipped into the flirty gift from DM:: called Top Jade. It is a tiny heart shaped top that is tied in place across the back, with seams that call to mind a corset. The gift includes Erika, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn sizes, with a HUD offering 10 color choices. I love it, and I think it goes very well with the white pair of Delizio jeans from their marketplace fatpack, a free gift that appears here on my blog fairly often. There are several denim hues in system/BOM layers and appliers for Maitreya and Omega.

Speaking of system/BOM layers, that is the format provided for the beautiful +KP+ Harmony Back Tattoo gift from Knife Party. It has two branches with lovely flowers that have attracted a couple of winged friends, very skillfully sketched. Think of all the clothing with bare backs that will be just right to show this off!

There are two gifts from MJB, one for the guys and then the one for the ladies which is their MJB BODYSUIT Russian style seen here. It comes in sizes for eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies, with very high cut legs and a fun laced opening in the back. I like the way the print looks like squares of assorted fabrics layered by color, very intriguing!

For my final look this evening, I am wearing the BQ::Sparkles Dress:: Roses GIFT from BlondeQueen. This combination of romantic floral print and sexy cutout styling is a nice choice for spring but works just fine for any time of the year. It was a pleasant day here for the most part, with a nice dinner at my parents' and catching up a little on some tv shows. The weather will be brisk but sunny when I go to the farmers market in the morning, which is fine as long as it isn't too windy.
