Hiya everyone! Tonight we're headed to Elegance Boutique, where the group is currently free to join and there is a wall with several gifts waiting for us :) Some of them are in standard mesh sizes for classic avatars, meaning non-mesh bodies, and a few are designed for various mesh bodies. The name of the store makes me smile, like the word boutique does conjure elegance or a kind of special shopping experience. I hope you all find that here too :)
Coming in hot right out of the gate, LOL, I started with the Elegance Boutique - Fizz - Bodysuit group gift. This flirty little number comes in eBody, Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Maitreya, and Petite mesh body sizes, with a HUD that offers 6 colors for the main bodysuit and 6 choices for the ruffles. We can even click the 🚫 on the HUD to turn the ruffles off, leaving just the slender straps. Surprisingly, this isn't even the photo tonight that I needed to censor ;)
I do love halter style dresses, and the Elegance Boutique - Dress "Rose" - FATPACK gift has a whole web of straps in the front that form a star before looping around the neck for our halter. There are several colors - aqua pink (left above), beige, black, blue, floral, fuschia, ivoryblack, redblack (right), sugar, and whitepink - each in Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes. How pretty are those flowers on the top and down the right side of the front?
I'm still feeling playful with our Elegance Boutique - Outfit - "Sara" gift, which is another pack of several colors and sizes. The top and skirt, each in sizes for Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies, are all provided in black/ivo, fuschia, navy/ivo, ocean, pink, and salmon versions. I'm wearing both in ocean on the left, and the salmon top with navy/ivo skirt on the right. I must say, the high waisted skirt really balances the short fluttery top nicely :)
Next I tried on the Elegance Boutique - Group Gift "Mavi" - Maitreya bodysuit, which is just that one size so not even packed in a box but delivered to you ready to wear :) The sheer lace of the top made me bust out the 'modesty flowers' I sometimes employ in Photoshop, meaning they were added by me in post production if you will, not a part of SL in any way and your version will be uncensored. I'm sure I have several shrug type cropped sweaters that I could layer over this if I wanted some extra coverage too.
My final look of the evening combines two wonderful gifts, a strapless bra and bikini panties that I think also resemble a swimsuit bikini when worn together. The Elegance Boutique - "Hernaly" Bra w/HUD has sharp golden studs across the top edge, and is provided in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes. Its HUD lets us pick from 30 different textures, a few of which are pretty patterns with a ton of solid colors to enjoy as well. Then we see the Elegance Boutique - "Mila" Panties w/HUD gift, coincidentally in the same set of sizing as the bra, and obviously also with a similar HUD. This one has 28 options for the texture, and I really meant to do a pattern on the panties with a matching solid for the bra on the right but my brain got all mixed up ;) This is what happens when you distract yourself playing with the HUDs I guess, folks...no regrets because it was every bit as fun as I'd hoped.
It was certainly a day...what kind, hard to say...I still want to cast a magic spell on my housemate that they always have slightly damp socks or something equally harmless but super annoying, LOL, but they have apologized both halfheartedly and more sincerely so I am reaching a stage of forgiveness. The road has been plowed and it sounds like the neighborhood is safe to navigate already from the few inches of snow we got.
