Hiya everyone! Tonight we head over to the EBP Black Friday Bazaar, a shopping event with 25-50% off exclusive items as well as free group gifts for the Evil Bunny Hunts group. It's free to join their group, and I get a chuckle out of wearing their tag that says "I'm Evil!" ;) My behavior in SL is much closer to the angelic side, but we all have those moments of earning a spot on the naughty list. This is the 8th annual round of this particular shopping event, and we've got more than a week left (December 2nd) to do some bargain hunting and prepare for the upcoming holidays.
My first look of the evening is our beautiful ~Sassy!~ Lenore dress - winter gift. It is a flirty strapless satin dress with bold side slit, accentuated by white snowflakes and a soft ruffle at the neckline. We receive sizing for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies.
*Glitter Bunny* provides some seasonal sex appeal with their Melina Dress red gift for the group. The red fishnet dress and neon green bra and thong are all provided in sizes for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Star mesh bodies. They are so fun all layered together, and the dress would look great with BOM clothing worn beneath too if you preferred. I'm also thinking if you plan on visiting an Australian climate region for Christmas, this red and green combo would be delightful for the warm beaches :)
I picked up several tops among our gifts here, like this lovely Cat Eye Top Black from JR Wolf Creations. It has lots of cute void kitties with green eyes peeking at us from the pattern, and the corset style tank has great seams to give us a flattering shape. The gift includes Gen X Classic, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes.
Similar at first glance is our BQ::Marybell Laced Top Gift:: Black Flowers gift from BlondeQueen. This flirty halter top is cropped with crossed straps at the midriff and shoulder blades, and decorated with whispers of a floral pattern that reminds me of chalkboard art :) There are sizes for Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies included. At this point I changed out of my Lara X body and into Maitreya 5.3, simply to accommodate the provided sizes. I use the same shape for both and find that the difference is subtle.
My final look tonight is the perfectly timed Adore Amore treat called ::Adore:: Karley Halter Turkey Time. The top portion has wheat stalks that continue down to between our turkey friends, who are showing their remarkable plumage in autumn coloring. I do love halter tops, and this one is tied in the back both at the neck and midway down, then the front reaches a point at the belly button. I just had a brief "what day is it?" moment again, LOL, but that is probably because for over 2 years I'd have been blogging shortly after a therapy session but this is now my week in between those since we're doing every other Sunday. So I'm back to feeling slightly less confused, at least about the calendar, and have been going over my plans for the upcoming week. It's all good, the weekend was nice and I'll be heading out on Tuesday for an exposure/outing, then Thursday we're having a small dinner with my parents as a prelude to the main event of Saturday. Everything I need to do for that is handled, and if she needs any further help on Thursday I'll gladly do what I can :) I have a support group meeting tomorrow evening, but that doesn't affect my blogging and I'm curious to see if more people show up than last time when there were just 2 others.
