Hiya everyone! Tonight we're exploring the new releases at Yasum, to look for their specially selected dollarbies among them. That's right, their creator is generous enough to choose one color from each new release and offer it for just $1L, and you can tell which one by looking for the cute balloon animal above it. This time I noticed New Release balloons near some of the displays too, but you will see the balloon animals (and therefore discounted selections) at other displays as well. If you've earned any store credit from prior purchases here, it can be used towards most of these dollarbies, which I have happily done with a few of these. A few of the ones I have shared previously are still available, so be sure to check your inventory to make sure you don't already have the older ones. I love this opportunity, and I really appreciate their unique style! It is flirty, urban, and has wonderful cultural nods in both style and patterns.
My first look is the playful Yasum*Willow*Set*Plush, which I am still marveling at being available for such a low price :) The top and dungarees (shorts overalls with one side down) are each provided in Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes, with the pendant to hang from the dungarees in a separate package inside. This holds similar sizes and a HUD with 12 colors apiece for our tassel, feather, pendant, pearl, cage, and ball. I even included a closer view so you could get an idea of what all those parts are :) The overalls have a camo-like pattern like before they started using digital or pixelated prints for it, but in soft pink and cream colors that match the solid cream bra top trimmed in pink. Did you notice the pretty floral buttons?
I can't decide if I should be amused or embarrassed that my first reaction to these chaps was to whisper "yeehaw"! The Yasum*Shenda-Set*Berry includes the sleeveless halter top, racy panties, and chaps each in sizing for Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. We even get a metals HUD with 8 options, all of which look so chic against the deep burgundy coloring.
Next I changed into the Yasum*Charlotte-Set*Plush, loving its strong 90s TLC vibes! Fashion being cyclical, this fits in just as smoothly with today's hottest looks of course :) Our itty bitty tube top and accessorized pants each fit Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu bodies, and we receive a HUD with 12 metal coloring options. The plush pattern mixes pink and blue in pastel hues that make me think of cotton candy, a great way to make this sporty style both strong and feminine.
Yasum*Tadina-Set*Grunge is another one of these "how is this just $1L?" finds that you'll be so glad you picked up. The tied crop top, intriguing layered pants, and separate belt are each designed for Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu bodies. The metal HUD enclosed offers 12 colors for us to change the look if we so desire. The pants remind me of some really cool upcycled clothing I've seen, like jeans and a scarf converted into a long skirt :) The mixed fabrics look incredible together, and this outfit looks wonderful either with or without the belt.
For my final look of the evening, I'm enjoying our Yasum*Houa*Plush dollarbie treat. It consists of the tiny bikini top, bellbottom style pants, and a scarf tied around the right leg just above the knee, all of which fit Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. There's also a metals HUD enclosed with 12 colors, which you can see as lilac on the left and black on the right above. I am listening to 80s hair metal type music at the moment, lol, so the scarf is extra appropriate ;)
It's been a whirlwind of a day, although with the wind advisory we have going in my area right now that should be a bad word. My outing went decently, and I am relieved that the houseguest for a long weekend has arrived safely just an hour ago or so :) The power went out a few minutes later, so that was a bit stressful. We have lots to do the next few days, and I am looking forward to it all. I'm feeling tired but that is not unusual after a hectic day, and will try to get plenty of rest later.
