Hiya everyone! Tonight I've got some group gifts to share from Spicy Secrets, for their store group which is free to join. The brand name should give you an idea of their general style, and there is some lingerie along with the flirty casualwear. My first look is the [SS] Hettie Set Pack gift, which is a fun style for visiting somewhere warm or lounging indoors. The top and shorts are included in Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Peach, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes. Also, the enclosed HUD lets us choose from 20 textures apiece for top and shorts, so we can get creative and switch up our look all we wish.
Next I slipped into the playful SS Claire Short Summer Dress Ftp 2 gift, and I am so glad I did :) Don't be fooled by the word 'summer' in that name, because we can find any temperature climate in SL that we can imagine. This sweet wisp of a minidress comes in 5 standard mesh sizes, as well as sizing for Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. Of course there's a HUD too, offering 10 patterns and 10 solid colors for a total of 20 great options.
Our [SS] Merina Set GROUP GIFT looks beautiful in a deep berry color that is speckled in white, very fresh and flattering. Its bra top and short skirt are linked to wear all at once, and provided in Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes.
The [SS] Lizzie Outfit Pack 1 group gift really intrigued me with its versatility and the way it provides lots of coverage yet manages to feel quite flirty. The romper, gloves, and boots are separates that each come in sizes for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Khara, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Peach, Prima, Prima Petite, Reborn, Waifu, and Star mesh bodies. Its HUD has 20 colors each to choose from for the romper, gloves, and 3 sections of the boots. You can see I've done each boot section a different shade on both sides above, to distinguish the differences in the photo :) At first I wondered how the pant legs stay up (they are part of the romper) but decided it must be that SL magic that makes all of our clothes fit so easily and stay right where we need them.
One more treat to see, which would be our SS Rumi Set Ftp 2 group gift. This outfit pairs a jumpsuit and tank top that both fit Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies, with a HUD to select from 10 textures for each. Most are patterns with a couple of solid colors, so there is plenty of coordination possible here :) Anyone else getting 90s vibes from the pattern on the left? Fashion is certainly cyclical, and I always appreciate that fact.
My day was decent, and my evening was okay other than a dismal performance by my favorite hockey team. They will be taking a break for the Olympics soon, so I'd really like them to have another good game or two before then. The roads here are still a bit icy because of the low temperatures, despite being plowed and mostly salted, so I'll be heading out Wednesday instead of Tuesday.
