Spring has Sprung in Kiyomizu
Hiya everyone! Tonight I have the pleasure of showing you a few more selections from The Wash Cart Sale, where each cart has offers for $10L, $25L, and $50L for you to choose from. It is a wonderful place to find new clothing and home decor for a wide range of tastes, while being very budget-friendly. I am also showing you some Kiyomizu Hunt prizes, a longtime favorite seasonal free hunt that has us seeking ninja cats. Just go to the Kiyomizu Mall and check all the stores for cats in black costumes, then click a floating ghost above one of the sidewalks to get a personalized website that shows which ones you've found and where you still need to visit.
My first looks come from the Emerald Couture cart at The Wash, where you can find several chic outfits at a mere $10L each. On the left I am wearing their EC Bailey Dress Lilac, whose dress with cute attached tie comes in standard mesh sizes plus Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique versions. The matching pumps are included in Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink High fits. On the right you can see the flirty EC Dana Dress Flame, with standard mesh sizes along with Maitreya, Slink, and TMP versions for the dress with Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink High sizes for the shoes. Another cart you don't want to miss is Sweet Willows, with a tantalizing variety of deals. On the left I'm wearing their (SW) Satin Outfit Purple, one of several colors at the cart for $10L apiece. The top and pants are each provided in Freya, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizing. On the right I left the pants on but switched into their free gift on their cart, the (SW) Fruit Striped Tops. Shiorin's Mart has a revealing, fun swimsuit as their Kiyomizu Hunt prize, called =CS= One Piece Swimwear 018TC Japanese Pattern. It comes in sizes for Hourglass, Physique, and Maitreya mesh bodies, with a HUD that lets you pick from the two textures shown above. The neckline is a deep plunge, and you can see that the back is an itty bitty thong strap. Time to soak up some maximum sunshine!
This provocative look is the prize from SHOP KERO called Lacy Flare Dress. It is provided in fitmesh standard sizes plus eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine versions. There is also a HUD included that lets you tint the dress in 8 different colors, and there are sliders for alpha (opacity) and gloss. The more I look at this photo, the more I'm noticing just how sheer that lace really is, LOL!
My final look of the evening is our hunt prize from the MeltingDots Freebie Store, which incidentally is a great landmark to share with friends on a budget or anyone who is new to SL to help build their wardrobe and enjoy other gifts. This gift is called Cherry Dress, and comes in fitmesh standard sizes as well as Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink versions. There is also a HUD with 8 pastel shades to choose from, delightful for spring.
It was a strange day, but I got my tooth taken care of so that was a positive. Unfortunately there is a negative, I somehow hurt my right wrist (mouse hand) which is making typing really tricky. No idea what happened, just suddenly realized I was feeling sharp pain if I held anything in my hand or tried to do anything with it. I don't think I can get to a doctor for it until Friday, so the next couple of days are going to be awkward online. My blog post schedule will depend on whether my wrist gets better, worse, or stays the same in the near future, since it's a complete mystery.
