FabFree and Fall Festival

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I happened across a FabFree group gift in my travels that inspired me to share it and a few others for good measure :) The group is free to join and is the in-world presence of the FabFree in SL blog, which I have always found to be an excellent source of information on ways to save lindens and find designers who create fashions that match my tastes. I am also pleased to show you an exclusive offer for the Fall Festival at Malus Park, which has over 2 weeks remaining for us to visit and pick up demos, etc. since it is open until the 15th of October. The entire region is worth exploring, and you will see that a seasonal hunt is starting there very soon to tempt you back.

My first look is the Dilalih dress from Uni-qu3, their generous FabFree group gift. It comes in sizes for Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies, with a HUD offering 12 colors each for the top and bottom (skirt). The top portion is lace with different patterns in each color, most of which are rather revealing, while the skirt is brief and diagonally cut for extra fun. 

Next I visited ART & FASHION, where we can claim their SECRETS MINI DRESS with our FabFree group tag active by right clicking the sign and paying $1L which is automatically refunded. The dress has creative styling with a single strap and rear waist cutout, just as flirty as the right thigh opening. The gift includes fitmesh standard sizes as well as Eve Pulpy, Eve Slim, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body versions. As with all of this store's fashions, it features artwork on it, in this case the image of a person holding their hands in front of their face. 

[K-Style] has this playful SUMMER 2021 gift dress as their current FabFree offering, and I am a fan! It has a lovely pattern of peace symbols, hearts, and flowers (very hippie flower child ♥) on a bold strapless body-hugging style, in sizes for Inithium Kups, Maitreya, and Petite bodies. I probably have some peace themed accessories I can add, what about you?

I also visited .Princess Stuff. where I picked up one of two exclusive gifts for us, the [Bodytalk Dress] for FabFree. This sexy halter dress has bold seams and tight weave fishnet trim in black, a perfect match for the black roses on the fabric pattern. Our gift includes sizes for eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine bodies. I previously blogged the other gift here :)

My final look this evening is a beautiful offer from *Lurve* which is exclusively found at the Fall Festival event. It is their Masquerade Queen formal Gown Phatpack, and can be yours for $495L. There are 5 colors of dress - coal, midnight as seen on the right above, red, teal, and violet which I'm wearing on the left, which are available individually for $210L apiece. It was a stressful day, since I had to have a few ingrown toenails taken care of (trying to avoid being too specific because ouch and yuck) then had to put up with a family member making very sexist comments to me that hurt even if they weren't about me. Several were stereotypes about women drivers (whose actions I witnessed and only one was in the wrong), and another was complaining that of course a stupid woman did something wrong in a grocery store. I explained to him that it was hurtful to hear, and also this isn't the 1950s so maybe settle down with that nonsense. He apologized, so I am not going to bring it up again unless it recurs. Another Serving of CAKEDAY Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I want to show you some more of the multitude of group gifts you can find at the CAKEDAY event for their anniversary round. There are so many gifts to claim, and the group is free to join so there is absolutely no cost for these generous treats. There are also some impressive sales offers for men and women, and much of the ladies' clothing is created for curvy or full-figured mesh bodies. I noticed a lot of Kupra sizing, and I am wearing my Slink Hourglass body again tonight which is compatible with many of the offers and group gifts. Tonight I was in the mood for cosmetics too, so you will see lipstick and nails that might tempt you as well.

First we see the sexy gift from Vague. called Synamon Set. Its top and panty are each provided in sizes for Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies, in a deep raspberry color. The fishnet top has built in X pasties, and the panty zippers in the front with flirty straps all about.

I am also excited to show you the #Montesquieu - Draya PVC Bodysuit [Dragun] gift! This long sleeved bodysuit come in BBL, Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh body sizing, with a built in belt with DRIPPIN charms. The dragon on the front really caught my eye too!

For a very kissable look, I suggest claiming the LUXREBEL - Natural Plump Lipstick (Genus) applier gift, which offers 12 different shades of juicy looking color. They have beautiful shine, and a touch of shadow for depth that does give our lips a luxuriously plump appearance.

Happy CAKEDAY

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I have more CAKEDAY anniversary group gifts to share, from a wide range of talented designers. Just join the group for free, explore the huge event, and click all the gift boxes tied in twine. Each will give you a thoughtful gift, completely free, while you peruse the offers for sale and perhaps indulge in some retail therapy :) I am not sure when the event closes, but it opened on the 13th so my hope is that it will last at least until the end of the month. Because many of the vendors cater to full figured mesh bodies, I switched to my Slink Hourglass body tonight to show some gifts that do not offer a Maitreya version. I feel extra alluring with the added curves :)

My first look this evening is the BODIED: Gia Collection BODIEDpak gift. This flirty open blouse and pleated miniskirt are each provided in sizes for Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, and Legacy mesh bodies, with a HUD to tint each in your choice of 12 colors. I can easily imagine roleplaying a school girl or office worker gone wild in this, as well as enjoying it for daily wear.

Next we see the BIO. Tiara Top Fatpack and matching Tiara Shorts Fatpack gifts, each of which include blue, brown, nude, onyx, orange, pink, sky, white, and yellow colors. Each color is packaged separately with Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya sizing. The top makes me think of a sports bra, and the shorts are high waisted but also have relatively high cut legs. 

My curves are very much on display in the sulz- "Monokini" Fatpack gift. The swimsuit has gold and silver chained versions in each color (blue, cow, gray, green, lv, pink, purple, red, yellow) that in turn are each included in Hourglass, Kupra, and Legacy sizes. As for my tattoo, that would be the gift from [MTS] called Pack Leg Tattoo (Mia). It comes in system/BOM tattoo layers, v1 and v2 each in 55%, 75%, and 85% opacity. I am wearing the 85% opacity in the hope that is it the most photogenic :)

HAVOC is offering their Alien Skirt and Alien Top for all group members to claim for free. It consists of sizes for Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies for each piece. The lower hems are slightly jagged for added interest, and that top sure is daringly cropped. The skirt is high waisted but short hemline, so it will really accentuate your legs. 

For my final look of the evening, I slipped into two of the YARA GROUP GIFT PACK 1 dresses from MOXY. This gift includes sizes for 9JS, BBL, Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, and Perky mesh bodies, in color versions called Baby (seen on the left above), Creme, Mind, and Veneta (right). There are alpha layers for the midriff in case your body needs a little extra cinching for the corset styling. I really like the poofy detached sleeves, which go really well with the gathered bust.

Cakeday Anniversary

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are helping the CAKEDAY event celebrate their anniversary, and how do we do that? By joining their free group and claiming loads of generous gifts :) There are dozens and dozens of participating designers and nearly all of them are offering treats for the group members. I was not able to find a closing date for this event on their website or social media, but it opened on the 13th so hopefully we have some time left before it ends. It is a really large event, and what I did to keep track of where I'd been was just continue to stick to the right and work my way all the way around various rooms. I have two pieces of good news to share about this event...one is that there are many gifts and sales offerings for the guys, which can sometimes be in short supply so it is very noteworthy. The other is that many of the ladies' items are geared towards the more curvaceous mesh bodies out there, so full figured beauties are treated very generously here. 

My first look this evening is the Catarsis - ASH BLK Blazer - Corse BLK gift. It includes two versions (large seen on the left, short on the right with the slightly shorter skirt) each in sizes for Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies. I am a fan of both skirt lengths, depending on where I will be wearing it I guess, and the corset styling makes for a flattering look.

Next I changed into two fun gifts, starting with the *hvn. mini tee. sex. It is a formfitting t-shirt with a unique font on the front that reads "sex" and it is provided in sizes for Freya, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies. As someone who enjoys animal prints as a neutral, I was delighted to unpack the gift from Midoa which is their Clarie CowBlack Skirt. It comes in Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya sizing, with a slit on each thigh for even more sex appeal. 

I kept the skirt on here, but slipped into the humorous CAKE [$] Lee T-Shirt - [CDAY] which reads "It's my birthday and all I got was this overpriced t-shirt from Vetements". I promise, free is not overpriced :) The gift includes sizes for Freya, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh body sizes, which as you will see are very popular sizes among the prizes and sales offers here. I like the rainbow of colors utilized for the text on the front, which the cow print of the skirt seems to highlight too.

Our gift from Klubb is called "Good News" Bodysuit, but I admit I have plans on wearing it as a swimsuit too :) Versatility is good news in my opinion! Our newspaper print suit is provided in Freya, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh body sizes, and has high cut thighs that show off a lot of hip without being fully a thong in the rear. If you catch someone staring, they are probably not just trying to read your bodysuit but it would make an interesting excuse...

My final look this evening is the lovely .Q. Fatal -MOON- jumpsuit from QUEENZ. It hugs every curve and has flirty cutouts on the belly and chest. The pattern has a playful pink and blue design that reminds me of peacock tailfeathers, and the blue appears as a shadow that gives a 3D effect. Tomorrow I will be sharing more of these gifts, with a change to my Hourglass body since there were a few prizes I want to share that do not include Maitreya sizing. That goes to show how the event is curated for the larger and curvier bodies on the market, which makes it worth visiting for those with those bodies that are increasing in popularity. Fall Festival and SLFO

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are visiting the Fall Festival at Malus Park, where I am delighted to share a very affordable gift as well as an exclusive offer with you, both from the ~MystRie~ display. There are lots of talented designers here with clothing, accessories, home decor, and more for your autumn wardrobe and living space. Then I was in the mood for some group gifts, and to visit some generous stores to claim their SLF&O group gifts. That stands for SL Frees and Offers, and the group is free to join so we can receive updates and gifts for no cost whatsoever. Sounds like a fantastic deal to me!

First up we see the wonderful female $20L gift called ~MystRie~ Denim Darling - Olive. I am a big fan of denim in general, and this color is an ideal choice for the new season! The jacket dress (layered, one piece) and boots (with thigh high fishnets built in) each come in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. The high low hem adds drama, and the stiletto heels on the boots will turn heads. 

Next I changed into the ~MystRie~ exclusive offer for the event, called Into Autumn. This is a complete outfit with a layered sweater dress and combination socks and shoes that are each provided in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizing. The dress is like a plaid slip dress with a bold sweater layered over it with one shoulder bared, and the socks that are built into the heels remind me of a cozy flannel shirt with all those buttons. This is a great look for just $120L, and I plan on enjoying it for fall and probably into the winter!

My next visit was to A&J Creation, who are one of the participating SLFO designers and have this pretty caja-Ariadna flowers outfit as their current gift for SLFO group members. The floral top and sparkly skirt are each included in eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine sizes. Both have daring cutouts for extra peeks of skin, very flirty. 

1 Hundred also has a sexy treat for the SLFO members, which is their Slink Dress Pink. It has bare shoulders, detached sleeves, and a ruched style with a seam down the center and gathered tied sides. Our gift comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies, and I am very drawn to the vibrant shade of deep hot pink they chose. 

My final look of the evening can be found at Amataria and claimed for free with your SLFO group tag. Temptation and Fall Festival

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I have treats from two different events to share, starting with the DUBAI event where there is a Temptation Hunt. We are looking for free apples, like the one Adam and Eve were tempted with, and some are at the displays but others are in more out of the way places (think trees, bushes, etc.) so you will have to look around very carefully. The event and hunt run until the 10th of October, so you have time to explore. Another don't-miss event is the Fall Festival at Malus Park, which I will be showing you plenty of selections from during its tenure until the 15th of October, starting tonight with a free gift. 

My first look is the Via Fulo Ann Dress Pink, found for free in an apple at DUBAI. This vibrantly colored mini has a separate chain that acts as a choker linked to a belt, and each piece comes in Kupra Original, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh body sizes. There is also a HUD with 4 metal choices for the chain, so you can adjust to suit your tastes. Since they are separates, you can wear the dress without the chain if you wish, so it is held in place by the crossed straps in the back and a touch of SL magic.

Seniha has a free prize for us too, which is their Selena Dress // Black in 3 versions. I am wearing v2 on the left and v3 on the right above, while the original is a solid black also trimmed in lace like the polka dotted and pinstriped varieties. All are included in sizes for Freya, Isis, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies. 

I also found this Karina Dress (Red) in an equally bold red apple by [SEYMOUR Garment]. It is extra flirty with the sheer bodice and short fluttery hemline, and the prize consists of Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh body sizing. Temptation indeed!

Next we take a look at the [Flirt] Zoi overalls-Fatpack prize, found in another free apple. It includes sizes for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite bodies, with an 8 color HUD so you can pick your favorite hue. The casual style has a slightly loose top that gathers to the slim fitting knee length pants, with a V neck and pocket detailing in the front of the pants.

My sneak peek from the Fall Festival at Malus Park is a free gift, courtesy of Applique` Chic. This is their charming AC: Poofy Fall Dress, and is in a gift box at their display with all their beautiful exclusives and discounted offers. This dress comes in Freya, Hourglass, and Maitreya mesh body sizes, with a HUD that lets you choose from 6 color combinations. They are all perfectly autumnal, yet I could easily envision wearing this any time of year. 

I am making plans for the upcoming weekend, and it is not particularly exciting but at least now I know what I am doing for dinner tomorrow. My parents will be at the birthday gathering for my grandmother (it's my dad's birthday too) so they can't do dinner as we usually do on Fridays, but my Saturday farmers market plans are on :) It is supposed to be decent weather, unlike earlier when I lost power twice from thunderstorms. GGVG Mini Hunt Prizes

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post features the 5 prizes we can find at the GGVG mainstore from their Free Dove mini hunt this month. They are hiding in pretty birds that might be female cardinals, as they are red and brown, and you can find a picture of the bird on the hunt signs at The Free Dove and the GGVG mainstore. The prizes at the mainstore require the GGVG group tag (free to join) to claim them, which is fairly common for these mini hunts, and it gives us an opportunity to visit the designer's store in addition to exploring The Free Dove. 

My first look is prize #6 which is called GGVG POET DRESS 2. If you saw yesterday's post, this style probably looks familiar from the 5th prize at The Free Dove, but version 2 includes a HUD with 8 colors each for the top, skirt, and ribbon. The Outfit itself is provided in Freya, Isis, Hourglass, and Maitreya mesh body sizes. 

Next we have the GGVG FIONA DRESS prize, which starts with a halter dress that falls above the knee and comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya bodies. Then we can choose to add the chiffon skirt as I have above, which is a puffy cloud of flexi that floats and flutters with the slightest movement. Those of us who were here in SL back in the pre-mesh days might get sentimental about the flexi, but anyone can enjoy the fun of the abundance of sheer panels.

This striking sheath dress is the prize called GGVG ELLA TOP & SKIRT. While it looks like a single piece, it actually is made up of a top and skirt that are each included in standard M and fitmesh M for classic avatars, as well as Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body sizes. The deep plum shade is flattered by the ruffle down the front of the skirt which draws the eye both up and down.

Next I slipped into the GGVG JULY SHIRT&SHORT prize, which is both casual and elegant with its laced high waist and fun belt. The top and shorts each come in sizes for classic avatars (standard M, fitmesh M) plus Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. There is also a HUD with 10 colors for each, so we can mix and match to get the look we desire. Did you notice the scalloped lace trim on the shorts? GGVG at The Free Dove

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we head back to The Free Dove for another September mini hunt, this one courtesy of GGVG. We are looking for small birds that remind me of female cardinals, as they are red and brown, and there are 5 hiding at The Free Dove that you can claim by clicking with the "Blessed by a Dove" group tag active. The other five prizes (which I will share tomorrow) are at the GGVG mainstore. I love these mini hunts, since the Free Dove participating designers are so generous and talented that the gifts are always fantastic. Be sure to click one of the hunt signs for a notecard explaining the hunts, and the sign also shows you the hunt objects and prizes. Some of these birds are outdoor creatures who love the sunshine, while others are indoors birds, so have fun looking all over the beautiful region :)

My first look is prize #1, their GGVG TROPICAL FLARE DRESS. It has detached sleeves with layered ruffles that match the one at the hem, and sexy bare shoulders. It comes in classic M and fitmesh M sizes for classic avatars, as well as Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Voluptuous mesh body sizing. There is also a HUD included with 20 terrific textures to choose from, so it's like receiving 20 looks for free.

Next I changed into the second prize, which is this striking GGVG VNECK DRESS. It includes classic M and fitmesh M for classic avatars, along with sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Voluptuous mesh bodies. I really like the way the V neck is laced gently in the front but left open in the rear :) As you can probably guess from the two different textures in the photo, this gift also includes a HUD that offers 12 pretty patterns or solid colors. 

This beauty is the GGVG GOWN from prize #3, and I adore its chic styling. It comes in a fitmesh M size for classic avatars, plus sizing for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. The satin sash belt gives the appearance of adding a long overskirt to the slightly shorter pencil style dress, which has a subtle texture to differentiate from the solid black. 

GGVG BELLA GOWN is another elegant treat, the same black color but distinctly different in style and with accessories. The mermaid mesh dress is provided in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes, and we can add the two prim gown skirts (labeled left and right) for that added fullness and movement. The gift also includes the red ruby brooch, necklace, and earrings for a fun burst of color. 

For my final look of the evening, I changed into prize #5 which is their GGVG POET DRESS. It combines a pretty blouse with rounded collar and soft tie, which match the skirt and the blouse cuffs wonderfully. The outfit includes sizes for Freya, Isis, Hourglass, and Maitreya mesh bodies. 

I am feeling better than I did last night, so I'm guessing it was an allergy problem that irritated my throat and made me feel so warm. Harmony Hunt

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I discovered a new (to me) hunt called Harmony Hunt that runs from the 15th to 30th of each month, so I had a peek and picked up a few terrific prizes for $1L apiece. There is a notecard with pictures and landmarks that we can pick up at the hunt headquarters, which I found extremely helpful. We are looking for green hearts at the stores to click for our hints, then a mushroom that contains each prize. I also want to show you the Saturday Sale offerings this week from Entice, which are available for just a couple more days so you will need to hurry if you want to save some lindens.

UwU Kawaii Store has four different gifts waiting for $1L each inside different mushrooms, two of which I combined for this cute look. The top is their Sweet Fall Sweater which says "UwU Kawaii Fall" beneath the smiling pinecone, while the leaf-strewn leggings are simply called Fall Pants. Each are provided in Legacy and Maitreya mesh body sizes. I like the low rear pockets on the pants, underneath the high waist. 

Many stores have multiple mushrooms, like Tastic who has one gift for the guys and this lovely Willow Outfit for the ladies. Its sweater and pants each come in standard mesh sizes plus versions for Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. The colors definitely make me think of autumn, and this is the type of outfit that can be kept simple or changed quite a bit with the accessories you choose to add. 

This Raven II Dress prize from Indigenous is an instant favorite and will be a wardrobe staple for me for the upcoming cooler months! It includes sizes for Freya, Legacy, Maitreya, Petite, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies, with a 5 color HUD so you can change the look however you wish. The ravens are flying among wisps of smoke and the word NEVERMORE for a delightfully spooky feeling, and the dress is short enough that you could decide to layer jeans or leggings beneath it for a really cold day or night.

For my final look of the evening, we head to Entice and their Saturday Sale area where you can find 3 new colors of their sexy Moon Glow outfit for just $75L for a limited time. The top and shorts each fit Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, Maitreya, and Petite bodies, with Aqua shown on the left above and Silver to the right. Now you'll notice that aqua has black lace trim, while silver has white lace on it, and the original releases had 8 colors with each lace choice. Those are on sale for $199L reduced from $300L, with a fatpack of each with 2 bonus exclusive colors so 10 shades for $499L regularly $599L. If you cannot decide between the white lace and black lace fatpacks, may I suggest the mega fatpack that includes both? That is currently discounted to $899L instead of its regular full price of $999L, so you save money no matter what you opt for here :) The lace and tiny bow on the bodice give this such a romantic feeling, it is easy to see why I am such a fan.

It was a quiet day, and I have a weird sore throat that I really hope is just allergies or something simple. I didn't go anywhere recently, so very little chance of catching a cold, and none of the 3 people I've been around in the past week are sick as far as I know. Otherwise I am just looking forward to some fun blogs for the next few days (more Free Dove hunting and possibly gifts from an event) so please stay tuned. D!vine Style Mini Hunt

 Hiya everyone! Tonight is a part two of my prior post, since we are continuing the Free Dove mini hunt with D!vine Style. They have 5 pairs of macarons hiding at their main store, which you claim with their store group (free to join) tag active. They are very thoughtful gifts, actually pairs of gifts because each dress or outfit comes in two textures or colors to choose from. I also did some hair shopping this weekend, as you will see :)

My first look is a flirtatious dress with belly and back cutouts called :: D!vine Style :: Sade - Mini Dress. It is provided in Rainbow (seen on the left above) and Turquoise (right) versions, each in sizes for eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. This style would be great to show off a new belly piercing or tattoo in that area, or some back body art.

A braided crown with optional bangs that can be worn in two different styles? Yes please! As a new release there is a brief window of time for a group member discount, which is another reason I hurried over. I believe in retail therapy and in supporting SL's designers, but I also appreciate saving some lindens when I can :) 

How was everyone's weekend? Mine was quiet but nice, and I have some tasty treats from the farmers market even though I didn't personally go there.
