Hiya everyone! Tonight's post features several gifts from the Addams Easter hunt, which is available to all of their group members. Good news - their group is temporarily free to join, and the prizes are free, so all this will cost you is a group slot and the time it takes to explore and find the treats :) They are hidden in pastel colored eggs with bunny ears, very much on theme for the season and super cute to boot. There is something so sweet and romantic about our Addams // Heaven Lace Dress // N*31 prize, thanks to the loosely draped sleeves and lace overlay on the front of the bodice and a slender panel down the front of the skirt. We receive sizes for Freya, Isis, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, Bombshell, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. Each one you deliver from the unpacker will also include a HUD with 31 colors each for the lace and built in panty, plus the ability to turn the sleeves or panties on/off. I went sleeveless on the right, and obviously had a little fun with the lace colors on both sides :)
Next I paired two prizes, so let's start from the top. That would be the Addams // Mel Off Shoulder Crop Sweater // N*10, a lovely lilac pinstriped shirt that is built to tease. The front must have been fairly short to begin with, only 3 buttons holding it closed, but it also slid sideways off the shoulder and back to reveal some underboob. The Aileen shorts came in handy to wear beneath the Addams 2023 // Yvette Lace Boho Shirt & Necklace // N*24 as well, and together I think they create a very earthy neutral yet flirty outfit. The fluttery fabric looks ethereal in this pale beige tone, making the sheer lace on the shoulders and sleeves even more delicate looking. It is included in sizing for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, with a very handy HUD. That lets us select from 18 colors each for two portions of the necklace, and has the option to turn the necklace on/off if you wish to hide it. I kept it visible to show you a few color combos, as I love to do.
Another combo that I couldn't resist sharing starts with the Addams // Robyn Cropped Top // N*3 prize. It has bare shoulders and is gathered just right to create playful ruching, which will come into play in a moment as well ;) This prize consists of Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes, along with a HUD offering 30 colors for the straps. Those colors also affect the tiny ruffles as you can see :) Our pants are the stunning Addams // Hem Low Rise Ruched Pant // N*4 prize, irresistible in sizes for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, and Reborn mesh bodies. Whew, the past couple of days have been a whirlwind and not completely in a good way. The new medication dose is not going as smoothly as I'd hoped, and my outing wound up being today instead of yesterday because I was unable to sleep with my stomach in an uproar. I didn't take the added dose yesterday and things stabilized, tried it again today and I am feeling pretty frazzled again (stomach, neuropathy pain) so it was the meds and not a coincidence. I might try just every other day for a while to see if I can convince my body to adjust properly. Then just now my housemate popped in to say goodnight and tell me that we are having company this weekend for Wrestlemania. Ugh. It's the houseguest I do not feel comfortable with, and I am baffled as to why he can't stay home with his own family and enjoy Easter with them instead of bothering me. Sadly his wife just lost her job after 18 years with the CDC, which I am genuinely distressed about (government jobs used to be good things...) but that feels like more reason to stay home and comfort your wife and teenage kids. If I were her, I'd feel abandoned and traumatized by his prioritizing sports over her distress. I absolutely need privacy and quiet for my video therapy session on Saturday, so that is one thing I cannot compromise about.
