Hiya everyone! Tonight finds me wondering why I keep finding out about more Easter hunts after the actual holiday, like the current OSMIA hunt for Easter eggs. There are 8 of them, completely free with no group tag needed, but I promise the contents are not strictly Easter themed and are more suited for spring or warm weather :) The sign indicates that the hunt gifts are available until the 30th, so you've got about a week or so to explore their store, inside and out. I was actually a bit surprised by how many were outside, so think of places that a RL animal might hide things in nature as well as checking every nook and corner. Because the pastel colored eggs are on the small side, it was a bit tricky but I just took my time and had fun with it.
My first look is a combo of two similarly named pieces that certainly look like they are intended to be worn together :) The OSMIA - Mabel Blouse has fun white cuffs and collar to contrast the coral pink of the main fabric, and it fits Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies. Then our OSMIA - Mabel Skirt is the same warm pastel pink hue, designed to hug our curves and bare the midriff. This prize includes Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh body sizes.
I've got another pairing to show you here, but both of these separates are going to look fabulous with whatever else you decide to wear with them too :) Our OSMIA - Stormi Top prize is a romantic bare shouldered tube top with sweet ruffles trimming top and bottom hems, just like the barely attached sleeves. I really like the subtle floral print too, tiny touches of pink that really catch the eye. There are Freya, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh body sizes included. OSMIA - Sunny Ripped Denim Shorts are an instant wardrobe staple, thanks to their stonewashed blue texture and distressed front to show off some thigh. These high waisted shorts are designed for Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies.
Those sassy shorts look great here too, with our OSMIA - Ivy Blouse hunt prize! This lovely mauve corset top has detached looking sleeves (it is all worn as one piece) that are gathered at the wrist, and the hem falls just above the navel. Next I started with the OSMIA - Parker ButtonFrontTee, a charming prize in pale sage with a pattern of multicolored flowers and greenery. It fits Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies, with a loose style that looks cozy and flattering. The OSMIA - Shelby Sweatpants in a darker sage are a great pairing for it, but certainly can go with plenty of other tops too. These slightly cropped, cuffed sweats are tied at the waist and have front pockets, did you notice the little black tags? They are on many of these clothing items and indicate that they are crafted by OSMIA :) The egg holding this prize will give you sizes for Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies, all for free as soon as you find it.
For my final look of the evening, I am feeling pretty in the OSMIA - Cecelia Cut-Out Dress v.2 prize :) The daisy pattern looks so pretty against light blue, and the design is such a flirty one with the sides open and tied at the hip :) There are sizes for Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies included. It makes me want to tuck a daisy into my hair, or carry a little bouquet of wildflowers when I wear it.
Usually if I stayed home and didn't do anything interesting I'd call it a quiet day, but it was actually quite noisy :P Someone was using a stump grinder or some ultra-loud machinery outside, and I was trying to nap which did not go very well. Isn't that always fun? I am watching hockey playoffs (my team isn't in them again this year, sigh) while I type this, as I usually do this time of year, and have another random case of the hiccups.
