Hiya everyone! Tonight it's time to get glam with the CMH Hollywood Glamour 3 Hunt. There are $1L prizes as well as $25L - $50L exclusive offers, all hiding inside an image of a star like you'd find on the Hollywood Walk of Fame but with a camera in the center. There are examples of the hunt prim on the signs at the stores, so you'll see exactly what you are looking for :) We've got a fantastic lineup this round, so many creative designers offering one or more stars for us to glam up our wardrobes or homes! Just have the website open while you hunt since it's got our landmarks, hints, prices, and preview images.
My first look is the GoodVibes Pretty in Pink Dress, which is a $25L exclusive offer. The strapless dress and puffy sleeves will each fit Legacy, Perky, Pinup, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, Waifu, and Star mesh bodies. The twinkling golden stars on the fabric add to the magic here, bringing Glinda from Wicked to mind :) That could also be the vibrant pink ombre, or simply how captivating this dress is.
Another can't-miss prize is the (TSB) Hollywood Glamour 3 Hunt Gown from The Sissy Bar. Just find their star for $1L and you'll receive this amazing long dress with bare shoulders, deep V neckline, and beautiful train. There are classic M and fitmesh M sizes for classic avatars, as well as Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizing. That texture would make a doozy of a gorgeous nail polish, lol, filled with glitter and shine :)
Next we visit ART & FASHION, where there are 2 stars awaiting. The $50L exclusive is the lovely SILENCE LONG DRESS above, a full length gown in an intriguing shade of pink that is both bright and soft somehow. The artwork on the front is a woman with gorgeous eyes, holding a finger (two fingers?) in front of her lips in a shh gesture. Perhaps someone is shushing her and it isn't her hand at all, since art is typically interpreted by each viewer uniquely. We receive 5 fitmesh standard sizes along with Freya, Isis, Venus (each in Natural, Perky, and Pushup versions), Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body versions.
While I was cropping and combining images for the ART & FASHION - WITCH LONG DRESS, I realized it was even more sheer than I initially noticed, so I chose to add a few hearts in photoshop to obscure both nipples and the crotch region ;) Those hearts are not in SL and not on the dress you will pick up for yourself when you find the $1L prize here, so I would recommend layering pasties beneath if you need a little more modesty but can't resist this beauty. I surely couldn't resist! The rear view shows that the word WITCH is scrawled across the lower back, labeling the woman on the front or maybe even the woman wearing it. There are sizes provided for eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies.
For my final look of the night, I am enjoying the CloudNine Formal Twist HER Red Dress, one of two $1L hunt prizes at this location. Yes, the other is HIS, a tuxedo shirt which I'd seen in RL for guys to wear on occasions that called for formalwear but the wearer took it to a different level ;) I had never seen this clever version though, a fancy dress that would make Marilyn Monroe proud as an image on a baggy t-shirt dress! Love it so much ♥. It fits Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, Waifu, and Star mesh bodies. I am reminded of the t-shirts that have a bikini body printed on them, often found in beach towns as a souvenir, and had a friend whose mom wore one of those as a Halloween costume one year :)
Did this weekend go extra quickly for anyone else too? It feels like I was just here wishing you all a nice weekend ahead, and now here we are preparing for a brand new week :) Xan and I had a really fun time last night at MadPea, playing their Jewel of the Nile game, at least getting a start on it. There are many things to find and a lot of interesting exploring, so we are looking forward to any opportunity to get in more time on it.
