Hiya everyone! Tonight's post is an invitation to explore the May Faire Hunt from Malus Park. There are very pretty purple flower images hiding in participating stores, with prizes for $5L or less inside. I'm a big fan of spring fashions and home decor, so having them available at such affordable prices is a nice bonus :) The website is where to find landmarks, hints, and preview images of these treats, plus there is a photo of the hunt object at the top of the page. You'll also see a sample on the hunt signs at the stores though, which you can click for a refresher of that hint to find each flower.
My first look this evening is our $5L beauty from [Ari-Pari] called Mae Floral Dress. The straps have pretty bows atop each shoulder, in solid colors to match our waist band and hem ruffle. Our prize includes Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizing, along with a HUD offering 5 color varieties. I particularly like the flowers on this pattern, sweet 5 petaled blossoms in various sizes and types of flower.
Adore Amore has a flirty summer vibe with their Gionna Dress Red Tropical prize, yours for just $3L when you find their flower. The greenery is quite impressive too, providing a fun color contrast for the blooms and the background :) In sizes for Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, this sleeveless dress has a diagonal draped belt and a playful slit on the left thigh.
Next we visit another store in the same shopping area as the last one, Starlight Apparel, to grab their tempting .{SA}. Melinda Dress Floral Green prize for just $2L. This cleverly crafted dress has sexy openings and a pair of slender straps that both go from left breast to over the right shoulder, attaching on the back. Let's not forget those sweet ruffles at the hemline either! This prize consists of Belleza Classic, Classic Dainty, Belleza Curvy, Curvy Dainty, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes. I think that soft shade of green really says spring, maybe in a breathy whisper :)
We get to hang out at The Bold Llama T-Shirt Co. for a little while and track down an impressive four prizes, all exclusive to this hunt for a bargain $5L apiece. I know, I'm excited too!! :) The BEST DAY EVER Tee on the left has a smiley sun peeking over the words "This is the best day EVER!" in bold print, orange on a dusky dark blue tank top. On the right I slipped into our BEACH BUM Tee prize, whose word BEACH is filled with a gradient that mimics sunsets (sunrises?) over a dreamy blue ocean, with a gorgeous flower next to the word Bum. I want to call the tank top color 'denim', even though it is darker than the blue of my Delizio jeans. Either of these are going to look spectacular with any bottoms you pair them with, from short shorts to a fun skirt or some long leggings.
My final look of the evening is the other two prizes from The Bold Llama T-Shirt Co. because I have no self control and really wanted to show them all off ;) SEA YOU AT THE BEACH Tee is on the left with the clever wordplay, sea instead of see. The pale teal lettering is accented by seashells and a little splash of water from the sea, very nice! And what else do we want to find at the beach but sun? That's why I am also sporting the SUN PLEASE Tee on the right :) That bright sunshine in the middle should ward off the clouds or rain for us, so we can visit our favorite SL beach in style. All of these tees are provided on unpacking HUDs so you can deliver just the brand needed - standard, eBody Classic, eBody Reborn, Waifu, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Hourglass, Physique, TMP - and hang onto the HUD for future use if you wish. You just never know what the future of mesh bodies will hold, said while I'm wearing my Lara X body tonight but wore Legacy last night. Love them both, others have piqued my interest too, so a good sale just might tempt me.
My day didn't turn out the way I had planned or expected, but that happens more than it should here ;) I didn't get to go out, but I did have the chance to spend time chatting on the phone with a friend while playing Hello Kitty together :) It's always so much fun, and she was able to help with a really tricky puzzle room. Now I'm watching a playoff hockey game in overtime, after a brutal penalty (crosscheck to the face). I feel bad for the goalie who's now being bombarded with shots on goal. Tomorrow I'll be having dinner at my parents', and giving her a Mother's Day card and gift a bit early. I have to remember to fill it out before I leave, lol, should have done that earlier.
