Hiya everyone! Tonight just felt like a FabFree kind of post, no particular reason other than my being a huge fan :) It's not just about their amazing blog and inworld group, but also the generous designers who share their news with the group and offer gifts in their stores. The FabFree group list is constantly updated with new treats, and my habit is to scroll down a bit to find the ones you may not have grabbed yet to show off while they are still available. I know that any of these can change at any moment, and all of these gifts are worth checking out.
My first find was the lovely gift from Nut & Squirrel (formerly Telsiope's Couture) called Selvaggia. If my link doesn't bring you directly to it, please click 'bargains' on the teleport pad to reach the correct floor. Among the many generous gifts there, you'll find this set of jeans and flirty top in sizing for Lara X, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, and Juicy bodies. There's also a HUD included with 5 colors for the top, so we get to add some variety as well :) I love denim, and these jeans are particularly well done with a great shape, skinny legs, and deep dye coloring.
Next I enjoyed trying on both colors of the L+B Swear Colette Summer Dress gift. You might know their main brand as Lapointe + Bastchild, well Swear seems to be a division of theirs :) Our gift includes the peony and sky colors each in Lara X, Legacy, and Reborn mesh body sizes. The dress wraps around in the front with pretty ruffles, and let's not forget the fun bare shoulders! It creates such a feminine look that also highlights our cleavage enough for that flirtatious touch.
Summertime is here, and so it is bikini season in SL :) If you want a new look in several colors, head on over to Petry Model Store with the FabFree group tag active to claim your Petry--> BIKINI UYDS treat. The top and panty each come in black, blue, brown, green, light blue, pink, purple, red, white, and yellow, all in separate BOM layers. This means we get to mix and match, yay! The bra tops have a scalloped shell shape that I adore, and the panties are cut low with high legs for a thong style in the rear.
I also found a terrific gift at D.L Design for the FabFree group. Their Shanon Dress Purple is a sizzling strapless minidress that zips down the front beneath a deep plunging neckline, very sexy! We receive sizes for Legacy, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Reborn, and Juicy mesh bodies, along with a pair of BOM fishnet thigh-high stockings in black. These can easily be worn with other dresses in your wardrobe too, and did you notice the alluring seams up the back in my rear view?
My final look is the versatile SLW Design - Kawaii Dress white gift, for when you're feeling cute :) The dress has slender straps and a ruffled hem, slightly loose fitting in the midriff and particularly short in the back so I'm going to recommend adding your favorite white panties. There are Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite sizes included, as well as a HUD with 3 fun images and 'hide' option. I am definitely a unicorn girlie, but that panda stole my heart immediately.
Mother Nature is still moody as heck here, as we're currently in a severe thunderstorm warning with 60mph wind gusts and lots of loud thunder making me flinch a lot. It would almost be worth it if it drove away the heatwave, but we've got high 80s - low 90s for the foreseeable future. My AC unit will be replaced on the 11th, also known as 'not a moment too soon' ;) I managed to sleep at home instead of having to go to my parents', so that was at least a brief positive. I just hate bothering them, even though they keep saying it's not a bother, because anxiety and awkwardness. A clap of thunder just now was so sharp and loud that I screamed and almost jumped out of my chair, lol, which I will also blame on anxiety. My eyelid is twitching now, anyone else get that when you're stressed? I hope you're all having a safe and peaceful day/evening, many magical magpie hugs to everyone!!
