I'm really a fan of this theme, a new one for Cheeky Monkey Hunts, and the designers seem as excited about it as I am so I do hope it becomes a yearly event.
My first look of the evening is the adorable .:.GLOW.:.Kawaii Lollipop which is a $25L exclusive offer for the hunt. The strapless dress has a fun bow on the back, and I'm sure you noticed from my side view that the hem is particularly short on the bum ;) Sometimes sweet can be a little bit spicy too.
Speaking of spicy, our $1L Gramma's "Nice Tits" SS Tee almost made me choke on my water from laughing! I am very familiar with the tit family of birds, and have seen a couple of the featured birds in my own backyard. That somehow doesn't stop it from being funny, because I am a middle aged woman with the sense of humor of a 12 year old boy sometimes. I really needed a new SL manicure, so the Sugarberry - Scene23 prize is a wonderful choice :) It is a $25L exclusive for this hunt, a set of mesh nails in sizes for eBody, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Peach mesh bodies. All you need to do is use your body's HUD to hide its nails, then add the corresponding nails from the folder to your outfit. Now you've got stunning pink palm trees on a yellow ombre background, with pink and blue polka dots surrounding them for even more pizzazz.
My final look of the night is another wonderful manicure, because how could I possibly resist sharing? :) The [ReM] Glitz & Glam - Rina Nails is their $50L exclusive for the hunt, and oh my goodness are they ever beautiful! They are designed for Belleza Gen X, Erika, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh hands, with a soft grape gradient packed with glitter and some stars and moons towards the cuticles. I like the longer length and the coffin or ballerina style (I have a hard time distinguishing, lol) so they are tapered rather than square but still have a clean edge. What's your favorite nail shape? My RL choice is rounded or almond.
Tonight has been a huge relief, returning home after dinner to a house that actually has fully functioning air conditioning! My parents were thoughtful hosts, but there is no place like home for me :) The weather will be warm but storm-free this weekend, which is a relief, and I have no idea what I'm doing other than trying to relax.
