Hiya everyone! Tonight's post is wishing you lots of luck, as we will be hanging out at some lucky chairs :) That would be the ones at Emerald Couture in their new location, 7 chairs with no group tag needed to have a seat and claim your prize if your initial or a "?" wild card shows up. Each chair holds several color variations of its outfit or dress, so you could wind up with a whole new wardrobe! They change about every 10 minutes, so I suggest bringing a friend (hopefully with a different initial, lol) to make the chairs change faster and the time pass even more pleasantly. I'd been stalking these chairs for a while and wound up with enough prizes to show off 2 colors for each of the looks tonight.
For my first look, I am wearing the EC Evelyn Outfit in Midnight on the left, with Wine on the right. The bodysuit is provided in standard mesh sizes as well as Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body versions, with sandals to fit Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink high feet. I love the way the top has the same fun pattern as the sandals, which reminds me of metallic flakes you might see in nail polish :) The straps on the midriff are such intriguing touches too, linked to one of the two bows on the back.
The two colors of our EC Chun 2 Outfit prize that I won are somewhat similar, but I adore them both and would still love to win other colors of this cutie. The Pink set on the left and Lilac on the right each include the stunning dress in 5 standard sizes along with sizing for Freya, Venus, Erika, Gen X Curvy, Khara, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, Peach, Prima, Reborn, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies (whew!) with matching strappy sandals for Freya, Gen X, Khara, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Peach, Prima, Reborn, and Slink feet. Basically it's been updated to fit tons and tons of popular bodies, and I'm very grateful! The dresses look so elegant with perfectly matched footwear, and if you've ever spent way longer trying to find shoes to match a random colored outfit, you'll appreciate it too I'm sure.
Sometimes I really want something playful to wear, which is a great reason to feel extra fortunate in winning the EC Sundae Dress 2.0 Strawberry (left) and its Boysenberry flavored sibling (right). It's hard to be in a bad mood when your dress is textured with ice cream cones :) Each of these treats includes standard mesh sizes and versions for Erika, Freya, Isis, Venus, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Bombshell, Maitreya, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, Waifu, Hourglass, and Physique bodies. They also have solid colored halter straps attached to match their patterns, plus a sheer lacy overskirt in the same color.
Next I slipped into two stunning colors of our EC Riley Top and Skirt prize, with Coral on the left and Green seen on the right. The tops are solid colors (other than the gold clovers on the base of each strap) while the skirts have a charming pattern of flowers and clovers for a touch of nature. Each prize consists of both pieces in sizes for Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Bombshell, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. Honestly, I am thinking that green top would pair nicely with any color skirt from whatever versions you may win :)
My final look this evening is the EC Clio Toga Red 2.0 prize on the left, with Lt Blue on the right. They are both trimmed in shimmery gold with a Greek key design embossed on both the waist and hemline, and the single shoulder style does say 'toga' to me as well :) Win any of these colors and you'll receive Alice, Erika, Freya, Gen X Curvy, Hourglass, Khara, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, Peach, Prima, and Reborn mesh body sizing.
It was a much calmer, quieter day and I am feeling a bit better in general. The anxiety is easing slightly, and I am trying to focus on cheerful, positive things in RL and SL. Isn't SL just amazing for allowing us to go anywhere our imaginations can come up with? :) We can hang out on the moon, in a jungle, cross a desert, visit the past or future, whatever brings us joy at any given moment. Plus we get to meet people from all around the world, truly a special opportunity. I hope you're all having a lovely day/evening, many magical magpie hugs to everyone!!
