Valuable Variety

Hiya everyone! Tonight I am mixing things up a bit, in order to provide a bit of variety within this post. I start out with a few more prizes from the Womenstuff Hunt, all of which are either $0L or $1L and hiding in red t-shirts in the participating stores. Please see their website for hints and locations for all 100 stops in this exciting hunt path, as well as the other paths (Mens, Poses, Home, Kids). Then we visit the DAZZLE event to see one of the fantastic offerings from Spyralle, one of many good reasons to spend an evening shopping there. Finally we visit another event, The Makeup Room, to pick up a free group gift (free to join as well) courtesy of Entice. There are always plenty of happenings in SL that are well worth checking out, and I am delighted to share them with you.

This lovely outfit is our Womenstuff hunt prize from Artic Storm, called *AS* Phoenix WS Red Argyle. The sweater dress is provided in sizes for Belleza Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique, while the stockings come in a system layer and an Omega applier. The top has bold cuffs and hem, and the design on the left leg of the stockings really caught my eye too. Just add your favorite shoes and you are all set for an adventure of your choosing.

Another stop on the hunt path you won't want to miss is @rOrO, where you can claim this Black Large Floral Gown for free when you locate the shirt. This beauty comes in a fitmesh size for classic avatars, as well as Freya, Isis, Venus, eBody, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique versions. As a bonus, this gift is exclusive for this hunt, so you can only ever obtain it through this hunt. The print is really bold for a floral, yet almost monochrome so it is not overwhelming, and the silver belt and neck add a bright touch. This is an exclusive hunt prize so only available this month for finding that shirt.

This free prize is likely to become a regular part of my wardrobe, especially since it is so versatile. It is found at Emberotic's Fashion Designs, and simply called Women Stuff Hunt Dress. It is included in standard mesh sizes, Belleza Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, and TMP, with a HUD that offers 10 textures. There are prints and solids to choose from in various colors, I selected two of the prints to show off here. The belt is a perfect match for the straps of the top, which stay the same no matter which texture you click so it is fitting that they are a great neutral.

Time to visit the DAZZLE event in their new location for the new year, and their January theme of Angels on Golden Clouds. This breathtaking gown from Spyralle called Coelis can be found there in a range of colors, this pink shade being named Dawn. It was my fondness for pastel pink as much as the name matching my own that drew me to this, among the other choices Cerulean, Lunar, and Solar. Each luxurious gown is $200L, and includes the color of your choosing in sizes for standard, Belleza Venus, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, and TMP. The style is so elegant, with the full sleeves tapered to a point on each hand, full skirt, and buttons on sleeves and bodice. 

Our final visit of the night is to The Makeup Room, and while you can find plenty of cosmetics for sale there, you can also find this flirty dress as a free group gift. The Makeup Room's group is free to join, and Entice is offering their Beg For Mercy dress in Navy to group members. It comes in standard mesh sizes, a fitted version, and sizes for Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP. The event is on the same sim as the Entice mainstore, so if you find you have time when you visit, there is much to explore there.

It was an interesting day, some persistent symptoms are causing my acupuncturist to make use of every bit of his considerable training and knowledge. I am certainly keeping him on his toes, for what it's worth. The busy weekend is just about here, and I am most looking forward to the Saturday morning farmers market with special breakfast foods from my favorite vendors.
