More of Life's a Beach

Hiya everyone! Tonight I have more hunt prizes to show you, from the Life's a Beach Hunt featured last night. There were so many great choices that I picked up a few more to share :) The hints and locations are on the hunt's website, and they have a page of previews so you can see all of the $1L treats you can find in the various hidden sand castles. I always appreciate those sneak peeks, and the opportunity to purchase these outfits for a mere linden is hard to pass up. Summer wardrobes tend to be on the revealing side, but I don't think any of tonight's looks are too outrageous. I am also showing off the new nails from LIVIA called Mix It Up, with another HUD for perfect manicures any time of year.

We start the evening's looks with the prize from :.C!L.: which is called Aqua Beach Robe & Bikini Set. The top and bottom of the bikini come in standard mesh sizes plus Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique versions. The robe, in addition to the sizes of the bikini, also includes eBody, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic fine sizing. This can be helpful since the sheer nature of the crocheted parts mean that you cannot alpha out your mesh body beneath it (not without it looking weird) so extra sizes provide more possibilities if your shape is a bit unusual. The colors add seasonal appeal to this beautiful look as well.

Scrambled Eggy's has a prize that might make you crave sweet and juicy watermelon. It is called Melon Mania, and has a laced up neckline and high hip cutouts. It is provided in sizes for standard, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP. 

The prize waiting inside the Susie's Shoppe sandcastle is a simple yet elegant bikini that will help you make a splash at the beach or pool, even if you don't head into the water. It is named after the hunt, and both top and bottom come in standard mesh sizes plus Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP versions. The texture reminds me of stained glass, really stunning.

This flirty tank dress is the prize from FOLDS & WRINKLES, called [F&W] layla pale blue. It has a very pretty lace texture over the sky blue color. The hem is slightly askew, shorter by a fraction on the left hip, and accentuated by a frill in the same lacy texture. Our prize is a Maitreya size, but I think it is very possible it will fit other bodies or classic avatars if you give it a try.

In a recent post I introduced you to the LIVIA Mix It Nails, which I was then wearing in Ballerina shape but this evening am sporting the Pointed version. The fatpack includes versions rigged for Slink, Maitreya, Belleza, Tuty, eBody, and Tonic Bento hands, with a HUD for each shape that lets you set the length (medium or long) and even has six solid color polishes. The system was created to be compatible with other specially designed manicure HUDs by LIVIA, including the one I showed you last week and tonight's delightful Soft Ombre No.1 HUD. There are 6 colors included on the HUD for $99L, and as you can see they fade softly to a nearly white tip. I knew they would look terrific with the summery outfits I was wearing tonight, but I can envision them with so many other colors or patterns. You can purchase the manicure HUD at the new mainstore location, and the nails are there as well but please check first to see if you have already purchased one of the recent Bento nails that can be redelivered as an update to include the compatible base nails.
