Hiya everyone! Tonight I have several terrific outfits to share, starting with selections from The Wash Cart Sale. As I've mentioned in my past few posts, this event is open until the 15th and has an exclusive offer at each cart for $50L with other special selections for $10L - $50L. I also noticed that the Stay at Home Club has added lots of new gifts, so I picked up a few to show you all :) It just goes to prove that SL has many caring and talented designers who are willing to spread cheer in these stressful times by offering gifts with no strings attached. It makes me feel so warm and fuzzy!
For my first look, I must admit it was difficult to choose just one outfit from the Artic Storm cart to share tonight. There are several new releases that include outerwear and lingerie, like this *AS* Muriella Blue/White Top, Skirt, Bra & panties. The top and skirt each come in sizes for Altamura, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP mesh bodies (with an Alice size for the top) while our bra and panties are system layers that work perfectly with BOM. All this is just $25L and will not be released in the mainstore (which is right here on The Wash sim!) until after the cart sale ends. If you are a member of the Stay at Home Club (not their group, just actually staying home in RL to avoid the pandemic) then you probably need something to cheer you up lately. Fortunately, some amazing people in SL have organized designers who are offering gifts to lighten the mood, and encourage people to visit various places in SL where it's safe :) This playful dress is the gift from TRS Designs, their Yara Dress Berry Dyed. It comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP mesh bodies plus 5 standard sizes for classic avatars. The style suits the tie-dye really well, with the strappy halter leading to the single strap down the back.
SALT. is offering this sleek Fae - White dress as its Stay at Home Club free gift for all, rigged to fit the Maitreya mesh body. It has a moderate V neckline in the front with a deeper V dip in the back, and the long sleeves really seem to accentuate the short hemline.
My final look this evening features the Stay at Home Club gift from {Poeme} called La Rose Blouse Vintage. It is provided in fitmesh standard sizes plus versions for eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine bodies. To find this gift, you will need to teleport to the store from the landing area and check near the group gifts. I added the Delizio jeans which can be found on the marketplace for free, in several colors including the white shown, all in system layers as well as appliers for Maitreya and Omega.
This week feels like it went by pretty quickly somehow. Nothing much to report about my day, I am simply getting ready for possibly the only time I will leave the house this week, going to my parents' a mile away for dinner. It means so much to them, and I get to see their cute cockatiels so that's a plus :) I might be able to get delivery from the farmers market instead of going there Saturday for curbside pickup, so that part is still a question mark, but otherwise I am here and keeping busy.
