Hiya everyone! Tonight I would like to invite you to a store that is fairly new to me, #AppleBlossom also known as Blossom&Seeds. I think there was a rebranding somewhere along the way and honestly am not sure which is the new name and which is the old, but no matter what you call them I believe you will be happy with what you find there. I joined their free group, and there is an entire wall filled with dozens of group gifts that we can claim with that group tag so now you know what I will be featuring in this post and probably the next one or two :) Group gifts galore! There is a fun variety among them, casual dresses and more formal ones, pants and tops, and even some swimwear. There is actually so much I haven't even tried it all on yet, but I am absolutely looking forward to digging in more.
My first look is the #Apl.Blossom Quito No.10, a daring strapless dress with dramatic cutout and sheer fabric except where it counts most ;) The gift includes Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya sizing, all with the slender gold belt built in. The diagonal hemline is also a terrific touch, isn't it?
Get your flirt on with this pretty gift, the #AppleB Fiji No.p12 dress. It has plum and white stripes on a halter style with a strap dangling down the back, and laced closure beneath that strap which resembles a scarf. The gift includes sizes for Freya, Isis, and Maitreya mesh bodies.
I also picked up this flirty gift, a dress called #AB Maria Mermaid. It is held in place (barely) by delicate straps that form an X in front and a star in the back, with a high collar and short skirt with another cutout. It includes sizes for Freya, Isis, Hourglass, and Maitreya bodies, with a HUD to turn the bow on or off. I get it, not everyone is as fond of bows as I am, so it is helpful to have that become optional. I must say, that color is fantastic!
Next we see the #Apl.Blossom Madrid Upd. No.7 gift, a loose fitting blouse style dress that you could also wear as a tunic if you chose to layer some leggings beneath. It comes in sizes for Freya, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies. The laces panel in the front and back accentuate the sweetness of the pale pink color, and I enjoy the high-low hemline.
For my final look of the evening, I selected the lovely #Blossom. Aquatta Bikini No. 3. It consists of the bikini and pareo (sarong, worn on the right) each in Legacy and Maitreya sizing. The top and bottom of the bikini are linked to wear at the same time, and the pareo is separate so you can slip out of it when you dive into a pool or ocean. Does the texture remind anyone else of dragon scales, or is it just me?

Hiya everyone! Tonight we take another trip to the Uber event and their birthday round, where there are dozens of free gifts for everyone with no group needed. It is such a popular event that the main sim and even the camera sims (Harajuku and Cam Sim) might still be crowded, so please continue to try every now and then if they are full. You have over 3 weeks to go, as it is open until the 22nd of September, so there is no rush :) The gifts are in pretty boxes with gold and black balloons tied to each, so you can see them easily even if you are camming over from one of the additional sims. I also have a special offer to show you from Entice, that you can find at this round of Cosmopolitan. It is an impressively versatile outfit with plenty of choices for any mood or budget. As for my title, I went completely random and had a Billy Idol song pop into my head for unknown reasons.
First we have the gift from Storybook, which is their Tymina in Blush dress. It has been crafted for the Maitreya mesh body, with several crossed straps to connect the top and fluttery skirt. The soft color has a satiny sheen to it, for an exquisite effect.
This charming dress is the Charlize Dress Lilac gift from Valentina E. It is also provided in a Maitreya size, and has a built in belt that matches perfectly. I like the deep neckline, which would probably frame your favorite necklace quite nicely.
Time to get flirty this weekend with the gift from SEUL! Their Lilith Swimsuit - Navy Gift is somewhere between a bikini and a one-piece, since it provides similar coverage to a bikini but is intricately tied together to be a single piece. It comes in sizes for Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies. I continued the flirty look with some body art, the .:Vegas:. Tattoo Applier Take Over 213 gift. This is a unisex gift, tattoos on both arms (sleeves) all the way down to the hands that even include skulls on the knuckles and just a flash of red among all the dark ink. There are various options for how dark or fresh you want the tattoo to appear (light, medium, dark) and each is provided in system/BOM layers along with appliers for Altamura, Belleza, Legacy, Maitreya, Omega, Signature, and Slink.
A trio of gifts appear in this look, starting with the top from VINYL called Salt Cami - Uber Gift August 2020. It is a soft grey with delicate straps and a tiny ruffle at the bottom hem, and comes in Alice, Freya, Isis, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizing. The upper left reads #VINYLBABE so there is a bit of advertising happening there ;) The striking skirt is the GIZ SEORN gift, Simply named Uber Anniversary Gift. It has an attached belt in vibrant deepest pink that almost appears red, and picks up one of the many colors in the embroidered design both front and back, beautifully. I am also enjoying another tattoo gift here, the Doris TaTToo Black from [CAROL G]. You can choose your opacity (35%, 50%, 75%, or 100%) to determine how dark it appears, and each one is available as a system/BOM layer or on the appliers for Belleza, Legacy, Maitreya, Omega, and Slink. The center of the design, both front and back, comes down to a similar point as the top, both of which are tucked slightly beneath my shirt.
For my last look this evening, we head over to the Cosmopolitan event where we are visiting the Entice display. Their offering this round is this adorable Ruby Tuesday outfit, whose top and skirt each come in sizes for Freya, Hourglass, and Maitreya, with an extra Maitreya Petite for the top. There are individual colors/designs available for $250L each (regularly $300L) or you can pick a fatpack of Dots, Prints, Solids, or Stripes for $499L each marked down from $599L. Each fatpack has 10 choices via HUD, 2 of which are fatpack exclusives. Maybe you are thinking even bigger? How about a Mega Fatpack of all 4 fatpacks, all for just $1199L which is discounted from the $1499L full price. Hiya everyone! Tonight I will be showing off some more gifts from Uber as they celebrate their birthday with gifts from each of their participating designers. No group tag is needed, just visit the event or one of the camera sims (Harajuku and Cam Sim) where you can use your camera controls to see and click all the pretty wrapped presents with gold and black balloons floating above them. There are such a wide range of special sales items and gifts here, so I believe you will find plenty that will brighten your day :) Tonight I mainly focused on shirts and blouses, which you can combine with whatever suits you for a unique look. The event is still in the first few days of the round, which is open until September 22nd, so you have time and can wait until after the weekend if it's still too crowded to get in to any of the sims. Please do not use one of those teleport hammer things though, they really do negatively affect the sims for everyone else trying to enjoy Uber. There are signs on the cam sims asking you not to repeatedly push against the sim border to try to cross into the main one, for the same reason.
My first look starts with the top from FashionNatic which is simply called Uber Gift. This floral tank top has a deep V neckline that shows off considerable cleavage but covers the essentials ;) It is provided in Freya, Legacy, and Maitreya sizing. I decided to highlight the darker hues in the pattern with the bracelets, a gift from Native Urban called -NU- Handmade Bracelet. Both left and right bracelets are composed from several individual strands, and there is a HUD included with 4 colors each for 3 sections of those strands as well as 3 metal choices each for two metallic sections. My suggestion is to just have fun clicking various color buttons and see what changes, until it looks a way that you like. As for my jeans, they are the white pair from the Delizio jeans fatpack that appear here quite often. They are a free gift on the marketplace, and all colors come in system/BOM layers plus appliers for Omega and Maitreya. You are about to see them a few more times too :)
I was really excited to unpack this gift from .miss chelsea. and read the hilarious message on the front! It is called Brin Tee 2020, and features a brutally accurate 1-star review of this stressful year. The comment reads "Total crap. Would not recommend." beneath the 1 of 5 stars, and I couldn't agree more. It is provided in Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya sizes. Ironically, I give this shirt 5 stars and would in fact recommend it.
I tend to be (overly) fond of floral patterns, so this GRIXDALE gift immediately caught my eye. It is their [g]Effie - Studded Crop - Rose Garden, and is styled very similar to a bra but with extra straps above each cup for added support. It comes in Maitreya, Legacy, and Legacy Perky versions, all with those fun pink studs across the top of each cup.
This elegant blouse is the Emery Quincy Top Hot Blue, and it can be yours just by clicking the present in front of their display. It comes in Maitreya and Legacy sizing, with sheer sleeves and beautiful lacing to hold the front together. The bare shoulders are an excellent touch as well.
My final look this evening is a flirty one, thanks to Mossu and their Uber Gift Top - Lilac. It is generously trimmed in scalloped lace, while the cups are lacy too which makes them slightly sheer. It is provided in Freya, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh body sizes. It seemed like a pretty way to show off a necklace, so I added the Dangle Layering Necklace w/HUD from MonCheri. This gift comes in an unrigged version as well as rigged sizes for Belleza Freya/Isis, Legacy, Legacy Perky, Maitreya, and Maitreya Petite bodies. There is also a HUD with 12 metal colors to pick from, so you can match or contrast to just about any outfit. It is such a slender chain, both the loop and the dangling section, yet it definitely draws the eye.
It was another 2020 type of day here, LOL, as my plans were cancelled due to thunderstorms and I lost power briefly in the early evening. Clearly I need to wear my new 2020 shirt all weekend! Hiya everyone! Tonight we have more Uber birthday gifts to see, and I am delighted to remind you that these are all totally free with no group tag needed. Just visit the Uber event or one of the camera shopping sims (Harajuku and Cam Sim) and use your camera controls to zoom over and click all the gift boxes which are decorated with floating black and gold balloons. All the designers who are taking part in this round of the event have a gift along with their usual sales offerings, and I always enjoy seeing an event celebrating a milestone in SL. I guess I find it reassuring that they have been successful for several years :) This round is open until the 22nd of September, and it just opened a few days ago so it is still fairly crowded. You might need to try at a less busy time if you cannot get into any of the sims, it took me a few hours over the course of 2 days to be fortunate enough to claim an opening.
For my first look, I wound up combining 4 generous Uber gifts. The top is the For the Crew Top - Black Latex from Cynful, which comes in Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya sizes. The halter style looks wonderful with the sheen of the latex. Since it has hints of red, I paired it with the Jeune by Rowne.Mara Jersey Skirt - Red. This sexy mini is provided in Freya, Isis, Hourglass, and Maitreya sizes, and has a flirty zipper in the back. In a delightful coincidence, it matches the gift from DIRTY PRINCESS perfectly! That would be their Famous Princess heels, in Maitreya and Legacy sizing, strappy sandals with uniquely shaped stiletto heels. I also added some jewelry, the Cae Malia Bracelet pair which as you will see are quite versatile. We receive the left and right versions with a HUD that offers 6 metals for each section of the doubled up bracelet, 20 gemstones and 15 colors for the smaller faceted gems that are shaped like an eye around one of the larger stones. I did a closeup view in the inset above so you could see that a little better, picking random colors to show the differences.
[[ Masoom ]] has a lovely gift for us too, their Imogen Suit - Olive bodysuit. It includes a sheer version (right) as well as a solid version, each sized for Freya, Isis, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies. The loose fitting belt is attached to each, and the side view really shows those dramatic leg slits that make me think of a genie. The texture has some shimmer to it too, so pretty!
Another beautiful look here, thanks to the dress from Pink Cream Pie called !PCP Tori Dress [Lilac]. The plunging neckline slit is laced with matching cords, and those same strands appear crisscrossed in the back as well. Our gift comes in sizes for Freya, Legacy, Maitreya, and Maitreya Petite, with a HUD to change the panties (they are built in and not visible from this angle) to your pick of 20 colors. I also chose an accessory for this style, the EQUAL - Duality Necklace which has a built in resize script. The duality comes from the left half of golden links, the right being snowy pearls strung together, with a gold pendant dangling from the front center. This is easily adjustable for your size or shape.
What better way to celebrate a summer Uber birthday than with swimwear? This gift comes from Bombshell and is their July / Sky suit, in two versions as seen above. The one on the right is labeled AP for each size, so I will guess that stands for animal print with those familiar leopard spots. Each version includes Freya, Legacy, Legacy Perky, Maitreya, and Maitreya Petite sizing. I really like the single shoulder style, and those peekaboo cutouts...dare I say *rawr*?
My final look of the evening is the oh-so-charming Neve gift, their Croissant Dress. This beauty comes in Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Physique, Maitreya, Maitreya Petite, Legacy, and Legacy Perky body sizing. There is also a HUD included with 4 texture choices, each an ombre with matching metal for the belt and straps, with an on/off option for shine. The one I am wearing on the left above reminds me of either a sunrise or sunset, and the high waist with flowing short skirt makes me think of a modern take on a toga.
The weekend is almost here, and I am looking forward to it for sure. Tomorrow I will enjoy dinner with my parents, and then Saturday will be the farmers market and probably a return of hockey. I understand why the NHL felt the need to cancel their games too, and I am sad that the players are stuck in a bubble away from their families for a little longer because of it but this nation is deeply troubled and they needed to make a statement. I support peaceful protests, as that is how people can make their voices heard. Hiya everyone! Tonight we are celebrating the Uber event's birthday, as their participating designers shower us with gifts. There is no group tag needed to claim these treats, and since it is a very popular and therefore busy place to be, there are 3 sims you can visit to access them. In addition to the main location, there are Harajuku and the Cam Sim where you can use your camera controls to view and retrieve the gifts. All of these presents are in wrapped boxes with gold and black balloons, very easy to find and containing all sorts of thoughtful gifts. This round just opened recently, and lasts until the 22nd of September, so if you cannot get into any of the sims yet please do not worry. There is still plenty of time :) It took me a couple of hours to get lucky enough to find an opening on one of the cam sims, just attempting to teleport every couple of minutes. Worth it!
First I slipped into the gift from Blossom&Seeds, which is their Brooke Uber Gift. It consists of the top and shorts, each in Freya, Legacy, and Maitreya sizing. The bottoms are labeled pants, and at first I thought it was a skirt until various poses including the rear view revealed the shorts aspect. I would call this a skort, but no matter what you personally refer to it as, it is a hot look! The red roses look so vibrant against the teal background.
If you are looking for something romantic, be sure to visit (or cam to) the .Safira. display so you can click their ballooned gift called Mareen Babydoll Night. The babydoll and separate panties are each included in sizes for Freya, Isis, Hourglass, and Maitreya mesh bodies. Most of the fabric is sheer and lacy, but the thong style panties and the belt plus a bit above that belt are solid satin. I was torn between describing this as romantic or sexy, since it really is both :)
Next we see a sporty skirt and tank top combination, the gift from [ILAYA]. Their Scarlett Top and Skirt set is provided in Legacy and Maitreya sizes for each piece, and are mostly black with a teal waistband on the skirt. The top is lifted slightly on one side, for a flirty little touch.
I kept the skirt on but changed tops, to the gift from DEAD DOLL called Knotted T-Shirt. It includes sizes for Legacy and Maitreya bodies, with a terrific HUD that offers 16 background colors and 4 text choices. The texts are 2 colors each of the two you see above, on the left "So Apparently I'm dramatic" and "SHI r T" on the right. I have certainly known people who deserve to wear the saying on the left ;) Sadly the right sums up this entire year so far, with the letter R falling off to reveal a naughty word.
One last treat for this evening, we have the Mimikri gift of their Celeste Bikini pink pepper. Fun fact: my childhood best friend's name was Celeste, after her grandmother, and I do not hear that name very often so it made me smile. So our gift includes sizes for Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies for both the top and bikini briefs. The bold studs are a fun contrast to the pink color, aren't they? Feminine yet edgy, sure to appeal to many of us.

Hiya everyone! Tonight I was in the mood for variety, so I started out by visiting a few places to claim some Stay at Home Club gifts. There are so many thoughtful designers who are participating, and I am grateful to all of them for lifting our spirits as times remain uncertain. These gifts do not require a group tag to claim them, and there are several categories on the website so I do suggest exploring it and seeing what else grabs your attention. I was also inspired by the time of year, and wanted to dress like a mermaid, which I was able to do thanks to Entice and their We Love Roleplay offer for this round. Clearly I had some fun with these outfits!
My first stop was Vips Creations, where I happily claimed this flirty [Amanda]1 Dress. It includes sizes for Altamura Sofia, eBody Classic, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. There is also a 10 texture HUD so you can change up the look, and some are extra revealing like the sheer one I chose on the right :) I was quite drawn to the style with the high side slits and crossed straps in the neckline, too.
Next we head over to Rogue Echo, who are currently offering a generous trio of Stay at Home Club gifts, starting with this {RE} Lapus Mini. The bold blue color is accentuated by two triangular cutouts in the front which are filled with sheer sequined fabric, while the back view is completely solid satin. Our gift includes Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and Signature mesh body sizing.
Another fantastic gift you will find at Rogue Echo is their {RE} G Zoa Gown, with its snowy white color and flattering shape that leads to a small train. It is provided in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies.
If you would prefer something casual, allow me to introduce you to this charming {RE} Paisley Outfit which is also a gift from Rogue Echo. The solid purple pants are a fine match for the lively pattern on the top.
For my final look of the evening, we head to the We Love Roleplay event (open until the 30th of August) where you will find this beautiful Entice - Lady of the Sea set. The top has been crafted from a pair of shells, while the shorts have a scaly texture with a fishnet ruffle on each leg, pun intended? :) The set also includes a headpiece to wear across the forehead, which is mostly hiding beneath my bangs, but it is unrigged and has a resize script built in. There are 8 varieties available individually for $245L apiece (marked down from $350L) or you could choose the fatpack for $599L with 2 bonus colors. In addition to all 10 colors, the fatpack HUD lets you change the color of the components separately, the main texture of the top and the sparkly trim where they join, and the fishnet can be colored separately from the shorts. The navy blue on the right (yep another ocean pun) is one of the two fatpack exclusive colors. Every single one of them is breathtaking!
It has been a slightly better day here, although I do have some more healing to do yet, but I am trying to keep up with my usual activities as much as I can. I still feel like I did not get enough rest, so that is a goal for the next few days. I will be watching a midafternoon hockey game, but perhaps a nice nap afterwards. Hiya everyone! Tonight I have more treats to share from Seniha Originals, from the many generous group gifts I picked up and lucky board prizes I was fortunate enough to win. Their group is free to join, and just wait until you see the wall of gifts available! There is a wonderful variety among them, different seasons and holidays so you can find something for just about any occasion. The lucky boards change letters frequently, so if you hang out for a while you could wind up with several new outfits from them. You could always bring a friend to help pass the time, and share those prizes with ;)
First we take a look at the Seniha. Melany Dress // GIFT FATPACK, which is a fantastic group gift. The strapless mini has a slightly asymmetrical hemline trimmed with a tiny ruffle, and comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Hourglass, and Maitreya mesh bodies. There is also a HUD included, with 30 texture choices (20 solids + 10 prints) for extra versatility.
Next is another generous group gift, the Seniha. Ryan Dress // GIFT. There are 2 versions, both of which you can see above, each crafted for Freya, Isis, Hourglass, and Maitreya bodies. The soft pink floral pattern looks beautiful on the pink background as well as the blue, and I am a huge fan of details such as the zipper in the back and the peekaboo opening revealing much of the midriff.

The softly colored top and skirt each come in two versions, with and without the subtle but lovely lace design on the top of the skirt ruffle and the lower band of the blouse. The style itself is a fun one too, with gathered bodice and crossed straps in the back.
My final look of the evening is another multifaceted outfit, the lucky board prize called Seniha. Cheryl Set // Pink. The open shirt, strapless top beneath it, and shorts in 2 versions are each provided in Freya, Isis, Hourglass, and Maitreya sizes. You could wear the shirt without the top beneath, or the top alone as I did on the right, and both the striped and solid pairs of shorts look terrific with the solid colored top/shirt. I think for summer I am partial to the stripes, since it reminds me of a beach umbrella or beach towels :)

Hiya everyone! Tonight we visit Seniha Originals, where the fashions are hot and the gifts are plentiful. Their store group is free to join, and that membership allows you to claim several free gifts as well as prizes from the lucky boards on the wall facing the gifts. Their style is generally sexy and colorful, with many of their offerings having different textured versions or HUDs to change the colors. For tonight's post I chose a few group gifts to share, followed by a couple of the lucky board prizes that you might be fortunate enough to win.
First we take a look at the group gift called Seniha. V-Day Milla Dress, which may have been released around Valentines Day but is suitable for any time of year. There are two versions, the solid pink I am wearing on the left and the floral "l♥ve" pattern to the right, each of which are provided in Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya sizing. Both versions have the same pretty pink trim and straps that cross around to the back to tie in a cute bow, which is a romantic touch.
Another burst of color can be found with their Nessa Fluor Dress group gift, which also has 2 versions featuring vivid fluorescent yellow-green. Each comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Hourglass, and Maitreya mesh bodies, with plunging neckline held together by slender strips. The extra short hemline will flatter your legs and surely turn heads.
This group gift is just right for summer, although in SL we can find warm weather whenever we choose :) It is the Seniha. Ariana Bikini -v2- Fatpack, which includes the top and bottom each sized for Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, Legacy Perky, and Maitreya mesh bodies. There is also a HUD to allow you to pick from 45 choices each, 30 solid colors or 15 various patterns. The bottom is a thong style, and I love the way both parts have generously sized ties to hold them in place.
Over to the lucky boards, I was delighted to win this charming Seniha. Coralin Dress // Coral when my initial appeared on its board. The prize includes two versions as shown above (solid and dotted) each in sizes for Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya bodies. There are short detached gathered sleeves that look perfect next to the ruched top, and the bold seams down the front and back help provide shapeliness. The coral color is leaning strongly pink for me (possibly my windlight settings) which I do enjoy.
My final look this evening is another lucky board prize, this time their Nicky Jumpsuit // Violet. Our strapless jumpsuit comes in two versions, solid and floral pattern, with each of those plus the slender drop-waist belt all provided in Freya, Isis, Legacy, and Maitreya sizing. You could choose to wear this without the belt, that is entirely up to you :) The full cut legs give it an elegant appearance which balances out the flirty bare shoulders nicely.
It was a decent day here, but another hot one outside, so I am glad to have stayed indoors. I have been amusing myself with Animal Crossing, who are having fireworks every Sunday night so I got to see those :) The animals on my island really enjoy them too, clapping and shouting in response. Tomorrow I am looking forward to a hockey game in the evening, a notion I am still adjusting to for this time of year.
