Happy Anniversary Kustom9

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we start our weekend by helping Kustom9 celebrate their 8th anniversary, which means that all members of their free group can receive gifts just by clicking the twine-wrapped gift boxes at many of the displays. This round is open until the 10th of November, so you have time to visit even if this weekend is too busy for you. Lots of the gifts are seasonally themed but not all, so there is something for a wide range of tastes and interests.

For my first look of the evening we see the Palette - Coffee Time Top K9 Exclusive Gift. There are black and white versions included, each in sizes for Kupra, Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya mesh bodies. They have really cute images on the front that say "Coffee Day", and are open on the sides while being tied just enough.

Then I changed into the gift from -[vagrant]- called Ariana Top - Pattern. Its designs of skulls and roses are great for this time of year, while the cropped style with partly unzipped sweater make it suitable for warmer weather too. There are sizes for Legacy and Maitreya mesh bodies provided. I think it looks really nice with the addition of the EQUAL / COMPLEX - Lola Choker, which has a built in resize script to ensure you get an ideal fit. The jeans I am wearing in this first two images are one of my favorite marketplace finds, a free gift from Delizio which is a fatpack of several colors of jeans in system/BOM layers as well as Maitreya and Omega appliers.

Another year-round treat is the [Eternus] Go-Off Romper (Sky). Its checkerboard pattern in two soft shades of blue caught my eye immediately, and I am a fan of zippers and spaghetti straps. As the weather gets more chilly, what could be cuter than a jacket dangling loosely from your arms? My final look this evening is definitely a Halloween treat! Well, the weather spoiled my plans once again...the rain brought heavier winds than expected with it, knocking out my power 3 times and counting, so I stayed home (no dinner at parents') which was a bit disappointing.  Hiya everyone! Tonight I have more special offers from the BUNDLES event, this time from GGVG who have some beautiful gowns for sale that definitely caught my eye. There are just a few days left since the event ends when October does, so please hurry if you are interested. Then I wanted to see what Halloween themed FabFree group gifts were currently available as I shared a couple recently but recalled there being even more :) I know that some seasonal fashions are still quite appropriate for other times of year, but I still like to try to bring them to your attention when it feels right.

I changed into my "I am Fabulous" group tag for FabFree, and headed over to Telsiope's Couture where I happily claimed their Heather dress. It includes sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies, with a HUD to choose from the two textures seen above. The one on the right is very sheer, so be aware of that before you head somewhere in it ;) The skull and crossbones design makes me think of pirates in addition to Halloween so it is rather versatile. 

My final look of the night comes from The Bold Llama T-Shirt Co. and is their current FabFree group gift called SHOW ME YOUR RIBS Tee. It comes in standard mesh sizes as well as eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body sizes. The image gives the appearance of a slashed shirt to show the ribcage beneath, and it made me think of zombies so it works for me for Halloween :) If you have been here to my blog before you may recognize the jeans, as they are a favorite of mine to wear with all sorts of solo tops...they are a marketplace freebie from Delizio that come in several colors as system/BOM layers plus apploiers for Maitreya and Omega. 

Another late October night, another late hockey game...my home team is on a road trip out west with 3 games in 4 days, tonight being the second and their second win of the trip :) My plans for the weekend are coming together nicely, with dinner at my parents' tomorrow evening then a rainy visit to the farmers market on Saturday. Gifts From Dubai Event

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I would like to invite you to the Dubai Event, whose October round has lots of pumpkins with free gifts inside. It is open until November 10th so we have almost two weeks remaining, so that is plenty of time to visit and pick up demos along with those sweet treats. I always enjoy events where I can become familiar with new-to-me designers, while scoping out new releases from longtime favorites. 

First I slipped into the [Flirt] Teona dress white, a charming gift with slender straps that is gathered on the left side. It includes Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Signature Alice sizes, all with that delicate white polka dot pattern. 

The *Flamingos* Lucidity Dress Orange gift is an extremely seductive one, with very sheer fabric and a low neckline that does not cover the nipples but cradles the breasts. It comes in sizes for Freya, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies, with a HUD offering 10 color choices for the lace/threads and waist. The HUD makes this gift both sexy and versatile!

Next we have the [[2Love]] gift of Gal Jumpsuit / Black, with a single long sleeve opposite a bare shoulder. The sleeve fabric seems to have found its way instead to a sash on the right side, bringing an intriguing sense of balance. This gift includes Freya, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh body sizes, all in that satiny black texture.

My evening is much more interesting than my day was, as I am watching a hockey game out on the west coast. The score has been very back and forth, so it has been an exciting one for both teams' fans. Halloween Sales Event

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are headed to the Halloween Sales 2021 event, organized by 35L Sundays. Their free group is Synergy Shopping, and if you join that you can claim a few dozen wonderful gifts while you visit. We get to save lots of money on the sales items and then receive free treats, so it was at the top of my to-do list :) The area is decorated perfectly for this spooky time of year, so you might find yourself shivering with fear and delight! We can claim the group gifts by clicking the carved pumpkin wrapped in a black ribbon at each display.

My first look of the evening is the .:S&B:. Dress Dayna black, a little black dress that is far from basic. It is provided in 3 standard and 3 fitmesh sizes (S, M, L each) for classic avatars, as well as sizing for Freya, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Voluptuous mesh bodies. This pumpkin needs us to right click and pay $1L which is immediately refunded while the gift is delivered. A couple of others are like this, but most distribute a folder with your gift inside just by clicking them. My guess is that the payment registers the gift in their vendor system, so you will be able to get it redelivered if necessary in the future.

Uncontrollably has two pumpkins at their display that each distributes a gift, and I am enjoying their GIFT *UNC - GIRLS* Rebel Romper - Sugar Skull here. It comes in standard mesh sizes along with Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique versions, with a 4 color HUD. All of the colors have a solid black top and the same sugar skull image embossed on the front, very pretty!

Another terrific choice for Halloween is our gift from Paper.Sparrow called Plaid Bats Bonnie Outfit. Its cropped sweater and extra short shorts are each included in Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh body sizes. The knit texture is bewitchingly batty ;)

Next I slipped into the gorgeous .Viki. Ariel Dress which is their group gift for the event. This full length gown with small train and intricate scales texture comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. There is also a HUD with 5 choices, each a stunning ombre with multiple vibrant colors. I feel like a glamorous mermaid in this beauty!

My final look this evening combines two gifts that I think work really well together. The dress is the Batty Back Straps Mini Dress by COVETED! which comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP mesh bodies. The bats are perfect for the season, as are the orange and black color combination. I really like the unique straps in the back that lead to the side cutouts for fun flashes of skin. The double stranded necklace is a wonderful style, and the accent beads really draw attention to the rune pendant.

Seasonal Medley

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I was in the mood for variety but still in a Halloween/autumn mood, so I collected a diverse set of gifts and affordable offers to share. We are visiting the final week of the BUNDLES holiday event Halloween BOOOO Bash round, where we can find lots of exclusive offers as well as a few free gifts. Then we get sensual at the Hallow Manor event and hunt, thanks to an exclusive creation from Entice. I also noticed that there are a few recent FabFree group gifts that are seasonal, so I scouted around and picked up a couple to share with all of you. Clearly I had an adventurous day, and I am very pleased to show off my new outfits!

My first look is the exclusive BUNDLES offer from D!vine Style, which is their Sabrina - Bare back top and skirt. It is just $179L and that is quite a bargain when you consider how versatile it is. The top and skirt come in sizing for Freya, Isis, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Hourglass, Physique bodies and a standard size for classic avatars. There is also a HUD that lets you choose from 12 denim textures and 23 patterns for the top, with 12 denim shades and 17 patterns for the skirt. As you can see there are fun patterns and pretty knit solid colors, so we look great for autumn or any time of year.

Touring Trick or Treat Lane

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we continue along Trick or Treat Lane, where we can find exclusive sales items as well as lots of generous gifts. Each pumpkin shaped booth has a picture of the gift on the left side of the doorway along with a ghost that tells you if it's a trick (find the gift inside) or treat (gift is right there below the sign). Either way, we are being treated very well this Halloween :) I enjoy this event every October and I hope you do too. Their website has sneak peeks of the exclusive offers and the gifts. 

My first look is the hilarious Grumble-Awesome Tees-Poop gift. It reads "Don't scare me I poop easily!" with bats and an assortment of fun fonts. This cropped short sleeve tee comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. I am wearing it with my favorite marketplace gift, a fatpack of jeans from Delizio (these are the blue shade) in several colors as system/BOM layers plus appliers for Maitreya and Omega.

JR Wolf Creations has a lovely gift waiting for us named Seer Dress. It has an entrancing pattern of hands and moon phases on a backdrop of the nighttime sky, with long sleeves and two front pockets. It is provided in Alice, Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Petite, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body sizes. While it is an excellent choice for this season, I will gladly wear it year round.

There are two terrific gifts at the Senzafine booth, so be sure to find them both to receive these beautiful dresses. On the left above I am wearing the SF . Sera Dress - Necromance, with SF . Sera Dress - Spellbound on the right. They each come in sizing for eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine bodies. The bare shoulders and frilly trim on the neckline are perfect details for this empire waisted mini. 

I also found the zOOm gift, their striking Asymmetric Dress. It has a dramatic angled hem that goes from mini to maxi, with a high neckline and sleeveless style for just the right amount of skin showing. All of the colors have a bouquet of flowers on the left hip that trails down the overskirt. 

My final look of the evening is a seasonal treat from Eventyra, formerly Dark Passions, who are the organizer of this amazing event. Our gift is their Nail HUD - So Toxxic with 6 designs to decorate your Slink, Belleza, Maitreya, or Omega-compatible nails. The vibrant green goo is either at the tip or cuticle of each design, with bold black stripes on white or purple backgrounds. The one I chose on the right side of the photo looks like we might have clawed our way into some blood, yet the stripes make it all remind me of a spooky carnival. 

It was a nice weekend, but I'm sure many of us wish it could have lasted a little longer. There was an adorable French bulldog at the farmers market, making friends and doing lots of happy wiggles. It was the coldest weather yet this season, still warmer than usual for late October, but a few of the vendors who are from warmer climates like Puerto Rico were not exactly thrilled about the cooler temperatures. She was bundled up with gloves on, while I was fine in a light jacket. I have a few tricks up my SL sleeve for places to invite you, more free gifts to be found, and I'm really excited about my next few posts because of it. Trick or Treat Lane

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I am starting my weekend at Trick or Treat Lane, an annual event with exclusive sales items and free gifts from every designer. They are either tricks or treats, meaning the tote bag they are in is either hidden inside the store's pumpkin-shaped booth or out in the open on the hay bale to the left of each display. There is an impressive lineup of participants, of which you can get a sneak preview if you wish by visiting their website. This is such a fun season for shopping!

This pretty look starts with the Dark Intentions gift called DI: Boo Long Tank, that I am wearing as a dress. It comes in sizes for eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies, with a 10 color HUD to change the background hue of the Halloween themed pattern. Its short length works well to show off the alaskametro<3 gift "Black Kat" limited edition tights, which are provided in system/BOM layers and an Omega applier. The kitty is so cute, and did you notice the tails on the back? Such cute details!

If you need some seasonal lingerie, be sure to pick up the [QE] Lilith Lingerie -Halloween- gift from Trick or Treat Lane. Its bustier and thong are each included in Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh body sizes, with a 3 texture HUD so you can choose from three different color combinations. In addition to the two above, there is a dramatic black and white option that is just as sexy :) 

Witch In A Box is offering a Halloween Gift dress just for finding their treat bag, and it is gorgeous! This strapless mini has a solid black top tied with a satiny bow above the tight skirt smattered with a rainbow of stars. It comes in sizes for Alice, eBody Curvy, Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies. 

I also eagerly grabbed the treat from 1313 Mockingbird Lane, called (*<*) 1313 Norma Jean Bikini - Gothabilly. It has a terrific unpacker HUD that lets you choose just the size(s) you want to deliver - Kupra, Kupra Kups, Legacy, Legacy Perky, Maitreya, or Maitreya Petite - and once you click it you will receive a folder with the top and bottom inside. The bikini top has a fun double strap in the back and a contrasting white halter strap, while the bottom is high waisted with roses and skulls adorning it.

My final look of the evening is the treat from Sn@tch, their hilarious Wrong Crop Top. It includes eBody Curvy, Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite body sizes. There is also a HUD as you probably guessed, with 6 amusing sayings to choose from. You can select Trick, or Treat (as I did on the right), Little Ray of Pitch Black, On everyday we wear Black (left above), Not a Costume, or Boo!. I feel like if Wednesday Addams were in SL, this is something she would wear, and I mean that as a fervent compliment :)

Are you ready for the weekend? I had a really nice visit with my parents for dinner, and am looking forward to the farmers market in the morning. The weather should be cool but not rainy, although I think the clouds will make it feel extra chilly so a light jacket might be in order. I remember when it used to feel like winter in late October and even had snow for Halloween on occasion, but I think the last snowy Halloween was about 10 years ago. I will be taking my customary Saturday evening off from blogging, but I'll return Sunday with some more Trick or Treat Lane goodies because you deserve to see more. Boo Bunny Hunt and More

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are exploring the Boo! Bunny Hunt 10 gridwide hunt, where each prize is just $1L and hiding inside a wrapped piece of candy. Please follow the hints and landmarks on the hunt website, and you will find some preview photos there too so you know what to expect from each sweet treat. I am also inviting you to the newest round of the Cosmopolitan event, to see a special selection or two from Entice. Lots to see, so grab a beverage and let's get to it!

My first look of the evening is the Indigenous hunt prize called Halloween Night. Its one piece jumpsuit comes in sizes for eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine bodies, with sneakers that fit Belleza, eBody, Legacy, Maitreya, Slink, and Tonic flat feet. There is also a HUD included that offers 5 colors each for the jumpsuit and sneakers, and a system/BOM layer long sleeve shirt that you can layer beneath (as I did on the right) for some added warmth or coverage. The pattern is a fun one with pumpkins and hats, and crossed brooms creating a diamond shape around each image. 

Halloween can bring out the fantasy part of our imagination, making this gift from Frick n Frack a terrific choice for your dreams. Their FnF Brenna Dark Fairy Dress & Wings consists of the dress in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes, plus the bold matching wings. Since they are a separate attachment, you can wear the dress without if you wish too. 

I also have a special treat to share from [Ari-Pari] called Spiderweb Ruffle Dress. This hunt prize includes sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies, with a 5 color HUD so you can choose the background hue of your webbed mini dress. The dark ruffles and waistband really accentuate the pattern, and the crafty little spiders who have spun their webs for us.

Time to visit Cosmopolitan and the Entice display there, where we can find their new Sweet Jane outfit and scarf. The jacket and panties are each provided in Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Petite sizes, with individual colors as low as $225L apiece. You can also pick up a fatpack of dark, light, plaid light, or plaid dark (10 colors each via HUD) for $449L each, or the full MEGA fatpack with all 40 colors for $2299L. Fatpack HUDs let you change various sections separately as I did on the left above, even mixing solid and plaid from the Mega fatpack. As for the scarf with its beautifully tied bow, that is available as a mega fatpack for just $199L that includes 48 colors and all the sizes of the clothing plus an unrigged version with its very own resize HUD. This way you can customize your fit if you need to, very handy. It can easily be worn with other outfits too, and with chilly weather upon us soon I am all for that!

More FLF-o-Ween Treats

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I have more FLF-o-Ween group gifts to share. These are found at the Fifty Linden Fridays seasonal event of that name, and their group is free to join so all of these treats are complimentary all around. We claim them by clicking various colored pumpkins (orange, green, purple) that are carved into jack o'lanterns to celebrate their favorite season. There are clothing and accessories for men and women, along with lots of home decor to brighten your living space. When Halloween and the end of October arrive, the event will close its doors, so be sure to visit before then.

My first look combines a couple of gifts, so I'll start at the top ;) That would be the MARU / "Spooky" Top / Set which consists of pink and white versions of their cleverly crafted tank top, each in sizes for Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya bodies. There is a HUD with each that lets you hide or unhide the straps, and I have them hidden on the right on the white top but visible in pink to the left. My footwear is also an FLF group gift, the _CandyDoll_ Beatrix Heels Pink. These boots have an inverted cross in the heel, but there are two other aspects that you can hide/show with buttons on the HUD, in addition to choosing from 24 colors for the cross. (I meant to hide the inner cross and show the more solid wedge with cross cutout on the right, but it looks like I forgot to hide the cross inset, sorry!) The boots fit Freya, Legacy, Maitreya, and Slink feet. The jeans are the black pair from the Delizio fatpack that you can find for free on the Marketplace (and here on my blog fairly often) that include system/BOM layers and appliers for Maitreya and Omega in several colors.

[JUSTICE] has a seasonal treat for us called MIA DRESS - CANDY CORN, a tee style with slashed openings on the top and a knotted hemline on the left thigh. The ombre of white to orange to gold does call to mind those multicolored candies you usually only find this time of year. Our gift includes Freya, Isis, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes, with a HUD that offers 25 colors for the panties built into the dress. 

For this look I mixed two more generous gifts for a seductive combination. The top is the Asteria "Vixen" Bustier - Purple, included in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, and Maitreya bodies. There is a great HUD too, with 4 metals and 12 colors in 3 textures each for the bra cups (solid, sheer, and embroidered like on the left above). I chose the embroidered lacy texture in a bronze color on the left to match the Cascadel"Patricia" Short-Black which is actually more of a bronze or burnished gold shade. It has sheer fluttery legs attached to the solid V of satin, and is provided in Freya, Isis, Venus, and Maitreya sizes. 

Crosses and bats seem to be a running theme tonight, as I see both on the .Safira. Arwen Dress Grey gift. The cross is supporting the corset-like belt, and the bats are flying all about the starry fabric. The gift includes sizes for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies. I felt like I needed a bit of refreshment, so I decided to taste the *Tentacio* Vamp drink with its built in hold pose as you see here. The dark whipped drink has two picks tucked into it, a white bat and a cute ghost that are probably cookies. Goth taste sensation?

My final look this evening is a closeup of the alme. gift I've been wearing tonight, their Mesh Ballerina Nails - Scary Halloween. There are 4 neon designs all on black backgrounds to really show off the glow, and with the provided HUD you can choose individual nails to mix and match the designs. The nails come in sizes for Maitreya, Legacy, Kupra, Belleza, Slink, Signature, and Love Momma, in an unpacker HUD so you only need to click the brand and deliver just the size(s) you wish. I have been noticing that type of delivery HUD more and more lately, and I am a fan of less inventory clutter :) 

It was a quiet day here, not as chilly, and I am already eager for the weekend to arrive. I watched another exciting hockey game, and will be watching random Halloween movies here and there until the end of the month.
