Gifts and Limited Time Event
Hiya everyone! Tonight I have several group gifts to share, from a generous store called Asteria. They have a bevy of gifts for not only their own free group but other groups as well, and there are presents both inside and out of the store. From inside the store, head out the front door and go towards the left, where you will find gifts that are generally in standard mesh sizes and system layers so very compatible with classic avatars. I also have a brief event to tell you about, and I have to apologize that I only found out about it today so I was not able to give you much warning. There are only a few hours remaining to visit the Australian Bushfire Wildlife Benefit event, where you can purchase items whose entire costs are donated to the Australian RSPCA, use a kiosk to make a direct donation of however many lindens you choose, or take part in raffles for gift cards from many generous designers. It's interesting how I have never been to Australia but have been fascinated by their native creatures my entire life, especially the birds (my beloved cockatiels come from there), so something happening on the other side of the world is still very upsetting to me. I have read with horror about the situation there and how many species are being devastated by these fires, and by now we have all probably seen videos of people trying to rescue animals or give them water. Every bit helps, any donation now matter how small could make a difference!
One of the many group gifts at Asteria is their lovely Lia Mini Dress & Panties, which they offer for free in many colors and combinations. On the left I am wearing it in Moon, on the right is Ombre Y (yellow?), each of which include both dress and panties in sizing for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique. The daring style has a long opening in the front with an even longer one in the rear, that one being loosely laced together above the very short flared skirt.
My avi looks like she is feeling this one, it looks so good she had to close her eyes and savor the moment ;) This gift is called "Santa" Bodysuit, and includes sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, and Maitreya mesh bodies. There is also a HUD provided with 10 color choices and 4 metals for the V in the neckline and hoops holding the straps in place.
Another steamy group gift is the Asteria Thai Bodysuit, which you will find in several colors, all as gifts. You can see the Moss on the left above, and Sugar from behind to the right :) Each comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, and Hourglass bodies, with a HUD that offers 4 metals and 3 textures for the bra cups and front of the bottom portion. One is solid as you see in the moss color, and the others are sheer fishnet and lace. The intricate straps in the back really caught my attention too, so I can't wait to see what Xan thinks ♥.
I simply couldn't resist showing two more of the Lia dresses/panties combos, since there are just so many beautiful colors to choose from. This time I went with Navy on the left and Taupe on the right, and these come in the same sizes as the ones in the very first image of the night. I love that satiny finish, and how it makes each hue look almost liquid.
My final look of the evening features a top by Entice, their Land Down Under - Fatpack. It is $199L at the charity event I mentioned in the beginning for the Australian Bushfire Wildlife fundraiser. The entire cost you pay is donated to the charity, and the t-shirt comes in sizes for Freya, Hourglass, and Maitreya with a 10-texture HUD. As you can see there are images of some of Australia's fascinating native animals we are working to save, and there are also solid color options on the HUD with contrasting sleeves. There are two locations you can visit, but please hurry!
It was a very busy weekend, but I definitely enjoyed myself :) My houseguest is on their way home, and I am hoping that whatever traces of their cold I caught do not take a good hold or linger for too long. I have been coughing, and my sinuses are a bit inflamed, but I do not have any urgent plans this week that would keep me from resting and recovering.
