LYBRA At The Free Dove

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I would like to invite you to The Free Dove, who are mostly done a fantastic looking remodel and are celebrating with a mini hunt. The generous designer this time is LYBRA, and their hunt object is a small dove in flight. It is a flat prim image and only visible on one side, which will be more important to note in tomorrow's post of prizes found at their mainstore. Tonight's are all located at The Free Dove and can be claimed with the "Blessed by a Dove" tag from the Free Dove group. There is no cost to join, so the 5 prizes here won't cost you anything but the time it takes to explore and find them :) I noticed that the odd numbered prizes are at The Free Dove while the even numbered are at the LYBRA mainstore. The notecard from the hunt sign mentioned that we should familiarize ourselves with the new layout and head upstairs too, where the stores from the former plaza seem to be relocated. I think Dove (Palomma, the owner of Free Dove) is doing a fabulous job on the renovation, and she has to coordinate with all the owners of the gifts throughout the store (I believe they would have to move their own items) so it must be a huge effort.

All of our hunt prizes this round are footwear, so I also grabbed a clothing gift from the LYBRA display at The Free Dove to wear this evening :) That would be the charming SWEETS LIGHT PACK dress seen here, a strapless mini with bubble skirt and attached belt with fun bow in the front. It comes in sizes for Alice, Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya mesh bodies, with an 18 color HUD for the dress and 3 different HUDs for the bows (light, medium, and dark) with 18 colors apiece. When you select a dress color, the belt/bow automatically changes to match, but with the separate HUDs you can choose to change the belt too. As for the shoes, these would be the LYBRA . SERIA FREEDOVE1 prize, white platform heels with a great zebra print on the upper part in Belleza, Erika, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Slink sizing. There is also a HUD included to select from 3 metals and 3 colors for the bottom, so you can adjust the look a bit. You can see I had red bottoms on the left to go with the red belt/bow, and wound up picking the black bottom for the right.

Zooming down for a closer look at the next pair of shoes, these are the LYBRA . SERIA FREEDOVE3 hunt prize. I really like the blue floral pattern on the white background, complemented perfectly by the patent leather shine of the platform heels. These come in the same sizes as the previous gift and with the same HUD for the metal and bottom of our shoes. 

How stunning are these shoes? This is the LYBRA . LULA FREEDOVE7 hunt prize, also found at The Free Dove and free with that group tag. The Lula shoes come in the same sizes as Seria (Belleza, Erika, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Slink) and have a HUD with 3 color choices for the bottom. This pattern of spring blossoms will look fantastic with a favorite dress or a simple pair of jeans, and anything in between.

Prize #9 at The Free Dove is the LYBRA . LULA FREEDOVE9 shoes, with a combination of pale pink floral pattern and darker pink leather for a playful and feminine look. As they are the same Lula design as the one above, they include the same set of sizes and HUD. 

Quick note: there is one pair missing from this post, prize #5, and that is because when I was trying to take these photos the texture on that one was not rezzing and remained gray. It was fine on a different login but not this one, even after several attempts to refresh textures and walking away from my PC for about 10 minutes. Sometimes SL just decides that a random texture is not going to appear for me for whatever reason and that's that, and unfortunately this time it chose one on something I wanted to blog. I am truly sorry to have to omit those shoes tonight.

Other than that weird glitch, hehe, it was a nice day here with mild temperatures and a hockey game that made me teary and happy. One of the players reached his 1000th NHL game, quite an accomplishment, and all with the same team. There was a ceremony and his family was there, including his parents, wife, and 2 adorable little boys who looked especially sweet in their tiny suits and bow ties. The player is probably going to be traded very soon unfortunately, so it felt like a goodbye sendoff :(  We won the game, just barely, and it was a wild one. Tomorrow I will be having dinner with my parents, then back here to blog the other half of the LYBRA hunt, so it feels good to have concrete and positive plans.
