Cherries on Top of PurpleMoon
Hiya everyone! Tonight I have a terrific in-store hunt to show you, thanks to PurpleMoon Creations and their Cherries on Top Hunt 6. There are a total of 10 prizes hiding in delicious looking slices of chocolate cake with a cherry on top of each, on an elegant white rectangular plate (mentioned because a few times it rezzed first and makes the searching a bit easier). PurpleMoon has 9 slices and WetCat Poses has the tenth, there are no hints other than that they are only on the main floor and the rooms that contain a prize have pretty balloons to indicate as such. The best thing to do is just enjoy a stroll about the store, and keep an eye out as they are not behind or tucked under things, not hidden in any tricky manner. The prizes from PurpleMoon include various clothing and jewelry and even shoes, most of which you can see below.
My first look is their elegant Rune Kimono in pink, with the silky wide belt (obi?) and rear bow built right into the dress. It is included in what I call the lucky 13 of mesh sizes: 5 standard, 5 fitmesh, Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink. I adore the fabric design with those lovely flowers and bird adorning it.
This soft bodycon dress is prize #03 called Velvet Dress in pink, and is provided in plenty of mesh sizes for a great fit: 5 classic, 5 fitmesh, Belleza, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, and Slink Physique. There is even a Maitreya auto-hider included so you can pop that on with your Maitreya body and it will hide all the right sections of your body for you, no need to use the body's HUD. My necklace here is another prize (cake slice #06) called Saffron Necklace in rose gold, huge fan of rose gold here going as far back as Black Hills Gold brought to me from South Dakota as a souvenir from a business trip of my dad's in the 90s :) So this is definitely a statement piece with all those various layers of chains, and it has a resize script built in so you can ensure it will fit you just right.
Another fantastic dress can be found in prize #04, the Loretta Dress in that lucky 13 of mesh sizes I mentioned earlier. There are even matching shoes in prize #05 called Loretta Sandals in hearts, including sizes for Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink MID feet. I expect I will be enjoying this outfit for many seasons to come, such a lovely style.
This gorgeous dress is another with Asian flavor, the Rococo Dress in turquoise found in prize #07. It is provided in standard sizes along with Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, and Slink Physique, and has a very useful HUD to change the corset color to your choice of 6 shades, and a sheer or opaque option for the lace on that very top edge. It is subtle but I have it set for opaque on the left and sheer on the right above.
One last look for the evening, this is actually prizes #08 and #09 which match wonderfully but also could each be worn with a variety of other wardrobe staples. Here we have the Ivana Top in standard sizes plus Hourglass, Physique, and Maitreya versions, with a fun heart on the top. The shorts are their Tori Denim Shorts in the same sizes as the top. If it is still chilly in your area (it was unseasonably warm here today but generally it is winter) then you can always wear this to go on an SL tropical vacation, something we all deserve from time to time.
