Wash Cart Sale Treats
Hiya everyone! The Wash Cart Sale is in full swing and celebrating their 10th Anniversary this round, which is an incredible accomplishment of longevity and bringing bargains to eager shoppers for a full decade. All the cart sale offerings are either $10L or $50L for a special selection per cart, and there are free gifts in small pastel green boxes with pink ribbon/bows on most of the carts. New for this round is a gacha area in the northeast corner, a Laundromat with washers and dryers acting as the gacha machines with pull prices of $50L or less. Can you tell I'm really excited? :) I was a fan of this event way before I even considered starting to blog, so I still have to pinch myself (metaphorically, I bruise easily LOL) to make sure I am not just dreaming that I am part of their blogging team. There is always something new to discover there, from the styles themselves to a designer whose work you haven't encountered yet. You can find clothing for men, women, and children, along with accessories, home decor, textures, and more. Okay, they say a picture is worth a thousand words, so now I'll let tonight's photos do some talking.
Our first visit is to the JellyRoll cart, where you will find this terrific Snuggle Sweater for $10L per color with 8 choices, each in standard mesh sizes plus Belleza Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, and TMP versions. Better yet, their $50L selection is a fatpack of this same sweater, all 8 individual designs plus 3 fatpack exclusives for a total of 11 options via HUD. Next stop at the Wash, the Ollies Follies cart. You will want to bring the whole family, as they offer selections for men, women, and kids avatars, both classic and mesh avatars. The fun-for-fall shirt I am wearing here is their Double-Tee Fit-Bods Brick Marine Skully, and this pack includes standard fitmesh sizes as well as Belleza Freya, Isis, Venus, eBODY, Maitreya, Ocacin, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine fits. That entire pack is just $10L, and there is a classic body pack for $10L if you prefer. I have a few similar shirts in my RL wardrobe, one with a peace symbol shaped like a heart and another with an embossed image rather than studs, so I am very fond of this.
Another fun ladies' selection from the Ollies Follies cart is this Jersey Tee Fit Bods Worn Plum Rainbow, and the fit bods pack includes fitmesh standard, Belleza Freya, Isis, Venus, eBody, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic fine sizes, all for just $10L. There is a classic pack as well if you are not a mesh body wearer, also a mere $10L. This is one of my favorite shades of one of my favorite colors, and the style really appeals to me as well.
Ollies Follies does great casual clothing, but as you can see here they can help you get dressed up in style as well. This is another $10L find from their cart, the Solana Fit Bods Gypsy Elegance A which comes in fitmesh standard, Freya, Isis, Venus, eBody, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine in the fit bods pack. There is a classic body pack as well, for the same low price. The short wrapped style is flattering for any size and shape, and the pattern really caught my eye as being sophisticated yet fun. My last visit for the evening was the Nail It Good! cart, which has a free gift to help us celebrate the Wash Cart Sale's 10th anniversary. Rather than being in a green and pink box, it is simply their regular vendor style but in the upper left of their cart and set for $0L, and is their Arachnophobia fatpack. That includes appliers for Slink, Omega, Belleza, and Maitreya, with 6 designs each featuring a different color background for a spider friend and his web. Now as I do have a bit of arachnophobia myself (I am okay looking at pictures but freak out if I see one in person), I have decided that these little spiders are our friends and not planning on hurting us, rather they simply want to help us celebrate the Halloween season by decorating our nails for us. Then they decided to hang out for a selfie or something ;) I must admit, spider webs are really beautiful and a work of art from nature.
