More Tricks and Treats
Hiya everyone! Tonight we will be exploring a bit more of The Wash Cart Sale and their 10th anniversary celebration, where you will find several dozen of the grid's best designers offering selections for $10L or $50L on their carts as well as free anniversary gifts on many, and gachas in the northeast corner. We will also be taking a few more peeks at gifts from Trick or Treat Lane, another fun event that offers exclusive items and some selections marked down 31% from their original price, along with a gift at each display. There are always so many things to enjoy in Second Life, and it's a pleasure to explore them with all of you.
This first look is the special $50L item from the ORQUIDEA cart at The Wash, their adorable Denim Shirt Dress. It comes in a fitted version plus Belleza Freya, Belleza Isis, Belleza Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes, in a dark dyed denim with saucy brown belt with bow attached. Their cart also has some fun shirts, in seasonal and year round designs, so there is plenty to choose from. These next cart selections are ideal for Halloween, but certainly not limited to it. They are both from the Dixie Designs cart, with their DD Emily Skulls Dress Blue on the left, and DD Emily Web Dress Purple on the right. Each are just $10L and include Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and Werwolf sizes. The skulls versions has lovely sheer hemline trim, while the web version is scattered with sparkles that resemble stars. While you're at The Wash, be sure to stop by the 1 Hundred cart where you can find this daring Trick Tank in Pink as their free anniversary gift. It is included in system layers plus a multi-applier HUD for Lolas, WowMeh, Belleza, Maitreya, Omega, and Slink, so just about any body should be able to enjoy this tricky treat :) I can't resist bright pink and black together, it is one of my favorite combinations. If you are ready to go Trick or Treating, just head to Trick or Treat Lane and explore their many displays to find all your free gifts which include this wonderful tee from The Little Bat. It is called TLB Trixie Top w/HUD, and there are 10 different seasonal sayings in various colors to choose from on that HUD. Some are pretty tongue-in-cheek, like the Me So Corny on the left with the deceptively innocent looking candy corn. The shirt itself is included in standard mesh sizes plus Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP versions.
Your nails deserve to get in on the Halloween fun too of course, so be sure to grab the free gift from Dark Passions / Koffin Nails called FatPack Zombie Wake. There are 3 different designs, color variations of the image of a hand emerging from the ground against a moonlight sky. The fatpack includes HUDs for Maitreya, Omega, and Slink, so nearly all mesh hands should be covered. In the background you might notice that I changed the design of the shirt from the previous photo, it now reads Hocus Pocus which I am glad to say is safely recorded onto my DVR so I can watch it sometime next week. It has been another day of coping with this cold or whatever it is, lots of coughing and wheezing (I do have asthma also) so I still have some recuperating to do. Hot tea with honey, throat lozenges, and distraction are my main weapons against this nuisance ;) We have a bright new week ahead of us, and I am hoping that it brings plenty of healing and happiness to us all.
