Hello Dave, Let's Rally To Rescue
Hiya everyone! Tonight I am wearing a beautiful dress and very cute earrings from Rally To Rescue, a charity event where all purchases are 100% donation to Operation Delta Dogs which is an organization that trains rescued dogs to be service animals for veterans. You get to improve the lives of people and animals, and walk away with high quality merchandise in return, so a great opportunity all around. Then I had some extra fun with manicures, showing several more of the prizes from the Hello Dave Halloween Hunt 2017. Please be sure to read the notecard from visiting their mainstore to understand what you are looking for, 42 different items scattered among the lovely Moochie sim with no hints to guide you, and when you find them all you can claim a prize pack of 25 exclusive nail HUDs (Slink, Omega, Maitreya, and Vista compatibility) as well as $500L in store credit. It is quite an undertaking, but you can see how well worth the time and effort it is.
We can always count on Entice to offer something special for any event they take part in, and their Rally To Rescue donation surely proves that well. This is their Endless Love Dress which you can choose a single color from among 8 selections for just $99L each, or go for the fatpack which holds 2 bonus colors via HUD for a total of 10 choices, only $249L donation. I generally encourage the fatpacks if you have a hard time choosing just one color, or simply enjoy the convenience of HUDs the way I do. That is a nice price for these lovable nod to the event's dog themed charity, a reminder you can wear with anything you wish.
Wow, look at these photogenic nails from the Hello Dave hunt! On the left (my right hand) is the Hello Dave Nail Applier - Lily's Dead Bouquet, and on the right side of the photo is the Solar Spook prize. Each have 5 subtly different designs to dazzle your nails with, and both of these designs will look great on any shape or length nail.
Here we have another fun pair of prizes from Hello Dave, which actually look nice together since the green of one seems to be bringing out the same shade in the other design. On the left is Hag's Brew, a bright green with black smoky tips that call to mind the cauldron where it is simmering. The set on the right is Party at Frankenstein's, a generous dose of seasonal glitter on a papery white background. Each HUD has 5 designs to mix and match, similar but varied enough that you can pick a single design or apply one to each nail.
The dramatic look on the left is our Sugar Skull Floral prize, and it is worth mentioning that there is a similar sugar skull prize with tiny skulls instead of the flowers trailing down the center of each nail. On the right you can see Pumpkin Blood, a glossy orange background with black splatters in various patterns. I am extra fond of this set because those are the colors of the hockey team I've followed my entire life, and just happen to be watching while I type this :)
One last look of the evening, we have two more prizes from the generous Hello Dave hunt prize pack. On the left, with white etching at the cuticle and runic symbols down the middle is The Witching Exclusive H17a (there is also a "b" in a different color) and on the right we have Black Tip Witch. If you look closely, the blue base on each nail is a slightly different shade, so you can decide which flatters your skintone or matches an outfit best. These two designs are so different from each other, yet I really appreciate them both.
I am one very sleep-deprived blogger tonight, and tomorrow will be even less restful, hmm now I'm realizing that Saturday will be even busier still.
