Hiya everyone! Tonight I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the Uber event still has a holiday tree up with free gifts beneath it for all visitors, so I teleported as fast as I could :) No group tag is required to click these various gift boxes, all conveniently in one spot near the landing zone. The current round is open until the 22nd and apparently the gifts will be available throughout, much to my delight, so if you hadn't visited yet either I urge you to stop by. The majority of the gifts are not really holiday or Christmas themed, which makes them easy to appreciate even mid-January.
For my first look, I slipped (pun intended) into the Apl.Blossom Argentina II No.6 slip dress. This free gift comes in sizes for Freya, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies, with slender straps tied in delicate bows and beautiful scallops of lace on the hem. The lavender color is a dreamy choice, isn't it?
Ruxy is also offering a terrific free gift for us, their Sonya Top & Pants metalic pink. The top has Maitreya and Petite versions while the pants just have a Maitreya size since the petite is a breast/chest modification only. The texture is so striking with gold and salmon pink swirled together, and the golden chains and beads add extra pizazz. I almost get mermaid vibes from this beauty!
Next I tried on the Melanzana - Kimberly crop shirt (Lavender peach stripe) gift, a fun choice that is dramatically cropped with tulip draping around to the back. Even the crossed straps that tie in the back are an adorable touch :) The blouse comes in Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite sizing, with a HUD offering 30 colors for the buttons. Now I have to admit that I could not find the buttons at first, LOL, thinking they were on the front where the top comes together, but I think I actually found them on the inner side of the sleeves at the wrist.
Another generous top is the gift from !ElvenElder called !EE Concordiana strapless top Gift. This wisp of a tube top is provided in Legacy, Perky, Petite, Maitreya, and Petite sizing, with a 16 color HUD as well as a materials HUD to choose the color of the reflections. The boning makes it similar to a corset, and the solid smooth texture accentuates the advanced lighting feature. With both of these tops I am wearing the white pair of Delizio jeans from their marketplace fatpack freebie, which consists of several hues in system/BOM layers plus appliers for Omega and Maitreya.
My final look this evening is a closeup view of my nails, artfully decorated courtesy of Emi's Attic. Their gift is called Winter Snow Drifts Mani Pedi, and includes 10 pearly colors with snowy tips on appliers for Maitreya and Omega. There are 5 darker shades and 5 pastels, adding up to a wonderful variety that can coordinate with just about any outfit.
