Hiya everyone! Tonight we are visiting the Melody Store, where the store group is currently free to join and I've got lots of treats to share. The group gifts are upstairs with a few lucky boards that are also a benefit of group membership, so be sure to check those while you're up there :) I very much enjoyed my visit, exploring and seeing what is currently for sale here as well as the upstairs goodies for free. It was well worth the trip there! There are gifts for a couple of other groups up there as well, so I suggest taking a peek and seeing if you're already a member of those (SLFO comes to mind).
My first look is the MELODY CORALINE GIFT MELODY CHRISTMAS 22-23 outfit. Its sweater and skirt each fit Belleza Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. The sweater is cropped with a pointed ruffle in the front, and long sleeves with fuzzy cuffs that make for an adorable style. There is something so classic and endlessly versatile about a denim skirt, so I wouldn't hesitate to wear this with other shirts as well.
Usually clothing with the word crochet being used to describe it would make me think of sweater vests, hats, and scarves...functional and cute but not particularly dressy or flirty. So you can imagine my glee that our MELODY HELENNA FATPACK group gift changed my way of thinking on that! The strapless top and fluttery skirt are each provided in sizing for Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies, with a very generous HUD that offers 30 solid colors and 30 crochet versions of those same hues each for the top and skirt. I've got on the crochet skirt on the left above, the crochet top on the right, and the others are the solids :) So the entire top is open weave for the crochet, whereas the skirt has a wide band crocheted but not our full skirt.
The MELODY SERINA FATPACK is another irresistible group gift which is saying something when there are so many to choose from :) This bodycon mini dress fits Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies, and we also receive a HUD with 30 texture choices. 10 of those are patterns like the two above, while the other 20 are solid colors which look just as lovely. That one I chose on the right above with the hat-wearing puppies (Pomeranians?) melted my heart ♥.
I selected the MELODY AMELIE FATPACK to show you next because it has some similarities to the one above it, yet has some distinctive features worth noting too :) Like Serina, it is provided in sizes for Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya bodies, and has slender spaghetti straps to hold up a flattering mini dress. This one's skirt is wrapped around both sides with almost a tulip styling, and the provided HUD contains 20 terrific options for texturing. They are a mix of solids and prints, but again I was drawn to the playful patterns as you can tell :)
I'm wrapping things up tonight with the casual cutie called MELODY PAULA FATPACK. This group gift's cropped sweater and jeans with knee holes are a fun pairing, each in Erika, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh body sizing. As you can guess, we also receive a HUD to change the look with 20 solids for the top, 20 solids and 20 prints for our pants. I greatly appreciate having all those options available, so I can wear this look over and over without it ever being the same twice :) It will look just as nice with closed toe heels or sandals as with sneakers, and I don't feel like it needs a ton of jewelry...maybe just a simple necklace and earrings set.
