Hiya everyone! Tonight I switched things up by visiting another Halloween themed event, the SWANK event whose current round features a pumpkin hunt for all the members of their free group. It's called a hunt but I think of it more as gathering a harvest of pumpkins, which are found quite easily at many of the displays on both floors of this large event. The pumpkins have the Swank logo on the front in gold, which goes beautifully with the traditional orange of the pumpkin rind. There are so many generous designers taking part here, and many of the gifts are themed for the season so you can expect spooky levels of creativity too :)
My first look this evening will need to be clicked for the full view. It is the **BARONESS MEINSTER DRACULA BRIDE STYLE COMPLET OUTFIT** prize from V8 Underground, and is one of two I found here from them. (I am saving the other for another day, as this is absolutely a multi-post event!) This stunning look includes the dress, gloves, and heels each in sizes for Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. Then we can add the headpiece and necklace, both unrigged and adjustable, and there are 2 BOM layers here - the stockings and the makeup. The black cat eye liner and bold red lips are an Evo X compatible addition, and I removed the headpiece on the right so you could see them a bit clearer. The dress really is the star of the show with the dramatic train and thigh-high slit, not to mention the right shoulder with ribbons floating upward like flames!
Next we get a little bit mystical and very sexy with the anny's Fashion gift called [AF] Merga Bien Halloween Spider Set Black. The dress is sheer with a horde of spiders crawling about like lace, and there is a thong panty built in for a touch of modesty. The dress is provided in Freya, Isis, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes, with boots that fit Belleza, Legacy, Maitreya, and Slink feet. Then we can add the BOM stockings, the jaunty hat, black bat wings, and/or the broom that has a built in hold pose as shown. I always appreciate having several separate components like this to decide how many I want to wear at once, to go subtle or showy.
Another gift with seasonal spirit is the [4U] ~ cocktail Collection ~ 003 HALLOWEEN HUNT dress. The bare shouldered look is always a winner with me, and the long black ruffle is the perfect complement to the fabric of the main dress with black background adorned in flowers, greenery, and dancing skeletons. See, that's where the seasonal flavor is :) We receive the dress in classic M and fitmesh M for classic avatars, along with sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Voluptuous mesh bodies. The necklace is also included, in sizing for classic, Belleza, Legacy, Maitreya, Ocacin, and Slink bodies.
The [ZEX] pumpkin contains their Vermika Sexy mini dress, Black which as you can see lives up to its name quite accurately :) There are Erika, Erika Squeezed, Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Perky, Push Up, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, and Reborn Juicy sizes included, all with that empire waist of an open weave like fishnet and two daring side slits. The slightly frilled sweetheart neckline is a terrific detail as well, just adding to the sex appeal.
My final look of the evening is also fairly flirtatious, while being perfect for this time of year. The VERA DRESS HALLOWEEN by BA Store v3 is our Black Angel Store gift, and fits Altamura, eBody Curvy, Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Tonic Minim mesh bodies. We also get a handy HUD with 10 texture choices, all of which have similar sheer bra cups and black lace at the hem, with trim that matches the coloring of the haunting scene depicted. I am a big fan of this brand, so I was naturally excited to receive a free gift from them in this hunt :)
It was a more peaceful day here, and I think I managed to get a little more rest than the few days prior, so that is certainly a plus. It is going to be more than just a coin flip but an entire roll of dice to help me decide what to blog tomorrow, LOL, with many hunts and events to choose from that all have such amazing offerings. I'm trying to keep things fresh and provide variety, so not a bunch of the same event in a row, so it is a good thing there are several possibilities. Unpacking the Swank prizes this morning took ages because of the sheer volume, I am SO grateful for the bounty of gifts and just adore these treats.
