Hiya everyone! Despite the date, my blog today is neither unlucky nor spooky, but filled with freebies and bargains that will be excellent for this weekend and beyond. I seem to have taken a formal turn at the beginning, so if you pick up something fancy I suggest heading to your favorite club and showing it off. The dollarbie hunt prize at the start is another May Flowers Hunt prize (I showed one a few days ago also) and there are some SLF&O group gifts along with a gorgeous gacha goodie. Enjoy!
I feel like a fairy princess in this amazing gown from @AdReNaLiZeD@, their Flutter gown which is the $1L hunt prize for the May Flowers hunt. It comes in standard mesh sizes and is adorned with plenty of butterflies, along with the lovely flowers at the hem. The top is a huge butterfly whose wings cover you in all the right places, and just look at the delicate straps in the back. So pretty!
Precious Designs and Rowena's Designs have relocated, and I have some goodies from their new home for the SLF&O group to share tonight. This gown is another that just takes my breath away, the {RS} Samar Gown from Rowena's Designs. I do love showing off pretty nailpolish, and tonight I have been wearing a lovely gacha prize from alaskametro <3 found at On9. This is the rare Glitter HUD with all 10 nail colors featured on the other prizes in the gacha (there are also eyeshadows and lip colors, it's a makeup bonanza!) in glittery form. The gacha is $20L per try, a remarkable bargain and well worth the visit.

Hiya everyone! I have some goodies from a few different stores for you tonight, all gifts for the SLF&O group (that stands for Second Life Free & Offers) which is free to join and I have blogged gifts from before. More good news, these gifts all include HUDs so you can have multiple texture choices for each item, reducing bulk in your inventory and giving you extra variety. Let's have a look!
First we have a sexy strapless dress from Entice, their Unbelievable Dress in Tile. It comes in the usual mesh sizes and includes a texture change HUD with all 3 choices shown above.
Next we have one of a few SLF&O gifts from Precious Designs, this one being their *PD* If Your Happy. (The grammar fanatic in me wanted to correct that so badly!) This comes with a texture change HUD for 6 choices for the underlayer, 3 of which are shown above. The pattern itself stays the same, just several color variations :)
Another alluring gift from Precious Designs is their *PD* Stormy Weather, a lovely corset and panties set. Each mesh piece comes in 5 sizes, and the included HUD has 6 color choices for each so you can mix and match if you wish.
Precious Designs shares their store with Rowena Designs, and they have several SLF&O group gifts available as well, same area (either side of the Midnight Mania and lucky boards). These adorable overalls are one of those gifts, called {RS} Daisey Overalls. This comes with a HUD for 6 colors each, overalls and the shirt beneath. They are a single mesh piece however, 5 sizes to choose from, so it's nice to be able to pick the colors separately.
One last gift for the night, this wonderful coat from Rowena Designs, their {RS} Xmas Coat with 5 standard sizes plus a fitmesh size. Don't let the name fool you, this comes with a HUD for 6 color options for each the dress and the belt, so you can wear it in non-seasonal colors if you wish. I like being able to change the belt color separately too, as you can see above it can make for a nice pop of accent color.
No nail note again as I've gone with the Slink default HUD that came with my hands. As for me, I've got my house back to its usual peace and quiet as the houseguest left this morning. It went better than I'd feared though so it's all good. Hiya everyone! It's been a fairly peaceful day here, although a hot one, so I'm glad to be relaxing and sharing some fresh magpie treasures with all of you :) We have some Midnight Mania prizes, and marketplace goodies, and a lovely free gift I stumbled upon by happy accident.
Here is the dress I found by sheer serendipity, an adorable free gift from La Bonbonniere that is no group required, just set out for $0L. The name is Avery and it comes with a HUD for 4 color choices, of which I've shown two. I'm enjoying the loose belt and the pretty draping of the skirt.
One of my Midnight Mania prizes I received was this sassy dress from Precious Designs, named You're Not The Only One. The included HUD gives you 7 color choices and believe me, it's hard to choose when they all look like this! As you might notice in the picture, the skirt picks up the slightest hint of the top's color. Those straps in the back are mighty daring, aren't they? :)
These shirts are actually two different Midnight Mania prizes from the same store, Kingbal Stores, and I figured since they're so similar I'd share them in the same photo. These are fun because they've got such sweet feminine patterns, but their wild side is that they are completely bare in the back! That halter strap holding them on is the only thing you see from behind, well besides lots of your skin ;) I think they'd look great with a tight skirt or even your favorite jeans, some pretty heels and perhaps a belly chain or ring.
Another adventurous Midnight Mania goodie is this tight mini dress with the wild pattern (am I the only one reminded of the old Asteroids game by this print?) from Maica Fashions. This looks great for a fun night out, and for shoes I'd probably pick something colorful that matches any one of those colors in that pattern to really make it pop. Not that there's anything wrong with a classic black shoe, go with your instincts and your mood to make it your own look :)
Finally we have a Marketplace freebie find, this is Aqua Reflections by Dani's Designs. You'll find included not only the dress in standard mesh sizes and these slouchy high heeled boots, but not shown are a coral lipgloss layer, lashes tattoo, facelight with HUD, and French nails on a glove layer. I love the design on the skirt, the gold edging on those flowers is heavenly!
Miscellaneous post notes...my nails are also a Marketplace freebie that I've probably blogged before, the HUD has 3 colors but I stuck with the black for all these photos. It's got subtle little flowers on it. I changed skins but kept the parted lips tattoo layer and I must say I think it looks even better with this lipstick. Maybe the other skin's lipstick was too subtle to provide enough contrast to look right.

Hiya everyone! I got the notecard from the SLF&O group for their currently available group gifts, and had a great time picking up free gifts from a variety of generous designers. It's always an adventure :)
First we have this beautiful dress from Hilly Haalan, and you know how much I love when a dress gives a great back view as well as a lovely front view. The subtle floral pattern is accentuated nicely by the bow in the back beneath the plunging neckline.
This dress from Giulia Design is called Brook White, and comes with several additions and options, such as the bracelets and necklace I'm wearing here. The prim flower with attached flexi scarf at the bodice is one option, and there are flexi pieces for the shoulders that aren't shown. I love the asymmetrical hemline and the ruffles along it.
For a gift that includes an impressive amount of extras, Brii Underground Wear can always be counted on to deliver. This free gift for the SLF&O group contains the top and skirt in standard mesh sizes, plus the shoes for Slink High feet, the bracelets, necklace, sunglasses, earrings, the ring on my right hand, and the tattoos on my left leg in several system layers including a tattoo layer. Not shown is the makeup layer of deep red lipstick and smokey eyes. Sooooo many goodies in one astoundingly generous gift :)
The final gift for this evening is this delightful dress from Precious Designs, called Get it Girl, and in this dress you'll surely get plenty of compliments! It comes with a color change HUD with 6 choices, and I couldn't resist showing you the back that reminds me of a flower. All those cutouts, you're bound to turn heads.

Well I had a change of plans for today's blog since I found out that one of my favorite stores, Rowena Springflower and Precious Designs (okay that's two in one) is having a 1st Anniversary hunt. I didn't see anything mentioned anywhere about how long it's lasting, and for that reason I made it a high priority to get the word out. I've blogged lovely things from their lucky boards and midnight manias twice before, and these are more wonderful treasures with those oh-so-useful HUDs to change the colors.
The hunt is simple, all in the one building, 10 butterflies...5 red ones from Precious Designs, 5 purple ones from Rowena Springflower. They're not terribly big, so wander around and they'll rez when you get near enough, and look high and low and places like plants and such. Another hint I'll give is to be sure to check out the models too, perhaps butterflies like models :) Okay here we go...
This is actually 2 of the prizes, the dress is #3 from Precious and the shoes (for slink high) are #1 from her also. They each have a HUD with 7 colors, so you can suit any mood. I am so loving that flirty zipper detail on the dress, and it may be hard to tell but the shoes have little spikes all over.
This is prize #2 from Precious, a very pretty jacket, and I must apologize that I have no idea where the black panties I'm wearing came from...you can barely see them but it's something I've had for several years and tend to always have them on in case of mesh/alpha issues. So the jacket comes with a HUD of 7 colors as well, plenty of versatility.
So much fun, this is prize #4 from Precious and I simply had to include a screenshot of the HUD as well as showing you the dress itself. The name of the dress is Leslie, and is a fun way to express your feelings.
This is the 5th and final prize from Precious, called Ain't It Fun, and why yes it is! The HUD has 5 colors for the skirt, but the shirt remains black, and I hope my hair isn't completely hiding the little ruffle detail around the neck. I also like the side slit on the skirt.
Meet the beautiful Asami, which is prize #1 from Rowena. Our HUD changes it to your choice of 5 colors, with the stunning dragon remaining on all. Being a lover of dragons in general, this dress has extra appeal to me because of that.
Prize #2 from Rowena is this skirt and blouse set called Ednah, and even though it is worn as one mesh piece, the HUD has 5 colors for each skirt and blouse to change independently. This makes for so many possibilities, love that!
When I chose the red from the 5 color HUD for Saira, this lovely gown which is #4 from Rowena, it reminded me of Jessica Rabbit :) I'm not bad, I'm just rezzed that way? You've got 4 other colors to choose from on the HUD if you aren't in the mood for red. You can also catch a tiny glimpse of #5, the Saira shoes for slink high feet, but since you can't quite see them well enough I took a close up shot...
There we go, now you can see the ribbon details in all their glory :) These shoes have a HUD with 10 colors to choose from, that's like 10 amazing pairs of shoes for free! You need this in your inventory :)
I'm sorry for blogging these out of order, my photos were taken out of order and I got myself a little mixed up, but this is prize #3 from Rowena. This playful combo is Hazan halter and skirt, and the HUD includes 5 colors for each. The buckles add such a fun touch.

As a quick break between hunts, a palate cleanser if you will, I decided to show you some more terrific prizes from the lucky boards and mini manias at Rowena Springflower and Precious Designs. One of my first posts actually was a few of their treasures, and I mentioned then about how much I appreciate that both designers include HUDs to change the colors/textures of the clothing. It makes for so much more variety and doesn't overload the inventory so much :) They share a store, there is a dividing line on the floor that shows where one ends and the other begins, but the lucky boards and mini/midnight manias are all together upstairs. Group gifts and sales event goodies are there too, it's a treasure trove!
This adorable romper is from Precious Designs and is called Brick House. It's all one piece, and I love the ruffles down the front and the little tie at the waistband. 5 rich colors on one color HUD, your choice what color mood you're in today. This was from a lucky board.
Here's another of Precious Designs lucky board goodies, if you want a long but casual dress that comes with a HUD of 5 really bright colors. This is called Cheryl Gown.
This outfit from Rowena Springflower's lucky boards is so cute I had to show it twice :) It's called Jessie, and there is one HUD that handles both the crop top and jeans but you can change the colors independently so it's a mix-and-match delight. The back of the top is simply a string, very sexy!
I just noticed I went with all casual treasures today, as my last Rowena Springflower outfit of the night is a very cute jumpsuit called Cassidy. Another 5-color HUD, and I love the sassy cutouts on the sides along with that deep neckline that really shows off a pretty necklace. That leads to my next treasure...
Here's a closer look at the necklace I chose to show above, a midnight mania board prize from CPD (Chaos, Panic and Disorder!). When you visit their store, head downstairs and you'll find 4 lucky chairs that change every 5 minutes, and 2 midnight mania boards which deliver and reset to a new gift as soon as they're full. Visit often enough, and you could wind up with a lot of exciting new jewelry in a relatively short amount of time! This particular Triknot necklace came with a mens version which I believe had a fang instead of a crystal. Some sets include earrings, other sets are for petites, it's an excellent variety.
