Hiya everyone! Tonight I have more Twisted Fall 2019 Hunt prizes to share, as they are plentiful and fantastic :) They are also rather tricky to find, so please see my previous 2 posts for helpful tips. We are looking for bloodstained black cubes, a very suitable match for the Damned theme this round. Good luck and don't get fooled by all the decoy cubes!
My first look of the evening is the Dutchess of Damned from ~KRAKT~, who are also offering a Duke of Damned for the gentlemen. This dress is included in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes, with built in collar and laced back.
Next we see the sensual Steel & Ink prize called S&I Damned THF 2019. The outfit is a single mesh piece and the boots are another, with each provided in Hourglass, Physique, and Maitreya sizing. The outfit has built in panties and curious red splashes...some of whatever that mystery liquid is also seems to have gotten onto the boots ;) I am digging the peeptoe boots with peeps of skin between the rear straps, too.
The prize from KeiPoP! is their Dark Nights dress, which comes rigged for the Maitreya mesh body. I love the shades of purple, and the star shaped cutout on the front. Handkerchief hems are always a plus, too, especially below the crossed straps around the waist.
The correct cube at Applique` Chic holds their AC: Damned Twisted Outfit, which like the prior gift above comes in a single Maitreya size. It is all one piece, and features this round's cube texture so it makes a fun souvenir of this hunt experience.
My final look of the evening is from Pink Cream Pie and is called !PCP :: Ruby Dress [Succubus]. The layered appearance shows artwork of a succubus in between the tears of a shredded top, but there are also a few rips in the rear as you can see. The prize includes sizes for Freya, Hourglass, and Maitreya mesh bodies, plus a HUD with which you can toggle the panties on or off. You can't see them from this angle, but they are there ;) Or not, your choice with the HUD. If you are in the mood to wear somewhere that modesty is an issue, you could always toggle the panties off and layer some jeans beneath.
My day was nothing unusual, other than watching the first preseason hockey game of the season for my local/favorite team. It did not go well, LOL, but we got a good look at some of the new players who are expected to be the future of the team. Hiya everyone! I am back tonight with more Twisted Hunt treats, from the main hunt and a side hunt, and even a trio of Midnight Manias that are only available for the duration of the hunt. That shows how this is more than your standard hunt, but has many extras along the way to enjoy. I also am excited to share an offer from Entice found at the Designer Showcase, which you can see in the very first image tonight.
This is the lovely Entice - Fancy Pants Suit, which you can find at Designer Showcase in individual colors for $199L each or a fatpack of all 12 colors plus a mix and match HUD for $599L. The jacket, shirt, and shorts each change separately with the fatpack HUD and there are solids as well as prints in plenty of shades for any taste. I am partial to HUDs so will generally recommend the versatility of fatpacks, which in this case is an excellent bargain as well. The Designer showcase runs until the 27th so you have two weeks remaining to visit, and the direct link for the event is in my ending credits. Did you immediately recognize that blue and gold print as the Twisted hunt cube? :) If so, you are absolutely right, as this is the prize from ~KRAKT~ called Atlantis Lady, which consists of the bikini (single piece mesh) and separate robe each in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique. There is also a mens prize included, a pair of pants in a similar watery texture.
If you visited Mishmash Fusion for the Twisted Hunt but didn't click those Midnight Mania boards in the landing area, I urge you to head back over and give them a click so you can win some beautiful mini dresses. This is the ~*MF*~ Lilian Mer Dress in Rainbow, and is included in a standard fitted version plus sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, eBody, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique. There are two other boards as well, and yes I am about to show you those prizes :)
On the left is the Mishmash Fusion midnight mania prize Lilian Mer Dress - Ocean, and on the right is Lilian Mer Dress - Sea. They each come in the same sizes as the previous photo's dress of course, since it's the same style but in different glorious colors. The scale pattern and water shimmers are so pretty, and the shape of the dress suits a mermaid theme really well.
Sn@tch is participating in the Twisted Hunt too, with a main prize and a mini hunt for 5 little starfish around their store. The hair I'm wearing here is their Sn@tch Emma Hair (TWISTED/MERMAID PACK) which is their main prize. The hair comes with a HUD that lets you pick from 12 color combos, two of which are seen above. It is a sleek and shiny style, nearly waist length with just the right amount of body. My necklace is one of the mini hunt prizes, Sn@tch Shell Necklace, with a built in resize script so you can adjust as needed. Another terrific mini hunt prize is a set of 3 bikinis, two of which I'm wearing in this photo. They are the Sn@tch Sugar Sheer Bikini 3 Pack, and include system layers plus an Omega HUD in Aqua, Blue, and Violet. Each color has a contrasting shade of lace trim, and they are quite sheer so if my hair were not covering them, I'd have had to add a couple of photoshop flowers to hide my nipples. They make great lingerie as well as revealing swimwear, it is up to you as always how you prefer to wear things and make them your own.
I apologize for not blogging yesterday, I just wound up really frazzled and took an unplanned mental health break I guess. Things lately have been emotionally draining, and I think they built up too much and became overwhelming. I'm okay, and glad to be back, I just think I might need to take little breaks occasionally to keep myself steady and calm. Hiya everyone! Tonight we will be exploring more Fall 2017 Twisted Hunt prizes, bringing beauty to our homes and fingertips as well as our wardrobes. The Twisted Hunt is a free gridwide hunt that takes place twice a year, considered the hardest hunt in SL, and this round's theme is Victorian Gothic with a color of Burgundy Wine. The gently spinning cubes are that color, and many of the prizes feature it as well, some even with the same exact texture as the cube. There are plenty of treats from side hunts to discover as well, and many prizes contain male and female versions or are unisex for all to appreciate. That includes some terrific home furnishings, even skyboxes, so plenty of ways to enjoy the theme.
Sinfully Seddy has this beautiful Bitter Romance Gown and Parasol hiding in their cube for the ladies, and a suit and top hat for the gentlemen. The gown comes in sizes for Hourglass, Physique, Maitreya, TMP, and a standard avatar version, while the parasol has a hold pose and a resize script built in. I love the extra touches of the purple bodice with black lace overlay. I found that the prize from Fallen Arms: Rough goes very well with this look, it is the Craftian Monocle which has a purplish tinted lens and some playful tentacles holding it in place.
Our next stop is ~KRAKT~ where you will find this Victoria Female Gift (as well as a male gift) hiding in their cube. The dress comes in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes, while the shrug style jacket is in 4 fitmesh sizes (XS, S, M, L). Please excuse the transparency issue my new hair is causing, the jacket is solid across the shoulders and has that lovely black bow you see in the front. On the right you can see that the dress is striking without the jacket as well.
#bye has an alluring gift waiting for us, their Fall 2017 Twisted Hunt gown. It comes in standard mesh sizes plus a fitted version, along with Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes. The version for Maitreya is named differently but I checked and it is the same gorgeous dress. I paired it with the hunt gift from Syren's Song, their Blood Stone Collar, a ruby or garnet-like heart held in place by black leather. It will be an ideal accessory for anything you decide to wear it with.
This photo will need to be clicked to see it full size, to fully appreciate the decor from Dreamscapes Art Gallery. This is their *Victoria* Fireplace & Picture, 4 pieces in all, consisting of the fireplace with a Land Impact of 3 whose fire can be clicked to turn on or off, picture with LI of 1, and two sconces with a LI of 2 each for a total of 8 LI. The set is rezzed out at once, if you are in edit mode (just right click anything and then choose edit from the pie menu, minimize the edit window and drag out your items from inventory) then you can move them as one intact piece to position them. Since they are copyable, you can rez out multiple sets and fill your entire home if you so choose.
One last look for the evening, this is our prize from Inevitable Madness called Twisted Victorian Nails. There are appliers for Belleza, Maitreya, Omega, Slink, and Vista, each offering 4 designs: silhouettes of a wolf, owl, or raven, and the ombre of black to burgundy to nearly white. Mix and match or choose your favorite of the moment, your nails will thank you for adorning them so richly.
Hair note of the night: Truth Hair has released their September VIP group gift, and it is so much fun! The name is Athena and there is a full set of color HUDs as with all the VIP gifts, I chose a redhead selection here. The stylist HUD lets you have both sides down and curly, or one pulled back into a braid, or even the full side swept back with that pretty plait. There are 3 wisps of bangs that can be turned on individually or all turned off at once, so there is quite a lot of variety happening in this exuberant hairdo.

Please remember that is is appropriately billed as the hardest hunt in SL, so I highly suggest joining the group and looking over their website for tips and guidance. The prizes are always worth the effort so I look forward to their hunts with nervous anticipation each spring and fall, knowing that I will be cursing the cubes yet so grateful for the rewards I earn by finding them. It makes a nice change of pace from staring at April the giraffe's hindquarters waiting for her to give birth, LOL!
If you would like to join me in being a nature spirit, find the hidden cube at Dramazone and open up those boxes inside, this is gift 1 of 2 and is a very generously detailed outfit. It starts with the dress in plenty of sizes (standard small, standard large, eBody, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique) and tall heels for Slink high or Maitreya. The added touches include mesh sleeves (standard sizes), the animated butterfly atop my head, attachments for the chest, upper arms, upper and lower legs, and those gorgeous roses. Even matching panties and the vines on my legs are included, system layers and Omega appliers for each. For an elegant look (or two), I eagerly dove into the prize from ~Krakt~ called Infinity Bliss Female, and yes there is a matching outfit for the men. This dress comes in 8 fitmesh sizes including Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink, and the detailed texturing is quite remarkable. On the right I paired it with the lovely prize from LOMO by [ IBAN ], their Mesh Scarf Mag Infinity, which has a handy resize HUD included. The jewels adorning it really add to its charm, as you can see in the closer view of the inset. It will go with so many favorites already in your inventory, and I expect it'll be very striking against a black or white outfit too.
One last look of the evening, this fun outfit is hiding in the cube at Steel&Ink. It is called Infinity Womens and has a few different shades of green highlighted with gold so it reminded me of both the ocean and St. Paddy's Day. The jacket and skirt each include standard mesh sizes plus Belleza Freya, Belleza Isis, Belleza Venus, eBody (jacket only), Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine. Hiya everyone! Tonight is another installment of prizes from the Twisted Hunt Fall 2016, the free gridwide hunt considered and billed as the hardest hunt in SL. As you can see, it is definitely worth the effort :) I am still working my way through the hunt, slowly but surely, and enjoying all the extras such as side hunts. As I have mentioned in prior posts, the theme is Divination and the cube color is steel blue, both making appearances in most of the hunt prizes.
My first look is the exotic Twisted Diviner Gift F from ~KRAKT~ and you can see how the design of the cubes are making several appearances here. The prize consists of the top (and matching panties hiding beneath the skirt) in system layers and an Omega HUD, while the skirt and shawl each come in plenty of mesh sizes including Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink. I love the details on the back and front, those draped jewels are a wonderful touch.
I couldn't resist sharing the prize from Dekute Dekore, #44 in the hunt path, called Mesh Divination Table. You will receive two versions, one whose menu is owner only, and when you sit in the chair with the cube-patterned blanket draped over it you get a menu for 3 poses: bored, waiting, and divine which you see above. The other chair's pose options are wait, listen, and cry, and the table has a few clickable items built in. The candle flame turns off and on with a touch, and the dowsing board in the center will emote answers (seems like yes or no questions from what I saw) when you click it.
I kept the previous skirt on to show you another shirt and a great choker too. The top is prize #20 from Horr Menswear, whose ladies' line is called AMBI and this is their Saint Lucie Top. It is included in many mesh sizes: standard, Freya, Isis, Venus, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, and Maitreya. The intriguing necklace I am enjoying is from Atomic Faery (#47) called I Ching Trigram Choker, and it includes a HUD with 8 trigram designs in 4 colors each so 32 total choices. The vendor ad for this item says that trigrams are the building blocks for i ching.
Get Frocked is #54 in the hunt, and their gift for us is a Twisted Hunt Dress & Jacket in standard mesh sizes plus Maitreya and Slink versions. The style is ideal for those early autumn evenings where the heat of the day is just evaporating to a breezy night.
My last look is a closer view of the beautiful nails I have been enjoying tonight, courtesy of Rad Designs who are #64 in our hunt path. The THF 16 HUD is compatible with Slink, Omega, and Maitreya, and offers 6 bluesy designs to choose from. Rad Designs has combined with Mishmash Fusion for a side hunt, so expect to see some looks from that soon :)

I have more prizes to share from the Twisted Hunt, which ends on the 19th so it's wrapping up in less than a week...time to get moving if you want to take part :) It is certainly challenging, but really well worth it, especially when you can find great goodies like the ones I'm showing below.
Let's start with this playful lingerie by ~KRAKT~ who are #068 in the hunt. It includes system layers for top and beneath the skirt along with an Omega applier, and of course the skirt itself with its delightful bows. The womens outfit is called Yin, and the mens is called Yang, appropriately enough. I accessorized with the gorgeous Duality Pendant from TempT. If you love it as I do, head on over to #078 and find that cube!
You have seen me blog Rowena's Designs before (slight name change from Rowena Springflower) and know that I appreciate both the designs and the frequent use of HUDs to let us chance colors/textures, allowing for that versatility I admire so. Well this is their prize (#087) for the Twisted hunt, {RS} Qi Dress, and the HUD has 5 color options for the trim/decor. I showed 3 of the 5, the others being yellow and red, and I thought the dark grey on the right was particularly worth a look because it's so subtle. The style and shape are lovely.
If you head next door to the adjoining store Precious Designs, who are #088, you can find this sweet flared mini dress with its 7-textured HUD. Now you'll notice from the back view that the alpha layer is a bit wonky, so my suggestion is to go without it and choose one of the fitmesh sizes (it does come with standard sizes in each fitted and regular mesh) and be sure to wear undies ;) If you have a similar style dress in your inventory, you might have an alpha that will work out, but this dress is too lovely to dismiss in my book.
If you love mesh but still enjoy the delicate fluttering of flexi, this dress from {MOEKO} offers both. Their sweet Afterlife gown has standard mesh sizes, plus the delicate flexi lace layer shown on the right, so you can decide which way of wearing it suits your mood. There is something ethereal about it, so it fits the season.

Hiya everyone! I am pleased to share with you the first part of the nails from the Spookify Your Body Hunt. I decided to split it into 2 posts so it's not so photo-heavy, so now you already know what to look forward to in tomorrow's post as well. I do have a sexy outfit from the same hunt to start out with though...
This is a very playful lingerie set from ~KRAKT~ which is just called Spooky Gift. It includes system layers of top and bottom and stockings, along with appliers for Maitreya and Omega. I used the Omega applier on my Slink feet for the first time and as you can see, that worked out just fine :) First life me is not a fan of spiders by any stretch of the imagination, but Second Life me apparently isn't opposed to rocking an occasional outfit with several spiders and their webs, in some sensitive places no less. The little faces and ghosts on the fabric are really cute, too.
In the first photo I was wearing the glossy black ghosts from Hello Dave's wonderful gift for this hunt, which is prize #1 and called Spookify. The HUD works for Slink and Omega, and has a generous 25 buttons in 5 rows with a note explaining that the top and third rows are the glossy versions of the same designs in matte on the second and 4th rows. Those are the single ghosts in 5 colors in the left photo (matte on my left hand, glossy on the right, hard to tell the difference in the photo) and the multiple ghosts on the right half of the photo. Glasgow Grin is store #3 in the hunt, and was set for sale for $1L instead of $0L (the number of hunts going on at once and variations in price have got to be confusing if a store is participating in several) so here is what you get for your tiny little linden. Their HUDs are for Omega and Slink, and have 8 different black designs on the pumpkiny orange background color. I think my favorites are the ghost with his tongue out (my right index finger) and the haunted house silhouette (left index) or perhaps even the black cat on my right middle fingernail. They're all good choices, and mixing and matching is fun!
Our last set of nails for the day is the one I gave a slight sneak peek of yesterday, #22 from {Purrsnickitty}. Their Webby Nails come in two HUDs for Slink fingers and Slink toes, and the toes is (still) the only one that works for me. As you can see though, the toes HUD allowed me to apply to individual nails to each fingertip, so you can see all 8 colors with their artfully draped cobwebs.

Hiya everyone! I got a tiny start on the Welcome To Summer Hunt, just the first few stores, and 2 of them are nail stores so that gives you a good idea what to expect tonight ;) You are looking for a flat prim of a blended drink (daiquiri?) that looks tasty and refreshing. The hunt is organized by the Nail It Good! store owners, so they have provided the first two prizes. I wish their hunt blog with the hints had preview pictures, especially with their other June hunt being not free, since I really don't pay even a single $1L for something unknown, sight unseen, if I can help it. Plenty of people seem to feel differently and that's their choice, I just stick with my personal preference :) Well let's take a look at some fun summery gifts!!
My shirt here says Summer Camp 2015, and it along with the shorts is the prize from #4 Krakt. Those are system layers, but the prize includes appliers for Maitreya and Omega so you can enjoy with your choice of mesh bodies if they're your thing :) The nails are a quick glimpse at prize #1B from Nail It Good! so I did a rainbow of nails to share...
The design on my pinky here is on all the nails above, but as you can see there are a lot of gorgeous choices on this HUD!
I kept the shorts on to wear with the prize from HolliPocket, who are #5 in the hunt, and this cute shirt is called Rock My Bits Baby in Dotty Coal. For this manicure I went with a choice from prize #1A, the other Nail It Good! treasure, and here's a better look at a variety from that HUD...
These have a distinctly beachy vibe, all sand and sea, and I love it! I think the word 'summer' is showing backwards on my nails, it's written in the sand on my ring finger and in white on the middle finger. They're still super cute and who is going to be cammed in close enough to read my nails anyway? ;) I really am happy that Slink did their upgrade to allow different nails like this, sooo much fun!
My last picture is another nail shot, these are the beauties from Rad Designs and you will find 6 neon background colors for the sweet little flip flops on each nail. This is stop #2 on the hunt trail :)
There are 18 stores in this hunt, so expect to see plenty more goodies here tomorrow and maybe even another day. I still can't believe this was the only free hunt starting June 1st that I could find. I don't remember this being such a slow month for hunts before, although the winter holidays do seem to be busier for hunts (Halloween and Christmas themes mostly). I'll probably pick up a few choice dollarbies from the non-free hunts and show you those :)
