Kiyomizu Bon Odori

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I've got some lucky board prizes to share from the Kiyomizu Mall, who are holding their annual Bon Odori festival. We don't need any particular group tag to participate, just click to sit on a yellow dance pad and you will be animated to dance around a circle, with tents surrounding us that have the lucky boards in front. After dancing for 120 seconds (two minutes, countdown in hovertext at your feet) you will be able to click any board that has your initial on it :) Many of the boards have multiple prizes inside, and the timing is randomized but generally under 10 minutes. Over the years I've gotten used to watching for the initials in local chat, in English among the Japanese text from the boards. I hope you have your camera controls showing, because you may need to cam around the ring and find your initial when it shows up. The dancing is lovely by the way, and the people are a mix of human and non-human avatars that are sometimes in traditional Japanese fashions. Always a pleasure! There are prizes for men, women, hamsters, Lucie doll avatars...it is a generous mixture.

My first look of the evening is a pairing of two **milky-way prizes, starting with the YUKATA Himawari. This sunflower-adorned yukata comes in a single size which fits the Maitreya body fairly well with use of the included alpha layer, and is just so beautiful with the wide belt and intricate bow in the back. The best footwear option was also available on these lucky boards, our **milky-way Yukata Geta 3 for Maitreya. These sandals are beautifully designed to add height, rather like platform shoes, with the initial intention of keeping our clothing up and away from the ground which keeps it clean. I'm not particularly tall in RL, 5'4" or so, which means that adding height while still being comfortable sounds like a great idea to me!

Another of several yukatas in the **milky-way boards is this stunning YUKATA F-2 Pink. It also comes in a single size that fit my Maitreya body nicely, with the alpha coming in handy once again :) There are men's yukatas on the board too, so be sure to tell a male-avatared friend if you wish. It's nice to have extra company there too, as when Xan and I are dancing there together we are constantly voice chatting (Discord, not the SL client) and helping each other pointing out where to find our initials.

Shiorin's Mart is a favorite stop of mine on the seasonal Kiyomizu hunts, so winning prizes from their lucky board is also a delight :) On the left above I am wearing the =CS= KIYOMIZU HUNT PRIZE 2024BONODORI-1 prize in pretty teal, with =CS= KIYOMIZU HUNT PRIZE 2024BONODORI-2 in soft pink on the right. Each bikini has the top and bottom linked to wear at once, with sizes for Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. The patterns are so fun, with lovely hand fans which say the name of the mall on a few. Another brand has fans we can hold too, with dancing AOs built in, so keep an eye out for those too!

Summertime and its hot weather can tempt us to indulge in cool treats, like I've done here with the .:H/D:. Waffle Icecream - Strawberry prize from Honey Dragon. The yummy ice cream is in a waffle cone wrapped in pink paper to keep things neat, and it comes in biggie and dinkie sizes each with single or double scoops. I'm wearing the double scoop biggie size :) Of course my gorgeous dress is a lucky board prize too, the *R&R* Summer Mini Dress which is rigged for the Maitreya mesh body. I adore the iridescent swirling stars, which really pop against the aqua background and go well with the lighter colored hem ruffle.

My final look of the night is a double as well, two terrific prizes that is :) The dress is our stunning .:*:.Love Letter.:*:.White dress prize, which fits Maitreya Lara 5.3 like a dream. The pale color will show off your summer tan, and the sundress style is just perfect for this time of year. My Hapi*Rabi Nails C Summer-nnp are one of the three prizes in their lucky board, a fantastic set of mesh nails in soft purple floral ombre that fades to nude at the cuticles. The square tips really show off the manicure nicely :) They are designed for Belleza, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn hands, just use the body's HUD to hide the built in nails and add the corresponding size from the prize's folder. Easy peasy :) 

It was a pretty good day here, and I think my outing went fairly well. We drove for about 20 minutes, and it was back roads so we saw horses, alpacas, and lots of deer. One family of deer was crossing the road in front of us though, a bit scary until they were situated all on the same side of the road so we could pass by safely. I think that was 2 adults and 2 young, still had their baby fawn spots ♥. We have white-tailed deer in my area so they do grow out of their spots as adults, and if you see antlers it is definitely a male. The horses are fairly common farm animals around here, with the alpacas being the only ones I've seen in the neighborhood so not commonplace. Bon Odori at Kiyomizu

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are taking part in the Bon Odori celebration at the Kiyomizu Mall, a Japanese dance festival to honor the spirits of our ancestors. The mall brings it to us with a ring of dance pads that we can sit on to dance around in a circle, and after 120 seconds of joining the dancing we are eligible to claim prizes from the surrounding lucky boards for free. No group tag needed, just some beautiful dancing :) I've been visiting this mall for years and have shared lucky boards from previous Bon Odori celebrations too, so despite my lack of Japanese heritage I am honored to be able to witness and play a small part in such a wonderful tradition. There is traditional music playing, and some visitors are wearing classical garb while others are charming hamsters or other non-human avatars, so it is even fun for people watching. Some boards have multiple gifts they rotate through, and all letters are called in local chat which I have learned to notice the capital letters in English between the Japanese text, with a number that indicates how long before the letter will change. Then it's a matter of using the camera controls to pan around all the boards to find my initial. This event is open until the 22nd, and a few boards were added this morning (check the inner area so to your left while dancing, not just the outer ring to the right) so it is still being updated and enhanced with more treats for all dancing visitors, so please stop by and enjoy!

My first look is one of several prizes from Frangipani Garden, called *FG* Bikini & Sarong Sweet Greg. This is a one piece original mesh outfit that is created to fit the Maitreya Lara mesh body. This version has a note on the included image saying Caution: Bright and Glitter, which made me smile because you can see in my photo how glowy the edging is. There is an animated glitter aspect too, so this is a very dramatic look to help you turn heads wherever you wear it. My personal lighting settings (is it EEP, whatever replaced windlight?) do make this even more noticeable so your results may vary, but it will be dreamy regardless :)

Another variant of the first look you may also win here is the *FG* Bikini & Sarong 2023 Watermelon outfit. This beauty is also a one piece, Maitreya sized set that has vibrant colors instead of a brightness or glitter to its materials. the multicolored watermelons are bold against the black backdrop with thin streaks of colors, and I am a big fan of the combination.

Shiorin's Mart has two neighboring lucky boards at the event, with prizes that feature vastly different styles yet a similar fabric pattern that looks fantastic on both. This is their =CS= KIYOMIZU HUNT PRIZE 2023BON-ODORI-2 treat, a set that fits Legacy, Maitreya, Petite mesh bodies. The jacket, top, and skirt are separate pieces so we can mix things up a little if we wish, as I did by slipping out of the jacket to reveal the sleeveless white top. Did you notice the great detail of the white buttons on the jacket and the skirt? They bring out the snowy white of the top beneath so nicely.

The name of the other prize probably clued you into the possible name for this flirty swimsuit, which is =CS= KIYOMIZU HUNT PRIZE 2023BON-ODORI-1. The side-laced swimwear fits Legacy and Maitreya mesh bodies, with a larger version of that acorn-dotted fabric that I am enjoying so much. I was already familiar with Shiorin's Mart from their prizes in each round of the seasonal hunts that Kiyomizu Mall organizes, so it is a pleasure as always to see their offerings.

For my final look of the evening, I am sporting not one but two charming prizes which are both from the same lucky board. The outfit on the left is our Hapi*Rabi Phoebe - NLGr prize, with the NLDB on the right. The last two letters seem to indicate green and either dark blue or denim blue, and if neither of these colors are your taste but the style is, there are other versions for sale on the display behind the lucky board :) Each romper is one solid piece with shirt layer and belt built in, included in sizes for Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. The little floral designs on the front are such a sweet touch, and I'm still wearing one of these at the moment inworld but haven't even put on shoes yet, LOL! I'm leaning towards sandals in a dark brown to mimic the belt color. 

Whew, what a day! I had my intake televisit for the anxiety clinic, which went well for a deeply invasive dive into my life and health history ;) The director chose a therapist for me and said he would be in touch within a day or two, which turned out to be less than an hour later which was impressively prompt. The first virtual visit is Thursday afternoon, and will be my third such appointment in 3 days. Tomorrow's is the family doctor who needs to be brought up to speed on this, which I expect will make her very happy since she knows I am struggling. The only downside so far is that I didn't do very well sleeping, probably got 4 hours total, so let's keep some fingers crossed that tomorrow is more restful. By the time Friday rolls around I'll have lots to discuss at dinner with my parents if I get there successfully. Kiyomizu Summer 2022 Hunt

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are exploring the Kiyomizu Summer 2022 hunt, which starts at the Kiyomizu Mall and continues at several of the designers' mainstores. The free gifts can be claimed by locating the ninja cat hiding in each store, and I usually start by perusing the mall and looking for the hunt signs to see if a particular store is participating or not. The scripting for this hunt is fantastic, as those signs help keep track of how many cats are in each store and if they are ready or not. For a personalized list of all the URLs and which ones you have found compared to where you still need to visit, be sure to click a floating ghost above any of the walkways at the mall. These cats can be resized fairly small and hidden inside things (walls, boxes, etc.) and there are no hints, which makes this hunt relatively tricky but it is still very worthwhile and fun. This is the final week of the hunt, as it wraps up on the 10th, but it is still very doable in that timeframe.

If you have ever wondered if a swimsuit can be strapless yet strappy at the same time, look no further than the prize from M*Motion. Their C22 Strap less One-piece is designed to fit the Maitreya mesh body, and has a beautiful pattern of pastel triangles. The open back is where you'll find the straps, crisscrossed to hold things in place perfectly.

I also found the ninja kitty at [Amikko] so I was able to claim their Kiyomizu Hunt 2022 outfit. The dress comes in a fitmesh M size for classic avatars as well as versions for Maitreya and Slink Physique mesh bodies, and the kiwi slice earrings are a playful touch that really complete the look. I think it's very fitting for summer since I do think of fresh fruits this time of year :)

Next we get to take a look at the charming SHOP KERO Saree hunt prize. The dress is a single piece that fits fitmesh M as well as Freya, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine bodies. Then there is a handy HUD that offers 8 colors each for the dress and shawl, with arrows that enable us to adjust the proportions of the pattern on each. As you can see on the right, I made both patterns a little bit bigger as an example.

I also found a wonderful prize at MeltingDots Freebie Store, their adorable Summer Dress Dots. This ruffled sundress is included in Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine sizes, with a similar HUD to the prior gift above. It lets us choose from 6 colors for our background, and we can adjust the size of the polka dot pattern with the arrows. i am a fan of polka dots and sometimes lean towards the larger sizes, but other times the daintier the better. This way I can suit any mood or whim!

My final look of the evening is the Hapi*Rabi Stacy - ksh prize, a truly eye-catching beauty of a dress in Legacy and Maitreya sizing. The details make the difference here, from the bows atop each shoulder to the plunging front and back, to the frill at the hemline. The white floral pattern looks so sweet on the soft teal fabric, and I can easily see myself wearing this a lot throughout the summer and beyond.

I finally watched the rest of Stranger Things today, and was blown away by everything that was revealed. It was intense, intriguing, and I was brought to tears multiple times. Next season is bound to be just as good, although possibly even darker so I will need to be prepared. Springtime in Kiyomizu

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post features some of the wonderful free prizes from the Kiyomizu Spring Hunt 2022, which starts at the Kiyomizu Mall and continues at some of the mainstores of the designers who have branches there. The gifts are hidden with ninja cats, some of which are resized smaller than others, but they all reward you with a free treat just for finding and clicking them. The hunt signs at each store are very cleverly scripted to tell you exactly how many cats are hiding there, also serving to verify that there is (at least) one ready there. Please click a floating ghost above one of the walkways of this outdoor mall to get a list of what kitties you've found so far and where you still need to go, as it makes it easy to ensure that you visit all the mainstores in addition to combing the mall thoroughly enough. We have until the 3rd of April to track down all the cute cats, so have fun with them!

My first look this evening is the Shiorin's Mart prize called =CS= KIYOMIZU HUNT PRIZE 2022SPRING-1. Its shirt with built in tie and pleated mini skirt are each provided in Legacy and Maitreya mesh body sizes. The sleeves match the skirt perfectly with their familiar plaid pattern, and the tie has pretty pink flowers that definitely feel like spring. My nails here are another hunt prize, the KoCha - Nail_Spring Pink C which are a mixed manicure on a Maitreya applier HUD. Just one quick click will polish your nails in various solid shades of pink with a few carefully decorated with white floral nail art. 

Next I changed into the M*Motion C22 KYMZ Spring Dress prize. This strapless mini has tiers of ruffles in shades of grey and mint with a charming pink trim, and is designed to fit the Maitreya mesh body. This type of style makes me think of dancing, maybe from the flappers of the 1920s, and if it reminds me of a fancy bakery cake that just means I might be hungry ;) Gorgeous no matter what it calls to mind though.

The ninja kitty at SHOP KERO has a fun Spring Blouse Suit waiting for all who find and click it. The gift includes the blouse and skirt each in sizes for Freya, Isis, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies, along with a HUD with 10 colors each for the top, collar, skirt, and belt. We can do some mixing and matching with our lovely floral blouse and solid colored pencil skirt to create a look that is all our own.

It says "Spring" on the front in the purple circle above an adorable bunny, thus combining two wonderful seasonal colors. As for my nails, they are the Hapi*Rabi Nails Peridot -kth, a beautiful prize of mesh nails that are easy to wear by just hiding your hand's built in nails and adding the appropriate size nails. Just look at the shades of green that lean yellow in the center and teal on the edges, and the stunning gemstone on each nail! *chef's kiss* They look great with this dress but will easily coordinate with much of our spring wardrobes.

Are you ready for the weekend? I am, even if my stomach is still overly sensitive and moody. I enjoyed dinner with my parents tonight, and am most likely going to the farmers market in the morning with a game plan of not eating anything (samples galore!) while there. I only wind up nibbling on samples when someone creates something new, which lately has been Thai dishes since that chef brings lots of variety :) A very frustrating hockey game just ended, but there is another one Sunday that means another chance. More Kiyomizu Treats

 Hiya everyone! Tonight is a part two of the Kiyomizu Winter 2021-2022 Hunt, since there were a few more prizes that I could not resist sharing. They are all free rewards for finding the cleverly hidden ninja kitties in participating stores at the Kiyomizu Mall as well as at some of the mainstores. We can tell which stores to look in by checking for a hunt sign, then clicking a floating ghost above the walkways between stores for a personalized website with URLs to where we still need to go. The scripting keeps track of which and how many you've found, and if a store no longer has their prize out it knows that too so we aren't wasting time looking for something that is not there :) I have been doing these seasonal hunts for as long as I can recall, possibly every single round they have offered, and eagerly await each one as a new season approaches.

The first look tonight is an adorable one, the Rainbow Llama Dress prize from SHOP KERO. This long sleeved dress is trimmed with sheer ruffles and comes in sizes for Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink mesh bodies plus a fitmesh M for classic avatars. There is also a HUD included with 10 textures (5 llama prints and 5 starry ones in various colors) with arrows to adjust the size of the texture. Play around with the HUD and have fun with it as I did :)

Next I changed into the beautiful .:*:.Magnolia.:*:.Xmas Fur Dress prize, in a single size that fit my Maitreya body perfectly. Its furry bodice matches the skirt trim perfectly, both accentuated by the bright red of the skirt. I'm sure the intention was a Santa/Mrs. Claus type outfit, but the fur makes me think generally any time in winter will suit this pretty dress.

The stars are certainly out tonight, from my first photo and now this charming Pattern Pullover[Star]- Yellow - prize from .*.Jury PoP.*.  It is provided in 3 fitmesh sizes (XS, S, M) for classic avatars as well as Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body versions. The bright blue tee is a built in layer beneath the puffy yellow and white hooded jacket that has purple stars decorating the white sections. I added the white pair of Delizio jeans from their free fatpack on the marketplace, in system/BOM layers plus appliers for Maitreya and Omega.

More stars! This striking manicure is the colon colon hunt prize named [::]Winter Stars Nail, provided as appliers for Altamura, Belleza, Kupra, and Maitreya nails. The vibrant green with different sized star glitter looks like a jelly nail polish with several layers, something I admire in RL among fancy polishes :) The jelly polish is semi sheer so the layers add depth, so you'll notice some of these stars look like they are not on the top layer. So fun!

My final look of the evening is also a manicure, this time from Hapi*Rabi as their thoughtful hunt prize. It is called Nails Wa Two-tone P which probably stands for pink, and they are sized for Belleza, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn hands. To wear these, simply hide the nails with your body's HUD and right click - add these beauties. The two shades of pink are divided by a slender golden line which is adorned with a 5 petal flower outline on each nail, very pretty for any time of year. 

It has been a rather frustrating day here, short story of which would be that a family member is being an idiot and I will suffer for their stupidity as much as they will if it backfires. I have tried reasoning with them, but they are being quite stubborn. Kiyomizu Autumn Hunt

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post features several gifts from the Kiyomizu Autumn Hunt 2020, a seasonal event that I have been enjoying for several years. We are searching for ninja cats in participating stores in the Kiyomizu Mall or the mainstores of some designers. There are over 40 total to be found, with a wide variety of clothing, accessories, home decor, and fun amusements. The best way to keep track of which kitties you still need to find is to click a floating ghost (check all the sidewalks of the mall area) and visit the personalize website it produces. You may need to click the ghost more than once while hunting, as refreshing the page in your browser does not work. Some of the kitties are extra tiny, or hiding inside walls or boxes, so this is a tricky hunt where wireframe might come in handy. We have until the 11th, so about a week to enjoy this wonderful hunt.

First we have the prize from Shiorin's Mart, which is simply called =CS= KIYOMIZU HUNT PRIZE 2020AUTUMN. The outfit is one piece with the appearance of a blouse, wife belt, and short skirt, and has been crafted for the Maitreya mesh body. The fall leaves on the top bring the same seasonal flavor as the suede look of the skirt and triple belts.

**milky-way has a ninja kitty for us to find too, this one containing their *20-05 RUGBY JERSEY ONE-P Kiyomizu prize. This striped collared sweater is perfect for autumn with those warm colors, and is long enough to wear as a short dress or long tunic if you layer some jeans or leggings beneath. The prize fits the Maitreya mesh body.

Another terrific prize that fits the Maitreya body is our M*Motion C20 KYMZ Autumn Gift. Find their ninja kitty and you can claim this one piece outfit that looks like a cropped tank top, long sweater, and maxi skirt with right thigh slit, all in one. The monochromatic look is a sharp one, and the store's logo on the top is subtle enough that I do not mind it. This outfit makes me want to brew a nice cup of tea :)

I also found this fantastic Aurelia - Kath outfit by clicking the kitty at Hapi*Rabi. Like many of these stores, their clothing has been fitted to the Maitreya mesh body, and this blouse and skirt are separate pieces so you could potentially do some mixing and matching with items already in your wardrobe. I love it as it is though, amazing vintage styling and ghostly white flowers on the skirt.

My final look of the evening is a closer view of the nail art I have been enjoying this evening, the prize from KoCha called Nail_Autumn Red A. The HUD is for Maitreya nails, and produces a mixed manicure with burgundy, black, and even some pale artwork on a few nails. You may have noticed that my toes were polished too, that is from the same HUD :) I just clicked to apply, and it seems to have painted my toes and fingers all at once which I appreciate.

It was a long day, and the houseguest was polite but has irritating habits like crushing cans (they drank beer aaaalll day long LOL) even though he has been told that our local recycling system cannot process them that way. I am not feeling my best, probably from allergies, so I have to put extra effort into making sure I am pleasant and friendly rather than short tempered from not feeling well. Still Feeling Festively Lucky

Hiya everyone! Tonight I would like to share a few more prizes from the Bon Odori festival at the Kiyomizu Mall, as there were simply too many for just one post last night. Like standard lucky boards, you need your initial to show up in order to be able to click and claim a prize, but unlike more typical ones you need to dance (by sitting on a yellow pose pad) for 2 minutes before being eligible to claim anything. It will tell you when your 2 minutes is complete, please stay on your dance pad so you can continue to be able to win lots of terrific gifts. No group tag is needed, so just dance and enjoy :)

My first look is one of two gifts in the same lucky board, the beautiful Hapi*Rabi Sadie - NSLB green. This soft green dress has detached sleeves that bare the shoulders, and a lovely floral lace design. It comes in a Maitreya size and a fitmesh version for classic avatars, although it may be suitable for other mesh bodies too if you give it a try. 

This is the other prize found in that same lucky board, Hapi*Rabi Sadie - NSLB pink. Same two sizes and same wonderful style, in a different hue so you can decide which color you are in the mood for whenever you want to wear one of them. I am grateful for both since I am a fan of both colors, especially in the warm weather. 

Sometimes we need a little something pretty to wear beneath our favorite clothing, like this lingerie prize from *Kona@!s called -BraPan-. Inside you will find the bra and panties (which are more like a C-string, no sides) in system/BOM layers, black and tintable versions of each. On the right I wore the tintable ones and edited each to change the color to a bold blue, but naturally you can choose any shade you prefer. These are trimmed with scalloped lace, and the back of the strapless bra has a bit of lacing like a corset. 

At this point I was feeling playful, so I kept the bra and panties on but added a couple of fun accessories ;) The phone is one of the prizes from A&R called 2020 Phone ver2, and it includes a HUD that I highly suggest you just click the various buttons and experiment with. There are 10 poses as well as actions like making a call, shaking your head and hanging up the phone, and as you can see on the right I was able to hold up a peace sign and take a photo with a flash. My new kitty friend didn't even seem to mind being a part of the action :) He is the lucky board prize from Kitsune Shan, Wild Catto Animesh, so he is constantly in motion while he curls up on your head. You can also rez him out on the ground, but as animesh he does have a high land impact so please keep that in mind. 

I am wrapping up tonight's looks with a beautiful tattoo from oiseau bleu, called [OB] henna tattoo flower. This is a Maitreya applier, so with the most updated body you will need to add your tattoo layer from the folder and then click your choice of dark (shown), light, or fresh, the last of which appears white against the skin. I was very drawn to the style being so artistic, yet simple in the single color and clean lines with no shadowing. 

It was a pretty good day here, with an intense hockey game and some fun time in Animal Crossing. They have fireworks in the game every Sunday in August, so all my little animal neighbors hang out and watch them while clapping and cheering. It certainly makes me smile, as it probably does for plenty of others. If you have never played an Animal Crossing game, I'm sure you can find videos online to see how adorable they are and how much people are appreciating this version (New Horizons) while stuck at home. More Kiyomizu Prizes

Hiya everyone! Tonight I am pleased to show you a few more prizes from the Kiyomizu Autumn 2018 Hunt. Just head to the Kiyomizu Mall and find all the ninja cats hiding there that you can, then click a floating ghost (look above the sidewalks outside the stores) to take you to a website that tells you where you have found cats and where to still look. Thanks to the wonderful scripting of this hunt, the URLs on that site are directly to the signs, which keep track of the kitties and let you know if it is there or not. With traditional hunts, I admit I have spent time searching in a store that wound up not being ready and so I was looking for something that didn't exist, so it is reassuring that the scripting keeps this hunt completely accurate. Remember, these kitties like to shrink or flatten themselves and hide in walls, so you need to be on your toes! You will also notice that I have new hair, which is a gacha prize from Doe found at The Arcade this month. 

With my new hair and this new dress, I am giving off modern Marilyn Monroe vibes in this look! The dress is our prize from [satus Inc] called [S] Elise Sidecut Strapless Dress Pink, and it comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique. The slit on the left side is daringly high, while the color feels very romantic to me.

Hapi*Rabi is offering their Grace dress as their hunt prize, in vibrant orange with creamy lace trim and matching buttons on the sleeves. It is provided in 3 classic sizes (S, M, L) as well as Freya, Venus, and Maitreya versions, so there is a good chance that one of these will suit your shape and body. 

You can hold onto your favorite summer fruit throughout autumn with the prize from Frangipani Garden, their Watermelon Tunic & Leggings. It is a single mesh piece in a Maitreya size, but could possibly fit other bodies if you give it a try. I love the rich coloring, the cute seeds dotting the top, and the just-right green trim. The capris have the cutest ruffles on the hem of each pant, a really fun touch for sure.

Next we have a dramatically different look from SHOP KERO, in their prize named Combat Suit. This versatile outfit includes the jacket and pants each in three classic sizes (S,M,L) along with Freya, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique versions, plus the boots in sizes for classic, Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink flat. The versatility comes in with the included HUD, offering 16 colors of the camo print you see here for the clothing, 8 colors for the boots and belts, and 5 choices for the trim and soles. It comes in plenty of mesh sizes: 5 classic, 5 fitmesh, eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine. There is also a HUD included that offers 10 different colors to choose from, two of which can be seen above. By the way, if you are relatively new to SL or meet someone who is, this is a terrific place to visit and pick up a multitude of free gifts. I personally have the landmark in a special folder so I can hand it out to new residents whose inventories are pretty bare.

Hair note of the night: I was at The Arcade and couldn't resist picking up the free demo of the Doe Londra style, one of two they have there for $75L per play, and wound up being so taken with it that I went back and played a few times ;) I meant to play once, but does that ever work when indulging in gachas? LOL! So my favorite of the ones I won is the Blondes, worn tonight, which is a two tone so I can change the top portion (with braid) separate from the rest. There is also wisps that can be turned off/on and I have them off, plus cute stars scattered on the braid that can be on or (as I am wearing now) off, and there are color choices for those. There is a handy resize feature on the color HUD too, so I suggest trying that on the demo too if you're interested. The other style is a longer one, but I like to have short styles that don't hide my clothing for blogging so you can see as much of the clothes as possible.

It was a quiet day here, still waiting for the not-very-handy handyman to install the new over the range microwave and trying not to be overly impatient about it. He was supposed to do something to this house (not critical) literally 18 years ago and never did, just to give you an idea of why I get annoyed with him.
