Petite Mort and Oubliette

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I would like to share several group gifts with you, all from two stores by the same talented designer. They are Petite Mort and Oubliette, which share a group (free to join) and we can reach both of them from the same landing point. Just follow the signs to whichever one you wish to visit, and a pretty path will bring you to the correct building. To visit the other, you can follow the path back to the courtyard and head through the other store's archway and wander up to your destination. There are also 4 lucky boards at each store that you can access with that same free group tag active. One store leans towards the dark, Goth side of things, while the other has a bit more Bohemian of a flavor, and I generally lean boho but truly enjoy both store's styles.

For my first look, I am sporting one gift from each store that comprise a delightfully spooky set :) The outfit on the left is the Oubliette - Halloween Jammies Set, and the Petite Mort gift of the same name is to the right. You will need to visit both stores to get the pair, but using the same group tag makes it simple. Each set includes the tied camisole and pajamas pants in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizing, with a pumpkin candy bucket in each gift to hold. 

Continuing with the Halloween type theme, I changed into the Oubliette - Witch Boob Tube which is one of their many group gifts. It is provided in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies, and goes really well with their Oubliette - Muertos Skirt group gift. This treat has sugar skulls on its ruffled layers, and comes in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP sizing. You can certainly pair either of these with whatever makes you happy of course. 

I kept the skirt on but changed into another seasonal gift, one for autumn rather than Halloween. It is the Petite Mort - Novelty T-neck Group Gift, consisting of Foxy and Owl versions each in sizing for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies. Both designs warmed my heart, and speaking of warmth I think they would also look terrific with jeans or a long maxi dress. The cropped style will keep you from feeling overly covered up ;)

Extra chilly weather will be here before we know it, so wrap yourself in the Petite Mort - Novelty Winter Sweater if you visit a cold climate. For my final look this evening, I bring you into yet another season with the Petite Mort - March Group Gift Spring Dress. This charming strapless dress has a fun zigzag hemline with open weave lace trim, and is versatile thanks to a 4 color HUD. The dress itself comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP mesh bodies. I would say the soft pastel color options are a perfect nod to spring, while the hem reminds me of flower petals which I also associate with that time of year.

My day was rather stressful thanks to not feeling well and having to go to an appointment, so my anxiety kicked in heavily. Unfortunately that meant taking a bit of medication that made me really tired by the time I got home so I had a 3 hour nap. Summer Nights Hunt

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are exploring a hunt that I just found out about by random chance, visiting a participating store for a different reason and spotting the sign at the landing zone :) It is called the Summer Nights Hunt by Ephemera Events, and we are looking for dark palm trees that appeared either blue, purple, or black to me depending on the lighting. The website guides us with landmarks and hints, although I need to mention that it seems several stores have moved since the hunt began because I did a lot of searching to find the new locations. The ones I am providing for the prizes I'm sharing tonight are the current ones to the best of my knowledge. There are free $0L prizes at every location, with most offering others up to $15L apiece and some have several additional prizes for us to enjoy. As someone who has seen the movie Grease way too many times, I find myself humming it's Summer Nights song as I type, and while I was hunting. The hunt is open until the 14th of August, so we have about 2 weeks to enjoy these summer nights :)

For my first look, I visited +Blue Blood+ and found their free palm tree containing the beautiful Delusion Special Edition dress. It comes in a standard size for classic avatars, as well as versions to fit Belleza Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP mesh bodies. The loose style looks great in the mix of bold and dark colors, and I especially like the little lace trim by the trio of buttons on the bodice.

Next we see the London Girl::Sally Romper which is the free prize at the hunt's starting location. It includes blue and pink versions each in sizes for Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies. I did not see the blue Maitreya size however, so I am wearing the blue Legacy on the left which fit my shape pretty well :) I think the fact that the style is not skintight helped. Both colors are sheer and trimmed in lace for a flirtatious appearance.

Black Swan has a free prize for all of the BOM (Bakes on Mesh) fans like myself, their Simone - lace catsuit. It can be worn on classic avatars as well as BOM compatible mesh bodies, in a single tattoo layer that consists of the sheer cap sleeved top with flowers and the polka dotted tights. It is an intricate design whose texturing really caught my eye!

There are several $15L prizes at MadCatCreations, plus a free one each for men and women. This beauty is the free MCC - woman - Geo Summer Dress single, which is a formfitting mini with both straps draped over the same left shoulder. It comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Kupra (Bimbo, Low, and Original), Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies. The vibrant colors will help make your summer night or any time of year bright and flirty.

For my final look this evening I chose two of the free gifts to share, starting with the Toxic Tshirt from g-spot on the left. It includes sizes for eBody Curvy, Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Petite bodies, all in black with green trim and a matching toxic (radiation?) symbol that has begun to drip. For a lighter take that puts me in mind of the 60's event from my previous post, be sure to find the free prize at Petite Mort. It holds their Moon Child Tee, a cropped short sleeve ombre that says "Stay Wild Moon Child" with crossed arrows and a dreamcatcher. More Love For All

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we continue along the Love For All Hunt path, finding free red hearts (one somewhere was recolored pink but I can't remember which...) containing all sorts of generous prizes. Completely free hunts without a group tag needed are a rarity these days, so I am excited to be able to share this one with all of you. Although many prizes seem Valentine themed, the hunt lasts until the end of the month and I happily sport hearts all year round. All of your landmarks and hints can be found on the website, so you will need to have it handy while you are hunting.

My first stop this evening is Petite Mort, whose heart contains their playful Love Lounge Set. The cropped tee and booty shorts each come in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizing. The word LOVE on the shirt is rainbow striped to match the manes of some of the unicorns on the shorts, as well as the rainbows emitting from some of their mouths ;) As an LGBT+ ally, I am happy to see this as a reminder that love is love, and the prize really encompasses the love for all theme. 

I also found the heart at [WellMade], where you too can claim their Love For All Hunt Shirt for free. Its fishnet sleeves are separate so you can wear with or without, and both the sleeves and the shirt itself are provided in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies. There is even a HUD with 2 color choices for the straps, main shirt, and the sleeves, so you can go with contrasting colors or all one. The heartbeat line on the shirt is the same type of line you will see across the hunt object heart, which is an appropriate and fun detail. 

ToG has two prizes in their heart for us, two versions of this flirty outfit called Winny Set 01 (left) and 02 (right). Each is a single piece with the appearance of two, in Freya, Isis, Venus, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine sizing. Set 01 has two shades of blue, while set 02 is pink trimmed with the darker denim blue. 

Next we have the Limited Addiction prize called Love Set, a layered cowl neck sweater and matching mini skirt in a sweet shade of pink. Each are included in Freya, Legacy, and Maitreya sizes, and the top says LOVE on the front above a slightly bared right breast. I am giggling because when my housemate saw this photo from across the room, I heard a surprised "I see underboob!" to which I calmly replied that everything critical is covered so it's fine. 

For my final look of the evening I chose two prizes to share. The bodysuit is the [meowhi] call my heart bodysuit Love For All Hunt, in a charcoal color with bright blue image on the front of a heart and a phone receiver. It comes in Freya, Hourglass, and Maitreya sizes, and as you can tell from the side its high cut thighs form a thong in the rear. I also added one of the two tattoos inside the TAOX TaTToo heart, their Sleeves Roses Velour. It has system/BOM layers and appliers for Belleza, Legacy, Maitreya, Omega, and Slink, labeled D, L, and M which I believe are dark, medium, and light (dark shown) for how fresh you wish the tattoo to appear. The corset stitching down the forearm is a fascinating touch, and my eyes were drawn to the pocket watch behind one of the rose blooms too. Lots of terrific details here, as you will see for yourself when you find this heart. 

I am slow tonight, which I am guessing is because I was so distracted by several things and people when I first started this post. Everything is fine, it was mostly answering questions and basic conversations that were fairly pleasant but took a bit of time. Hiya everyone! Tonight I have more treats to show you from the Women Only Hunt 5, which you can claim for yourselves by finding hidden coconut halves in participating stores. These are some wonderful prizes and it's quite an opportunity to collect high quality clothing, accessories etc. for free.

Summertime with WOH3

Hiya everyone! The Women Only Hunt 3 is certainly living up to its Summertime theme with a wide variety of generous prizes, and I am happy to show you a few more this evening. As I've mentioned the past few posts, you will need to head to the hunt office to grab your free HUD which is the one and only source of all LM's to navigate the hunt path, and the hints for each hidden coconut half are on the HUD as well as on their website. There are 79 stores with just two skips, so it is an impressive sized hunt and as you can see, the prizes are well worth the journey. Some stores have been new to me while others are fondly familiar, so I appreciate this hunt very much and have at least a day or two remaining of picking up all these terrific prizes.

My first look of the evening is this outfit from .epoch. that consists of the beach please top and millenial shorts, each in Hourglass, Physique, and Maitreya sizes. The "beach please" saying makes me giggle, since it could be taken completely innocently as a request to visit the shore, or a more sassy interpretation. This color is a subtle favorite of mine, a timeless classic that is not overly bright or sweet.

Maybe you are craving the beach, but want to make a different sort of impression, a darker one...find the hidden coconut half from Oubliette and you can claim their Skelli Vava Swim Set. It starts with the swimsuit itself in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes, and includes the Onyx Lennon Round Specs I am wearing here as well. Also included but not shown (because updos and hats do not play well together) is a black straw floppy hat. 

This playful dress is our gift from Nerido for finding their hidden coconut, their Millie Dress which includes two sizes: Maitreya and Belleza Isis. The fruity pattern is a fun one, and I really like the cheery colors for summer. I paired it with our prize from Essenz called Cuba WOH Gift, which includes sizes for Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink. Also included is a HUD with 3 color choices (two shown above) and 4 labeled options which seem to be two sole colors and two metals. The yellowy gold looks terrific with the Nerido dress because of how well it matches the belt, but these beauties will add a spark to any outfit.

One last look for the evening, I feel like a modern Marilyn Monroe in this gorgeous dress from Petite Mort. Their White Serene Lace Dress comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP, so flattering with the sheer lace layer atop the skirt and that deep V in the back. The white color really shows off my tan, too! Speaking of which, my skin is actually one of the hunt prizes, the lovely FEMMA from 7 Deadly s[K]ins. The prize includes an Omega applier for both head and body along with a shape. These are based on the AK Valerie mesh head, but as you can see it looks just as pretty on my GA.EG Barbara bento head. The sexy flicks of eyeliner and bright glossy red lips certainly caught my eye and contributed to my "Marilyn" vibe here especially, and there are a few beauty marks scattered on the face that I find give it a natural look. The skintone is called pineapple, and is a little darker than my usual inclination but also suits the summer weather quite well :) Also noteworthy, I love that the eyebrows are defined and well groomed but not overly dark, as some brows can really overwhelm my petite Barbara face and the dark blackish brows do not look quite right with my preferred light auburn hair color. All a matter of personal preference of course, and I am grateful for Omega compatibility since there are so many popular brands out there that it can work for.

Today I had my third acupuncture visit, and it is going well so far...it is not uncomfortable, I just relax and take nice deep breaths while the needles are in place, and it is a soothing place to be. Tomorrow's plans have changed once again, since nobody in my family is interested in being forced onto a shuttle bus with the drunk brewery patrons instead of being allowed to park where we have every week for over 4 years to spend scary amounts of money, so we will be going to a different market this week :) I hope all of you have something wonderful planned for your weekend, magical magpie hugs to everyone!!

Sunday Hunt Prizes & Advent Gifts

Hiya everyone! This morning I picked up plenty of terrific Advent calendar gifts, both with free group tags needed and some with no group needed at all. I am also still enjoying prizes from the Women Only Hunt 2, if you would like to participate please head to the hunt office and pick up your free HUD that updates itself automatically, opens your map when you click each store so you can TP there easily, and even puts the store's hint in your local chat. The snowflakes you are searching for at each of about 50 locations are set for sale for $0L so you can pick up many generous free gifts.

My first look is one of the two Advent calendar gifts found at Emerald Couture, their EC Cute N Curvy Hunt Outfit 2.0 so it is a prior hunt prize which is actually a good thing since many of us missed some hunts along the way. The prize consists of the top and bottom in system layers along with appliers for Maitreya, Omega, and Belleza, a mesh skirt panel, the scarf that gives the appearance of a cowl neck, and really cute earrings with tea cups reminiscent of the cute design on the front of the dress. I love how the beverage dripping out of the cup is the same color combo as the dress. You can also see a closer look at my eyes, which are today's Inkheart advent calendar gift for their group members. Speaking of cute, this is our adorable Entice - Bedrock Twist - Rainbow Zebra advent calendar gift. Their group tag is needed (free to join), just pay the $1L and it will be refunded instantly. I had to laugh when I realized how appropriate my hair is for this style, but if you peek at yesterday's post you will see that I was already wearing it then and just coincidentally still wore it tonight :) These colors are fabulous, and I love the little bows in the back as added touches. It comes in a fitmesh size plus Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, and Slink Physique versions.

Another look at some Advent calendar gifts will show you today's prize from Tiar, their Goticha Dress in dark red which comes in standard mesh sizes. Their calendar is behind you as you land, next to some lucky presents and a Santa who is also a lucky chair, not far from the group gifts and lucky boards. My nails are today's Hello Dave advent gift, you do need the free group tag to claim their many gifts. The simple elegant trees decorate the snowy white backgrounds in 5 different colors.

The WOH2 Hunt prize from Glitzz is this sexy Lyn Lingerie in White, a perfect choice for a hot night in on a chilly winter evening. In the snowflake you will find both system layers and appliers for TMP, Maitreya, Slink Physique, and Omega, and I was particularly taken by the subtle keyhole opening on the back of the panties. The tiny bows on the front are lovely as well.

Two more prizes from the Women Only Hunt can be seen here, a pairing that worked out very nicely. The dress is Petite Mort's Periwinkle Monroe sequin dress with exquisite beading on the texture of this body conscious dress. My jewelry is from Ducknipple, both the necklace and matching earrings are included in their prize and will add a nice touch to whatever you wish to wear with them.

My plans for today are focused on catching up on sleep, and enjoying some more delicious food from the artisan market yesterday. We have vendors from all over the world in this little community, which makes it even more endearing to know that these wonderful people came here from their respective countries and decided to share their cuisine with all of us. Wash Cart Sale Treasures and More

Hiya everyone! Tonight I will be showing a few more terrific bargains you can find at The Wash Cart Sale (until July 6th) which is providing us a really stellar round this summer. You can visit their blog for a full list of designers taking part, all of whom have definitely brought their A game :) There were also a couple of group gifts I couldn't resist sharing, both groups are free to join and the gifts are beautiful.

First we have a sneak peek at two of the 5 styles of the Jasmine Dress at the Artic Storm cart, just $10L per style. They each include standard sizes for the inside and outside layers each, and the best part is that these lovely lace layers can be mixed and matched with the other dress colors. On the left is Purple Butterflies and on the right Teal Floral. Daisy's Closet always has a great assortment of offerings for the cart sale, and tonight I chose their Destiny Outfit in Chocolate to show you. This is comprised of the top and leggings each in 5 standard, 5 fitmesh, Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink sizes, and even the matching shoes for Slink high. An extra treat is that the top has a color change HUD, 3 choices including a matching chocolate (not shown), and the pink and the green shown above. One of the group gifts I have to share tonight is this intriguing Sabina Celestial Romper from Petite Mort. As a perennial night owl, the moon and stars hold a strong appeal for me, so the texture makes me as happy as the playful style. Beauty and Mirrors is a new-to-me store, and their current group gift is certainly a stunner! This is their Sansa Dress in Flower, and comes in standard mesh sizes. Their group is free to join, and I smiled at the Game of Thrones character name which may or may not be a coincidence. I love the rich colors and the delicate texture on the overlay. 

This cart sale offering I have been enjoying tonight from Rad Designs is their Calligraphy HUD, which is compatible with Slink, Omega, and Maitreya. More Women Only Hunt Prizes

Hiya everyone! Tonight I have some more goodies from the Women Only Hunt 1 for you, the free gridwide hunt you get around by using a HUD (from the hunt office) and click each number to open your map. The hunt object is a coconut half, set for $0L and cleverly hidden at several dozen stores. Enjoy!

This cute retro bikini is our prize from Blink2Wink, and you will get a better look in the next photo :) Meanwhile check out my new friend who wants some of my ice cream! My pose is the prize from Le Poppycock called "Sweet Talk", and includes the dog (attachment) with built in pose, the ice cream cone complete with cherries and sprinkles, and the pose separately. Don't worry, I will give him a nice puppy-safe alternative instead of ice cream.

Here is a better look at that Blink2Wink gift, which includes the system layers shown along with appliers for TMP, Physique & WowMeh, Belleza, Maitreya, and Omega. You can see that I have added some ink for this photo, the prize from .Facade. called Del Rey for WOH1. There are faded and fresh versions included (fresh shown), and in addition to the system layer I'm wearing you will receive Belleza, Maitreya, Omega, Slink, and TMP appliers when you find the hidden coconut.

Milk Tea is offering an adorable prize for this hunt, their Flamingo Love set. I can't resist the bright pink flamingos on the top, and that sweet heart cutout on the panties. When you locate the hidden coconut, you get the system layers shown and an Omega applier for any compatible mesh bodies. I have to say, I think there is more nipple showing than I realized at first, and I hope it doesn't bother anyone. Sometimes I feel like even showing a few pixels of areola means it's time to bust out (sorry, bad pun) the pasties, other times as long as less than half the nipple is showing I don't mind. Just goes to show how subjective these things can be, really.

Our last glimpse of the night is the gorgeous White Jasmine Dress from Petite Mort. The prize includes standard mesh sizes, and I was quite taken with the delicate lace overlay. It's so soft and summery!
