Hiya everyone! Today I had myself an Epiphany...no, I didn't realize something new and amazing about life, rather I visited the Epiphany event in Second Life and enjoyed their birthday round :) There are many free gifts for visitors, no group needed, in addition to the huge variety of gachas that are sure to provide surprises since one never knows quite which offering they will be receiving on each play. Clothing, accessories, pets, home decor, you name it and you can find it in one of the gachas. I wish you luck and hope you enjoy exploring it as I did.
This sexy dress is our gift from Kaithleen's, their Lace Mini Dress in Rose. It comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique, and includes a HUD with 20 colors for the panties, 2 metals (the rivets where the laces are), 4 colors for the laces, and there is even an option to turn off the panties. The choices of colors for the panties are impressive, from soft pastels to dark and bold shades.
I slipped into one of my favorite Marketplace gifts, the jeans from Delizio that include several colors in system layers, Omega, and Maitreya appliers, to show you some tops that are gifts from the Epiphany. This is from Valentina E. and called Dana Shorty Tank MAITREYA Charcoal. As you can guess from the name, its single size is designed for the Maitreya body, and it has a delicate pattern on it that I really enjoyed. My jewelry is another gift, from Nova, their Minty watches and bracelets. Inside this generous package you will find a left and right version of each a watch and a bracelet, in gold and silver and black. I am wearing the silver bracelet on my left wrist and the gold watch on my right, which is what you can see in the inset as a closer view. They are both beautiful and adorable!
This terrific blouse is our gift from fame femme, their Striped blouse in Black, which is provided in sizes for Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique. The design is fantastic, with its detached sleeves and delicate ruffles, and it is a sheer fabric so it looks perfect for the summer.
[[ Masoom ]] is offering this fun gift for Epiphany birthday visitors, their Alia Shirt Text - Fight. The expression "fight like a girl" has made quite a stir, being flipped from an insult to a compliment over time, and the assortment of fonts give it a nice twist, as well as the single bare shoulder. It comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Physique, and Maitreya, and is just long enough to be a shirt or short dress.
Two more gifts to wrap up the evening, the top is courtesy of [Azuchi] called Epiphany Birthday gift, in a single size for Maitreya with an auto-hide ability built in. The lovely sandals are our gift from [Gos] Boutique, their Janet Platforms in Pink, which include Slink and Maitreya versions. I enjoy pink for summer, and these shades of it are different but look very nice together.
It was a decent day here, hot and sunny, and I got to eat dinner with my grandmother in the rehab facility she is currently in. They have these beautiful roomy cafeterias, and the food was very tasty. I used to eat dinner with her every Friday and Sunday since she started staying with my parents in December, so I was glad to get to share a meal with her again :) I hope you're all having a wonderful day/evening, magical magpie hugs to everyone!!

Hiya everyone! Tonight I am showing you some of the various prizes from another Free Dove mini hunt for April, this time from D!vine Style. They have 10 hidden prizes inside adorable cupcakes (they have such cute faces and the eyes blink!), 7 of which are found at the Free Dove store and you will need the Free Dove group tag to claim them. The group is free to join, and the tag comes in handy for all 3 mini hunts this month. While the month is nearly over, this may be their new plan for future hunts too. Now I did mention that 7 of the 10 prizes are hidden at Free Dove, well when Xan and I couldn't track down the remaining cupcakes it occurred to us to check the D!vine Style mainstore and lo and behold, 3 cupcakes were waiting there for us :) Two were for the Free Dove group, and the final one is for the D!vine Style's store group. Don't worry, I will let you know beneath each picture (and in the credits) which location each prize is from. Also if you are in need of some new poses, I will be showing you a few you can find at a delightfully discounted price at the Pose Fair from Verocity. All my poses lately have been their fine work, and the last photo is where you will find the Pose Fair goodies.
First we have a fantastic bra and panty set called D!vine Style Foxy - Extra which includes the bra and panties in standard mesh sizes, along with a great HUD with a wide range of texture options. There are 6 main textures to choose from, solid and patterns, and there are also buttons for glow, shine, and tinting the textures, so the possibilities are limitless! The bra and panties are handled separately by the HUD, so you can mix and match as well. I'm sure you noticed the playful new ink on my left calf, that is another hunt prize called Tattoo - Calf - Love Heart and it includes system layers plus an Omega HUD. Each provide old, new, and normal options so you can decide how dark you like your tattoo, I am wearing the new so it would be more visible in the photo. Both of these cupcakes are at the Free Dove store.
Two charming prizes can be seen here, both from cupcakes at Free Dove. The outfit is D!vine Style Intrigue in Extra, and it includes standard mesh sizes and a very similar HUD to the one from the bra and panties in that first photo. There are 6 textures to choose from, and the same useful glow, shine, and tint options on the HUD so you can adjust these to suit any whim. I am enjoying another of their tattoos here too, the D!vine Style Tattoo - Lower Back - Tribal Heart. There are system layers and an Omega HUD included, with new, old, and normal choices and I again went with the new as the darkest for best visibility in photos.
This fun one piece outfit is another gift tucked inside one of the cupcakes at Free Dove, and it is called D!vine Style Rebel - Extra. It includes standard mesh sizes and another amazing HUD with 6 textures and all the options like glow, shine, and tinting. I love having that kind of flexibility with a few simple clicks.
Maybe you are in need of another lingerie set and would prefer system layer/appliers over mesh sizes, well I have good news! One of the cupcakes at Free Dove holds this set called Victoria 4, and it offers the bra and panties in blue, green, brown, or white for classic avatars as well as Omega compatible mesh bodies. I love being able to mix and match, as I did on the right with the brown bra and blue panties.

These and all their individual poses at the Pose Fair are also available for $5L each for single poses, $25L for the set, that is an impressive bargain for sure. From left to right here we have Olivia 1, 2M, and 4M so I definitely enjoy the "M" mirror versions too. You just have a couple more days to visit that Pose Fair, so be sure to enjoy it soon!
Hair note of the night: I visited the Epiphany this morning, which is a deliciously dangerous place for gacha addicts, and I won this wonderful hair from MINA called Inkie [Big ponytail] in Blonds. There are 3 versions with various color HUDs in the gacha machine, just $75L per play, and I do enjoy being blonde from time to time so this was a great win. The HUD lets you choose from among 10 shades (this strawberry type blonde is perfect for me!) and 3 variations for bangs, no bangs, and bangs with little wisps near the ears which is how I am wearing it.
Long day and not enough rest means I am a bit on the slow side tonight, and I am still worrying about how I will get enough sleep the next several days with everything on my plate, but I am doing my best. I hope you're all having a nice day/evening, magical magpie hugs to each of you!!

Hiya everyone! Today I visited a few stores for more group gifts, and the good news is that only 2 free-to-join groups are involved :) The first is a store group, for No Cabide, and the second is the Maitreya Groups, Sales, and News (MGSN) group which involves many designers who cater to the Maitreya body wearing crowd. I joined that one as soon as I got my Maitreya body, and have gotten really helpful information from it as well as a variety of free gifts. No Cabide is one of their participating designers, and their gift helped inspire me to check for other MGSN group goodies.
This first outfit is a terrific sweater and skirt combo (single mesh piece) named Yuri, and there is a great HUD with 10 choices for the top (solid colors with various images on each) and 10 for the skirt portion (solids and prints) that coordinate very nicely. The outfit comes in sizes for Maitreya, eBODY, Freya, Isis, Venus, Hourglass, and Physique. I feel like there is a good chance that these sizes would work out fine for a classic avatar if you have an alpha layer in your inventory from a similar shirt and skirt. This is a free group gift for the store's group.
My next look is another No Cabide group gift, the alluring Hera Classic Dress which comes with a generous HUD for 25 texture choices, both solids and prints can be found among the assortment. The dress itself is included in Maitreya, Belleza, and Slink sizes so another gift that is catered to mesh bodies but with some creative use of alpha layers it can be worn by classic bodies too. I love the gathered look of the fabric and how the textures include the shading for each little fold.
The gift from No Cabide for the MGSN group is this very sexy Afrodite Mini Dress, and it includes applier HUDs for Belleza, Maitreya, Omega, and Slink along with the skirt prim in standard mesh sizes. I would like to point out that the top is very sheer and depending on your skin tone, you could experience some nipple show-through. Mine is minimal and I decided it wasn't even enough to need to block anything out via Photoshop, but on the vendor photo included in the gift they were more noticeable for that model. This is not necessarily a bad thing, just depends on the sim you visit while wearing this beauty.
This gift was actually mentioned in MGSN group chat while I was in the process of gathering gifts to blog, which was quite handy as it frequently is. This is the ShuShu ROCK IT Outfit which has been prepared especially for Maitreya bodies only, as it includes a single sweater size and Maitreya appliers called lingerie (midsection) and string (a red floral bikini panty) along with the Maitreya size of the Belt Skirt Blue and Belt Skirt Red. Even the comfy flat boots are included for Maitreya feet. The included beanie can be seen on the right, obviously not a good match with my current hair style ;)
One last look of the night, keep that MGSN group tag on and head over to *MY STYLE* for their group gift named Bell Dress. This charming tank style dress comes in what I call the lucky 13 of mesh sizes: 5 standard, 5 fitmesh, Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink. That side slit, the gathered pucker, the stripes along the front all add up to a delightfully detailed look.
What a busy day it has been, I admit to being pretty tired this evening and will probably be even more so tomorrow night. I just drained myself of what remaining energy I had by laughing at something silly I just did...I tend to watch/listen to Music Choice channels on my tv while blogging, and I meant to type 1827 for the 80s channel but somehow hit 1824 which it turns out is Toddler Tunes. Hiya everyone! Since I chose the title weekend wishes, I will start out with wishing all of you a wonderful weekend ahead, and I am also wishing for harmony and peace for everyone. My SL wishes are more simple, since we can make all our dreams and wishes come true in this virtual world of ours :) Tonight I have a few treats to share, a mixture of hunt prizes and group gifts with a Marketplace freebie thrown in. The hunt is the Fresh Start Hunt 2, which will have you seeking color-coded stars (pink for female gifts, blue for male, and yellow for unisex or male and female gifts included in the same prize) for $1L each. One of my hunt stops reminded me to show you this month's group gifts from their lovely store, and the marketplace visit was a random fun idea.
I really appreciate this prize for when I am in the mood for something cute and feminine! This outfit called Lilo can be found at Sickly SWEET, hiding in their pink star, and consists of the skirt and top each in standard sizes plus Slink Hourglass and Slink Physique versions. It also includes the candy ring you see in the inset, which has a built in resize script so you can adjust it for any hand size or pose. The gem part is slightly sheer as you might be able to tell from the photo, just like the real life versions.
You don't even have to teleport to get to WICKED to find this next prize, just walk out Sickly SWEET's front door and head left. WICKED has a playful outfit waiting for you in their pink star, their London Outfit in black and white with touches of pink camo, and a reminder across the front that you are a goddess :) The t-shirt and shorts each come in standard sizes plus Belleza Freya, Belleza Isis, Belleza Venus, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, and Maitreya fits. The bandana matches the insets on the sides of the shorts, and it has a resize script built in so you can get a perfect fit. This sassy gift is such a bargain at a mere $1L, and if you follow the hint (and don't forget that the backs of signs make good hiding spots...) it is a pleasure to find.
While you are at WICKED, I recommend as I usually do that you check the lucky chairs and click the Mini Mania board, and if you do so you will be in the right area to find their group gifts for January. The group is free to join, and the gifts can be combined into an outfit like I'm showing them (they are usually color coordinated like this) or separated to match anything you have in your inventory already. This month we have the Jessa Tank Top in Black Skull, the Chan Shorts in Marine, and the Jessa Heels in Marine. The tank top and shorts each include standard mesh sizes (the mediums fit me wonderfully as you can see) and the shorts have a handy HUD with 6 metal colors and 20 choices for the laces on the sides. The shoes have a terrific HUD too, with 25 colors for the laces on the back, 20 solid leather choices for the back panel and 3 prints like the zebra I'm wearing on the right, 6 metal colors, and 3 options for the heels. So much versatility! The marine blue of the front is the section that stays the same, everything else can be tweaked to suit your mood or your clothing.
I think I was looking for something else that would be suitable for a tropical vacation, not quite a swimsuit but casual yet elegant. I was very pleased to find this button down romper from IKWE in black floral, completely free on the marketplace. It comes in system layers plus Omega appliers for top and bottom, and is a very flattering style for any shape or size. I just need to slip into my favorite sandals and some sunglasses, then it's off to a tropical beach sim for me! Bring on the crystal clear waters and warm sand, maybe a nice sailboat or even an inner tube to float around and unwind.
Hair note of the night: I visited the neighboring sim for Epiphany, and got this terrific prize from the Truth Hair gacha there which is packed with 3 amazing styles that all look to be inspired by Game of Thrones. This is TRUTH Fire, the rare style of the three, and the HUDs for light browns, pastels, and reds are included in the one I won from my $50L pull. The other designs have just one color each, and are equally lovely. There is a HUD for the accessories too, those tiny metal clips holding small segments of hair, several different metals. I am actually wearing a shade from the light brown HUD since it has an auburn tint to it and the reds are darker or brighter than my preferred gingers.

Hiya everyone! Tonight I am showing you a few of the many gifts set out at The Epiphany by some of the vendors there, to help celebrate the event's birthday. The landing spot is in the upper tier, be sure to wander down a flight of stairs to explore the outer ring of displays as well and you'll see the gold boxes wrapped in pretty ribbons, set for sale for $0L. Here are some glimpses of the terrific gifts you can find.
Cynful has a great Poolside Bikini as their gift, in metallic purple and a few sizes for various mesh bodies: Belleza Freya, Isis, and Venus, Maitreya Lara, Slink Hourglass and Physique. If you don't have a mesh body, it is still worth trying the various sizes to see if one works with your particular shape. You may have noticed the cool treat in my mouth, well that is another Epiphany birthday gift courtesy of Dichotomy. Their fun Ice POP comes with a HUD for 5 color (flavor?) choices, my avi seemed to enjoy them all.
If you are thirsty rather than hungry, perhaps you should pick up this adorable gift from Glucose Girl! They are labeled for being on your arm or mouth, and I am showing you both...they each have floating clusters of tiny hearts on the straws, and they are so cute worn together or separately.
I left the bikini bottoms on to show you this great gift from RealEvil Industries, their **RE** Sonia Top. This summery beauty comes in Hourglass, Maitreya, and Physique mesh sizes only so as with the other mesh gifts I will suggest trying them all to see if one suits your shape if you do not have a corresponding mesh body. The eye-catching bracelets I am wearing are from MINIMAL, their Barrow Bracelets in PinkGold. The gift includes the left and right, wear both or either for the look you desire. I have always enjoyed rose gold, like in Black Hills gold with the yellow, white, and rose all designed together, so I plan on making use of this gift quite a bit.
One last look for tonight, I kept those same bikini bottoms on and changed into this Harlow Silk Bandeau from Valentina E. which is provided in small, medium, Hourglass, Physique, and Maitreya mesh sizes. I actually found that the hourglass fit me better than the physique, my boobs were trying to escape all the other sizes >.< so like I've said before, try all the sizes if the one you expect to work best, doesn't. I have some more beautiful bracelets to show you too, here I am wearing both Daisy bracelets from the gift by Astralia. They include a HUD with 2 metal choices and 5 colors for each layer of petals, see on the inset where the petals beneath go from red to blue? They are petal 2. Petal 1 is the purple -> pink top layer. The dainty heart in the center stays the same, looking precious with all the various color combinations.

Hiya everyone! Tonight I have some delightful makeup to show you from the Free Dove Hunt by Dulce Secrets. This is one of their 3 hunts for the month of July, in addition to the many free gifts already available there. There are 4 hidden prizes from Dulce Secrets, two of which I'm showing you tonight. The other two are a set of shapes and a skin with various appliers, so they are all worth finding if you are interested. Meanwhile I thoroughly enjoyed preparing these photos with all the gorgeous makeup!
First we have 3 of the 6 shades of ::DS:: Lusster Lip Gloss found in prize #1, which are each system layers plus Omega and Catwa appliers included. The colors you see here are Cameo, Coquelicot, and Desert Sand from top to bottom. Quick fun fact, I googled the word coquelicot because it was vaguely familiar but wasn't sure why...turns out it is a French word for a wild poppy that became a color name. Look at how shiny these look, so beautiful!
Here we have the rest of the lovely lip glosses found in that first prize. From top to bottom this is Phlox, Rosewood, and Rosy Brown. These are packed with color as well as shine, and feature a great variety too.
Time for some fantastic eye shadows, these are from prize #2 and are their ::DS:: Watermedia Eye Shadow, 3 of the 6 included shades are shown here. From top to bottom we have Carmine, Cerulean Blue, and Olive. They each have that lovely cat-eye liner and are beautifully shaded. System layers plus Omega and Catwa appliers are included in this prize as well.
Now for the second half of the generous prize #2, these stunning shades are (top to bottom) Pale Green, Pale Purple, and Raw Umber. I love that the umber has that pinkish peach shade as a liner, and I think all 6 shades complemented my brown eyes. I am very pleased with all the makeup gifts from these hunt prizes!
But Dawn, what are you wearing? Good question, dear reader! Here is a better glimpse of the bikini I picked out from the Marketplace to wear tonight, a free gift from Tiffany Designs called TD Karla Swimsuit with Appliers. You will find system layers plus a TMP applier and a HUD for Maitreya, Omega, Slink, and Belleza included in this wonderful gift. As for my hair, well I did pop over to Epiphany briefly to play the Truth Hair gacha and on my 4th pull I won the exact style and shades I wanted! This is Oriana 2 in Gingers, and I love the braid buns (still obsessed with braids, as you can easily see) and optional bangs which I added for this last image because you needed to see my eyes without anything covering them at all earlier. This is a sleek, sexy style that I adore, and the original Oriana in the gacha is the rare so it includes a unicorn horn. The other non-rare has a headband instead of the braid buns, also a beautiful look. Just $50L a pull, a bargain for all that fun and excitement.
It was another sultry day here, even the deer outside looked less energetic than usual because of it and a couple wound up lying down to relax in the grass of my backyard. Hiya everyone! Tonight I am featuring the third of the 3 Free Dove hunts for May, this time it is a longtime favorite of mine, Sn@tch. You'll be looking for 10 tiny hidden boxes, black with a white/blue/purple image on it (photos of it can be seen at Free Dove) and they are well worth the search. Let's take a look at those prizes!!
The first prize box contains 2 different mesh tank tops (standard sizes each) and you can see them both here...Human Being in Black on the left, Turnt in Black on the right. The pants you see here are a small glimpse of the 5 different colors of the Shake it Off Plaid Pants in prize #5, aqua on the left and purple on the right. They come in system layers plus Omega and Slink Physique appliers. My necklaces are from prize #4, Misfit Chains in Gold on the left and Silver on the right. That closeup in the middle is the silver, so you can see the word Misfit imprinted on there.
Prize #2 consists of two more mesh tank tops, Damask in White as seen on the left, and Keep Calm in Black on the right. I am also wearing one of the system layers from #7 Fishnet Crop Top that works wonderfully beneath all the tanks or whatever you choose, and includes Slink and Omega HUDs too. Those pants from #5 are here again, Grey on the left and Red on the right.
Prize #3 is another terrific pair of tank tops, Daisy in Black (left) and Stop Wearing in Black (right) in those same standard sizes. The prize 5 pants are here too, green on the left and grey on the right. In all three photos so far, you can also see prize #6 Sn@tch Sn@tchers Combat Boots (Steel Toe) for default avatar feet. You also probably noticed my jewelry here, the earrings are prize #8 Shake it Off Earrings and the collar is prize #10 Spiked Dog Collar which has a menu upon touch with 12 color options. One last look of the night, focusing on some makeup :) Prize box #9 contains system layers of Beguiled Eye Makeup in Silver, and Cream Lipstick in Scarlet. Nail note of the night: I chose a black mani/pedi from the Slink Utilities HUD, so if you own any Slink hands or feet you already have this among many color options. I also felt like being blonde again, so I am once again enjoying the Truth Hair I won from the Epiphany gacha called Kera in light blondes. I haven't been able to find it in ginger yet at any yard sales, if you can help please IM me in world or leave a message here or something!
Another soggy day here, with that misty rain that turns into full-on big drops every now and again...as I will be out and about tomorrow, I'm hoping it clears up for even a few hours. The local college graduation ceremonies will be creating some traffic headaches where I need to be, but I am still very happy for everyone involved :) Magical magpie hugs to each of you!!

Hiya everyone! I have a few different things to share tonight from a $1L hunt, lucky chairs, and free group gifts, so the key word seems to be variety. The hunt I mentioned is the Fame & Fortune Hunt, a gridwide dollarbie hunt running until May 15th so you have time to check out the stops of your choice. The group gifts and lucky chair prizes can be found at Brii Underground, whose group is free to join and the gifts are scattered all over the store. Enough chit chat, time for visuals! :)
When I saw this prize from PaRaDoX on the hunt blog, I couldn't resist the beauty and elegance of this Hollywood Glam Dress they are offering for the ladies. There is also a men's prize included in the same $1L coin, and clearly I was not disappointed. The gown is included in standard mesh sizes, and the fur wrap in 3 mesh sizes, and there is also a belt included but not shown in a dark gold. I couldn't resize it smaller and it was a bit big for my rather petite frame. I think the dress looks amazing with or without it!
This lovely outfit is a lucky chair prize from Brii Underground, their Alba Casual Style. We start with the dress, in standard sizes and featuring some sassy artwork. The necklace you see is also included, along with the shoes for Slink Mid, and the bow for the hair and bow for the back of the dress. Even the tattoo you see on my back is included in system layers, this is a very generous gift for sure.
This flirty outfit is a group gift from Brii Underground, called Iacee Dance Style Complete Outfit. The top and pants are in system layers and appliers for Omega and Slink, in several colors including black, blue, grey, orange, and pink. The bracelets and Slink high heels are included too, so it really is a complete outfit.
My last look of the night is an adorable skirt set called Ilione Casual Style complete outfit, and this is another group gift found at Brii Underground. The colors and style are terrific for spring into summer! This gift includes the top and skirt each in standard mesh sizes, sandals for Slink high, and the matching sunglasses with a resize script. Now I just need to decide where to wear it first!
Nail note of the night: I am greatly enjoying the newest group gift from Hello Dave, this week it is a Slink/Omega HUD called Just So...and features subtle pastels. I have sung their praises enough that by now you know the deal, LOL, free to join with weekly gifts and all previous available, so this is one group I will never ever leave.
