SLMB Event Goodies

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'd like to invite you back to the SLMB Event, the shopping event associated with the SLMB (^^SL Mesh Body) group. There is a small fee of $9L to join, most likely to keep out scammers and spammers. You know, like the 1 day old accounts that post to every group they're in, asking for a $100L loan until tomorrow? *eyeroll* The chat and group notices are great sources of information, all the details on sales and new releases from the designers who take part. Now many of them do have SLMB group gifts in their main stores, but tonight we're going to just one location for all of the gifts you see here :) That's because the event has a gift section that covers 2 floors, all of these being on the lower one where you will land. Take the stairs up to the outside if you want even more treats! By the way, if you do see one of those new accounts asking to borrow lindens in a group chat, please don't reply in the group as they are designed to go through and join all your other groups if you do. Just report them and block them, not that it really helps when they just create endless new accounts...also please don't feel sorry for the bots and never give them any money.

I started the evening in our ::T.B.O.M:: Valeria Outfit Top&Jeans gift from The Best Of Me. It combines casual with flirtatious, thanks to the cropped top and low cut jeans that hug every curve. Each of these are provided in fitmesh standard sizes as well as Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizing. The top has a HUD with 5 texture choices (click it for a popup blue menu of numbers) and the jeans have a similar HUD with 2 traditional jeans coloring options, both of which you can see above. It makes me want to add sandals, a belly ring, and/or some belly area tattoos or a lower back tat :)

Another outfit I simply cannot resist is the lovely Carola*june 0723 gift. The halter dress and strappy heels will each fit Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra (Bimbo, Low, Original), Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. There are HUDs for each of them too, with the dress HUD offering 35 colors and the heels HUD offering the same 35 hues but for three separate sections. Just click something from each column to see which goes where :) 

Since summer is almost here, I am tickled pink (yep, wordplay intended) with the [Luxury] Naty Set gift and the timing of picking it up now :) The bra and pants each come in sizing for Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Hourglass Petite, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies. It gives the appearance of a pink bikini with beachy pattern (seashells, starfish, and more) layered beneath an open pair of denim shorts, and I love it! Did you notice the bikini's pattern appearing on the back pockets of the denim shorts too?

Next we have the TD SLMB 1124 treat from Taylor Designs. This pairing of crop sweater and fluttery skirt will fit your Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies with ease. The high neck and long sleeves make it fun for a cooler evening, while the sparkly patterned skirt is short enough to show off a lot of leg :)

My final look tonight is the Lara AC Dress SOFIJA GIFT BLUE. I adore the intriguing neckline, and peekaboo openings in various playful spots. The attached belt really brings things together too :) The gift consists of Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, and Reborn mesh body sizes. I think the triangular geometric pattern is a stunning match for the bold buckles too by the way.

It was a busy weekend here, but not a bad one by any means. Going out in the rain yesterday was a bit of a bummer of course, mostly because it was an unexpected shower that we were trying to avoid. Sometimes the forecast says sunny or cloudy, but the skies decide otherwise ;) Therapy was another deep dive into my past, because that's where most of my bad habits got their start. There was plenty of the Hello Kitty game to lighten my mood, and that is going really well. SLMB Group Event Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are visiting the SLMB Group Event gift room again, as there was a group notice that some of the gifts had been updated and I simply couldn't resist stopping by. The group currently has a small $9L fee to join, and when you see the two floors of group gifts at the event I think you'll agree it's well worth it :) All of the gifts I'm sharing tonight are in the room where you'll land with my link, that same floor. There are lots of familiar names among the designers, but you could find some new ones to you which I always find to be an extra reward for visiting events because I thrive on variety in SL.

Let's start out the evening with two gifts combined, shall we? The top is our OXO Arya Top Maitreya treat, with the size right there in the name. The image on the front had me singing "Cherry Pie" by Warrant because I'm an 80s fanatic, and the shimmery pink background is just lovely. My skirt is from Tastic, their versatile Pam Denim Skirt gift. It fits Freya, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn bodies, with a HUD offering 10 denim hues and the option to turn the fringe on or off. I turned it off on the right above, and you can see from the rear view that they even put a brand tag on the waistband like so many jeans I've owned over the years :)

The skirt came in handy to share another top too, the TD Lari top w Lara X from Taylor Designs. It sounds like they updated this to include an extra size, so it now comes in Erika, Legacy, Perky, Perky Petite, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, and Reborn mesh body sizing. The tank top has delicate spaghetti straps and straight across neckline that will suit your favorite necklace quite nicely, and if you aren't in the mood for a miniskirt I'm sure Lari will look beautiful with any pants, shorts, or other bottoms you may prefer.

Next we see the very adaptable Adri De Lux Bur Mini outfit SL Mesh Body gift. It starts with the halter top in 3 classic sizes (S, M, L) along with Freya, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP body sizes. The skirt has 5 standard sizes plus versions for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. The shawl jacket on the left is provided in a fitmesh M as well as Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Voluptuous body sizing. We also receive the shoes for Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink feet, with a special secret - there is a BOM layer I'm wearing on the left to turn them into boots! I took it off for the right side to show you the heels by themselves. The beret I'm wearing is included too, and a shoulder clutch which is not shown. There are so many fantastic ways to wear this!

The Best Of Me has a great gift for us too, their Harleen Elegant Dress With Texture HUD. It has a dramatic diagonal ruffled hemline, and deep V neckline for even more sex appeal :) There are sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP bodies, with the aforementioned HUD offering 8 wonderful choices. As a helpful bonus, we also receive the black heels in Belleza, Maitreya, Slink, and TMP sizes. Their neutral color means they go with all of the HUD options and more.

For my final look of the evening, I changed into the stunning Carola*Olaya 1022 gift. The dress, which fits Erika, Freya, Kupra (Bimbo, Low, Original), Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies, has a one shouldered design with daring side opening tied in place with a large bow. Its HUD offers 10 color choices for the geometric squares pattern. The footwear is also included, in sizing for Erika, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn feet with an impressive 40 color HUD. The rear view pose really shows off the height of the platforms, so I probably should have adjusted my hover height ;) In RL I'm only 5'4" but have balance issues, so those would definitely make me twist an ankle or two. That's definitely a benefit of SL, doing things we cannot or would not do in RL :)

Well, my outing got postponed so I am at the tail end of a quiet day here. Just checked the weather, my area has a freeze warning overnight but the high for Friday is 63 degrees. Mother nature sure is playing some weird games with us. The plan is an outing then dinner at my parents', so a busy day ahead for me. Mesh Body Friends

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are exploring several stores that are all part of the Mesh Body Friends group, which is a handy way to find out about sales and new releases from dozens of designers all in one group. Many of them offer gifts for the group too, so just pop on that group tag and visit them to see what they have waiting for you :)

My first stop was KingbalStores, where I happily claimed their 150 KS OUTFIT ELOISA SET ANIMAL BROWN gift. The leopard print dress has the appearance of two pieces, in sizes for Freya, Hourglass, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. We already receive nicely coordinating heels that fit Belleza, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya feet. The details really make this a special look, like the intricate straps and the studs on the bodice!

MONOMANIA has tons of terrific treats for various groups, and for Mesh Body Friends they are offering their Rehab Dirty outfit for free :) The blouse, bra, and shorts are each included in sizing for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies, with high sneakers to fit Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink feet. I had to smile at how unique the style is, from the sweet bow on the shorts to the raised and opened blouse that allows the bra to peek through so completely. 

This next look needs to be worn while shaking our booty on a dance floor! It's the TD Barbarella Exclusive gift from Taylor Designs, in my favorite color of royal purple. The intriguing one-shoulder dress has a loose shimmery layer atop the bodycon main mini dress, in sizes for Gen X Classic, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Prima Busty, and Reborn bodies. The pale gold hoop earrings are a lovely addition, and yes they are included :) The only thing I need now is a pair of heels...and a dance-worthy song!

I am clearly adoring our Allyson Wild Outfit gift from YoU By GeMyles, and can you blame me? This is on a system (I think it was caspervend) where you have to right click and pay $1L, which is immediately refunded while the gift is delivered safely to you. This way there's also a record on their end if you need a redelivery or if there is ever some sort of update. The cropped top says "Stay WILD" and looks so cute with the pleated miniskirt, giving flirty cheerleader vibes. Each piece is provided in Belleza X, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Reborn sizing, with a HUD that lets us choose from 15 colors for our ensemble. The animal print of the word WILD looks great with any of the background hues, and I do recall reading several times that leopard print can work as a neutral. 

The final place I visited was [ConTrato] where I gratefully picked up their Jenna Dress gift for us. This showstopper fits Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra Bimbo, Kupra Original, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies, with dramatic squared V plunge neckline and daring side slit. The bow in the front is clasped with a golden skull wearing a crown of flowers, giving a touch of Goth flavor to your new favorite evening gown. 

Today was fairly rough here, which is a bit disappointing for a birthday but I am definitely struggling with the anxiety and depression. Not sure what I can do at this point to improve things, but I am considering taking an extra day or two a week off from blogging to try to focus on healing, starting with tomorrow. SLMB Black Friday Event

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I have a quickie that we have to hurry to, since I just found out about another event that ends on the 30th! It is the SLMB Group's Black Friday sales event, and the group is free to join. There are discounted sales items galore, and we can even pick up free group gifts by looking for small bags (upright, top folded over, light tan color) at many of the displays. I had myself a ball unpacking things and trying them on, like a mini Christmas when I got home :) I apologize for the short notice, as I prefer to try to give you as much time as I can before an event or sales time ends but this info just fell in my lap this morning and I did a 180° to change all my plans to get this out to you ASAP. Chaos, but worth it!

My first look of the evening is the playful TD Spoiled Who Me Set gift from Taylor Designs. The top says "Spoiled Who Me" with a sassy queen bee (well there is a crown...) beneath the words, and comes in sizes for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. The short denim skirt fits Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn bodies, and the purple heels which lace all the way up are provided in sizing for Maitreya and Reborn. There are also silver hoop earrings and matching chain necklace with resize script built in, so we can adjust and even wear these classic styles with other outfits too if we wish. For the record, lol, I'm not spoiled but sometimes I think my avi is! 

I kept the mini skirt on but changed tops, to the dazzling [DIESELdeluxe] Ester Top Blue Latex gift :) There are Kupra Bimbo, Kupra Original, Kups, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh body sizes included for this shiny cropped tank top that is almost brief enough to resemble a bra. Then I added the Artattoo Stars gift, which looks like a Pokémon named Ditto beneath an arc of multicolored stars. We receive BOM layers and and Omega applier, in 50%, 75%, and 100% opacity so you can choose how dark or fresh the tattoo appears. 

Next I slipped into the DbD Babygirl Shirt gift from Designs by Danielle, idea for the chilly weather that is upon us :) It fits eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies, with "Babygirl" in fun golden script across the front. I chuckled when I saw how the sweatshirt is almost long enough to cover the miniskirt but leaves that tiny sliver peeking out, as I used to wear denim miniskirts in my youth with long sweaters that came down almost that far on the hem. 

The skirt was useful here too, so I could share another terrific top called *KD* Riah tied top blue. KaiDesign has provided sizing for Altamura, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Hourglass, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies of this lovely bandana style top. I'm a big fan of blues and greens together, as it makes me think of ocean views :)

For my final look of the night, I went a bit more fancy with the Brunsen Couture - Lacone Sexy Dress Black Jeans gift. This ruffled halter dress with playful cutouts comes in Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, Maitreya, and Petite mesh body sizing. The deep black denim fabric gives the dress a sharp look, and I must admit I'd love to see this style rigged for the new LaraX body with it's extra shapely breasts since they play peekaboo with us so seductively in this design :)

Weekends are just always too short, aren't they? I had an awesome time though, thanks to a treasured friend visiting and sharing the Saturday thanksgiving part 2 with my family :) The weather got rainy today so I took a brief walk when it slowed down, but it was still a cold drizzle that didn't really inspire me to go very far. Tuesday when the nearby salon opens I'm going there in person to find out who they are referring my now-retired stylist's clients to for cuts and colors, then scheduling a cut only for now. I need to get the bulk and weight reduced to get these headaches to ease up, and 14 months is far too long between cuts. My mom messaged me a little while ago to tell me that she was looking for our old neighbor's obituary (why, I have no idea) and found my ex-father-in-law's instead. Stepfather of my ex-husband, over a year ago, age 79 after a long battle with cancer. I feel sad for how much of his family has passed away in the past few years, as from local newspapers and social media I've been informed of the passing of 3 of his grandparents (I was with him when he lost one), both parents, and both stepparents, plus a slightly younger stepbrother. It reminds me to be extra grateful for all of my family members young and old, that's for sure. I hope you're all having a beautiful day/evening, many magical magpie hugs to everyone!!

FabFree Gets Spooky

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I realized that with all the hubbub of various Halloween events, I hadn't yet shared the seasonal treats being offered to FabFree group members. So of course I had to remedy that, as I love any reason to share goodies for the FabFree in SL group or from their incredible blog :) They've been a huge part of my second life since I arrived on the grid, and as an enthusiastic fan of theirs I have been noticing gifts added to their ever-growing group gift list that are just right for Halloween. If you need a costume this weekend or on the holiday itself, be sure to take a peek and see if perhaps the look of your dreams is waiting for you for free! The FabFree group is free to join as always, and has a permanent place among my group slots even back when they were limited to a much lower number than we enjoy these days.

My first look of the evening is more for giggles than gasps of terror ;) It is our SPOTLIGHT - FABFREE 'BOO-BEES' gift, and well there are indeed two bees on the front with ghost costumes for the BOO part. Where else would they land but on our chest? The dress has a layered look with yellow trim to match the bees' stripes, and a slit on each side to make things a little flirty. The gift includes sizes for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Khara, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Prima, Prima Petite, Reborn, and Reborn Waifu mesh bodies. 

Taylor Designs clearly had Halloween in mind when designing our Agatha Overalls Oct gift, from the bright orange color to the dancing jack o'lantern on the left hip. This one piece outfit comes in Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Khara, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Peach, Reborn, and Reborn Waifu mesh body sizes. The halter neck leads around to a deep plunging back, just right for showing off a new tattoo and especially if you've picked up a seasonal themed one recently :) 

I also noticed that V8 Underground recently changed their group gifts over to costumes or Halloween themed treats, like this FabFree gift called **MISS KRUEGER V2 TERROR STYLE THEME COSTUME COMPLET OUTFIT**. Freddy could be short for Fredericka or Frieda, right? As always their outfits are full of great details and accessories, but we start with the cropped sweater and micro mini shorts each in standard mesh sizes as well as Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP versions. The boots are unrigged so we can adjust them, or just wear the included alpha layer to hide your feet if you prefer. Then we have the hat and a blonde hairstyle (not shown) that is blood splattered, and a claw glove in 2 versions for the right hand. The stockings and scratches tattoos come in system/BOM layers and an Omega applier, just like the makeup which I'm not wearing here because it is for Catwa and not Evo X. The image included with the gift will let you see what it looks like though :) I have always been very timid about horror movies, yet even as a teenager I was drawn to the Nightmare on Elm Street series. 

Pink may not be a traditional Halloween color, but I'm all for making it a new tradition :) This is the SLW Design - Fab-Boo-Lous Hoodie gift, clearly designed just for us, and it goes without saying that we're all fabulous but I also love the idea of being fab-BOO-lous this month! The image on the front reads just that, with a witch on the left of the Fab part (I thought it was a 4 at first LOL) and spiderwebs on the Lous at the bottom. The hoodie itself has shapely seams in the front and a double row of matching stripes down each arm in pale blue, just right to go with the sleeve cuffs. There are two versions included, with or without the Fab-Boo-Lous wording on the front, and each will fit Legacy, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies. It is just long enough to be a very short dress as I've worn it here, or a long tunic top that you can add your favorite pants beneath if you wish.

My final look of the evening keeps the SLW Design hoodie but adds a fantastic accessory - the "VOOH" FABFREE GROUP GIFT #4 MIX & MATCH COFFIN BAG. This stunning handbag comes in 8 different versions, each with a different hold pose (some left hand, some right, and one in both at once which is the one I'm using on the left above) and a very handy HUD to customize the look. There are 40 textures and 30 metals each for the full bag, bag part 1, or bag part 2 (the sides seem to be part 1 and the front is 2) so we can change things up quite a bit! I really leaned into the purple to go with the pink clothing, but there are patterns and solids of black, red, orange, and all sorts of possibilities for year round. I really couldn't resist the style!

Are you ready for the weekend? I sure am, well except for making up a shopping list for the morning for the housemate to go to the farmers market. I think the weather will be decent enough, cool (low 60s) but clear, and it is the last market for one of the vendors so I've preordered some frozen goodies to enjoy, at least until he gets set up in a new venture if that works out. Dinner with my parents was productive as I got them thinking about Thanksgiving plans. My mom texted my cousins/her nephews to see if they are able to be there, so now we wait for their decisions. They are understanding that I don't think I can make it, and there's chaos about the physical therapist wanting my grandmother's bed moved from the dining room (where it's been for a few years now) to the living room to make room for more equipment, meaning my parents will have to figure out what table to use and where. There's also a huge ancient sofa (from the 50s or 60s) in the way that will probably get chopped up and discarded because it's in bad shape, more things to do by then. SL Mesh Body Event

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we get to stop by the SL Mesh Body Group sales event, where there are many $99L offers (their other event is called 99 Go) and a generous helping of free gifts for the SLMB group. My first beautiful look is the RD SLMB Callum dress from Taylor Designs. This charming one-shouldered dress is sheer with various sizes of round flowers on the material, all accentuated by the neckline ruffle that wraps around and over the left shoulder. There are sizes for Freya, Hourglass, and Maitreya mesh bodies provided, as well as a HUD with 5 colors to choose from. For public wear I'd suggest either upper and lower pasties, or pasties and a pair of BOM panties to add modesty where needed.

Telsiope's Couture is offering their Kimberly dress as the event gift for this round, and I am a fan! We are sure to turn heads in this sleek styled bare shoulder dress with detached long sleeves and fun oval openings down the front and atop each sleeve. The gift includes eBody Reborn, Erika, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya sizes, with a generous 20 texture HUD so we can change the look as we desire. There are solid colors and a few patterns, so it is a great variety as you can see.

My next look combines two different gifts, and I am enjoying them both together and individually :) The top is the { ViVi } Jasmin - Silky Fold Tank - Black Vine gift, with slender straps that cross in the back and an eye-catching texture. It fits eBody Reborn, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Prima Busty, and Prima Petite mesh bodies. As for the skirt, that is the gift from Ahlure named Perseverance Skirt. It does look like we've persevered and survived something tearing our hem and putting a few well-placed holes here and there, with the tiny belts helping to hold things together. We receive sizes for Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn bodies, as well as a HUD that lets us pick from 12 colors for the skirt and 2 for the metal trim. I love the way the fabric looks like metallic leather, such a striking sheen that will definitely turn heads.

Let's get extra sexy with the ::F:: Lucrecia Bodysuit Fatpack gift from FOR YOU STORE! This slightly sheer suit has golden studs and links that pop against the solid black collar and the latex fabric too. We can choose from 15 shades for our fabric, and wear this playful bodysuit with Kalhene, Kupra (Bimbo, Low, Original), Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies.

For my final look tonight I'm feeling pretty in pink, thanks to the +V8-UNDERGROUND-ALEXANDRA FLOWER-COMPLET OUTFIT+PINK gift! There are Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn sizes each of our top, panties, and wraparound skirt. The top has intricate ties that create a halter neck and wind their way around to tie at the waist, much like how the sarong style skirt is tied in place. Loving that floral pattern on the skirt, and did you notice that the panties seem to be a shade or two darker than the top? That means the various hues in the skirt can really pull things together nicely.

I have even more gifts to share tomorrow from this event, as you can tell it was a very bountiful visit :) My day was otherwise fairly quiet, the calm before the storm of 4 busy days in a row ahead. Tomorrow is the podiatrist visit, which I don't expect to be fun but possibly a picnic compared to the dental visit on Thursday. *deep breaths* No wonder my anxiety is elevated lately, eh? Paparazzi Treats

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I explored some stores whose designers are part of the Paparazzi group, and found several wonderful gifts for everyone who visits wearing the Paparazzi group tag. It is free to join and has a nice range of designers, so I hope you enjoy these visits as much as I did :)

My first stop was V8 Underground, whose Paparazzi gift (on the same wall as several other groups' treats) is called **MARISA MAITO INCUBUS URBAN STYLE COMPLET OUTFIT**. It is very alluring, thanks to the plunging neckline and extra short wrap skirt. The outfit consists of the top, skirt, belt, panties, and heels, each in sizing for Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies. There is also a HUD with 2 choices each for the top (solid or gold embossed), skirt (solid or sheer ruffle), panties (same as top), belt metal, and boots metal. I love that we can wear it with or without the belt, and even slip off the skirt for a private peekaboo!

There are gifts for several groups at Petry Model also, like the Paparazzi's lovely OutFit SOKO seen here. Its dress and sandals each fit Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies, with 10 color choices for each via HUD. The hemline of the dress is a unique one, thanks to that buckled strap holding an opening loosely in place, and the sandals are so intricate! Can you imagine having to lace them all the way up over the knee in RL? It is much easier to just appreciate the ease in SL of adding them and then tinting them a wide range of colors in a snap :)

Ewa Boutique has the tempting {EB} TAMMI GIFT waiting for Paparazzi group members, all yours for free. The strapless dress is provided in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizes, while the boots come in sizing for Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink feet (they didn't fit mine quite right so I used the Maitreya HUD to hide my feet, easy peasy). Then we can add the stockings with an Omega HUD, and the bracelets for both wrists are adjustable. The mesh backpack is a playful touch that almost makes it look like the dress has straps from the front, and it is an optional addition just like all of the extras here. That plaid pleated skirt gives a schoolgirl vibe, but the buckles and boots ramp up the sex appeal for a mature feeling that I appreciate.

It could be said that I was slipping in another St. Paddy's Day green look, but without any shamrocks I think the TDPaparazzi Gift from Taylor Designs will look smashing all year round :) It is a charming bare-shouldered long sleeved dress, with short hemline that really hugs our curves in a flattering way. There are Freya, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body sizes included in this wonderful gift.

Another fantastic place to visit, especially with that Paparazzi group tag active, is LEXU where you can claim their ELOISE DRESS GIFT. It is in such a dramatic blood red shade that it will certainly turn heads, if not for that color then definitely the sexy styling :) We receive sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies. Now the only problem is trying to decide which of these great looks to wear first this weekend!

This morning I was washing my hair and when I squeezed to wring the water out of my hair, I felt a tearing popping sensation in the problem finger...somehow that simple action seems to have undone all the help the cortisone shot gave, and now it is even more painful than before the shot. Typing is torture, and I can't imagine how a simple motion I've done every time I wash my hair for decades could suddenly be dangerous. I am continuing to ice my hand every few hours, and will have to go back to the hand specialist I guess. I'll be seeing the chiropractor on Monday as a routine monthly visit, so will also get advice from him since his office also does physical therapy. Ugh. Despite that, I did have a very nice visit with my parents for dinner, and will be going to the farmers market in the morning. Designer News Group Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I was inspired by a Designer News group gift I saw to explore some more and share a handful with all of you. The group is free to join, and there are many designers who have gifts for the group in their stores so just have the tag active when you visit them. Lots of the participating designers are part of other multi-store groups too, so I do suggest peeking for other gifts at each stop since you might be able to treat yourself to more than one new look with the various group tags.

My first stop was Taylor Designs, with several gifts behind the counter including the TD - DN Gift for Designer News. This flirty aqua halter dress has plunging neckline that reveals the belly button, and the back is mostly bared too for added sex appeal. It comes in a classic M size as well as Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, and Tonic Fine mesh body sizing. 

I also claimed this beautiful dress from Blackbird Lace called Mesa Dress gift. It has a trio of slender straps on each shoulder that merge into one, and a ruffled skirt of a different material than the formfitting body. The gift consists of Altamura, eBody Curvy, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and TMP mesh body sizes. I really like the way the subtle design accentuates our curves! The gifts for various groups are all located upstairs in this store.

If you head out the front door from the last store and go to the left, you will find the Black Angel store which also has several group gifts upstairs including this lovely CIARA JUMPSUIT GIFT. The sequined texture looks great in that bronze color, and the halter top has a flirty rounded opening to show off some cleavage. There are sizes for Freya, Hourglass, Maitreya, and Petite bodies included in this wonderful gift.

Next I found a chic look for your next night out, the FAVOR - IRA DRESS gift for Designer News. The sleek pencil dress is topped with a bold bow to go with the bold black and red color combination. It is provided in standard mesh sizes along with eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine body sizing. The fabric has some shine to it, very pretty!

For my final look of the evening, I picked up the AMELIA DRESS GIFT from LEXU, one of several generous gifts for a variety of groups. This dress has intricate straps both front and back, holding together a bra top and short skirt in black with tiny red polka dots. The dress seems to have materials enabled, as I noticed the green shimmer and added another subtle ambient light source to bring out even more reflectivity. There are sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh bodies in this lovely gift.

It was a generally peaceful weekend here, especially visiting the farmers market and petting the cute Boston terrier again. I really do believe that interacting with companion animals (and sometimes just watching wildlife) is good for our emotional health, and he is such a playful little guy that just wants to love every human he sees. The only critter in my home this evening is a giant spider, so not quite as cute or cuddly.
