Kiyomizu Summer Hunt

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'm sharing some free hunt prizes from the Kiyomizu Summer 2024 hunt, a seasonal (4 times a year) exploration of the lovely Kiyomizu Mall and some of the stores' main locations. The floating ghosts will help you out with a link to a personalized website that shows which ninja kitties you have found, and where the ones you still need are located. I've always been impressed with the scripting that goes into this hunt :) The signs keep track of things, and the cats communicate with them. There are no hints and these kitties can be resized or even flattened to hide in walls, so be prepared to do a fair amount of searching for some of them! Others are large and easy to find, so you don't know what to expect until you arrive. I start out wandering the entirety of the mall, looking for hunt signs in those stores, then give a ghost a click to see where else I need to be :) This summer round lasts until the 7th of July, so we have some time yet to enjoy.

Summer does mean lots of beach fashions, so the ninja cat at Shiorin's Mart is ready with their =CS= Bikini Swimsuit prize. Pet him and you'll receive the bikini worn as one piece in sizing for Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn sizes, in black with bursts of pretty fireworks as the pattern. There is even a little text on the lower left bra cup that says kiyomizu 24 so you will always know where and when you picked up this sweet treat :)

Next we see the playful SHOP KERO School Girl Summer Uniform, just as versatile as it is cute :) The shirt with attached tie and fun pleated skirt are each provided in Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh body sizes, and there is also a HUD included with 12 choices each for the shirt, skirt, and plaid tie. The blue button on the lower right of the HUD is not labeled but I clicked it and discovered it is an on/off option for the tie. I used to be afraid of trying anything like that in SL, but over the years I've decided that I cannot damage anything permanently, and if something goes wrong I can always redeliver or unpack a new copy :) I am more cautious with things that do not have copy permissions. So give things a click and have fun!

MeltingDots Freebie Store has a great seasonal hunt prize for us too, their Tropical Swimwear 2024. The one-piece style is relatively modest which is certainly a good thing sometimes, with crossed straps in the back that I simply adore. It fits Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies, with a HUD that offers 6 patterns for the main swimsuit and 6 solid colors for the bows on the front straps, and <> arrows to adjust the proportions of the texture you select. The center button between the arrows seems to be a reset for that sizing. So on the right above, I used the arrows to make the pattern much larger, repeating less frequently, with the default on the left and you can go even smaller if you prefer.

I've been a fan of Frangipani Garden for ages, so I was thrilled to claim their *FG* Monique Bikini prize from this hunt. The bikini and sarong are all one piece, designed for eBody Reborn, Waifu, Legacy, Perky, Perky Petite, Bombshell, Maitreya, Lara X, and Petite X mesh bodies. The colors and pattern are giving groovy retro vibes! 

Just when I thought I was done, a tempting treat kept haunting me until I added a bonus shot ;) In my hand you will see the .:H/D:. Strawberry waffle sandwich from Honey Dragon, which comes in biggies and dinkies versions. It has the hold pose you see above, without an eating animation, so you can use it for photos without unexpected nibbling. Can I just say how delicious this looks? Fresh waffles, chocolate icing with rainbow sprinkles, and a layer of thinly sliced strawberries sandwiched between...drool! Xan can tell ya that I am fascinated by SL food in general, and appreciate knowing that there are no health consequences if my avi decides to chow down on spicy beef or any of the dozens of other tasty things I can no longer enjoy in RL. Just think, this waffle sandwich can be enjoyed any time of day or night, no calories and no cooking skills needed :) 

Yesterday went fairly well, all in all, as I got to the lab to get my blood drawn and got through it even though my usual phlebotomist wasn't there. I'd been looking forward to seeing her, as we've known each other for over 20 years and she always asks about my parents, etc., so seeing a stranger made me want to turn around and run away. Thanks, anxiety :P  But I didn't, and even though he had bad smoker's breath and kept calling me hun, I tolerated the blood draw and made it home in one piece mentally. My doctor already got the results and adjusted a medication, like geez that was fast! Now the pharmacy has to obtain the new dose, and I will be retested in a month. The weather is still hot with a touch of storms tonight, so I am doing my best to stay calm and cool. I'll probably pivot back to Shop & Hop tomorrow unless something else time-limited crops up. Bon Odori at Kiyomizu

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are taking part in the Bon Odori celebration at the Kiyomizu Mall, a Japanese dance festival to honor the spirits of our ancestors. The mall brings it to us with a ring of dance pads that we can sit on to dance around in a circle, and after 120 seconds of joining the dancing we are eligible to claim prizes from the surrounding lucky boards for free. No group tag needed, just some beautiful dancing :) I've been visiting this mall for years and have shared lucky boards from previous Bon Odori celebrations too, so despite my lack of Japanese heritage I am honored to be able to witness and play a small part in such a wonderful tradition. There is traditional music playing, and some visitors are wearing classical garb while others are charming hamsters or other non-human avatars, so it is even fun for people watching. Some boards have multiple gifts they rotate through, and all letters are called in local chat which I have learned to notice the capital letters in English between the Japanese text, with a number that indicates how long before the letter will change. Then it's a matter of using the camera controls to pan around all the boards to find my initial. This event is open until the 22nd, and a few boards were added this morning (check the inner area so to your left while dancing, not just the outer ring to the right) so it is still being updated and enhanced with more treats for all dancing visitors, so please stop by and enjoy!

My first look is one of several prizes from Frangipani Garden, called *FG* Bikini & Sarong Sweet Greg. This is a one piece original mesh outfit that is created to fit the Maitreya Lara mesh body. This version has a note on the included image saying Caution: Bright and Glitter, which made me smile because you can see in my photo how glowy the edging is. There is an animated glitter aspect too, so this is a very dramatic look to help you turn heads wherever you wear it. My personal lighting settings (is it EEP, whatever replaced windlight?) do make this even more noticeable so your results may vary, but it will be dreamy regardless :)

Another variant of the first look you may also win here is the *FG* Bikini & Sarong 2023 Watermelon outfit. This beauty is also a one piece, Maitreya sized set that has vibrant colors instead of a brightness or glitter to its materials. the multicolored watermelons are bold against the black backdrop with thin streaks of colors, and I am a big fan of the combination.

Shiorin's Mart has two neighboring lucky boards at the event, with prizes that feature vastly different styles yet a similar fabric pattern that looks fantastic on both. This is their =CS= KIYOMIZU HUNT PRIZE 2023BON-ODORI-2 treat, a set that fits Legacy, Maitreya, Petite mesh bodies. The jacket, top, and skirt are separate pieces so we can mix things up a little if we wish, as I did by slipping out of the jacket to reveal the sleeveless white top. Did you notice the great detail of the white buttons on the jacket and the skirt? They bring out the snowy white of the top beneath so nicely.

The name of the other prize probably clued you into the possible name for this flirty swimsuit, which is =CS= KIYOMIZU HUNT PRIZE 2023BON-ODORI-1. The side-laced swimwear fits Legacy and Maitreya mesh bodies, with a larger version of that acorn-dotted fabric that I am enjoying so much. I was already familiar with Shiorin's Mart from their prizes in each round of the seasonal hunts that Kiyomizu Mall organizes, so it is a pleasure as always to see their offerings.

For my final look of the evening, I am sporting not one but two charming prizes which are both from the same lucky board. The outfit on the left is our Hapi*Rabi Phoebe - NLGr prize, with the NLDB on the right. The last two letters seem to indicate green and either dark blue or denim blue, and if neither of these colors are your taste but the style is, there are other versions for sale on the display behind the lucky board :) Each romper is one solid piece with shirt layer and belt built in, included in sizes for Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh bodies. The little floral designs on the front are such a sweet touch, and I'm still wearing one of these at the moment inworld but haven't even put on shoes yet, LOL! I'm leaning towards sandals in a dark brown to mimic the belt color. 

Whew, what a day! I had my intake televisit for the anxiety clinic, which went well for a deeply invasive dive into my life and health history ;) The director chose a therapist for me and said he would be in touch within a day or two, which turned out to be less than an hour later which was impressively prompt. The first virtual visit is Thursday afternoon, and will be my third such appointment in 3 days. Tomorrow's is the family doctor who needs to be brought up to speed on this, which I expect will make her very happy since she knows I am struggling. The only downside so far is that I didn't do very well sleeping, probably got 4 hours total, so let's keep some fingers crossed that tomorrow is more restful. By the time Friday rolls around I'll have lots to discuss at dinner with my parents if I get there successfully. Springtime in Kiyomizu

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's post features some of the wonderful free prizes from the Kiyomizu Spring Hunt 2022, which starts at the Kiyomizu Mall and continues at some of the mainstores of the designers who have branches there. The gifts are hidden with ninja cats, some of which are resized smaller than others, but they all reward you with a free treat just for finding and clicking them. The hunt signs at each store are very cleverly scripted to tell you exactly how many cats are hiding there, also serving to verify that there is (at least) one ready there. Please click a floating ghost above one of the walkways of this outdoor mall to get a list of what kitties you've found so far and where you still need to go, as it makes it easy to ensure that you visit all the mainstores in addition to combing the mall thoroughly enough. We have until the 3rd of April to track down all the cute cats, so have fun with them!

My first look this evening is the Shiorin's Mart prize called =CS= KIYOMIZU HUNT PRIZE 2022SPRING-1. Its shirt with built in tie and pleated mini skirt are each provided in Legacy and Maitreya mesh body sizes. The sleeves match the skirt perfectly with their familiar plaid pattern, and the tie has pretty pink flowers that definitely feel like spring. My nails here are another hunt prize, the KoCha - Nail_Spring Pink C which are a mixed manicure on a Maitreya applier HUD. Just one quick click will polish your nails in various solid shades of pink with a few carefully decorated with white floral nail art. 

Next I changed into the M*Motion C22 KYMZ Spring Dress prize. This strapless mini has tiers of ruffles in shades of grey and mint with a charming pink trim, and is designed to fit the Maitreya mesh body. This type of style makes me think of dancing, maybe from the flappers of the 1920s, and if it reminds me of a fancy bakery cake that just means I might be hungry ;) Gorgeous no matter what it calls to mind though.

The ninja kitty at SHOP KERO has a fun Spring Blouse Suit waiting for all who find and click it. The gift includes the blouse and skirt each in sizes for Freya, Isis, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies, along with a HUD with 10 colors each for the top, collar, skirt, and belt. We can do some mixing and matching with our lovely floral blouse and solid colored pencil skirt to create a look that is all our own.

For my final look of the evening, I paired two prizes in shades of a very traditional spring hue. The dress is our .*.Jury PoP.*. Haruno Tunic Wanpi-Green- prize, with an oh-so-cozy looking fleecy texture, slit pockets, and scalloped midlength sleeves. It says "Spring" on the front in the purple circle above an adorable bunny, thus combining two wonderful seasonal colors. It is included in fitmesh S, M, L sizes as well as Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body versions. As for my nails, they are the Hapi*Rabi Nails Peridot -kth, a beautiful prize of mesh nails that are easy to wear by just hiding your hand's built in nails and adding the appropriate size nails. We receive Belleza, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn versions to fit several popular bodies. Just look at the shades of green that lean yellow in the center and teal on the edges, and the stunning gemstone on each nail! *chef's kiss* They look great with this dress but will easily coordinate with much of our spring wardrobes.

Are you ready for the weekend? I am, even if my stomach is still overly sensitive and moody. I enjoyed dinner with my parents tonight, and am most likely going to the farmers market in the morning with a game plan of not eating anything (samples galore!) while there. I only wind up nibbling on samples when someone creates something new, which lately has been Thai dishes since that chef brings lots of variety :) A very frustrating hockey game just ended, but there is another one Sunday that means another chance. Celebrate Autumn with Kiyomizu

Hiya everyone! Tonight it is time for the Kiyomizu Autumn 2019 Hunt, where we are looking for cute ninja cats who offer free prizes when you click each one. They are hidden throughout the Kiyomizu Mall and in some of the stores' main locations too, so what I usually recommend is to check all the stores in the Kiyomizu Mall for signs (each tells you if there is a cat hidden and how many) then click a floating ghost in one of the walkways. They take you to a personalized website that shows how many kitties you have located and what URLs you still need to visit. There are no hints, and the cats can be any size (a few were small like an avatar's fingertip!) or flattened, and stuck fully inside boxes or walls. If you are good with wireframe, that might help you find the trickier felines. The hunt lasts until the 6th of October, so you have some time still to track them all down.

M*Motion has two hidden cats waiting for us, and they each want to offer you a part of the above outfit as a reward for finding them. The top is their C19 KYMZ Fringe Jacket, and the skirt is the C19 KYMZ Mini Frill Skirt, each of which are included in a Maitreya size for that very popular mesh body. They match perfectly, and have a playful Boho flavor that made me smile.

Next we have a beautiful dress from **milky-way that is also crafted for the Maitreya mesh body, *19-08 Lace Dress Maitreya. The dark teal shade is complemented by the black lace trim, and the trio of lighter green buttons on the bodice.

How cute is this apron from MeltingDots Freebie Store? :) It is called Doubutsu Apron and includes 3 fitmesh sizes (S,M,L) along with Freya, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine mesh body sizes. There is also a HUD provided with 10 choices, each a different animal on a solid background color of either pink, yellow, or light blue. It makes sense that I googled the word doubutsu and it looks like it means animal. There were plenty of cuddly little cuties to choose from, and please note this apron has no back so you might want to layer it over a dress or pants outfit for public wear.

In some parts of the world, and in a fair amount of SL, autumn means Halloween and dark colors with eye-catching patterns. This gift from SHOP KERO called Halloween Plaid Dress is surely no exception :) It comes in 5 fitmesh standard sizes plus eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine versions. There is also a handy HUD enclosed with 8 different plaids for the dress, 8 colors each for the harness and lace, and 4 metals. You can even adjust the proportions of the texture with the arrows in the bottom right of the HUD, so play around and see what sizes and color combos you like.

My final look of the evening is an original mesh outfit from Frangipani Garden called *FG* Watermelon Tunic & Leggings - Yellow. If it looks familiar, they had a yellow watermelon item (ice cream float) in their lucky board at the Bon Odori event I blogged prizes from last month, so a popular variety of this tasty fruit treat. It comes in a Maitreya rigged size, but that just might work with other bodies if you use the alphas on the body's HUD and try it out. The black denim with slight acid wash looks lovely with the ruffle at the pant hems, and that capri length is sure to come in handy during cool days or evenings that are not quite cold yet :)

I am a bit slow tonight, thanks to a rough couple of days...my dental visit yesterday seemed routine enough, then late last night I realized that there was a gap between my gumline and an old crown. I thought maybe it shifted or had come loose, so I had to go back in this afternoon. Turns out it was a 10 year old filling that gave out (I'm guessing the hygienist got carried away, but I know fillings don't last forever) that led to more nitrous, plus novocaine, and delays because I'm a bleeder. It is expected to be sore for a few days I was told. Sound fun? Hehe, it was just unexpected and that made it more unpleasant than it should have been. Tomorrow I'm getting my hair cut and colored finally, so that might make me look less haggard and stressed out ;) My stylist is a sweet person and a hugger, so I am looking forward to some friendly embraces as much as the freshening of the hairdo. Bon Odori Festival at Kiyomizu

Hiya everyone! Tonight I take you to the Kiyomizu Mall, where they are celebrating the Bon Odori Festival. I did a little research, as I like to do, and found that it is a dance to welcome the spirits of the dead. The landing area now has a tower with a huge drum, surrounded by a circle of dance poseballs (yellow and on the ground) and displays with gachas and lucky boards. If you want to win from those boards, you have to be dancing for at least two minutes to be able to claim a prize when your initial shows up. The many boards change letters very frequently, and a few boards have multiple prizes inside. This fun annual event takes place until the 18th of the month, so you have time to hang out and enjoy :)

My first look is the lucky board prize from * ichiko * called Hight Waist Bikini - Rose - Kiyomizu Bon 2019. It comes in a Maitreya mesh size and has a delicate pattern with pretty pink roses. 

Another lucky board prize worth dancing for is the Magiclo gift .: MC :. Camouflagesuit [Kiyomizu_Bon] outfit seen here. It is a single piece with a tube top layered beneath a jumper type skirt, in sizes for Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique. The camo print on the top layer has fun shades of pink, blue, and yellow that really make it pop.

Another outfit on the lucky boards is the prize from [PinkCat's] called Summer Mini Tshirt&Bottom *WaterMelon-Yellow*. The top and shorts each come in a single mesh size, and as you can see they fit my Maitreya body quite well. Apparently yellow watermelon has a sweeter honey-like flavor, so now I want to try it! My avi got to taste it from one of the two prizes in FrangipaniGarden's lucky board, the *FG* Watermelon Ice Cream Floats -Yellow-.  It has a built in hold pose, as you can see, and there is a pink flavor you can win from this board as well. Just look at how beautifully it is garnished, with tiny wedges of watermelon and a paper umbrella.

The **milky-way lucky board has two prizes in it too, and I am having fun showing them both in this look. The lovely dress on the left is the **milky-way *19-07 MINI YUKATA-Pink, and the Blue version can be seen on the right. Both are included in a single mesh size that might be for Maitreya since I saw it auto-alpha some body sections when I added it, and they have the same crimson belt and wide sleeves. These are such elaborate looks, and perfect for the festival.

Clearly I had a lot of fun with this last look of the evening, wearing a sexy bikini from the +OM+ display. It is a free gift located behind their lucky board, so not actually a lucky board prize...you can claim this with no group needed and no luck ;) Then I added a lucky board prize, this time from A&R called Phone Navi-ver2. Just add it and you will see some adorable poses, and you can click the yellow part for animations or the black star on the back for the selfie with flash light as seen on the left. So clever!

Hiya everyone! Tonight I have more Kiyomizu Hunt prizes to share, and plenty of wishes for a beautiful new year. As I mentioned in yesterday's post, the hunt starts at the Kiyomizu Mall and the best way to get a list of where you need to visit is by clicking a floating ghost. He'll send you to a website that tells you how many ninja cats you have found and where you will need to visit yet. The cats are very clever and sneaky, sometimes shrinking to tiny sizes and other times flattening themselves and slipping into walls, so be prepared for a challenge :) 

My first look this evening is the prize from Magnolia, this pretty strapless mini dress with polka dots. It comes in a single mesh size, so I would have to guess it is fitmesh. The scalloped hem is a fun touch, isn't it?

Frangipani Garden has a cute kitty for us to find too, containing their *FG* Ugly Christmas Sweaters. There are two sweater sets included, red and green, each in a size for classic (also compatible with Slink etc.) and one with a Maitreya auto-hide script built in. The lights on the tree actually blink, a clever detail that made me giggle.

Since it is another chilly RL night for me, I was very pleased to find this Loose Sweater Blue in the Shop Ichiko cat's gift. It comes in sizes for Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique, with a lovely pattern of snowflakes on a pale blue background. I'm wearing it with the Delizio jeans that appear on my blog very frequently, a marketplace freebie that comes in several colors as system layers, Omega appliers, and Maitreya appliers.

The prize from CRYSTINE is this sensational Winter Goth Dress. It comes in 3 standard fitmesh sizes (XS, S, M) plus Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique versions. The style has so many eye-catching details, like the skirt layers and the corset type lacing in the back. 

For my final look of the evening, I am enjoying the SHOP KERO gift called Diamond Tuck Stand Collar Suit. It is provided in fitmesh standard sizes plus eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine, with a texture HUD featuring 10 different colors. All the shades have the same diamond pattern, such a sharp look for so many occasions.

You can probably guess that I didn't have any plans for tonight, LOL, which I am perfectly happy with...I was right here blogging, chatting with Xan, and flipped over to ABC to watch the ball drop in Times Square. There are fireworks still going off in my neighborhood, and I got a message from my mom that their birds are singing loudly enough to drown out the fireworks, which makes me smile. I don't usually make New Years resolutions, so instead I try to think of any positive things I did in 2018 that I'd like to carry over in 2019, as well as general goals or hopes for the year ahead. The most important thing is anything I can do to improve my health, which has been fairly up and down in 2018 with some aspects being somewhat preventable. I would like to meditate more, and express my gratitude more to people who deserve it but don't hear it enough. More Kiyomizu Prizes

Hiya everyone! Tonight I am pleased to show you a few more prizes from the Kiyomizu Autumn 2018 Hunt. Just head to the Kiyomizu Mall and find all the ninja cats hiding there that you can, then click a floating ghost (look above the sidewalks outside the stores) to take you to a website that tells you where you have found cats and where to still look. Thanks to the wonderful scripting of this hunt, the URLs on that site are directly to the signs, which keep track of the kitties and let you know if it is there or not. With traditional hunts, I admit I have spent time searching in a store that wound up not being ready and so I was looking for something that didn't exist, so it is reassuring that the scripting keeps this hunt completely accurate. Remember, these kitties like to shrink or flatten themselves and hide in walls, so you need to be on your toes! You will also notice that I have new hair, which is a gacha prize from Doe found at The Arcade this month. 

With my new hair and this new dress, I am giving off modern Marilyn Monroe vibes in this look! The dress is our prize from [satus Inc] called [S] Elise Sidecut Strapless Dress Pink, and it comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique. The slit on the left side is daringly high, while the color feels very romantic to me.

Hapi*Rabi is offering their Grace dress as their hunt prize, in vibrant orange with creamy lace trim and matching buttons on the sleeves. It is provided in 3 classic sizes (S, M, L) as well as Freya, Venus, and Maitreya versions, so there is a good chance that one of these will suit your shape and body. 

You can hold onto your favorite summer fruit throughout autumn with the prize from Frangipani Garden, their Watermelon Tunic & Leggings. It is a single mesh piece in a Maitreya size, but could possibly fit other bodies if you give it a try. I love the rich coloring, the cute seeds dotting the top, and the just-right green trim. The capris have the cutest ruffles on the hem of each pant, a really fun touch for sure.

Next we have a dramatically different look from SHOP KERO, in their prize named Combat Suit. This versatile outfit includes the jacket and pants each in three classic sizes (S,M,L) along with Freya, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique versions, plus the boots in sizes for classic, Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink flat. The versatility comes in with the included HUD, offering 16 colors of the camo print you see here for the clothing, 8 colors for the boots and belts, and 5 choices for the trim and soles. I recommend just playing with the HUD to see the various options and decide what you like best.

It comes in plenty of mesh sizes: 5 classic, 5 fitmesh, eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Ocacin, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine. There is also a HUD included that offers 10 different colors to choose from, two of which can be seen above. By the way, if you are relatively new to SL or meet someone who is, this is a terrific place to visit and pick up a multitude of free gifts. I personally have the landmark in a special folder so I can hand it out to new residents whose inventories are pretty bare.

Hair note of the night: I was at The Arcade and couldn't resist picking up the free demo of the Doe Londra style, one of two they have there for $75L per play, and wound up being so taken with it that I went back and played a few times ;) I meant to play once, but does that ever work when indulging in gachas? LOL! So my favorite of the ones I won is the Blondes, worn tonight, which is a two tone so I can change the top portion (with braid) separate from the rest. There is also wisps that can be turned off/on and I have them off, plus cute stars scattered on the braid that can be on or (as I am wearing now) off, and there are color choices for those. There is a handy resize feature on the color HUD too, so I suggest trying that on the demo too if you're interested. The other style is a longer one, but I like to have short styles that don't hide my clothing for blogging so you can see as much of the clothes as possible.

It was a quiet day here, still waiting for the not-very-handy handyman to install the new over the range microwave and trying not to be overly impatient about it. He was supposed to do something to this house (not critical) literally 18 years ago and never did, just to give you an idea of why I get annoyed with him. Hot Summer Nights

Hiya everyone! Tonight I am showing a few more prizes from the Kiyomizu Summer 2018 Hunt, a seasonal free hunt that starts at the Kiyomizu Mall and has you looking for cute ninja cats. Some of them are remarkably well hidden, so your camming skills will come in handy here as well as thinking outside the box (or inside the box, or inside a wall...or under something and shrunken to itty bitty sizes...) to find these clever kitties. The floating ghosts around the mall will help you with a website that tells you where you've found the cats so far and which stops you'll still need to visit, and how many cats are hiding at each location. The signs are scripted, and I have always admired how they keep track of things so efficiently. You have just under a week left to find them, since it wraps up on the 8th of July and all the ninja cats go away until the fall round of this seasonal hunt.

First we have the prize from Frangipani, their *FG* Watermelon Popsicle Delivery Set. This generous gift has a delivery staff uniform in a Maitreya size (one piece, top and skirt you see here) plus the watermelon popsicle for the right hand and the pop carrying box each in sizes for human, hamster, and animal fairy avatars. The box distributes treats (a pop for the mouth) to anyone who clicks it, so all your friends can enjoy a refreshing snack too.

The prize from ~IVY~ is called Summer Outfit, and it is a flirty top and matching skirt each in sizes for Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and a fitted version. I really like the various shades of blue in the stripes, and the style really accentuates our curves.

The kitten at Magiclo holds this *Noir* dress, in sizes for Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and XS, S, M standard sizes. The golden straps make for a lovely trim, and add a unique touch to your new LBD (little black dress).

Next we have the POZA MART Outfit for Slink Female, in bold black and white that works for any season. The jacket with built in top comes in a Slink size, and the skirt comes in Slink and Large sizes. I am wearing the Slink sizes in both on my Maitreya body, and obviously it worked it very nicely with a few tweaks on my body's alpha HUD. I feel like these pieces can be worn with plenty of other wardrobe components, if you are the creative sort who prefers to build your own outfits by mixing and matching. 

For my final look of the evening, I am showing one of several prizes to adorn our nails with, this being from <ooSiki> called sea2018. There are HUDs for Belleza, Maitreya, Omega, and Slink, each with the two designs seen above. The white has 2 pretty gems at the base, while the blue is a pretty ombre with scales and a single pearl at the cuticle. I will probably wear one color on most of the nails, then choose the other as accent nails like ring finger and thumb on each hand, occasionally for variety. 

My title tonight was simply inspired by the stifling heat outside, although I know it is the name of a movie I haven't seen. I had just turned my fan back on when the title popped into my head, better than overworking the poor air conditioner :) I'm dealing with more technology problems, countless strange little things keep cropping up and it can be very irritating so I need to be more aware of trying to stay calm and positive. I have a medication alarm set that decided not to go off as an example, but I realized the time just a few minutes later so it wasn't a big deal. That was especially odd since my other issues were mainly related to wireless internet connection trouble, which wouldn't affect the alarm at all. Oh well, things will work out eventually I'm sure.
