Hiya everyone! Tonight we visit the Kiyomizu Spring 2018 Hunt again, where we explore the Kiyomizu Mall and some of the mainstores to find hidden ninja cats offering great prizes. With each new season I find myself looking forward to the new round of this hunt, and I enjoy the opportunity to visit old favorites and new participants alike. With over 70 stores taking part, there is a wonderful variety for all. Just remember to click a floating ghost in the walkways of the mall to get your personalized website that shows which cats you've found and where you still need to search. As for my title, well the song came on the 80s station when I was struggling to come up with a title and I have always been fond of the song and its message.
Tonight's first look is two prizes from the same designer, but found in different locations. Karin has a branch in the Kiyomizu Mall that hides the ninja kitty with their Skirt with Suspender dress inside, in sizes for standard, Belleza Freya, Isis, Venus, eBody, Maitreya, Ocacin, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine. Their mainstore is the place to visit to find the Shoes and Socks gift I am wearing here, which include a HUD with 2 texture selections. The other is a red and black design, so they can be worn with plenty of your favorite outfits for a fun and casual flavor.
POZA MART also has a beautiful gift waiting for us, their Maxi China Dress in Red. It comes in a Slink size that conveniently worked well with my Maitreya body, with a lovely floral pattern trimmed in deep gold. The bright color is sure to bring happiness to any day.
Next we have the gift from MIYABI J-Style, their OneP Retro Butterfly dress. It is provided in standard fitmesh sizes as well as Belleza, Maitreya, and Slink versions, with the wide belt attached for easy wearing. The flowers and butterflies of the pattern have a classic feel to them, in bright springtime coloring.
I always appreciate seeing different interpretations of a popular mesh style, and this dress by Jury PoP is a prime example. This is their Lace up Dress Twin-Light Blue, the same shape as the first gift I shared tonight, with layers of ruffles and an eye-catching blue that reminds me of a robin's egg. Hiya everyone! Tonight I have some more treats from the Kiyomizu Autumn 2017 Hunt, a seasonal event that I enjoy every single time. It starts at the Kiyomizu Mall where you will search for hidden ninja cats, then be sure to click one of the floating ghosts above the sidewalks of the shopping area to view a website that will tell you which you've found and where you still need to visit. There are lucky boards in several stores, so you just might win a prize while picking up hunt gifts from the kitties. All in all, it is an enjoyable place to visit, as well as rewarding.
Magiclo has this lovely sweater/skirt set for their kitty to give you when you find and click him. It is a single mesh piece that is textured to look like two, and comes in 4 standard sizes plus Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique fits. The colors and the 3/4 length sleeves are ideal for this time of year, and I love the lace trim.
I have paired two gifts together here, but you can match these versatile pieces with anything you wish. The top and blindfold are the ISR Spider Lily Set, which includes the sweater in standard fitmesh sizes as well as a Slink version, and a matching male shirt in several sizes. The blindfold complements them both quite well. The skirt is our prize from *MIYABI*, their J-Style MiniSkirt Halloween Kiyomizu. The graphics on the front and back are perfect for the season, and the cat on the front reminds me of our hiding ninja friends. This prize from Blossom Mesh Object Shop really made me chuckle :) It is their Mayo Dress, that's right - it is a mayonnaise bottle costume! It comes in a single mesh size with a matching necklace, which you could wear separately with everyday clothing to still get that condiment fashion feeling. The neck designed to look like a plastic cap on a bottle was a nice touch too.
You may have noticed my autumn hued nails in these photos, but I am delighted to show you a closer look so you can see all 7 designs. These are the gift from Nekomimiya when you find their ninja cat, a Slink HUD and a Maitreya HUD each offering 3 solid colors and 4 combinations. They are soft and subtle colors that will add something special to your fall wardrobe.
It was quite a long day here, including an intense acupuncture session that involved massage and a scraping technique called Gua Sha on my neck and back. Not the most comfortable experience, but we are aiming to shake things up and stimulate my body's healing response. If my post's title confused you, I can clear that up quite easily :) The new round of my favorite cart sale is called The Wash Springtacious Cart Sale, and it started today so I am naturally very excited. All the items are $10L with the exception that each cart is allowed to offer a special $50L item (many of these are fatpacks) so there is an impressive selection of affordable clothing (mens, womens, and childrens), home decor, accessories, and more. I like the idea of creating the word "springtacious" for this round, it's fun and unique. As for the Kiyomizu part of the title, well as you saw yesterday it is time for the Kiyomizu Spring 2017 Hunt at the Kiyomizu Mall where I have been enjoying their seasonal hunts for several years now. This year has some distinctly tricky ninja cats to find, hidden extremely well (tiny, underground, outside buildings, etc.) so be prepared for a challenge. It is a rewarding one though :)
The first delightful bargain I am showing you from the Cart Sale is from the Entice cart, their Daydreamer Dress in Pins. The dress is included in standard mesh sizes along with Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique versions, and is scattered with multicolored bobby pins. I love the built-in belt with bright silver zipper, too. Just $10L for this or your choice of many other dresses (including this one in another design) on their cart. Maybe you are in the mood for something more casual, for the warm days to come, well allow me to point you towards the Dark Water Designs cart. There you can find this Spring Short Set in Rainy Day for just $10L, a terrific bargain for two different pairs of shorts (striped and plain) plus the tank top with a HUD for 3 texture options as shown. Each part comes in what I call the lucky 13 of mesh sizes (5 standard, 5 fitmesh, Belleza, Maitreya, Slink) and there are other color/texture combinations available at the cart too. Over to the Kiyomizu Hunt, this fun dress is our prize from Bouquet of Magic hidden in their ninja kitty. It comes in a single mesh size with the matching alpha, and I was able to use my Maitreya body's HUD to adjust for a good fit. As you can tell, I seem to have broken my phone, which is the Broken iPhone 7 prize from Water Voice. It has a hold pose built in, and I took the opportunity to play with the Bento Facial AO for my mesh head to achieve my look of dismay here. Don't worry, all these cute cats we are looking for in the hunt can cheer us up.
Two more Kiyomizu prizes here, starting with the Noal Spring Check Shirt which is included in standard mesh sizes plus matching alpha layer. I couldn't help but notice that the attached belt is a good match for another hunt prize, the Miyabi Lady's Watch Ryu. This stunning timepiece comes in a men's version as well, and both have a menu upon clicking to adjust the time zone as well as turn hovertext on or off. The dragon design helps make this a wearable piece of art, that just happens to be a fully functional watch.

Hiya everyone! The Kiyomizu Hunt Autumn 2016 has a few days remaining, so for tonight I have selected some more prizes I hadn't shared yet but really enjoyed. This is a tricky hunt with the ninja cats hiding behind or inside of things, and some shrunk amazingly small, also the lack of hints makes it extra challenging. But it is worth the effort as always, as these kitties have some terrific prizes for us when we find them.
For my first look, I started with the prize from [*ichiko*] called Cafe Staff Halloween which comes in 4 mesh sizes along with Slink Physique and Maitreya versions. This fun dress has the scarf and apron built in, and there are plenty of other cute details like the pattern of pumpkins wearing hats. My socks are our prize from Hapi*Rabi, their Spider Knee Socks, which are included in orange as shown along with a pretty purple, in system layers along with appliers for Omega, Belleza, and Maitreya. As you can see from behind, we have a couple of spider friends who may have helped weave the delicate lace at the top but are now focused on their own webs.
Our prize from *MIYABI* is a lovely nod to the autumn theme, their J Style Gothic Dress Kinshu which has great seasonal colors and plenty of eye-catching details. There are standard mesh sizes included, along with the alpha layer. I am particularly fond of all the ruffles and the corset style lacing.
Keeping with the same beautiful fall colors is our gift from Karin at their Kiyomizu Mall location (there is another kitty at their mainstore with a different gift) which is simply called Haloween OneP which I believe indicates one piece dress. It is included in standard mesh sizes along with Maitreya and Slink versions, and I wanted to be sure to show you the back view also because of the pretty pattern on the back of the top. It was like a special surprise, an extra treat to see details added there as well.
This prize from LAMP-YA may seem simple at first, a t-shirt with Happy Halloween on the front, but there is a bonus here in that the ghosts move! The texture is animated so the little ghosts flit around playfully. The prize is called Ghost Cut Sew - Fitted Mesh, and there are 5 mens sizes as well as 5 for the ladies. You will really appreciate this once you find that hidden ninja kitty and see the shirt in person :)
One last look for the night, this is one of 2 prizes found at Jury PoP, this being the Ladies prize from kitten #1 of 2 there called Stripe Face Shirt Green. It includes 3 mesh sizes, XS and S and M, and the male version is in the other hidden kitty. With this prize and the previous one, I am wearing jeans from the Marketplace that I have shown before, a gift from Delizio which includes several colors in system layers and Maitreya/Omega appliers. These are the light blue shade.
I am dealing with some health issues at present and might not be able to blog much for a few days...either smaller posts or skipping a day or two, I have to see how I feel as time goes by. I'm still here and will be okay eventually (I sure hope!!) so please excuse any absence or if I don't seem my usual cheerful self. Pain has a way of making people grumpy, and I'm finding that I cannot get comfortable to type at my normal pace so I'm really slow tonight. Miyabi has this enchanting tunic hidden in their kitty #59, found at their main store, which is provided in standard mesh sizes. Depending on your mood, you can enjoy this as a dress or a long shirt if you pair it with your favorite leggings or pants. The slits on the sleeves are as eye catching as the pattern with its vivid colors.

Hiya everyone! I know I mentioned at least a month ago when I first heard that Little Cat Resort, home of Kiyomizu Mall along with countless other stores on several sims, was closing down. The exciting news is that not only has the mall relocated, but they are hosting their seasonal hunt again for Autumn! :) It started just two days ago, and there are over 60 stores participating (yay!) so plenty of adorable ninja cats to find :) To start, you can head over to the new sim and click one of the floaty ghosts that does not have a sign in his hands (outside the store **milky-way has one for sure) and you can get a list of SLURLs plus it tells you which ones you've found so far. My advice, pick up the ones in the mall first and then worry about TPing around elsewhere. Meanwhile let's see what I've found, shall we?
First we have this adorable outfit from **milky-way, whose new main store is right here at the mall. This is in cat #5 and is a one piece mesh hoodie and gathered skirt, looks cute and casual both coming and going. I really like the colors, bright but tempered by the creamy background of the hoodie.
How amazing is this dress from *MIYABI*? Prize #43 (1 of 2) is this beautiful deep green dress with lacy overskirt that becomes almost a train in the back. The bow is separate so if you're not a fan of bows then you can easily leave it off. The second cat hidden in this store contains matching shoes for default avatar feet, not shown. I was pleased to find the delicate Star Pierce earrings in the cat at Sugarplum, #15 in our hunt, to add a glow of bright gold to my ears and accessorize things perfectly.
This dress has the cutest style, with the Peter Pan collar and dark lace design on the collar and skirt. It is actually prize #1 in the hunt, from Hapi*Rabi, and is named Aimee. It is one of many prizes that made me smile.
The last prize I'm sharing with you this evening is this stunning MIKI China Dress from *pulcino*. It is in cat #7 and includes a HUD with 5 vibrant colors, 3 of which I am showing above. I am such a fan of jewel tones, and the gold trim looks terrific with all the colors. The slits on each side of the skirt (you can see one on the right) add such a sexy touch too, and I am all about the details.
Nail note of the night: I went with a different Hello Dave group gift so you can see a lovely previous group gift of theirs, still available at the main store. This is called Easy Breezy, and offers 5 different jellylike sheer colors. Gorgeous!

Hiya everyone! If you enjoy lucky boards as I do, I have a great place for you to visit with over 50 lucky boards for an anniversary event! First we have this adorable romper from MIYABI, called HanaKoi. It is a one piece mesh outfit in standard sizes, and those koi on the leg are so pretty.
This beautiful gown is one of the prizes offered by Blue Moon, the name is Chrysanthemum and it comes in standard mesh sizes. The lovely style with those unusual straps in the back makes this worth a second glance from behind.
I love this sweet sundress from ChikaLabo, and I even remembered that they offered it in another pretty color for the Kiyomizu Hunt which I blogged in late June. I am still clearly a fan of theirs and this cheerful flowered dress.
This sweet casual shorts set is from Piyori, and the delicate checked pattern is great for the summer. Those are separate mesh pieces in standard sizes, so you can mix and match those sizes if need be.
Finally this is from Karin, such a cute collared shirtdress with a charming floral pattern. I was definitely excited when my initial showed up on this board! I must admit, there is a weird sense of satisfaction from winning a prize as opposed to just having it handed to you, rather how hunting for a gift makes me feel a bit more like I earned it ;) Silly perhaps, but regardless of how I come by them I am always grateful for the freebies I find and the terrific designers who share them with us.
Nail note of the night: I am sporting a dazzling dollarbie from the marketplace, courtesy of DiAna and named Glitter. There are 6 shimmery colors to choose from on the HUD which is designed for Slink nails.
It has been a fairly typical Monday, and I suppose the most interesting part of my day was watching deer playing in my backyard. Usually the fawns (we usually see 3 at a time, with 2 adults who seem to be their moms) play and gallop around as fast as they can, but this time one of the moms decided to join in the playfulness :) We have been putting out salt licks for them and they certainly enjoy them, along with the other food we offer. Hiya everyone! I have just a few things to share with you for tonight, as we gear up for a new month and all the things that means in SL...new hunts, monthly group gifts, that sort of goodness. For today, let's start out with a look at a beautiful group gift.
This is one of those amazing dresses that you just have to get a look at front and back! If you love it as much as I do, head on over to Braham Design and join their group for free, and right there at the front door you'll see this beauty. It comes with the earrings shown, they were both set for the right ear so I had to attach one to the left ear and adjust it all around, and it comes with 2 large rings that I couldn't quite get adjusted to my satisfaction so I left them off. I think they were both left hand rings so I switched one to the right. This dress is HOT!
Then I checked back in at the Kiyomizu Mall, and found out that several stores had been added to that spring hunt since last I looked. This jacket, which comes in mens and womens versions, is from #85 Miyabi. Such a subtle pattern on the jacket, and that regal dragon on the back is the perfect touch. Then I peeked in my folder and realized there were a couple others I never showed you...
I know that the colors don't match, strictly speaking, but this is 2 different hunt gifts and it was easiest to show you this way :) The top is from #50 Pulcino, a very pretty sweater with an adorable heart design. The skirt is from store #1 in the hunt, M.I.X., and is a simply gorgeous color with a versatile style to pair with your favorite tops.
My nails in these photos are a marketplace freebie, and even though they only indicated being for hands, they did appear on my toes as well. I think that's from the newest Slink foot update. I am still wearing, and getting used to, my Slink hands that I bought yesterday. There are still moments I wonder if I chose the right pose (soooo many to choose from!), and sometimes the immobile fingers strike me as odd, but they are definitely pretty in general.
