Carnival of Colors Hunt

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'd like to welcome you to the CMH Carnival of Colors Hunt. We are looking for color splats in each participating store, which either hold $1L hunt prizes or $25L - $50L exclusive offerings. Each designers gets to decide which and how many to offer, and we can tell by the hunt's website which gives us the landmarks, hints, prices, and photos of all the treats. I'm always impressed by the creativity of the Cheeky Monkey Hunt designers, as the theme of warm colors and late autumn can be interpreted in a wide range of ways and they've all done a fantastic job. We get to save money, explore the stores, and have the satisfaction of hunting down these wonderful bargains.

My first look made me chuckle, as the back really brings the 'splat' idea home ;) This is our GoodVibes Tighty Whitie Roadrunner for Her, specified because there is also a version for Him in a separate splat. Each are just $1L, and our ladies' version consists of top and panties to fit Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Reborn, Waifu, and Star mesh bodies. The roadrunner of cartoon fame is on the front, and it looks like his nemesis coyote has zigged when he should have zagged, right onto our back. I've got fond childhood memories of watching this particular cartoon, and it does show how clever birds can be.

Next we take a look at the stunning ~Sassy!~ Sabrina Jumpsuit - blue, which is their $25L hunt exclusive. This sweet strapless jumpsuit has a sweetheart neckline and slits in each leg all the way up to mid thigh, all trimmed in glitter. There are sizes for Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. The wavy pattern is just as eye-catching as the sparkly edging, don't you think?

This $1L goodie is our CloudNine Her Be Yourself Tshirt, which does have a male counterpart hidden as well for the same low price. Both versions have a wreath on the front and back, bearing the words "Be Yourself, Everyone else is already taken" in vibrant hues. This is sage advice, and expressed beautifully for this time of year :) The cap sleeved tee is provided in Erika, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, Waifu, and Star mesh body sizes, in a cinnamon color that will go great with your favorite jeans, pants, skirts, or leggings. I'm wearing the blue pair from the Delizio jeans fatpack that you can find for free on the marketplace, an instant favorite that has appeared here on my blog countless times.

It is a single mesh piece with the look of a sweater layered above a plaid miniskirt, in a standard fitmesh version along with sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique mesh bodies. The knit texture of the top makes a lovely backdrop for the autumn wreath and its colorful leaves.

My final look of the evening is our ART & FASHION - DARK MOON OUTFIT prize, the $1L which is one of two they are offering here :) The shimmery satin dress is open on one side to show off our panties, and both match the thigh high boots wonderfully. The necklace I'm wearing here is included too, several layers of silver beads that can be adjusted in their location but not stretched to resize. I love the image on the front of the dress, two hands holding a crystal ball full of celestial icons. 

My middle name really ought to be chaos, lol, as I am once again running late but having a good time anyway :) My weekly gaming evening with a friend started late, but I enjoyed every bit of it and really appreciate the time spent chatting and playing a cute peaceful game. Tomorrow is going to be a full day of cooking, so I won't have time to blog, and then I'm off to the farmers market Saturday which means I am taking my typical weekend evening off from blogging as well.  Hiya everyone! Tonight we are enjoying some more wilderness and animalistic adventures with the CMH Wild & Free 3 Hunt. The $1L prizes and exclusive offers for $25L - $50L are all stupendous, as our designers really seem to outdo themselves each new round of Cheeky Monkey Hunts events :) All of these are hiding in images of a lion family, and you can use the hunt website as your guide for landmarks, hints, prices, and previews of the treats available.

Let's start the evening with a pair of exclusive offers, shall we? The ~Sassy!~ Untamed dress - leopard and its zebra sister are $25L each, so please follow both hints to track down each beauty. These strapless dresses include sizing for Erika, Kupra, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. The fishnet inset around the lower waist area is such a fun touch, and of course I love the cutout midriff and tied side opening on the skirt.

I'm such a fan of leopard print, so you know the Pynkie - PumaDuo prize made me feel like doing little grabby hands at my screen ;) Big cats have some fantastic markings, and mimicking them on fashions is a time honored tradition. These rompers are system/BOM layers, so any compatible mesh body can wear them as well as classic avatars. Out Of This World

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I get to share some of the CMH Out Of This World Hunt prizes, a new theme from Cheeky Monkey Hunts that seems to be very popular with the designers :) I'm just over the moon (yep, pun intended) about it, as there is definitely something mysterious and magical about outer space and all it may hold. All we need is a clear night to enjoy the stars, and in SL we have the ability to go literally anywhere in the universe so we can travel to distant galaxies too. Of course the right fashions are a plus, so that's the direction I am steering you this evening. Just use the hints on the hunt website to find the teal green aliens, who either hold a $1L hunt prize or an exclusive offer for $25L - $50L. Some stores have more than one alien, so the hints are handy to make sure you track them all down.

First up, I slid into the (TSB) Out Of This World Hunt 1 prize from The Sissy Bar, for which we only have to bribe their alien buddy a single linden dollar :) It truly would be out of this world to be able to snuggle with a unicorn atop a pile of stars, don't you think? Well, my dental visit did not go as smoothly as I'd hoped, but I want to keep it low on the details to avoid upsetting anyone...I do have an infection, so they did step 1 of the procedure and packed the tooth with medicine. Temporary crown, back in 2 weeks for another cleaning and another temp crown (maybe more meds, not sure) and then a third additional visit for the permanent crown. My anxiety has been off the charts, naturally, so I am really grateful for all the fun prizes I posted tonight for lifting my spirits and giving me lots of giggles.  Hiya everyone! Tonight's post is ready to help you get extra cute this weekend with the CMH Kawaii Hunt. There are $1L prizes as well as $25L - $50L exclusive offers, all hiding in cute cheeky monkey images :) The designers get to decide for their store how many and which price points to offer, so be sure to peek at the hunt website for a list of landmarks, hints, prize photos, and the cost for each. I'm really a fan of this theme, a new one for Cheeky Monkey Hunts, and the designers seem as excited about it as I am so I do hope it becomes a yearly event.

My first look of the evening is the adorable .:.GLOW.:.Kawaii Lollipop which is a $25L exclusive offer for the hunt. The dress comes in sizes for Altamura, Freya, Isis, Venus, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Star, Tonic Curvy, Tonic Fine, and Tonic Minim mesh bodies, and our prize also includes the headband and glasses which each have a resize script on touch. I am very familiar with the tit family of birds, and have seen a couple of the featured birds in my own backyard. That somehow doesn't stop it from being funny, because I am a middle aged woman with the sense of humor of a 12 year old boy sometimes. My final look of the night is another wonderful manicure, because how could I possibly resist sharing? :) The [ReM] Glitz & Glam - Rina Nails is their $50L exclusive for the hunt, and oh my goodness are they ever beautiful! They are designed for Belleza Gen X, Erika, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh hands, with a soft grape gradient packed with glitter and some stars and moons towards the cuticles. I like the longer length and the coffin or ballerina style (I have a hard time distinguishing, lol) so they are tapered rather than square but still have a clean edge. Tonight has been a huge relief, returning home after dinner to a house that actually has fully functioning air conditioning! My parents were thoughtful hosts, but there is no place like home for me :) The weather will be warm but storm-free this weekend, which is a relief, and I have no idea what I'm doing other than trying to relax. Hollywood Glamour Hunt

 Hiya everyone! Tonight it's time to get glam with the CMH Hollywood Glamour 3 Hunt. There are $1L prizes as well as $25L - $50L exclusive offers, all hiding inside an image of a star like you'd find on the Hollywood Walk of Fame but with a camera in the center. There are examples of the hunt prim on the signs at the stores, so you'll see exactly what you are looking for :) We've got a fantastic lineup this round, so many creative designers offering one or more stars for us to glam up our wardrobes or homes! Just have the website open while you hunt since it's got our landmarks, hints, prices, and preview images.

My first look is the GoodVibes Pretty in Pink Dress, which is a $25L exclusive offer. The strapless dress and puffy sleeves will each fit Legacy, Perky, Pinup, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, Waifu, and Star mesh bodies. The twinkling golden stars on the fabric add to the magic here, bringing Glinda from Wicked to mind :) That could also be the vibrant pink ombre, or simply how captivating this dress is.

Another can't-miss prize is the (TSB) Hollywood Glamour 3 Hunt Gown from The Sissy Bar. Just find their star for $1L and you'll receive this amazing long dress with bare shoulders, deep V neckline, and beautiful train. The $50L exclusive is the lovely SILENCE LONG DRESS above, a full length gown in an intriguing shade of pink that is both bright and soft somehow. The artwork on the front is a woman with gorgeous eyes, holding a finger (two fingers?) in front of her lips in a shh gesture. Perhaps someone is shushing her and it isn't her hand at all, since art is typically interpreted by each viewer uniquely. We receive 5 fitmesh standard sizes along with Freya, Isis, Venus (each in Natural, Perky, and Pushup versions), Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body versions.

While I was cropping and combining images for the ART & FASHION - WITCH LONG DRESS, I realized it was even more sheer than I initially noticed, so I chose to add a few hearts in photoshop to obscure both nipples and the crotch region ;) Those hearts are not in SL and not on the dress you will pick up for yourself when you find the $1L prize here, so I would recommend layering pasties beneath if you need a little more modesty but can't resist this beauty. I surely couldn't resist! The rear view shows that the word WITCH is scrawled across the lower back, labeling the woman on the front or maybe even the woman wearing it. For my final look of the night, I am enjoying the CloudNine Formal Twist HER Red Dress, one of two $1L hunt prizes at this location. Yes, the other is HIS, a tuxedo shirt which I'd seen in RL for guys to wear on occasions that called for formalwear but the wearer took it to a different level ;) I had never seen this clever version though, a fancy dress that would make Marilyn Monroe proud as an image on a baggy t-shirt dress! Love it so much ♥. It fits Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, Waifu, and Star mesh bodies. I am reminded of the t-shirts that have a bikini body printed on them, often found in beach towns as a souvenir, and had a friend whose mom wore one of those as a Halloween costume one year :)

More Bunny Kisses

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we return to the CMH Bunny Kisses & Easter Wishes 5 hunt trail, to find more gold foil eggs (flat prim images) with all sorts of special treats inside. There are $1L hunt prizes and $25L -$50L exclusives available, with each designer choosing which prices and how many to offer in their store. I'm really delighted with this round's offerings, and it's always fun to find a bargain on an exclusive version of an outfit or decoration for your home. A few days ago I teased that the prize I shared from The Bold Llama T-Shirt Co. was not their only one, and I would be showing the others soon. Soon = now in this case, LOL, so please take a gander at the $1L EASTER BILBY Tee on the left above, and the $25 EASTER HEART Tee which is being worn on the right side. I know from watching so many animal videos (it helps with my anxiety) that a bilby is a cute marsupial native to Australia, just like our designer here ;) The one on our tee has some pretty colored Easter eggs to cuddle with, and those colors really do pop against the black background. The Easter heart is also filled with eggs, adorned with bows and a furry pair of bunny ears to really bring home that Easter feeling. CloudNine has a timely treat for us too, a $1L egg each for the guys and gals actually. The ladies' egg holds this charming Womens T-shirt - Peace Be With You, featuring an adorable bunny holding that familiar peace sign pose with her hand/paw. I love the way this style gracefully skims along the body, a cozy pleated fit that suits this time of year with slightly warmer temperatures. The ribbons on the fabric are a fun touch that the yellow tied belt really accentuates, like the smaller tie at the neck :) There are sizes for Freya, Isis, Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, Hourglass, Physique, and Reborn mesh bodies, which is an updated set so if you saw this before but didn't grab it because your favorite body size wasn't included, perhaps the update has changed that and you can indulge now. 

Another stop not to be missed on this hunt is The Sissy Bar, where $1L and a little searching for that egg will get you their (TSB) Bunny Kisses and Easter Wishes 5 outfit :) The pale striped t-shirt and overall dungarees with one strap unhooked are each provided in Freya, Isis, Legacy, Maitreya, Reborn, Hourglass, and Physique mesh body sizing. That bunny artwork on the left leg made me smile as soon as I saw it, and I think the slightly cropped pant length and little gap between the shirt and the waistband make this feel very springy. The weather is still cool at times but not always cold enough for long sleeves, although since the shirt is a separate piece we can layer a different top beneath if we wish.

My final look of the evening is both offers from ART & FASHION, since they are both so gorgeous I could not decide between them ♥. The faces on the front are fascinating in that they could be anyone of any race, gender, or age, with serene expressions that make me feel peaceful. The extra top is for just a smidge of extra coverage, and you can imagine that without it we do have a more adult type gown ;) I tend to mention modesty adjustments because most of the places I typically visit in SL are general rated, but please don't ever take that as a judgment or criticism of the mature or adult rated places that are just as enjoyable and worth visiting :) It's all good, I'm not here clutching my pearls and searching for a fainting couch because someone might display their 'private parts' to other consenting adults.

Three cheers for the weekend! I am gasping at the weather forecast here which is now showing snow for a few hours (in a few hours), like OMG where did my pretty spring weather go? I think Mother Nature needs a nice fruity adult beverage with an umbrella, and a spa weekend to unwind. Okay many of us could probably use some parts of that idea ;) I do hope that whatever your weekend holds, you have a blissful one with lots of magical magpie hugs to everyone!!

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I've got a part two for you, as we continue the CMH Shamrocks & Shenanigans hunt path. Can you believe that our [Ari-Pari] Lucky Shamrock Outfit is just $1L if you find that hidden shamrock? Lucky indeed! The top and shirt are each provided in Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Lara X, Petite X, Legacy, Reborn, and Waifu mesh body sizes, with a HUD that lets us pick from 6 textures each. The tops are all solids and the shorts are matching colors with that playful pattern of clovers scattered about, absolutely delightful :) I switched from Lara 5.3 to Lara X for this photo, then back to 5.3 for the rest of the post because of which sizes are available in each. It's so easy to have an outfit saved with just the body and HUDs for each, it's a few quick clicks and not a problem for me at all, just noting in case anyone is wondering what body I'm wearing in which picture.

ART & FASHION is another great spot to visit for hunt prizes, like this GREEN POETRY OUTFIT which is their $50L exclusive. The soft greens are accented with gold, like finding a pot of gold but in fashion form. The mini dress and sleeves are separates, and they along with the thigh-high boots are all designed to fit Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. The matching choker I am wearing here is also included, unrigged and therefore adjustable. I do deeply appreciate accessories for my new outfits, don't you?

Halter style gowns make me very happy, and the loose lacing of the opening in the front is adding to the sex appeal for sure. Still Cold Outside, Baby

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'm very pleased to share some more hunt prizes and exclusive offers from CMH Baby It's Cold Outside 4. This hunt does last for the entire month, and there are $1L prizes along with $25L and $50L exclusives created just for the hunt, so we can have a great time exploring each participating store looking for the hidden snowflakes. This post is a part two, since I shared several prizes last week, and there were just too many to leave it at one post ;) Cheeky Monkey hunts is always a perfect place to turn for affordable gifts for yourself in a variety of themes depending on the round, so it's no wonder I am such a huge fan.

Whew, Mondays sure are fun...I did go out briefly to a nearby CVS and picked up a few little things, and my anxiety was definitely having a field day by the time I was headed home. These outings are essential though, to remind myself that I can safely go out :) I am a bit tired now as a result but that's okay, I'm here and blogging and ready to plan the next post.
