Jubilant at Shop & Hop

 Hiya everyone! Tonight's visit to the Valentine Shop & Hop features gifts found in the Jubilant region, one of 14 with 280 wonderful designers offering special sales and presents for visitors. I had a lot of fun just exploring in a giant loop, over the course of 2 days, which I do in the wee hours of the morning when the crowds are smaller. We have until the 19th to enjoy this event, so be sure to grab your demos and window shop this week so you can have your final purchases and open all these terrific gifts before the event winds down. There are many Valentine themed items, but you can find plenty that aren't...so even if you are not in a romantic mood this year, it should still be worthwhile to explore here.

My first look this evening is the two gifts from Son!a-Edge combined. The gorgeous gown is Relia formal Dress and the headpiece is our Val Crown (Gift). The dress comes in Kupra Bimbo, Kupra Original, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite bodies, with a versatile HUD with gobs of options like 13 colors for the chain in the front, lighting to show off the sequins in the texture, ability to turn the sequins on or off, show or hide the strap in the back, brightness, glow, and more. The crown is adjustable and matches the dress beautifully, although you could wear it with plenty of other looks if you wish. 

Next I changed into the lovely *Arcane Spellcaster* Dress Dyana Valentine, an exclusive creation for this event's gift. There are sizes for Legacy and Maitreya mesh bodies offered, and the dress has a creative design with tube top and single long sleeve, exposed midriff and very short diagonal hemline. The soft yellow color is unexpected for a Valentine print of variously hued hearts, very pretty!

I noticed that ZFG has two different gifts for us, depending on our mood :) On the left I'm wearing their ANTI-CUPID FATPACK and the ANTI-CUPID FATPACK is on the right. The Anti version has a broken nail-studded heart that says "Love Sucks" on it, and large broken hearts in shadow on the t-shirt dress itself. The Cupid version has "Beautiful" written across the main heart in lovely script, and solid hearts dotted across it. Each has an unpacker HUD so you only have to open the size/s you wish, out of Kupra, Kups, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn options. The size button you choose is delivered with a HUD of 24 colors to select from, so I went with a couple of non-traditional picks for this time of year. Believe me, you'll see enough red and pink on here this month ;)

I also found a fantastic gift from Omnia, their Lucia Dress FatPack. It includes a HUD with 10 colors of the heart-adorned pattern, and sizes for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies. I'd like to point out that the HUD is no copy, so it will not deliver from the package if it's attached to you. So please rez it out and open it the traditional way to make sure you get that color HUD :) Any time an unpacking HUD is no-copy, I add it then right click - edit - and click the contents tab to see if something inside is also no-copy, meaning it must be unpacked manually. The high-low hem and keyhole opening of the bodice are extra special touches, aren't they?

My final look this evening is the .Q. Premium -FATPACK- gift from QUEENZ. Its bra top and leggings are each provided in GenX Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn sizing, with a HUD that lets us choose from 11 textures for each. There are solids and patterns among those choices, so I had some fun mixing and matching. The bottom band of the top and the waistband of the leggings have golden embossing of a Greek key pattern and a cameo in the middle that looks like a woman wearing a crown, so probably the QUEENZ logo. I also think of it as a reminder that we are all worthy of being treated like royalty.

Shopping and Hopping

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are visiting the Lavendar region of the Halloween Shop & Hop event, with a sampling of the many gifts available for all visitors. There are 16 regions with a total of 320 designers taking part in this seasonal extravaganza, and I look forward to every single Shop & Hop round no matter what time of year, and I know that many of us appreciate the spooky theme of the Halloween round with a big dose of autumn mixed in. 

My first look comes from Evergreen, and is simply named S&H Halloween '22 GIFT. The dress has a sleek appearance from the front and a fun twist in the rear beneath a mostly bare back that would be great to show off a new tattoo or piercings in that area. The fabric print has lots of fall staples like pumpkins, orange leaves, and even some acorns on a neutral backdrop. The dress is provided in Freya, Isis, Venus, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine body sizes to fit a wide range of popular mesh bodies. 

Next I slipped into the sexy Candice Dress gift from SENTINUS. It actually includes the dress and two pairs of panties (red and black) each in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. The lacy bra cups are so alluring, and the waistband has the word LOVE printed all around it, alternating between upside down and right side up. There is a second gift here of seasonal jewelry too, so be sure to claim both of their free gifts if you are interested :) 

Some gifts are separates that can be combined in various interesting ways, like I did here with 3 different goodies. The top on the left is our zOOm - Cropped Hoodie gift, which has "Trick or Treat, smell my feet, give me something good to eat" printed across the front, with pumpkins and bones down each sleeve. There are Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya sizes tucked into this fun gift :) On the right I changed into the Belle Epoque - Ariane Top - Halloween gift, which fits Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite bodies. The crop top is laced closed on each side and decorated with seasonal images like skulls, bats, bows, and even some smiling reapers. As for the pants, they are both the Vintage striped pants gift from lassitude & ennui. They are provided as system/BOM layers and Omega appliers, and come in the orange version seen on the left above as well as the purple on the right that looks so fun with the green stripes :) The texturing is wonderful, with built in belt and buttoned trim at each pant cuff. 

Woo hoo, witchy woman...this amazing look is the sass [matilda set] gift, and I immediately fell head over heels for it! The dress with built in corset belt and its matching ankle boots are each included in Erika, Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn body sizes, and there is also a HUD with 5 colors for the dress, boots, and hat. That's right, our tall curvy hat is included too, and it has a skull tied to the tip and is also home to a few creepy crawly guests near the brim. The galaxy-like textures for the dress look marvelous in any color we choose, and the boots work with feet set to the Mid height or just alpha'd out if you prefer.

My final look of the evening is a flirty gift from Omnia called Mavis Dress Gift Fatpack. This strapless mini has scooped out sides and keyhole opening to show off cleavage too, looking very flattering in sizes for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite bodies. There is also a HUD with 10 color choices for the background of the cute-but-spooky pattern, scattered with hearts, stars, and skulls wearing bows. The skulls remind me of Hello Kitty, who I recall fondly from my childhood a million years ago LOL, and still carry a soft spot for in my heart. 

Well, the plumber did what he had to do to prep the old fridge/freezer for removal, and the new unit will be installed on Monday. I am looking forward to having a freezer again, and easier access to a fridge that holds typical amounts of food and beverages. One of the two mini fridges somehow got stuffed with beer this weekend, which I am allergic to, so not particularly exciting. It doesn't harm me to be near it, I just can't drink it and was told by a doctor that beer contains lots of histamines and can trigger allergies in sensitive people. Treasures from Omnia

 Hiya everyone! Tonight felt like another perfect time for one-stop shopping, but I use that term loosely (shopping) because you won't have to spend even a single linden for these looks :) They are all from Omnia, whose store group is free to join and let me enjoy picking up several group gifts as well as accessing 7 different lucky boards. For variety's sake I am sharing a mixture of the two, so you can decide if you are feeling lucky or just want to check out those generous group goodies.

My first look is the Omnia Cora Dress Fatpack, a lovely and generous group gift. The bare shouldered mini comes in sizes for Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies, with a 10 color HUD so your fatpack doesn't fill up your inventory with all those colors on separate dresses. I like the way the texture shows delicate gathering at the hems, with those hints of shadow. 

If you have a favorite pair of jeans or skirt that you're always looking for tops to pair with, I've got a couple of suggestions starting with the Omnia Linda Top Fatpack group gift. This looks like a fun choice for the warmer weather coming up, since it has bare shoulders and cropped length, plus that T back draws attention to the often-overlooked sexy shoulderblades. It is provided in Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite sizes with a 10 color HUD for extra variety.

My other top suggestion is the romantic Omnia Kei Top Fatpack, which comes in the same sizes as the other gifts and prizes this evening. As a fatpack it also has a HUD of course, this time with 10 shirt colors and 10 for the hearts that trim the lower hemline. All of the colors have the same stamped "I ♥ YOU" image on the front in dark pink, and those 3D hearts go all the way around so they are visible from any angle. It was probably intended for Valentine's Day, but I am a sentimental little magpie all year round ;)

The lucky board prizes seem to be individual colors of some terrific fashions, like this prize called Omnia Nina Suit 20. It comes in those same sizes (Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite) as the others, with a mere band covering the breasts and a slender strip down the front forming a flirty crisscross design. The sides are scooped just below the waist on this very alluring style which looks splendid in black. 

My final look of the evening is another gorgeous dress I was fortunate enough to win from a lucky board, their Omnia Angy Dress 9. That vibrant blue shade is sure to turn heads, and we have a crossed style again with the look of a tube top draped with a narrow front panel. Cross my heart, indeed! These are delightful for warm weather or just general clubwear, showing some skin but covering the essentials.

It was a very long day, as I was at the doctor's office for almost 3 hours thanks to random delays. I have to get an xray, an ultrasound, more blood work, and a couple prescriptions filled (why is one $109? Eeek!) so it was productive but will wind up being very expensive. I'm sure it will all be fine, as the further testing is mostly a precaution, but if you have a cough for several months it is wise to let them take a peek inside. The ultrasound is to see what my liver's problem is, LOL, as my related blood results are always garbage and I haven't had an alcoholic drink in 25ish years so it's not that. I came home and tried to nap, then watched my favorite hockey team play terribly, as they have been prone to doing lately.
