eBody Reborn Event

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we're visiting the eBody Reborn event, which is celebrating an anniversary (I think it's their 4th?) with special discounted gifts for $0L - $50L in black and red tote bags at every display. Some of these are designed just for the eBody Reborn mesh body, but not all, and I personally don't even have that particular body yet so I'm sticking to gifts that are included in multiple sizes :) Don't take that the wrong way please, I completely understand why those folks chose to honor the event's primary body, so no shade at all. I'm just letting you know that it's still worth visiting if you don't own the Reborn body yet either :) We have until the 4th of November to visit, so around a week remaining to scoop up bargains and treats.

My first look of the evening is our [ADD] Andel Dress - Blue gift, yours for free with no group necessary. There are solid and netfish versions each in sizing for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Kupra, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. The enclosed HUD lets us turn transparency on and off, and pick from 10 colors each for the edging, lace, and built in panties which can also be turned on/off. We even have 6 metal options for even further customization! This is such a versatile gift, and undeniably alluring.

Speaking of alluring, our [Din] Justine Candy gift is also bursting with sex appeal :) It will fit Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Reborn, Juicy, and Waifu mesh bodies, including separate panties for each, and is crafted with an embroidered lace panel in the center with satin side panels. We can use the HUD to change colors, 8 choices apiece for the hems, belt, and panties, as well as adjusting the opacity and shine. I made it less opaque on the right so you could see the string of the panties. Those beautiful roses on the center panels really do look lovely in pink, don't they?

If you are tired of Halloween and ready to think ahead to Christmas, be sure to grab the free Buganvilla - Shalana Dress - C7 gift. Its red hue can start the festive feeling, but the three sets of Christmas lights belts (change, mix white, and mix black) really bring the ho-ho-ho ;) The dress and belts are all provided in Legacy and Reborn sizes, with a HUD for the dress offering 18 colors each for border, buttons, and thread (in the middle of the buttons) while the HUD for the lights labeled "change" lets you select from 2 cable colors and 12 for the lights. The black and white cabled lights twinkle just like the ones you'd decorate your tree with, so fun! If the lights aren't your thing, simply omit the belts from the outfit and just enjoy the mini dress with cute heart shaped buttons down each side. 

Next I slipped into the delightful [Glitzz] Milena Set - Rose gift, a lingerie pairing in black with pink and white flowers that match the pink ribbons laced through the openings on both. Our top and bottom both fit Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies, and come with a HUD with 3 metals. From certain angles and probably on different bodies/shapes, the nips are visible, but partly covered by the bows of the ribbons.

I did notice that several of the gifts were tattoos, so I randomly selected the Juna: Livia tattoo Woman treat to share and I'm so glad I did :) There are two fancy finned goldfish (koi I think) swimming face to face, almost replicating a yin yang symbol, with curves of text near each. It reads "Live by the sun" and "Love by the moon", with the matching celestial body sketched near each. I really like how inspiring the words feel, and the artwork is stunning. This gift includes BOM layers and an Omega applier, in ultra light, light, medium, and dark which is the one I am wearing here. 

It was an adventurous kind of day here since I went out to pick up dinner, further than I'd been able to comfortably go for a while :) The ride was okay, nothing I'd call easy but also not sheer torment either...it was nice fall weather, and I got a tasty meal (pork chop with apple brown butter glaze, roasted potatoes, roasted corn) that will work out to be like 3 separate servings for me. It was different than what I'd usually get there, so it was fun to try something outside my comfort zone. Tomorrow is a quiet day, then Thursday will be rainy but improved by heating repair and an evening spent playing Hello Kitty with a friend while chatting on the phone :) Her friendship really means so much to me. Bleeding Solstice Gifts

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are visiting the Bleeding Solstice event from Difony Events, which is described as an elegantly haunting Gothic shopping event. There are over 100 designers taking part, nearly all of whom are offering free gifts with no group tag required to claim them. On the ground level they are in hanging lanterns, then on the two upper tiers you'll want to look for large round globes that provide glowing light and free treats :) Sometimes we all need to get in touch with our darker side, and this is the ideal place to do so in my opinion. We have until the 8th of July to complete our shopping and gift-claiming.

For my first look of the evening, I carefully slipped into the Bemused ~ Solstice Gift Corset Dress. I'm sure you can see why 'carefully', with that cinched wasp waist that requires the use of the enclosed alpha layer (or your body's HUD) to accomplish that stunning shape. The dress is provided in sizes for Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Lara X, Legacy, and Reborn mesh bodies. I cannot quite make out the image embossed on the front, but it is beautifully intricate :)

Speaking of intricate, the [Witch In A Box] Elysium Dress gift has several unique cutouts and straps that give it a playful, flirty style that is sure to turn heads. It is provided in Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn mesh body sizes, along with a HUD to tint it with a grid of colors to click or you can input an RGB code. This means the possibilities are endless :) Did you notice the shimmery stars that are picking up the light sources in my home? By the way, if I look slightly slimmer in this photo, I did adjust my shape temporarily as one hip was trying to peek through the dress. So I slid the saddlebags slider down until it was no longer visible, quick and easy solution. I did return to my typical shape right after :)

This seductive look starts with the zOOm - OniX Outfit GIFT, one piece with the appearance of two that is easy to wear and to admire. There are sizes for Erika, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Bombshell, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, Lara X, Petite X, Reborn, and Waifu mesh bodies. Sometimes I accessorize with jewelry, but this time I selected one of several wonderful tattoo gifts :) The Juna: Celine Tattoo Woman was my go-to, lovely artwork for the neck, upper chest, partial sleeves, and a little on the upper back/neck area that is mostly hiding beneath my hair. Our gift consists of dark, medium (shown), and light versions as BOM layers and appliers for Slink, TMP, Vista, Maitreya, Belleza, Eve, Signature, Altamura, and Omega. That's an impressive amount of compatibility! 

We are fortunate enough to have several great tops as gifts here too, like this stunning //Rowers// Frida Top Fatpack. It combines a knit tank top with leather straps and long sleeves, all worn in one easy piece in sizing for Gen X, Legacy, Perky, and Reborn mesh bodies. We also receive a HUD that offers 6 colors each for the leather and shirt, so mixing and matching is definitely on the menu :) There is certainly something about long sleeved crop tops that always captures my attention, like we're too cool to care if our belly is bared but we're keeping our arms toasty. I paired it with my favorite marketplace gift from Delizio, well the black pair from their fatpack of jeans in lots of great hues. This color gives a slightly Goth feeling, but white or blue would have been terrific neutrals as well.

My final look of the night is the gorgeous gift from [Ari-Pari] which is their Dark Flora Dress. Isn't she dreamy? This sweet sleeveless sundress comes in Legacy, Maitreya, Lara X, and Reborn mesh body sizing, with a HUD that offers 5 deep colors for the background. The pattern has some paisley among the blossoms, bringing a little retro feeling to add to the charm. I feel like the fluttery skirt is a fun choice for hot weather, since that is not the time you want something clinging to your skin.

Ugh, what a day! How to summarize this...bad storms whipped through the area, and I was asleep when the housemate woke me to say that we needed to evacuate immediately because of tornadoes. So I scrambled to get dressed and grab my phone, not even thinking about meds or anything else I'd need, and you could hear trees cracking and splintering as they were whipped around by the high winds. He was driving like something from a horror movie or video game, lol, dodging falling branches (not like a twig but big enough to damage vehicles) in my parents' minivan, to get us to a local grocery store's parking lot where there were no trees to hit us. Naturally the power company texted us while we were there (half hour or so) that they detected a power outage, like yeah there's no way our grid was gonna hold when it seems to be held together by rubber bands and bubblegum. As of right now, the power is still out and the generator is on but seems to be faltering, as the lights have flickered many times and the generator sounds funny. I'd usually describe it as a loud lawnmower, but now it sounds like a racecar with someone revving the engine. Fun, eh? I am safe, but that was the most terrifying car ride and worse for someone whose biggest fear is being in a car at all. We passed one traffic light that was out, but the closest one to home was working which seemed odd. The house isn't damaged but this time the shed out back took a little damage to the roof, so that's just something else around here that needs fixing. We've got 3 trees down in the backyard, and one on the side of the house. I'm partially in the dark to keep the strain on the generator minimized, and my (battery-operated) thermometer says it's 78.1 in this room so I am feeling rather toasty. I don't want to live in interesting times anymore, LOL, let my life be boring for a while please! Well I do hope you're all safe and having a nice day/evening, many magical magpie hugs to everyone!!

Happy Anniversary UniK

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I'm pleased to wish the UniK event a happy 5th anniversary, and they are celebrating in the traditional way of SL - with gifts for their customers :) All you need to do is join their free group, and then you'll have access to click all the gift boxes you can find at the displays. Most of them are white, but I saw a few red and at least one blue if I recall correctly. The event is open until the 2nd of March, so we have over a week left to visit and do some shopping and gift-claiming. 

My first look of the evening is the Simone Elegant Dress Set Ice Blue gift from Allure Couture. It consists of the lovely dress, panties, and heels that each fit Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn mesh bodies. The sleeves are puffed at the shoulder but hug the rest of the arm beautifully, and the skirt is gathered to cross in the front while hugging the behind. Elegant is definitely the right word to describe this look :)

The V-Twins - Creed Outfit gift is ready to make your wildest dreams come true! The jacket, harness, skirt, and boots (upper and lower parts separate) are all compatible with Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies. Then there is a HUD for the boots with 8 colors each for the upper, lower, and strings, and an outfit HUD that lets us pick from 8 colors each for our jacket body, jacket collar, corset, top 1, top 2, and skirt portions. It's like I always say, if you aren't sure what area a HUD is referring to, just go ahead and click the buttons to see what changes :) I play with all of them whenever I first try on any clothing with a HUD, for some reason it really tickles me. Generally the worst that you can do is get lagged a little, or somehow break the HUD and have to unpack a fresh copy of the clothing which rarely happens.

Next I changed into the Arte - Gift from Artesfatta, a sexy slip dress with see-through lace bodice. There are sizes for eBody Reborn, Juicy, Mounds, Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Push up Nerido, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies included. I decided the best way to accessorize this beauty was with body art, so I added our Juna: Sara Tattoo Woman gift. The winged heart across the clavicles might be the first thing you notice, but the upper arms have flowers and jewels to add pizzazz, and the back even has a lovely design combining nature and gems :) Our gift includes light, medium, and dark (shown) versions each in system/BOM as well as appliers for Belleza, Maitreya, Signature, Omega, Eve, Altamura, Slink, and TMP mesh bodies. I used the BOM layer so I didn't take note if the TMP also works on a Legacy body like I'm wearing right now, but I feel like it is possible although I prefer the ease of BOM.

Be still, my Boho heart! ♥ This gorgeous dress is our gift from Yalin Fashion named ROSE Gift, and I am clearly infatuated. The solid pink corset waist suits the floral pattern so nicely, and bare shoulder styles are always a plus in my book. There are sizes for Freya, Isis, Legacy, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and Reborn mesh bodies to help you usher in spring soon. 

My final look of the night is one of several gifts I found at the same display, the nera. xmas gift outfit 2023. But Dawn, it's not Xmas time anymore, you say? True, true, but this style and coloring does not feel the slightest bit limited to December or any particular time of year :) It is comprised of the off shoulder sweater, belted skirt, and platform boots, each in Lara X, Legacy, and Reborn mesh body sizes. I feel like the black and the plaid have a timeless feeling to them, and the red buttons on the sweater are a nice touch to go with the red of the pleated skirt.

I feel so slow tonight, without any particular reason for it, so I apologize if this is a bit late getting published. I went out briefly earlier in the evening, and it went okay...not great, not 5 alarm terrible, just mostly tolerable. It is going to be a long process, but I have an appointment next week to get my toenails taken care of again so I will absolutely have to be in a car then. There will be meds involved, LOL, sorry not sorry, not that I should be thinking about that yet if I want to stay anywhere close to calm. Otherwise my day was fine, and I'm looking forward to a hockey game tomorrow night and watching more Paleo Pines being played. The weather should be decent too which is always helpful. SL20B Shop and Hop

 Hiya everyone! Tonight it's time to head to the SL20B Shop & Hop, which is the shopping portion of Second Life's 20th birthday extravaganza. There are a whopping 24 regions filled with hundreds of designers' displays, 4 adult regions and 20 moderate. I'm sharing gifts found at Hollyhock this post, which is one of the moderate ones, randomly chosen as well I had to start somewhere ;) I keep the gifts organized by region so it makes it a little easier for you to locate, but there is also a listing on the SL blog of all the participants and direct landmarks. The theme is Our Fantastic Future, so the build has a new look and some of the offerings are themed but not all. I so look forward to these events, and am tickled pink to be a part of such a wonderful community as we have in Second Life. There is a little something for everyone, and this is a very impressive landmark that Linden Lab is proudly celebrating so come join in the fun!

KaiDesign has a generous set of 4 gifts at their display, so I am starting this evening with two of them here :) The *KD* Yaba top and *KD* Yaba skirt have the same dark denim fabric with delicate pattern, each with clever styles. The top is a cropped halter in sizes for Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, Petite, and Reborn bodies, while the skirt is asymmetrical with daring side slit in Kupra, Legacy, Maitreya, and Reborn versions. We can wear them together or separately, just depending on our mood really. The other gifts are different pairs of lighter denim sandals, which you will have to claim to see ;)

I've been a fan of Sway's for a very long time, especially their annual Advent calendar/hunt, so it was no surprise to see two terrific gifts from them among their many summery offers. Their Swim Ring [Quack] rainbow includes wearable and rez versions, so yes this is the wearable ;) The holding pose is built in so my hands naturally rested on either side of the duck's head, and the rainbow gradient makes it so colorful and cheery. The other gift is a tent, so maybe you feel the urge to go camping in your back yard? I used to do that in RL, so it will be fun to do the same virtually.

Next I changed into the *CK* Deep night dress free gift from Candy Kitten. This beauty will fit eBody, Legacy, Maitreya, and Petite mesh bodies, and is a flirty combo of deep plunging back and strapless top. The bra cups and hip slits are each trimmed in black lace which is a dramatic contrast to the pale blue fabric with lovely pink roses, and for some reason I am thinking this could double as lingerie with that sexy lace. 

All this walking around and exploring could make any avatar hungry, right? So be sure to stop at the MIDNA display to claim their free and adorable Cat Drink. This tasty dessert beverage has a built in holding pose, and looks like a rich berry milkshake topped with chocolate and a scoop of ice cream decorated like a cat head. This is not the only edible treat you'll see at SL20B, so your avi will be well nourished and treated to visual feasts at the same time.

For my final look of the evening, I had to slip into a marketplace freebie bikini to show off as much skin as possible since the skin is decorated with a terrific tattoo gift! The bikini is from LOVELACE, their Basic Bikini - BLACK (Classic Avatar), and comes in system/BOM layers. Back at SL20B we have the charming Juna. Uccy Tattoo which is also system/BOM layers so I hope you have a compatible mesh body by now :) There are ultra light, light, medium, and dark versions provided, so I am sharing the dark on the left above and the ultra light to the right. This way you get the general idea of its range from darkest to lightest, and can join me in admiring the beautiful floral branch that a sweet bird is perched on. The artwork is stunning, and the coloring of the bird made me think robin initially but the body (head, beak, tail) doesn't seem to match up. I'm also not certain what tree branch is being depicted, none of which detracts from how much I love this tattoo. 

It was a dull and rainy day, and I wound up not going to my parents' for dinner as I usually would on a Friday so that is a bit of a bummer. As long as my anxiety doesn't get the best of me, I will be going to the farmers market in the morning though :) Missing it last week was frustrating, so I am eager to visit again. Otherwise I am still exploring SL20B and picking up gifts from a few more Shop & hop regions this weekend, which may mean dealing with crowds and lag but I expect it to be well worth the effort as always. Happy Anniversary TLC

 Hiya everyone! Tonight we are celebrating the 10th anniversary of The Liaison Collaborative (TLC) event, such an impressive achievement for the organizers and their original mesh creator participants. The TLC group is free to join, and there are gift boxes at most of the displays which we can click to receive the generous gifts. I'm showing an assortment of those gifts this evening, and I am very excited about the treats I found here. There is plenty of time to do some shopping too, as the round just opened and lasts until the 10th of April. 

My first look is a playful one if you are going to be celebrating Easter, or feel like dressing up as a Playboy bunny :) It is the *LuLu* BUNNIE_BUBBLE GUM gift and has been created specifically for the Maitreya mesh body. The outfit is comprised of the strapless leotard, collar, cuffs, tail, ears with resize script, stilettos, and an applier for the stockings. They are all separate pieces so you can wear as many as you wish or leave anything off that you want to. The shoes were initially up higher on my ankles, but I was able to edit and move them down to my feet so if they don't fit you correctly at first, don't panic and try doing what I did. Surely I'm not the only one eyeballing those sexy seamed stockings and wondering what else I can wear them with?

For your next formal event, or whenever you feel the urge to dress up spectacularly, I suggest the **LURE** dress TRINITY-RED gift. This stunning mermaid style gown and a matching necklace chain are each included in eBody, Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya mesh body sizing. I am showing it with the necklace chain on the left and without on the right to give you an idea of how the accessory changes the look, very pretty either way :) The slight train is a fun detail too, an elegant touch that makes even the simple act of walking look extra special.

I had to get a bit creative with the pose to show you the -CoreEssence- Dress Rebby, thanks to the fact that this gift is all strap and no coverage on the bodice. This head-turner will fit Altamura, Erika, Freya, Gen X Classic, Gen X Curvy, Legacy, Maitreya, Prima, and Reborn mesh bodies, and includes a HUD with 10 wonderful color options for the texture that looks to be embossed with X's. 

I decided that the best way to show off tattoos was stripping down to the basics, in this case a set of pasties and thong that I found for free on the marketplace from [CT]. They are a single piece BOM system layer, as well as appliers for Maitreya and Omega. the star of the show is the gift from Juna called Dala tattoo Woman, whose intricate artwork appears on the collarbones and upper midriff, both arms, and even the upper back which mirrors the front upper chest piece. There are Light, Medium, and Dark versions (dark shown in hopes that it photographs the best) in system/BOM layers and appliers compatible with Altamura, Belleza, Eve, Maitreya, Omega, Signature, Slink, and TMP mesh bodies. That is a great range of compatibility, isn't it?

One final look this evening, I kept the X pasties and thong on but changed into another striking tattoo, this time the REVIVER - TLC GIFT KYO TATTOO. I had to look fairly closely before I realized that there is an elephant's head up top, front and center, among lots of large classic roses in full bloom. Both arms are covered in roses, and much of the midriff all the way around, so this can peek out through many styles of clothing. The tattoo is provided as system/BOM layers in Light, Medium, or Dark which is the one I am wearing above. I find it contrasts my light skin tone best to show up in photos easier, but the other opacities are great for that well worn, lived in look. 

My goodness, how is the weekend over already? Saturday morning was chilly and the winds were harsh on any exposed skin, so I'm glad I slathered my face with Vanicream before heading to the farmers market. It seems to work with my sensitive skin, and I am using the large tube that I initially bought for my dry feet so versatility is nice :) A few vendors were unable to make it to market this weekend which was a bit of a bummer, but I made the best of things and enjoyed seeing the people (and dogs) who were there. Tomorrow I'm going to the chiropractor and will ask him about this painful pinky, as I have the x-rays on CD he can see, and his office also does physical therapy which might be necessary. Weekend SL18B

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I am happy to share some SL18B Shop and Hop exclusive offers and gifts found on the Snapdragon region. This is just one of 16 regions filled with generous designers who are taking part with discounted items and gifts for all who visit. The fun continues for another week and a half, as it is open until the 6th of July. There is a little something for everyone, and it is a good mix of newer participants and longtime well-known designers so you can find new favorites while seeing special releases from older favorites. 

First we are exploring the Entice display, where the exclusive discounted offers can be paired up to make an adorable outfit. This is their Daisies Top - Black - Cream Shell and the matching Daisies Leggings - Black - Cream, just $99L each at the event. They each include sizes for Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, and Maitreya mesh bodies, and I really like the black lace trim on both that provides a bold contrast to the pale fabric. 

Next I combined two gifts for another cute casual look, starting with the Entice - Earth Song Top - PastelFawn - Nude. This cropped t-shirt has a sweet baby deer image on the front, surrounded by flowers and greenery for that added touch of nature. It comes in Freya, Hourglass, and Maitreya mesh body sizes. As for my pants, they are the anika patent leather pants - deluxe gift from ISON. They include sizes for Freya, Legacy, and Maitreya bodies, with a 30 color HUD so you can choose from a very wide range of shades to shine in. 

TO.KISKI is offering 4 thoughtful gifts that we can wear individually or mix and match as I have done above. The top on the left is Leah Mini Dress - Silver 1, while the right is the White 2 of the same dress. They are short enough that you can choose to wear them over pants as I have here, which are the other two gifts :) On the right is their Leah Pant - Red 4 and on the right I am wearing the Leah Pant - Gold 2. The dresses and pants all come in sizes for Freya, Hourglass, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite bodies. 

Two more gifts appear in this photo, for a look that definitely puts me in a summery mood. The bikini is the ladies' half of the Tori's Stylez gift, TS-Magz-Bikini Special Edition Summer. It includes the top and bottom in Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique sizes, with a HUD to choose from 10 patterns with a bonus solid black option. My new body art is the Yande tattoo Woman gift from Yuna, which we receive in system/BOM layers and Omega appliers each of Ultra Light, Light, Medium, and Dark versions. 

My final look of the evening is the formfitting mini from Limited Addiction named Miley Dress Gift Pack 02. It comes in Freya, Legacy, and Maitreya sizes, with a 5 texture HUD so you can change the look whenever you wish. I thought it would look great with a necklace, so I added the Badwolf - Kraken Necklace and discovered my hunch to be accurate :) This necklace has a resize script built in that you can access by clicking it, which is fortunate because its default size was large enough that I believe it was designed for a male avatar. I shrunk it about 25% or so, and it still looks wonderful! The dark metal gives the kraken a suitably ominous feeling which makes sense for this deep sea beast. Also if you're a hockey fan, the NHL is expanding next season and the new team will be the Seattle Kraken, so for me this is also a nod to them :)

Oh my, it is a lot later than I wanted it to be! Just a slow sort of evening here I guess, but I have an entire weekend to relax and feel better so I am looking forward to it. Gifts from WIP

 Hiya everyone! Tonight I am sharing a few more group gifts from the first anniversary round of the WIP Event. There are so many thoughtful presents we can claim, all with a free group tag so it will not cost you a thing. The only catch is that this round ends on the 22nd, so time is of the essence and you will need to visit as soon as possible. It is well worth it :)

For my first look tonight I slipped into the Ghee gift called Skin Two Latex Corset Mini ULTRAMARINE. This daring strapless dress has a delightfully shiny texture, and that corset style belt is just fantastic. Claim this gift and you will receive sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique bodies. I also had fun accessorizing, thanks to the [ZEX] Belle Mesh Jewelry set gift. It consists of the choker, upper arm bands, bracelets, and a left anklet not shown here. There is also a HUD with 10 textures to choose from, so you can change the look to match your clothing. 

Next I paired two more gifts, starting with the .:Cheekie:. WIP Group Gift Lara. As the name indicates it is for the Maitreya (Lara) body, and says the store's name across the front while being lifted up on one side. Tube tops are great for summer and the color is a pretty choice. The skirt is our gift from .:Beyond:. called Gianna Skirt - 3, a high waisted denim mini with built in belt. It comes in Freya, Kupra, Legacy, and Maitreya sizes, with a HUD that offers 10 belt colors with 5 metals to choose from. Just think of all the tops this versatile skirt will go with!

I was captivated by this B BOS - Elle Outfit - Hate&Love, which is one of two gifts for the ladies and has a coordinated men's version. The top and shorts are each sized for Legacy, Perky, and Maitreya mesh bodies, with the intriguing image on both that either says I love you or I hate you, depending on how you look at it. Haven't we all had a relationship like that at some point? I think I feel that way about people in general sometimes too. 

I am also a fan of the B BOS - Zuka Outfit - Women Power gift, which is another terrific two piece that is sure to catch your eye. The top and shorts are provided in Kupra, Legacy, Perky, Maitreya, and Petite sizes, with WOMEN POWER that has a female symbol as the "O" in power. As you can see from the side, those arm openings are dipped extremely low!

My final look of the evening is a striking tattoo, the Juna: Ivy Tattoo Woman. It is a lovely upper back piece with butterflies and swirls creating a yin yang design, with reddish tint on the upper portion. The gift includes light, medium, and dark versions as system/BOM layers as well as appliers for Altamura, Belleza, Eve, Maitreya, Omega, Signature, and Slink bodies. 

Not a very exciting day here, and I had a brief bout of sleep paralysis after a nightmare that shook me up earlier. All is fine now though, just needed time and distractions to move past that creepy feeling. Treasure Hunting at Lost & Found

Hiya everyone! Tonight we visit the Lost & Found event and explore their monthly treasure hunt. There are signs at the landing area that you can click to receive a notecard with directions and your first hint, then you will follow each clue to find the next (tiny) bottle with another note inside. There are 15 total, and some of the notecards have a letter, so when you find them all you'll unscramble the letters to form a word, then click the chest at the landing zone and tell it that word to receive a key. Add the key and click all the treasure chests you can find at each display to claim lots of great free prizes :) It was a fun way to spend some time exploring a great event on a very pretty sim. Tonight is a peek at some of the current prizes, which I really enjoyed finding, with Xan's assistance.

There are several prizes here, starting with the skin from 7 Deadly s[K]ins called PLEUN which I am wearing in the Dew skintone. This is the lights pack so it includes 7 beautiful shades in Omega appliers for face and body. With delicate features and subtle makeup, this skin is truly lovely. My tops are another prize, from NamiiChu called Gabby Frills - Galaxy Gift. It includes the dark and light versions of this ruffly tube top, each in a Maitreya size that can probably work with other bodies as well. My panties here are the prize from AsHmOoT called Latex & Lace Panties SiGrey, in system layers and appliers for Omega and Maitreya. Even my jewelry is a prize, the Petit Chat Themis Armlets in Steel/Brushed Steel. They include left and right arm bands plus a HUD with 2 metal choices and 6 stone options. They will look terrific with both casual and more formal looks, it is all up to you how you decide to wear them.

This sensual dress is our prize from Stelloane called Akimi Dress, and it comes in sizes for Hourglass and Maitreya bodies. There is also a very useful HUD provided that offers 9 satin colors like the two above, and 6 sheer latex looking choices. The black bows, trim, and branch designs remain the same. I really like the shape of this dress, with the unique hemline and the bold cutouts at the waist.

My final look of the evening is another beautiful tattoo prize, found at the Avada display and called Aditi Tattoo. It is included in faded and fresh versions for each color of blue, pink, purple, and red, as system layers and appliers for Maitreya, Belleza, Slink, and Omega. Here I am wearing the pink in fresh on the left, blue faded on the right. This is a really stunning design, and easy to show off with an updo or short hair and the right dress or shirt neckline.

It was a rough weekend here, the memorial service for my great uncle and great aunt had a bit of medical drama (another great uncle passed out, paramedics were called but he refused transport and is okay now) but it was a very touching service and I'm glad I was there. Since most of my family has been in the military, Taps and the folding/presentation of the flag are an emotional part of these services. It is hard to remain positive but I am trying my best, and I hope my posts don't come off flat or blah because of it. I need to maintain an attitude of gratitude. We have something exciting to look forward to in SL, the Wash Cart Sale starting in just a couple of days :) I hope you've all had a relaxing weekend, many magical magpie hugs to everyone!!
