Hiya everyone! Tonight I am sharing some prizes from the Medieval Fantasy Hunt XVII - Light In The Woods, a theme which provides many possibilities from the creative designers taking part. It is a free gridwide hunt, and you will be searching for tiny trees with dark branches, red leaves, and orange lanterns on them. The signs at each store have an example as hint givers, and the hints are also on their website in case you cannot find the sign or it is not set up as a hint giver. You will need the website to navigate from store to store, as there are no landmarks provided in the prize folders, so be sure to give the name of the hunt in my first sentence a click :)
First we have a beautiful gift from Tamiron Forge, the [TF] Tamariel Fairy Dance dress. It is included in standard fitmesh sizes plus Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique versions, and I was really drawn to the image of tiny fairies dancing in the shelter of a tree with such pretty ivy trim. There is a mens gift hidden in the mens' section as well as this being in the womens' section, so two prizes to find in the same store.
This dress has such an ethereal quality, I am so in awe of our ladies' prize from Mishmash Fusion! It's called Elation Gown - The Light and comes in eBody, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and a standard version. The delicate pattern suits the lovely halter style perfectly, and that swirled belt is a gorgeous touch. There is a men's prize included too, hidden in the same tree, so I urge everyone to find this generous gift.
For my next few images, I am showing tattoos so for my wardrobe I went simple...this bra and panties are included with the Maitreya Lara body, so if you have her then you already have this mesh set and a HUD that offers plenty of colors and the option to show or hide the bows. If you've been to my blog before, it is no secret that I am a fan of Game of Thrones (and the books) so this prize from Ab.Fab has strong appeal to me, also since I am a bird lover. It is called Winter Is Here tattoo, and comes in a system layer plus Maitreya and Omega appliers. The back of the neck says Winter is Here, and it is rich with meaning for Game of Thrones fans because of the Stark family motto being Winter is Coming. In the series however, a wild winter is definitely upon them, and in my area I suppose our winter will creep up soon enough.
This intricate body art is our prize from Endless Pain Tattoos and is called Light in the Darkness. It is provided in system layers as well as appliers for Belleza, Maitreya, Omega, and Slink, and its unisex design offers a skeletal hand peeking from some roses to hold a striking lantern that has attracted some moths. I believe at least one of the moths is a death's head moth that has a skull design on it, fitting to go with our handy phalanges (finger bones).
TAOX TaTToo has a wonderful prize for us to decorate our back with bold color, sweet flowers, and a poignant saying. This is Fantasy Sometime and includes appliers for Adam, Aesthetic, Belleza, Brazilia Doll, Maitreya, Omega, Signature, Slink, TMP, and KL, so most mesh bodies seem to be covered. The words at the bottom read "sometime the heart sees what's invisible for the eyes" and I must agree with that sentiment. I am not great at identifying flowers but I am hazarding a guess that those are fuchsia flowers, the species not the color, as our stunning artwork. Whatever they may be, I am surely enjoying them.

Hiya everyone! Tonight it is time once again to peek at some prizes from the Womens Only Hunt 3, and this time I coincidentally wound up showing one adorable bikini with several different types of shirts/tops. I like the idea of visiting the beach and having ways to change the look of your suit just by wearing different tops that aren't even meant to be swimsuits, it keeps things interesting :) So for the hunt, first you will want to grab the free HUD at the hunt office, then you will click each store name to teleport there and look for the hidden coconut. The hints for finding them are on the HUD and on the website, so all you need to do is explore each store and figure out where the coconut half is hidden.
This bright and cheerful bikini is our prize from uh-oh called Ella Sweet Summer Bikini. It is included in system layers along with a HUD for Maitreya and Omega, so most of our classic or mesh body needs should be well covered. The intriguing tattoo on my right leg is another prize, courtesy of Endless Pain Tattoos and named Seriana. As you can see, she is a lovely mermaid whose tail drapes around the calf, and whose hair flows majestically around our thigh area. The shading is amazing, isn't it? The prize includes system layers plus Belleza, Maitreya, Omega, Slink, and TMP appliers.
The bikini bottom and tattoo stayed put for the remainder of these photos, and I slipped out of the bikini top to show you this Raver Top - Hearts which is our gift from Insanya for finding their coconut. In addition to a HUD with 10 lovely colors, you will find several mesh sizes packed inside: Belleza Freya, Belleza Isis, Belleza Venus, Belleza Isis Perky, Belleza Venus Perky, Hourglass, Physique, Maitreya Lara, TMP, and an Unrigged version. I am only showing two of the 10 great colors here, I chose the hot pink to match the bikini bottoms and the blue because it made me think of the ocean.
Our next top is from Ducknipple and is another with a handy HUD to allow color changes. It is called TubeTop vs1, and is held in place with some serious hardware! Sizes include Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, and Werewolf, and there are 10 hues to choose from, 2 of which I picked randomly to display for your enjoyment :)
One last look for the night, this slender tube top is from *HolliPocket* and is called Summery Pop Floral MAITREYA so I'm sure you can guess what size is included ;) I love the tiny pink and yellow flower pattern, and on a white background it will really accentuate a tan. Just because I don't/can't tan in RL doesn't mean my avi cannot appreciate a slightly deeper skin tone in the warmer months, and I have gotten into that habit over the years of making her skin shade match the season somewhat. The top works really nicely with those bikini bottoms too, which really bring out the pink.
I feel like this week is never going to end, hard to explain but I will be eager to see the end of this one. All my plans for the next few days have been changed and not for the better, mostly canceled actually but the one alteration is my favorite weekly market opening two hours late and with half the parking (already horrendous) to celebrate the neighboring brewery's birthday. I am actually allergic to beer (the hops), and not fond of being around noon drinkers like last year. The vendors will be there for 7 hours instead of their usual 4, a long stressful day and challenging for those who sell cold products like ice cream, cupcakes with real buttercream, refrigerated meals, etc. But I will still go and support them, there are terrific people there who make each weekend brighter for me :) I hope all of you are having a beautiful day/evening, magical magpie hugs to everyone!!

Hiya everyone! Tonight's post features some prizes from the Men Only Hunt 8, which surprisingly does include a few gifts for the ladies as well as the gents in the hidden beer glasses. Some things are inherently unisex, others actually were labeled male and female in the folders, and still others you can simply use your imagination if you wish to go for a more androgynous look. I'm a firm believer in living your Second Life your way. You will need the HUD from the hunt office to navigate this hunt, just stop by there first and pick it up for free. This hunt ends and all the beers go flat on the 22nd, so quickly grab your favorite guy/s and enjoy some hunting!
My first look is a team effort, two prizes from stores that share a building and landing point. They of course look terrific together, yet can be paired with whatever you prefer if you want to shake things up. The sweatshirt is from Titzuki and is their off-shoulder sweater which says "Winter is Coming", reminiscent of Game of Thrones (the house Stark motto) as well as simply being a fact. I find it fun and sexy to wear mens' shirts, but this is one of the prizes that actually has sizes for the women too; the included sizes are female XS-S boobs, female XS-S flat, male XS-S, and male S-M. My pants are from their storemates (my own made-up term for a roommate only with stores?) Boys To The Bone, and these weekend pants have several sizes as well, including male and female. One teleport leads to two great prizes!
I kept the BTTB pants on and changed into the prize from American Bazaar, which is their Native Sweater with Scarf in some striking shades of black and grey. This comes in standard mesh sizes along with a Slink fit, and the scarf is attached which makes it easy to wear.
Another item that can often be unisex is tattoos, so the prize from Endless Pain Tattoos was easy to feature tonight. This is called Dont Cry, and the script on the upper chest says Smile Now on one side, Cry Later on the other. There are plenty of details here, and it decorates arms, torso, legs, and even the hands with plenty of black ink work. The prize includes system layers along with appliers for TMP, Omega, Slink Physique, and Slink Hands.
More awesome ink, this time from TAOX TaTToo, this is called Eternal Tibetan and has some really intriguing details. I confess to not having any idea what the meaning of most of these beautiful symbols may be, other than the Om at the throat, but I admire the skill of the artwork very much. This gift has male and female versions and is appliers only, including Adam, Brazilia Doll, KL, Maitreya, Omega Mens, Omega Womens, Slink Mens, Slink Womens, TMP Mens, and TMP Womens.
One more treat I could not resist sharing, I have put back on those pants from earlier and topped them with the prize from Breath, their Arm Warmer+Shirt which covers the hands to keep them nice and toasty. This comes in 4 mesh sizes (XS, S, M, L) and while it has a male build, I can think of many times in RL where my hands were hidden in the sleeves of borrowed sweatshirt so I really do like this.
It has been a busy day here, I have started seeing a new doctor which means lots of visits and homework (exercises at home) almost like a simplified physical therapy, anything to chase away the neck pain and shockingly bad headaches of the past couple weeks. It probably will not affect my blogging much, and I so enjoy my time in SL where I can focus on that world instead of any aches and pains in this one. Hiya everyone! Tonight I have a few more Body Art II Hunt prizes to show you, so you can see some of the wonderful goodies available in this free gridwide hunt. Tonight is a nice variety of jewelry, tattoos, even some lipstick, and I hope you enjoy.
First up tonight, we have the prize from [bubble] which is their Nail It Piercings set. You will receive the earrings and nose ring made from carefully curved nails, and a HUD for 4 different metal colors. Just find that brown package and they are all yours for free.
If you want a cool burst of color on your lips, head to Death Lily where you will find their Matte Lipsticks in Icee. On the left you can see the blue raspberry, on the right is wild cherry, and matte lipsticks can be a bit uncomfortable in RL so it is great to have the opportunity to enjoy these in SL without that dry parched lip feeling ;) These are system layers only, by the way.
I had to ponder how much time and discomfort this would be in RL to have this huge potpourri of tattoos emblazoned on ourselves, well thank goodness we can simply stop by Endless Pain Tattoos and pick up the prize for free! This is their Hipster tattoo, a full body system layer along with HUDs for Belleza, Maitreya, Omega, Slink Physique, Slink Hands, and TMP. I couldn't resist showing a closer look at the hand because I can see wearing just that if the mood strikes, or for example if you are wearing long sleeves and pants but still want to display a touch of ink. My bikini, most visible in this photo, is a marketplace freebie from Alessandra that I have blogged before, comes in very handy.
One last look of the night is at my dainty ears and their new piercing, courtesy of -SECRETS-. This is their lovely Arrow Industrial Piercing, and I had to adjust it to make the whole thing visible through my hair, so that's why it is hovering in front of my ear instead. Yes I know, that's not how piercings work (they should pierce the skin...yep...) but visibility took priority tonight ;) There is a terrific HUD included with 12 color options, and you can click the piercing itself for a resize menu if you need it. This is the left ear only and is unisex.

Hiya everyone! There are several tattoos as prizes in the Jack or Jill Hunt male path, and I figured it would be a fun way to wrap up my coverage of that particular hunt. A few are indicated as unisex, but this is SL and you can wear whatever makes you feel good no matter what gender it's labeled :) Well, ready to watch me get my ink on?
First we have prize #20 in the male path from Indecent Exposure, their Crown The Empire Tattoo. As you can see, there is a chest piece with a crown, guns, and other great details that says Crown The Empire, and some flowers on the arms, all in black/grey with great shading. I am wearing the system layer, but it also includes an Omega applier.
B*FLY is #22 in the male path, and their prize is called Twisted Tattoo. These sleeves are intricate and use a lot of open space in their design, and another sharp use of shading to really catch the eye. It includes the system layer shown, plus TMP and Slink appliers.
Another striking set of sleeves, this time from #21 Endless Pain Tattoos and their prize called Kauko. These have a more dense coverage, love the exposed elbows and the stylized edges. If you need mesh body appliers, you'll hit the jackpot with this prize, as it includes not only the system layer I'm wearing but HUDs for TMP, Belleza, Maitreya, Omega, Slink Physique, and Slink hands which I put to good use. The design does extend past the wrists onto my Slink hands in a neat point.
Heading down to the lower legs for prize #23 from Facade, we have their Pillars tattoo. This comes in fresh (shown) or faded versions, system layers (shown) plus another bonanza of appliers: Adam, Omega, Signature, Slink, and TMP HUDs are all in there. I am showing the back and front because the majority of the ink is actually on the back of the left calf, an intriguing location and appealing design.
No tattoo in the last picture, just some terrific jewelry, the necklaces shown are the male path prize #15 from Tantalum. I really like them and wanted to share them! The Xue Necklaces are individual parts so you can wear either or both, and each has a menu on clicking to choose from 7 metal colors. The longer necklace also has 14 crystal color choices, so much versatility! Also they fit me pretty well, I am wearing them without any adjustments whatsoever here.
No nail note of the night (Slink default HUD again) but I have a bikini note of the night, hehe, as I needed something that showed as much of that first chest piece as possible. This is a previously blogged hunt gift (Fun in the Sun) from [RUBY], she doesn't have an inworld store right now but in the credits I am linking to her marketplace. I didn't see this for sale there, but her clothing is well worth a look :) I also have a hair note, as this is Truth Hair's latest free subscriber gift. Hiya everyone! With so many gridwide hunts to enjoy right now, I am switching gears to The Autumn Effect Hunt tonight. With 79 stops, this is a fairly large hunt with plenty of amazing gifts to be found if you search for the hunt object that resembles a little hockey puck, with the hunt logo on a flat surface. Would you care to see some of the goodies you can find?
I felt like changing things up a bit, so a more boho hairstyle seemed in order, and that allowed me to show off the lovely headchain that would normally hide under my bangs. That is the prize from #39 !NFINITY, and as you can tell from the inset there is a HUD with color change options for the chain, clasp, and leaves. The leaves even have an extra color, the copper in the middle. My sweater dress is the gorgeous prize from {dollle}, who are #36 in our hunt. Simply called Autumn Sweater Dress, this comes in standard mesh sizes and manages to look cozy and sexy at the same time.
Another cozy and sexy look can be found at The Little Bat, #27 in the hunt, who have given us a terrific outfit comprised of a Bat Effect sweater (complete with autumn hued sequins in a bat design, and on the cuffs and collar) and rust colored corduroy jeans. Those are low cut but not overly so, and that rich color is fantastic.
Here we have a few more delightful prizes, let's start with our tube top...this is prize #60 from *ToXiC*H* called Cross Me Top Dark Fluffy, and it comes with a HUD for 5 texture choices, 3 of which are shown above. The cross stays the same, but the fabric has some great shades to pick among. The leggings are from Afterlyfe and are prize #73 Heather Leggings, all 3 colors in system layers and appliers (just says appliers, not sure what kind) are included. Having on a shirt without sleeves gave me a perfect opportunity to show one of several tattoo prizes, this one being our prize #26 from .epoch. It is called 88 mph arm tattoo, and comes in a system layer along with appliers for Slink and Omega, each in fresh (shown) or faded.
Here we have another terrific tattoo, shown with a super sexy bodysuit and more forehead jewelry. The tattoo is prize #12 Flula Sleeves by Endless Pain Tattoos, and comes with system layers plus appliers for Belleza, Maitreya, Omega, Slink Physique, and even a Slink hand applier which I have used here. The stunning Nunya Bodysuit is from .SALT and is prize #72 in the hunt, system layers and appliers plus a TMP installer can all be found in the little hockey puck. My hair is actually hiding the fact that the sheer slivers of the bra portion are giving a little peep show, hehe, and while I didn't realize that when choosing my hair, it did save me the trouble of busting out a pose to hide it or some pasties. Our prize #44 from ECCO is the gorgeous head chain I am wearing here, called Crosses Head Chain, and contains a resize script so you can get a perfect fit.
Nail note of the night: I am wearing a beautiful prize from this very hunt in all of these photos, courtesy of #47 -{ZOZ}- who have given us 10 amazing colors on a HUD called Silver Leaf, which is included in Slink, Maitreya, and Belleza formats along with a very pretty silver ring for each hand. I will do a closer look at those in a future post :) My hair is Gardenhead, a previous group gift from Little Bones, not free to join ($100L fee) but with many previous group gifts available it's worth checking out. I even have a skin note of the night, because I am wearing the prize from 7 Deadly s{K}ins called Orchid in their caramel shade. The prize includes 3 versions in caramel and taupe shades, along with appliers for Slink hands/feet and Tango. They are so pretty, and the taupe is a darker shade than the caramel I'm wearing.
