Tonight there were just enough prizes from the Womenstuff Hunt 2019 for one last post, so that is exactly what we are about to see :) I am under a tornado warning at the moment so I'm going to try to make this brief, but that is simply not in my nature...I'm inherently talkative I guess. As I've mentioned in my prior posts, it is useful to have the hunt's website open for hints, landmarks, and info on if the prize is exclusive for this hunt.

The tornado warning has passed, I am safe and sound :) There was a different storm system that moved through this afternoon, but tonight's was the one with all the warnings and alerts and scary sounding things. One clap of thunder was so sharp and loud it almost had me diving under my desk, LOL! I had a chiropractor appointment earlier and visited a farmers market, so it was busy but enjoyable. My Friday will be focused on the evening, having dinner with my parents on what happens to be their 50th wedding anniversary ♥. Can you imagine being married for so long? Tonight I am still showing off some Womenstuff Hunt prizes for all of you, which is just one of the 5 branches of the All 'Stuff Hunts for the month of January, each in a different colored t-shirt. I find floral prints to be very versatile, able to be elegant or whimsical, springlike or wintry, all depending on the style and colors chosen. Hiya everyone! Tonight I am showing you a handful of Peace On Earth 10 Hunt prizes, and am again struck by the generosity of the participating designers. Just keep in mind when you see these prizes, that they are offered completely free just for our visiting the stores and searching for the hidden globes. The quality is outstanding, and I do keep many of the landmarks for future shopping expeditions because I am so impressed by what I see. The hunt website is extremely helpful for finding hints and for ensuring that you are in the right location, as the landmarks are updated on the site sometimes before they are fixed in an individual globe, and occasionally a store needs to be skipped so you can find that info plus the next correct link on the site. With nearly 300 stores taking part, this is a huge hunt that will take you to old favorite stores and possibly some new favorites :) I also enjoy seeing the holiday decorations in so many of the locations, just another example of the wealth of creativity in Second Life.
We start the evening with a sparkly gift from MARIPOSA, their ~m~ Mini Wrap Glitter POE 10 which sounds like it was designed specifically for us hunters. There are sizes for standard, Freya, Isis, Venus, eBody, Maitreya, Ocacin, Slink Hourglass, Physique, TMP, Tonic Curvy, and Tonic Fine, so quite a range of options. The wrap style makes for some attractive draping, really accentuates our curves. There are also face and body lights included to enhance the glitter appearance, I am not wearing them since this is not animated and you can't really see the glitter moving in my image but I do suggest at least trying them on to see what you think. I normally wear the face light for my GA.EG head and I do think that helped.
Gidget's Style has this GS Gilda Mesh Dress tucked inside their hidden globe, just waiting for you to give it a click to claim it in 5 standard mesh sizes. The deep burgundy shade is topped with a ruffle on the skirt adorned with elegant gold ornaments, a pretty pattern that will add some festive cheer wherever you wear it.
This cuddly looking sweater dress is our prize from Maci, their Christmas Knit Dress. This stunning look is our prize from Matahari, called Eirlys Mesh Dress Ice Blue. The strappy dress comes in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, Physique, TMP, and standard mesh sizing, and the ceramic snowflake necklace and matching earrings are included as well. They mirror the snowflakes of the pattern found on the sheer layer of the skirt, which complements the crackled ice of the main fabric design perfectly.
This playful romper is from 1 Hundred and is simply called POE 10 Gifty! Lace Romper. Find the globe and you will receive this in sizes for Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique mesh bodies. The lace is accentuated with some beautiful embroidery in a snowy white that shows up terrifically on the bright red of the lace. This might be a nice choice for snuggling in front of a fireplace with someone special on a chilly winter evening like tonight.
In each of tonight's photos I have been enjoying various manicures from our prize found at LUNA Body Art, and here is a closer look at these wintry designs. You will receive HUDs for Slink, Belleza, Maitreya, and Vista when you find the globe, and each offers 10 designs: 5 colors each in solid or with a reindeer silhouette on it. The darker colors have him in white, while the gold nails have the reindeer in green and the white has him in red. It is an elegant way to decorate your nails for the season.
It was a good day here, despite the snow, which started falling at least an hour before I went out but not too heavily. All told we got about 2 or 3 inches of snow, but it should melt quickly in the sunshine tomorrow from the roads. The market was decorated with beautiful Christmas lights and wreaths, it is indoor so they were strung high on the ceiling and it looked magical. Hiya everyone! Tonight I will be showing you a few of the prizes you can find from the Peace by Peace 1 Hunt, which is a new adventure by the organizes of the Peace on Earth Hunt each December. The Peace by Peace hunt is a $1L gridwide, smaller than Peace on Earth at least while they determine how it is received by all of us. There are 50 stops in this hunt with a few skips and a few stores having more than one prize for us to find, and each prize is hidden inside a puzzle piece. There are hint givers at each stop as well as hints provided on the website, and that website has a few previews of the prizes as well. The hunt runs throughout the month of May, so you still have 2 weeks to find all the puzzle pieces you wish. Another treat I am sharing tonight is this month's group gift from Moonstar, a breathtaking gown that I am looking forward to finding a fancy nightclub to enjoy it in.
This first prize I am showing is one of two at Mirror Mirror, although I admit I did not locate the other one while I was there. This is called Lucy in the Sky and is a one-piece layered overalls with split skirt, which you can almost see from the rear view, so a fun casual look. I love the colors, the peace symbol, and the reference to a Beatles song that is before my time but I do consider them timeless :) The prize includes plenty of sizes: 5 standard, 5 fitmesh, Freya, Isis, Venus, Maitreya, Hourglass, and Physique. Great find, and an incredible bargain for just one linden.
This next dress is the Stripey Sheath Dress from Ghee, and I found the colors both lovely and soothing. You can also see a closer look at the eyes I am wearing today, they are another hunt prize from Inkheart called Uran Eyes in Deep Sea (another color called Summer is included too) with 4 sizes, in system or mesh or even appliers for Omega and Genesis. This color actually matches the dress pretty well, just a fun coincidence.
If you need a vacation (like I do) and are looking for something sexy to wear on the beach, may I suggest this prize from Matahari? Hiya everyone! We are one step closer to the weekend, and I am still greatly enjoying the prizes from the Moolto.com Love Is In The Air Hunt that I have been sharing with you for a few days now. It is a free gridwide hunt, you just need the free group tag and the magic glasses you can pick up at the hunt headquarters (with bonus outfits for men and women) or at any participating store. With the tag and glasses, you can click the hidden bow and arrow to be rewarded with a wonderful gift. The prizes have a Valentine flavor but mostly in the form of hearts or the color red, nothing that you can't wear year-round and look amazing.
Speaking of hearts, this sexy dress from Matahari Style is sprinkled with them, as is the included matching necklace. This is the Brisa Mini Dress Hot Candy + Hearts Necklace, and includes sizes for eBODY, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass, Slink Physique, plus a classic fitmesh Small and a classic fitmesh Large. Hiya everyone! The free gridwide hunt by Fi's Creations this month is The Breakfast At Tiffany's Hunt 2, and it is full of loving tributes to the movie. There are over 2 dozen stores taking part, and the blog has all the LMs and previews for you. Would you like to see a few of my favorites?
First we have prize #04 from Euphoria Couture, their adorable Holly outfit. It starts with the dress in standard mesh sizes, and add the bow which attached to my hand at first so I reattached and adjusted that just fine. Then we add the matching shoes for Slink high, the lovely clutch purse, and let's not forget that playful tiara! All this is included in the free prize.
Next we see the elegant EC Breakfast at Emerald's, the cleverly named prize by Emerald Couture (#06 in the hunt). The dress is provided in standard sizes, and the gift includes shoes for Slink high. I particularly enjoy the shape of this gown, and the cutouts on the shoes.
Our next look is a versatile dress from Matahari Style, who are #08 in the hunt, with their Chiara Cocktail Dress in Black and Gold. On the left you can see the mesh dress by itself, which is included in standard sizes, and in the center and on the right I have added the flexi skirt (with or without resize script versions provided) so you can see both front and back of this beauty. I've always loved black and gold together, and the flexi gives this an entirely different feel that makes it suitable for a wider variety of moods and events.
Another modern charmer is this prize from Moolala, their BATH '16 Dress gift, #09 in the hunt path. I have an important note about unpacking this one...please rez and right click and open, as there are no-copy contents (the Chiana necklace and its resize HUD) that will not deliver if you just click the package. Please learn from my mistake ;) After enough missing out on contents, I've learned to make sure something is copyable before letting it auto-unpack. The stunning dress is provided in several mesh sizes including 5 standard, 5 fitmesh, Slink, and Slink HG.
No nail note tonight, just the Slink Utilities HUD and one of its neutral options for my tips and toes, but I believe I will be picking up a group gift for my nails when I login later :) My day was decent, most of the snow melted and the groundhog was out foraging.
